We booked Superfrico for our wedding celebration dinner based on their website, which promises an immersive "performing arts experience with amazing food." What we actually got: a DJ spinning Run-DMC and C+C Music Factory, and a bearded man with a hula hoop. That was the show. The entire "immersive avant-garde experience" was the ambiance of a 1994 wedding reception -- about as edgy as a PBS children's special, at Cosmopolitan prices. The food was mid at best -- forgettable plates at unforgettable prices. We lasted 30 minutes. The one honest compliment I can give is that the service was fast, which we appreciated because we couldn't get out of there fast enough. If you want what this place pretends to be -- genuinely elevated food in a genuinely transporting room -- walk over to the Mayfair Supper Club. We've done both. There is no comparison. We chose Superfrico for our wedding dinner, and it was, without question, the most disappointing dining experience I have ever had in Las Vegas. Our reservation was at 8:15 PM. We checked in at the large purple doors and were taken to a very crowded table. It's Vegas, so tight seating isn't necessarily a dealbreaker. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The menu itself was underwhelming. My husband struggled to find anything he wanted to eat and finally ordered the branzino, prepared piccata-style. It was unbelievably bland and almost completely devoid of flavor. I ordered the scallops--three scallops served over mediocre chickpeas and sauce. To give credit where it is due, the scallops themselves were cooked perfectly. The polenta and rosemary potatoes were basic and forgettable. We each had a cocktail--a punch for him and a banana Old Fashioned for me. Both were decent, but nothing that could rescue the evening. The service and atmosphere were equally disappointing. Our server was dressed in what genuinely looked like pajamas and interacted with everyone as though we were all longtime best friends. There is a way to provide fun, irreverent service while still making guests feel like they're somewhere special. This wasn't it. It felt forced and cringeworthy rather than polished or entertaining. But the biggest disappointment was the supposed Superfrico experience. This restaurant markets itself as an immersive, outrageous Vegas dining experience. During our entire dinner, we saw one strangely dressed/beaded performer with a hula hoop and a man in very short shorts doing some sort of art performance. That was essentially it. No clown. No fuzzy act. None of the wild, unexpected entertainment that helped convince us to choose Superfrico for such an important dinner. Our reservation was at 8:15 PM. We left at 8:43 PM. Twenty-eight minutes. We were back at Bellagio by 8:45. That probably says more about the experience than anything else I can write. We didn't choose Superfrico simply because we needed somewhere to eat. We chose it for our wedding dinner because it was supposed to be memorable, outrageous, fun and uniquely Vegas. Instead, we received mediocre food, a couple of decent drinks, awkward service and almost none of the experience the restaurant promotes. I've had incredible meals in Las Vegas, inexpensive meals in Las Vegas, bizarre meals in Las Vegas and plenty of meals that were simply average. I can usually find something redeeming about an experience. For our wedding dinner, Superfrico managed to give us three perfectly cooked scallops. I don't understand how everyone raves about the food here. I was looking forward to the food and experience, and the food was an absolute letdown. The service was wonderful though and every person was so incredibly attentive and sweet. The food just left a horrible taste in our mouths at times...literally. The pizza was absolutely burned. There's a difference between a nice char and absolutely hard and burned with a bitter taste. The eggplant was tasteless and was lacking salt and may be an acid. There really aren't words to describe the ambiance of Superfrico. I wouldn't want to ruin the surprise, but suffice it to say that the official description of a psychedlic immersive experience is very accurate. We tried the Taste of Summer menu on our visit, and I will say that the meatball first course was the highlight of the meal. These meatballs were some of the best I've ever had, and the potato puree was so delicious! I found the Chicken Parm to be good, not great. I would probably order something else on another visit. Last time I was here was when it was still called Rose.Rabbit.Lie. The interior is exactly the same, but obviously the menu has changed. As locals, we look forward to Restaurant Week every year. And this year, Superfrico's menu was enticing enough for us to make a Saturday dinner reservation. Restaurant Week menu consist of three courses for $80. And they're full sized portions as if you were to order from the regular menu. They don't skim you on anything here. For appetizers, we chose the tuna tartare and the gem salad (basically a Cesar salad). Salad was nice, cold and fresh. Nothing worse than seeing your iceberg lettuce wilted and brown. The tuna tartare was delicious! Comes with a few pieces of rice puffed crackers. The slight lime vinaigrette complimented this appetizer dish really well. For our main course, we chose the chicken parm w/spaghetti and the branzino piccata. The branzino was the favorite of the night. Bone out, super smooth in a light creamy sauce. WOW! Chicken parm and spaghetti is what you would typically expect but the portion was big enough to share! I see it's one of the popular dishes based on previous reviews and photos. It's safe choice, but a solid one. You won't be disappointed. And finally for dessert, we both opt for their most 'talked about' banana walnut tartufo. The bottom layer is banana bread, second layer is ice cream and topped with torched merinque. The waitress will drizzle caramel sauce. Geez....this thing was SWEEETTT!!!!!!! I'm not much of a sweets person but for those who are, this is a must get! Service from start to finish was solid. Our waitress Ida took great care of us. Entertainment-wise, there's no specific set time(s) when acts come on but we were there from 7:15-9pm and we saw three acts. Honestly, come for the food and atmosphere but don't depend on the entertainment too much. Although these performers are talented at what they do, it's short. A beautiful and fun restaurant for date night. I have been a few times now, most recently for Restaurant Week. They put together a delicious menu where we got to try many different items. We started with tuna tartare and the fried mozzarella. The tuna was fresh and delicious while the mozzarella was fried to perfection. Definitely a star of the items and it somehow stayed crisp the whole time we ate it. For main courses, I got chicken parm while my partner got the Filet Mignon. The steak was great and buttery, super tender. The chicken parm was outstanding and one of the best I have ever had. We finished the meal with tiramisu and our waiter was so kind and didn't rush us while we ate so we could enjoy as many performances as we could fit in. And all the performances were outstanding! Another fantastic dinner at Superfrico. The food was outstanding from start to finish, but two dishes absolutely stole the show: the Gem Salad and the Wagyu Ribcap. The Gem Salad was incredibly fresh, crisp, and flavorful. Simple ingredients executed perfectly. The Wagyu Ribcap was phenomenal: tender, beautifully cooked, rich, and packed with flavor. Easily one of the best steaks I've had in Las Vegas. What keeps us coming back, though, is the service. We were lucky enough to have Juanita and Max again, and they were excellent as always. Both are attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely make the dining experience feel special. Their hospitality consistently goes above and beyond. This time, I just wanted to try their OG Square pizza since I've heard great things, and figured I would make this my last meal before departing the following day. Once inside at the bar, I placed my order, understanding this can take a while to be prepared. Even though it wasn't yet 6p, there were a handful of tables seated in the bar area where the DJ is, but more seats were filled in the back room. Lighting in here is still colorful but not bright, which is rather appropriate for the venue, and it still gives off a whimsical feeling. I took my small square box back to the room and dug in. As mentioned in other reviews, the (parmesan?) cheese crust is really good! It's not your typical pizza crust but I finished off every 'slice' of this pizza. Although I enjoyed this, I'll probably stick to my other pizza place on a future visit but if I actually end up dining here again, I know what I'm getting. I wanted more details, I was hoping to find reviews that explained what I should expect as I was taking my in-laws and my niece and nephew. The lady at the check-in sort of freaked my family out by saying inside had a lot of adult themes. Boy has this place gone up in price since I first came in 2022. Back then, the pizza that was $18(and not worth it), is now $30! This time I ordered the spicy meatballs, the banana walnut Tartufo again, because it was really good last time. (Btw, it's still $18 in 2026, same as 2022) I also ordered the Topo Chico strawberry guava seltzer(mainly because it was the cheapest drink on the menu($12) It wasn't my favorite, but I drank it. The meatballs are supposed to be served on a bed of potato puree, I could've done with WAY MORE potato. The meatballs are pretty big, it will you up, I couldn't finish mine. Plus they are spicy. Others at the table ordered Warm Brussels and Beef fat & rosemary potatoes as sides to share, and they were pretty good, especially the potatoes. They were so crispy, like chips. The sides are around $20. This place is just so stinking pricy. Some of the restaurant entertainment was pretty cool, I guess that's the main draw of this place. Someone at our table ordered a salad, which came in a really big bowl, still not worth $24 for a salad! I don't care how big it is, it's lettuce. Came here for dinner, we ate right as they opened so I think it was a little more quiet than I expected it to be. I don't think that is the restaurants fault, its ours for eating so early. If you want things a little more lively, you may want to plan accordingly! We had an appetizer of the fried mozzarella which was very good, the marinara sauce had a lovely spicy quality to it. I got the spaghetti and meatballs which was excellent, pasta definitely seemed fresh and the meatballs were tasty. My wife got the chicken parm and it was too dry for her tastes, I thought it was fine, but she is far more sensitive to these kinds of things than I am. The waitress was very apologetic and they were more than happy to let her switch to the same thing I had, which she loved. Every 15 or so minutes someone comes out and does a little routine of some sort. Superfrico was such a fun dining experience. This was recommended to me by friend. I was in town and I had a couple of friends in from out of state and I figured this would be the most unique dining experiences they would have. I had been to the Lodge next-door at a previous trip, so I knew what kind of antics would occur. But it was totally different, and there was no overlap at all. I had made reservations in advance. The dining area isn't huge but all the cool performers were grade. Though here were all really nice in their own sassy way. We were here just long enough to see everybody rotation through. The food was really great as well. The table mozzarella was amazing and it was also a lot of food so make sure you have a larger group to try that. We also went with the meatballs, The pasta, so went with a pizza. I heard the pizza was pretty good, also went with a chicken carbonara. The place has the most ingenious scenes everywhere you sit, from psychedelic art on the walls and Bowie portraits to a gal with a lighted wick serving pepper, a contortionist act, and a guy making smoke filled bubbles around the tables. Self described as Italian American Psychedelic, the kitchen spins classic dishes into a short menu that delivers on both flavor and adventure. As soon as I walked in I could smell the pizza, so I had to order it. The OG Square pizza is nice and thick, made with sourdough. We also had the eggplant rollatini with ricotta and heirloom tomato sauce. But the real standout was the Banana Walnut Tartufo, described by my waitress as "the dessert to have dreams about," or something along those lines. It has banana gelato, crystallized walnuts, miso caramel, and torched meringue that gives it a creamy texture. Simply luscious. So wow!! We truly enjoy Superfrico. We love the chicken parmigiana. It's perfectly crispy topped with cheesy gooey goodness and laid in a bed of a slightly spicy marinara. You must order it with the spaghetti. I am not a spaghetti person however I dream about this spaghetti in between visits. The pasta is slightly thicker than average spaghetti noodle and cooked to perfection and tossed in a delicious sauce. As if this wasn't enough we have been so delighted to find that we enjoy sitting at the bar because we have found the most delightful bartender and craft cocktail maker ever!!! "The Party at Superfrico" is an undeniably unique concept, and the performers are absolutely the stars of the night. The acts were super talented, playful, and had that cheeky, anything-can-happen energy you'd expect from a Spiegelworld/Opium-style production. When the show was on, it really was a blast. On the food side, the highlights were excellent: the bread service and the lobster tacos were fantastic and honestly stole the show for me. Unfortunately, the rest of the menu left something to be desired, especially at this price point. I paid the upcharge for the Wagyu steak, which I expected to be cooked perfectly, but my "medium rare" came out very underdone--rare to the point of being cold in the center--so I couldn't finish it. On top of that, my tiramisu never arrived, which was disappointing given dessert is part of the experience. Seating and overall experience were also a miss. I was placed at what felt like the worst table in the room: right next to the kitchen, so I constantly heard "CORNER!" being yelled throughout the night. It definitely pulled me out of the immersive vibe they're going for. I also had zero cast interaction between numbers, while I watched other tables get multiple playful visits. Given the show is marketed as an intimate, interactive, 50-guest dinner party, that imbalance was noticeable. All in, with the $150 ticket, add-ons, drinks, and tip, I left feeling like the value just wasn't there. The performers are wonderful and the idea is fun, but inconsistent food execution, missing items, and poor seating made it hard to justify the cost. If you love Spiegelworld, I'd honestly suggest checking out their other shows that focus purely on performance and then doing dinner separately elsewhere. read more

October 2025: My husband and I were staying at the Cosmopolitan and made reservations for Superfrico for dinner. When we arrived, the hostess took us into a room of mirrors and then to a door that led us into the restaurant. We were seated right away. Our waitress was friendly and we liked her recommendations for the menu. My husband thought the restaurant was all hype. I thought it was unique but I didn't feel entertained. The website made this place seem very entertaining and fun. There was a lot going on though, so it's definitely a place where you can be stimulated. There was a DJ, a juggler, mozzarella being stretched and tossed in the air, and at one point some guy in a cow costume and blue skirt was standing next to our table and saying weird things. What a fun spot in Las Vegas in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. Went for a girls night out and the entertainment while dining made for a very fun evening. Unfortunately we were near the entrance so we did not get to interact with the entertainment as much as we hoped. Sit in the middle of the restaurant for the best experience. Staff was very funny and engaging. Our group had: Mushroom Gnocbi (our fave), Chicken Parm, Eggplant Rollotino, Hamachi Crudo, and lamb chops. The pulled mozzarella looked fun. We watched it at other tables but did not order it for ourselves. Our meal ended with a fun card from the staff and a pot de crème. I would come back for another fun night out. If you're looking for a dinner place with somewhat loud music, a DJ, and a couple scattered performances then this is the place. Located deep within Cosmopolitan (about 10 min walk from entrance). They're known for their mozzarella pull which is a tableside show as they make the mozzarella in front of you. The scallops were kinda small portion but tasty. The pizza was pretty decent as well. Our group had a good time here. Table reservations are limited to 2 hours. If you want to book "the party" make sure you make your reservations far in advance. read more

This review is based on a first-time visit on 9/28/25. Superfrico is a spectacle - in that the music is just a little too loud and the "acts" are just a little over the top - all designed to create a clubby vibe and possibly for a couple of viral clips. Or maybe I'm just getting crotchety with age. That said, the FOOD is spectacular, and for me is the absolute the star of the show. My party of 3 ordered the Hamachi Crudo (refreshing, bright), Spicy Soppressata Meatballs (nicely sized, great to share), Chicken Parm (nice breading, not too greasy or cheesy), Kale Caesar (loved the miso and tahini twist on the classic dressing), and two more items which merit further detail below: - Tableside Mozzarella: MUST GET. I was worried it would be too much for our party of 3, but we crushed most of it and got a box for the leftovers, because I'm not getting amazing cheese go to waste. This dish came with a masterclass demonstration on how to turn cheese curds into a beautiful ball of mozzarella. Now this was an act I loved to watch. There were so many steps and a wonderful explanation of what was happening in each step. At the end of it all, a plate of thinly-sliced meats, olives, and other accompaniments was displayed with a flourish, and the freshly-made ball of mozzarella was placed in the center of it all. Masterful. Delicious. - Banana Walnut Tartufo: another MUST GET. I had this dessert previously at the Ski Lodge and raved about how good it was. It was everything I remembered. It has all the textures and flavors... cake, gooey meringue, creamy gelato, salt-tinged caramel. Dreamy. This place is definitely worth a visit - if not for the spectacle, then definitely for the Tableside Mozzarella and Banana Walnut Tartufo. read more

OMG!! 20 stars! One of my top 2 dining experiences EVER!! Brought to you by Spiegelworld! The minute you walk into the restaurant and are on n a room that feels like Alice in Wonderland to guess where you are going. A most unique interior awaits! The entertainment is unique and awesome! The penguin documentary segment is the best! The cow was fantastic! The bartender dancing on the seats to the juggling act! It is beyond amazing!! The food was awesome. The Caesar salad is slightly spicy and one of the best i have ever had. The meatballs are fall apart perfection. The chicken parm is huge and easy to share like we did and is amazingly tasty! Finished off with the banana walnut tartufo. It was unique and suggest it over the other desserts for both taste and you get have something like the other items other places!! This is one of my favorite restaurants to review! I stopped by Superfrico this past week on a solo date with just myself and had a blast. Everything from the food, to the ambience, the service, etc was top notch as always. The vibe is sexy & intimate with a touch of excitement to liven up any meal. Superfrico is owned by Spiegelworld (same makers of Absinthe, Disco Show, and Atomic Saloon) and like all things Spiegelworld, they do things differently. Small scale acts make their way throughout the restaurant but are not too in your face, which makes for some great conversation starters! I got the "Yes, Chef" which are the seasonal chef selections for $120. The portions are actually a really good size and the food was delicious! Some stand outs I really liked were the white anchovy toast, cacio e pepe, grilled halibut cheeks, and of course the tiramisu! Staff was very attentive and really quite nice- they were telling me all about The Party and we were talking through my favorite parts of the meal which was nice since I went on my own. Superfrico has a new space, called The Party, which opened recently and is a ton of fun as well! It's located in the same general space as Superfrico and is very exclusive... only 50 seats a night. Price is $150 a person so it is an elevated price point but you get an amazing show as well that is extremely well paced and a blast. The Party is open Sunday-Thursday and it looks like you'll want to book in advance if you are going! Our waiter Max was FANTASTIC, the food was SO good two people in our party were super bummed that there wasn't spaghetti and meatballs or chicken parm on The Party's Prix fixe but they afterwards everyone said the food was delicious and the show was amazing!! read more
