    Restaurant Week 2026 menu
    Cynthia L.

Last time I was here was when it was still called Rose.Rabbit.Lie. The interior is exactly the same, but obviously the menu has changed. As locals, we look forward to Restaurant Week every year. And this year, Superfrico's menu was enticing enough for us to make a Saturday dinner reservation. Restaurant Week menu consist of three courses for $80. And they're full sized portions as if you were to order from the regular menu. They don't skim you on anything here. For appetizers, we chose the tuna tartare and the gem salad (basically a Cesar salad). Salad was nice, cold and fresh. Nothing worse than seeing your iceberg lettuce wilted and brown. The tuna tartare was delicious! Comes with a few pieces of rice puffed crackers. The slight lime vinaigrette complimented this appetizer dish really well. For our main course, we chose the chicken parm w/spaghetti and the branzino piccata. The branzino was the favorite of the night. Bone out, super smooth in a light creamy sauce. WOW! Chicken parm and spaghetti is what you would typically expect but the portion was big enough to share! I see it's one of the popular dishes based on previous reviews and photos. It's safe choice, but a solid one. You won't be disappointed. And finally for dessert, we both opt for their most 'talked about' banana walnut tartufo. The bottom layer is banana bread, second layer is ice cream and topped with torched merinque. The waitress will drizzle caramel sauce. Geez....this thing was SWEEETTT!!!!!!! I'm not much of a sweets person but for those who are, this is a must get! Service from start to finish was solid. Our waitress Ida took great care of us. Entertainment-wise, there's no specific set time(s) when acts come on but we were there from 7:15-9pm and we saw three acts. Honestly, come for the food and atmosphere but don't depend on the entertainment too much. Although these performers are talented at what they do, it's short. We saw a person juggling salt & pepper shakers(?), a "Barbie" prancing around the restaurant to Aqua's Barbie Girl song and a guy standing/balancing on top of champagne bottles. Overall, really enjoyed my time here.

    Great show while eating.

Another fantastic dinner at Superfrico. The food was outstanding from start to finish, but two dishes absolutely stole the show: the Gem Salad and the Wagyu Ribcap. The Gem Salad was incredibly fresh, crisp, and flavorful. Simple ingredients executed perfectly. The Wagyu Ribcap was phenomenal: tender, beautifully cooked, rich, and packed with flavor. Easily one of the best steaks I've had in Las Vegas. What keeps us coming back, though, is the service. We were lucky enough to have Juanita and Max again, and they were excellent as always. Both are attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely make the dining experience feel special. Their hospitality consistently goes above and beyond. Superfrico continues to be one of our favorite restaurants in Vegas, combining amazing food, a fun atmosphere, and exceptional service. We can't wait to return.

If someone only had two hours to understand Las Vegas, I'd send them to this show. This was such a fantastic experience from every aspect. We loved our food, we loved our service, we loved our atmosphere, we loved the performances, we loved it. This was so genuinely one of the best shows I've seen. We were not expecting great food since we were being entertained but we were blown away by the steak cooked to perfection and the creamy mashed potatoes. The gelato was the perfect finish. Our favorite performance was the bubbles and the plate spins. I cannot recommend this all around experience enough!

Cliff Notes Price Range: $$$$ Parking: We ubered Perk: Show, food Non-Perk: Paying (Ouch) Ambiance: Upscale, theatrical, playful, and very Vegas, with a lively dinner party vibe and a little mischievous energy. Dress: Business Formal + Noise: Med Temperature: Comfy Recommend: 95% (Only because it's a sitting Russian roulette type of game) Response Time: N/A Professionalism: 100% Date: 5/3/26 Dissertation: The food truly delivered. It was the kind of dinner that makes you sit up straighter and briefly forgive your calendar, your inbox, and possibly humanity. The show itself was fun, energetic, and entertaining, but our seating situation was deeply unfortunate. We could not see the stage well, and we also missed a lot of the side act, which is especially tragic when you are paying to witness theatrical chaos, not play an expensive game of visual hide and seek. The person at the front, whether she was security, hostess, or the official guardian of bad moods, was incredibly rude, which added a little unsolicited hostility to the evening's ambiance. Our waitress was amazing and genuinely helped redeem the experience. She was attentive, kind, and exactly the type of person you want guiding you through dinner and a show. Overall, it was still a fun night, but the seating was a serious disappointment. Great dinner, good show, wonderful waitress, questionable front entrance energy, and seats that should come with a warning label and possibly an apology. Not sure if I would go back only because you cannot select your seats.

Superfrico at The Cosmopolitan is one of those Las Vegas experiences that hits you from every angle -- food, atmosphere, and entertainment all happening at once -- and somehow it works. From the moment we sat down, the energy in the room felt electric: neon colors, art everywhere, performers drifting in and out like you've stepped into a surreal, Italian‑inspired fever dream. We started with the sourdough and olives along with the tuna tartare, and it set the tone perfectly. The sourdough was warm and crusty, the kind you keep tearing into even when you tell yourself to stop, and the olives were briny and addictive. The tuna tartare was bright, fresh, and beautifully seasoned -- a clean, elegant bite in the middle of all the chaos around us. For mains, we shared the Creekstone Farms Petite Filet, a 6oz prime cut served with whipped potatoes and a roasted bone marrow sauce. The filet was incredibly tender, cooked exactly right, and the bone marrow sauce added this deep, rich flavor that made the whole dish feel indulgent in the best way. The Branzino Piccata was the perfect contrast -- light, flaky fish with lemon, capers, parsley, and crisp asparagus. Bright, zesty, and beautifully balanced. We finished with the tiramisu, and it was the ideal sweet ending -- airy, creamy, and not overly heavy, even after such a rich meal. What really makes Superfrico unforgettable, though, is the show happening around you. Performers weave through the dining room, music shifts, lights change, and you never quite know what's coming next. It's immersive without being overwhelming, and it adds a playful, theatrical layer to the night that you won't find anywhere else. If you're looking for a dinner that's more than just a meal -- something fun, bold, and uniquely Vegas -- Superfrico absolutely delivers. It's the kind of place you talk about long after you've left.

We were in Vegas for a week and I chose dinner for one of the nights. I chose Superfrico because it sounded like more than just food. I wanted more details, I was hoping to find reviews that explained what I should expect as I was taking my in-laws and my niece and nephew. The lady at the check-in sort of freaked my family out by saying inside had a lot of adult themes. I know what she meant but she could have maybe made it sound less like we were walking into an OF filming location. We LOVED the performers, the bubble guy gave us our own little show at the table. It was really cool and different. The "adult" theme was showgirl style outfits, contortionist, a dancer with great skills, nothing that made us uncomfortable.

This place was awesome! I didn't know what to expect, but I ended up really enjoying myself. The restaurant is decorated wild. Performers come out at different times while you are eating. It was pretty cool. The service was excellent. Drinks were good. Food was actually good. I probably wouldn't come back only because it's like a one time experience. But It was fun.

    OG Square pizza
    Sunshine N.

I didn't know exactly what to expect when I heard the name, but don't let it fool you. The place has the most ingenious scenes everywhere you sit, from psychedelic art on the walls and Bowie portraits to a gal with a lighted wick serving pepper, a contortionist act, and a guy making smoke filled bubbles around the tables. Self described as Italian American Psychedelic, the kitchen spins classic dishes into a short menu that delivers on both flavor and adventure. As soon as I walked in I could smell the pizza, so I had to order it. The OG Square pizza is nice and thick, made with sourdough. We also had the eggplant rollatini with ricotta and heirloom tomato sauce. But the real standout was the Banana Walnut Tartufo, described by my waitress as "the dessert to have dreams about," or something along those lines. It has banana gelato, crystallized walnuts, miso caramel, and torched meringue that gives it a creamy texture. Simply luscious. Pricing is fairly standard for a Strip hotel in Las Vegas: dinner for two with no alcohol came out to about $100. In summary... Superfrico = Superfun!

Absolutely love superfrico . Not only is there food so tasty but the ambience is so fun it totally completes the Vegas vibe . I've been to ski lodge and also "the party" . I recommend checking out "the party" the three course meal is delicious and they put on a good show . Service is great also !

The food here is so good, I loved the pizza, pasta, and meatballs. I don't think you can go wrong ordering anything here. The cocktails always hit too. I also recommend the tartufo dessert. Service was attentive and friendly. It is a fun vibe inside with random short performances throughout your meal. I'll be back for sure.

We were about 25 minutes early to our reservation and tried to see if we could get seated early and were told we could not. The woman at the host stand was rude and short. We went and had cocktails and the Chandelier Bar and came back at our reservation time. She was still unpleasant but our seater was lovely. The place is definitely fun. The shows were very interesting and entertaining. Our server was funny and attentive. Food was great. Loved the guy coming to the table to do a bubble show.

I was brought here for my birthday and no idea what to expect. Aside from the extravagant performers and exciting interior, the service and dishes were fabulous! We started with the Tableside Mozzarella, which was an experience in itself. Had we known how big this platter was, we may have stopped there because there were only 3 of us lol. We were already stuffed when our entrees came out: Lumina Lamb Chops, Chicken Parm, Mushroom Mogul Pizza, and the Dessert Parade. Everything was delicious but that Dessert Parade?! We were full and still cleaned that thing up! We have already booked more birthday parties here so we can enjoy it all again!

Superfrico: 9/10 Being one dish shy this is almost a rinse and repeat it's so good... Aesthetic & Ambiance: 9/10 - Our view of the performances weren't as great as prior but the place hasn't changed and it's still a blast! Service: 9/10 - Still fun, whimsical, and getting my drinks/food quickly & correct! Service here is always great and they know the menu inside and out. Spicy Sopressata Meatballs: 9/10 - Wasn't too spicy but was delicious, and the polenta under neath was savory and buttery. Table side Mozzarella: 10/10 - Always a hit, always delicious. The best, freshest mozzarella you can get. Chicken Parm: 9/10 - A large piece of chicken, and fried perfectly. Doesn't come with pasta, but you can add it. - We did and it was 8.5/10, perfectly al dente, but more pushed off by the price being +$21 for an add-on when the Chicken parm comes with nothing otherwise. Market fish Piccatta: 9.5/10 - Always delicious, and happy the market is always Branzino. Flavorful, and fresh with the great lemon zest. Unsure if they swapped markets though cause it did go from a wider thinner style to a more thick cut which was good, but not really including the crispy skin anymore.

    Ask the Community - Superfrico

For a party at six and to view the other entertainment, what's the best time to book a reservation?

For a group of six, I'd plan on at least 2 hours so you'll have the breathing room to get your food, enjoy the pacing of the meal, and actually catch the performers working the room without feeling like you're watching the clock.… Read more

Is this appropriate for 14 year old?

It definitely is! This place is fun, colorful, and quirky. There are performances in the middle of the restaurant throughout the night that have some romantic themes, but nothing really overtly sexual.

What are the dinner prices would like to know?

Overpriced and garbage. This is supposed to be Italian cuisine but I can tell you Sinatra at Wynn. Is the best. Next to that pieros by the convention center.

    Can I wear shorts?

Yes! It's a casual environment. I saw people wearing shorts when I went on a Saturday. I'm assuming it's dressier at night. But shorts with a dressy top would be fine.

Ok would love come for New Year's Eve?

What is the best night to go to Superfrico? Thanks!

    Can I make a reservation for 1?

Yes- they book up fast. They don't take walking in with out one unless you want to sit at the bar & eat dinner. You can find a seat there only if you get there early.

    Is this place kid friendly?

    Definitely not.

How long is a typical dinner for 2? We have a 9pm show with a 15 minute walk, is a 6:30 reservation ok?

Yes you should be more than fine!

Since Opium is closed are there still pop in performances?

Yes we were there on Monday and there were performers coming in throughout the dinner doing dances and dressed up in costumes if that's what you mean?

Is there a show on Sunday?

Yes! Their event called The Party goes on Sundays. Dinner show in the exclusive dining room in the back. I'm going Sunday Nov. 9th.

Are there performers on Monday and Tuesday when there isn't a show?

Yes! We were there on Monday night. Performers walk around and come to your table. Enjoy! Definitely recommend the mozzarella your your table!!

How can I get a hold of Superfrico, I tried to call various times and it goes straight to voicemail?

If you're trying to make reservations, they do it online. You can always try calling the General Resort Inquiries for the entire Cosmopolitan and explain your situation to someone. General Resort Inquiries: 702-698-7000 or 877-551-7778.

What's the best day to go on? I made reservations for Monday night but wondering if it's better to go later in the week.

I think going on a weekday would actually be better as it won't be as crowded and easier to get a reservation. It would be easier to get into the Ski Lodge (speakeasy adjacent to Superfrico) as well if you're planning on having a few drinks… Read more

Anything goes! The last time I was there a bachelorette party of about 20 girls were all wearing different britney costumes.

All I remember was going through the casino areas of Paris Hotel, and then going down one floor to the Horseshoe area to reach this bar just minutes before closing on a Friday close to midnight. I quickly grabbed a seat at the bar area and perused the menu, which has a ton of drinks, beers, wines, mocktails and even snacks. Even when close to closing time, patrons filled up all the bar seating which isn't a lot; most seating was couches and tables near the knickknacks. I got myself the Bee's Knees, which is cranberry and pineapple juice, apple puree, cinnamon fire syrup and some ginger beer according to their menu just outside the front entrance. I can only describe the taste as a sweetened fruit juice with a ton of fizz from the ginger beer, and the pineapple and apple came out on top for overpowering the drink overall. Some mint leaves and a slice of grapefruit were added in, and the mint leaves made this drink feel more like a special cocktail. This and other mocktails is $13 before tax, so pretty high price especially when considering their other alcoholic drinks are not that much higher than that... I actually still loved my drink, though! It was a nice wrap-up for my last day in Vegas and I'm curious now to look a lot more carefully at the stuff on the walls if I ever come here again!

You can page through the very detailed menu, and I decided to have the Passion's Serenade drink, which was a glass partially frozen with a coconut and passionfruit puree and then also had some chocolate rum, vanilla and fresno chili. It was a delicious drink, and actually was a great "sit back and wait" drink, because it took a while for the frozen portion to melt. The experience comes with some complimentary bar snacks and then some complimentary mini jello shots on the way out. The check is presented in an exquisite "Vault" Type of book. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would return again in the future. Expect drink prices to range from about $30 to $70, with some even higher for the "market price" drinks.

The highlight of this evening was this hidden speakeasy cocktail bar inside the Bellagio!…read more Paisley greeted us as we entered The Vault and let us know that without a reservation we only had the option of seats at the bar. We've have awesome experiences watching bartenders before AND we were determined to stay so we happily agreed. Paisley was a delight to chat with as we waited for only 10 minutes while seats opened up for us at the bar. I also got to check out the restroom, which boasts a high tech toilet with automated opening/flushing and a heated seat! We had the pleasure of meeting Michael our bartender and Yesi the bartender apprentice, and regulars Bill and Kim from Texas on one side of us, and Mario from California on the other as we spent the next hour and half savoring one luxury cocktail each and some complimentary snacks (seasoned pistachio nuts, cheesy crackers, and a little amazing bite that I can't remember the ingredients of). Welcome complimentary drinks: "Key to my heart" -- fun little rum drinks to start off with served in a spherical black case surrounded by dry ice! (See video). A bit sweet for my taste but tasty and just a little shot's worth (to be sipped). Cocktails: La Vie En Rose: (5/5) Rose infused gin, house made strawberry infused sweet vermouth, aperol, orange essence. Gorgeous spherical ice cube with a real flower frozen inside). Described as a summer Negroni. I chose it because I love Negronis and am always up for trying a variation on a classic like that. The Fountain (5/5): bourbon, Punt e mes vermouth (55 year old bottle!), orange essence. The Vault's take on the classic Manhattan. Michael gave us a taste of the punt e mes sweet vermouth and it was sublime. Both spectacular cocktails were definitely made for sipping and savoring. And to top it off! Little espresso shots at the end....mmm delectable dessert my bites to complete a flawless experience. We'll be back! Michael is a masterful mixologist and Yesi is an awesome apprentice! Highly recommend!
