This must be a speakeasy because it was super hard to find. But it was such a cool experience! People come out and parade around the restaurant. I had a fantastic espresso martini! Perfectly colored and shaken. I also had the salad, but it was a little too lemon-y A little pricey but the in restaurant entertainment is worth it.

I don't understand how everyone raves about the food here. I was looking forward to the food and experience, and the food was an absolute letdown. The service was wonderful though and every person was so incredibly attentive and sweet. The food just left a horrible taste in our mouths at times...literally. The pizza was absolutely burned. There's a difference between a nice char and absolutely hard and burned with a bitter taste. The eggplant was tasteless and was lacking salt and may be an acid. The gnocchi sauce was delicious and the mushrooms were great, but the gnocchi itself was hard and dense. The only enjoyable part were the interesting performances and our friendly and kind servers.

There really aren't words to describe the ambiance of Superfrico. I wouldn't want to ruin the surprise, but suffice it to say that the official description of a psychedlic immersive experience is very accurate. We tried the Taste of Summer menu on our visit, and I will say that the meatball first course was the highlight of the meal. These meatballs were some of the best I've ever had, and the potato puree was so delicious! I found the Chicken Parm to be good, not great. I would probably order something else on another visit. I felt the same way about the Tiramisu. Superfrico is a must visit!

Last time I was here was when it was still called Rose.Rabbit.Lie. The interior is exactly the same, but obviously the menu has changed. As locals, we look forward to Restaurant Week every year. And this year, Superfrico's menu was enticing enough for us to make a Saturday dinner reservation. Restaurant Week menu consist of three courses for $80. And they're full sized portions as if you were to order from the regular menu. They don't skim you on anything here. For appetizers, we chose the tuna tartare and the gem salad (basically a Cesar salad). Salad was nice, cold and fresh. Nothing worse than seeing your iceberg lettuce wilted and brown. The tuna tartare was delicious! Comes with a few pieces of rice puffed crackers. The slight lime vinaigrette complimented this appetizer dish really well. For our main course, we chose the chicken parm w/spaghetti and the branzino piccata. The branzino was the favorite of the night. Bone out, super smooth in a light creamy sauce. WOW! Chicken parm and spaghetti is what you would typically expect but the portion was big enough to share! I see it's one of the popular dishes based on previous reviews and photos. It's safe choice, but a solid one. You won't be disappointed. And finally for dessert, we both opt for their most 'talked about' banana walnut tartufo. The bottom layer is banana bread, second layer is ice cream and topped with torched merinque. The waitress will drizzle caramel sauce. Geez....this thing was SWEEETTT!!!!!!! I'm not much of a sweets person but for those who are, this is a must get! Service from start to finish was solid. Our waitress Ida took great care of us. Entertainment-wise, there's no specific set time(s) when acts come on but we were there from 7:15-9pm and we saw three acts. Honestly, come for the food and atmosphere but don't depend on the entertainment too much. Although these performers are talented at what they do, it's short. We saw a person juggling salt & pepper shakers(?), a "Barbie" prancing around the restaurant to Aqua's Barbie Girl song and a guy standing/balancing on top of champagne bottles. Overall, really enjoyed my time here.

A beautiful and fun restaurant for date night. I have been a few times now, most recently for Restaurant Week. They put together a delicious menu where we got to try many different items. We started with tuna tartare and the fried mozzarella. The tuna was fresh and delicious while the mozzarella was fried to perfection. Definitely a star of the items and it somehow stayed crisp the whole time we ate it. For main courses, I got chicken parm while my partner got the Filet Mignon. The steak was great and buttery, super tender. The chicken parm was outstanding and one of the best I have ever had. We finished the meal with tiramisu and our waiter was so kind and didn't rush us while we ate so we could enjoy as many performances as we could fit in. And all the performances were outstanding! We had contortionists, burlesque performers, and jugglers standing above our table! Great food and great performances made for a wonderful date night.

    Great show while eating.

Another fantastic dinner at Superfrico. The food was outstanding from start to finish, but two dishes absolutely stole the show: the Gem Salad and the Wagyu Ribcap. The Gem Salad was incredibly fresh, crisp, and flavorful. Simple ingredients executed perfectly. The Wagyu Ribcap was phenomenal: tender, beautifully cooked, rich, and packed with flavor. Easily one of the best steaks I've had in Las Vegas. What keeps us coming back, though, is the service. We were lucky enough to have Juanita and Max again, and they were excellent as always. Both are attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely make the dining experience feel special. Their hospitality consistently goes above and beyond. Superfrico continues to be one of our favorite restaurants in Vegas, combining amazing food, a fun atmosphere, and exceptional service. We can't wait to return.

If someone only had two hours to understand Las Vegas, I'd send them to this show. This was such a fantastic experience from every aspect. We loved our food, we loved our service, we loved our atmosphere, we loved the performances, we loved it. This was so genuinely one of the best shows I've seen. We were not expecting great food since we were being entertained but we were blown away by the steak cooked to perfection and the creamy mashed potatoes. The gelato was the perfect finish. Our favorite performance was the bubbles and the plate spins. I cannot recommend this all around experience enough!

Cliff Notes Price Range: $$$$ Parking: We ubered Perk: Show, food Non-Perk: Paying (Ouch) Ambiance: Upscale, theatrical, playful, and very Vegas, with a lively dinner party vibe and a little mischievous energy. Dress: Business Formal + Noise: Med Temperature: Comfy Recommend: 95% (Only because it's a sitting Russian roulette type of game) Response Time: N/A Professionalism: 100% Date: 5/3/26 Dissertation: The food truly delivered. It was the kind of dinner that makes you sit up straighter and briefly forgive your calendar, your inbox, and possibly humanity. The show itself was fun, energetic, and entertaining, but our seating situation was deeply unfortunate. We could not see the stage well, and we also missed a lot of the side act, which is especially tragic when you are paying to witness theatrical chaos, not play an expensive game of visual hide and seek. The person at the front, whether she was security, hostess, or the official guardian of bad moods, was incredibly rude, which added a little unsolicited hostility to the evening's ambiance. Our waitress was amazing and genuinely helped redeem the experience. She was attentive, kind, and exactly the type of person you want guiding you through dinner and a show. Overall, it was still a fun night, but the seating was a serious disappointment. Great dinner, good show, wonderful waitress, questionable front entrance energy, and seats that should come with a warning label and possibly an apology. Not sure if I would go back only because you cannot select your seats.

Superfrico at The Cosmopolitan is one of those Las Vegas experiences that hits you from every angle -- food, atmosphere, and entertainment all happening at once -- and somehow it works. From the moment we sat down, the energy in the room felt electric: neon colors, art everywhere, performers drifting in and out like you've stepped into a surreal, Italian‑inspired fever dream. We started with the sourdough and olives along with the tuna tartare, and it set the tone perfectly. The sourdough was warm and crusty, the kind you keep tearing into even when you tell yourself to stop, and the olives were briny and addictive. The tuna tartare was bright, fresh, and beautifully seasoned -- a clean, elegant bite in the middle of all the chaos around us. For mains, we shared the Creekstone Farms Petite Filet, a 6oz prime cut served with whipped potatoes and a roasted bone marrow sauce. The filet was incredibly tender, cooked exactly right, and the bone marrow sauce added this deep, rich flavor that made the whole dish feel indulgent in the best way. The Branzino Piccata was the perfect contrast -- light, flaky fish with lemon, capers, parsley, and crisp asparagus. Bright, zesty, and beautifully balanced. We finished with the tiramisu, and it was the ideal sweet ending -- airy, creamy, and not overly heavy, even after such a rich meal. What really makes Superfrico unforgettable, though, is the show happening around you. Performers weave through the dining room, music shifts, lights change, and you never quite know what's coming next. It's immersive without being overwhelming, and it adds a playful, theatrical layer to the night that you won't find anywhere else. If you're looking for a dinner that's more than just a meal -- something fun, bold, and uniquely Vegas -- Superfrico absolutely delivers. It's the kind of place you talk about long after you've left.

We were in Vegas for a week and I chose dinner for one of the nights. I chose Superfrico because it sounded like more than just food. I wanted more details, I was hoping to find reviews that explained what I should expect as I was taking my in-laws and my niece and nephew. The lady at the check-in sort of freaked my family out by saying inside had a lot of adult themes. I know what she meant but she could have maybe made it sound less like we were walking into an OF filming location. We LOVED the performers, the bubble guy gave us our own little show at the table. It was really cool and different. The "adult" theme was showgirl style outfits, contortionist, a dancer with great skills, nothing that made us uncomfortable.

This place was awesome! I didn't know what to expect, but I ended up really enjoying myself. The restaurant is decorated wild. Performers come out at different times while you are eating. It was pretty cool. The service was excellent. Drinks were good. Food was actually good. I probably wouldn't come back only because it's like a one time experience. But It was fun.

    Dessert- Banana Walnut Tartufo

Boy has this place gone up in price since I first came in 2022. Back then, the pizza that was $18(and not worth it), is now $30! This time I ordered the spicy meatballs, the banana walnut Tartufo again, because it was really good last time. (Btw, it's still $18 in 2026, same as 2022) I also ordered the Topo Chico strawberry guava seltzer(mainly because it was the cheapest drink on the menu($12) It wasn't my favorite, but I drank it. The meatballs are supposed to be served on a bed of potato puree, I could've done with WAY MORE potato. The meatballs are pretty big, it will you up, I couldn't finish mine. Plus they are spicy. Others at the table ordered Warm Brussels and Beef fat & rosemary potatoes as sides to share, and they were pretty good, especially the potatoes. They were so crispy, like chips. The sides are around $20. This place is just so stinking pricy. Some of the restaurant entertainment was pretty cool, I guess that's the main draw of this place. Someone at our table ordered a salad, which came in a really big bowl, still not worth $24 for a salad! I don't care how big it is, it's lettuce. I'm giving this place a 2 based mostly on the prices and our server Alexis, kept forgetting to bring us things. It took us a while to get a drink menu. We asked, he said "I'll go get it" came back 5-8 min. later, and said "so which drink have you picked" We replied, we still haven't gotten the menu. He was nice enough but could've been more efficient in some areas.

Came here for dinner, we ate right as they opened so I think it was a little more quiet than I expected it to be. I don't think that is the restaurants fault, its ours for eating so early. If you want things a little more lively, you may want to plan accordingly! We had an appetizer of the fried mozzarella which was very good, the marinara sauce had a lovely spicy quality to it. I got the spaghetti and meatballs which was excellent, pasta definitely seemed fresh and the meatballs were tasty. My wife got the chicken parm and it was too dry for her tastes, I thought it was fine, but she is far more sensitive to these kinds of things than I am. The waitress was very apologetic and they were more than happy to let her switch to the same thing I had, which she loved. Every 15 or so minutes someone comes out and does a little routine of some sort. There was a guy who came out and juggled while standing on wine bottles, later he hoola hooped with various parts of his body, a lady doing a gymnastic dance routine, it was all very fun. The staff was very friendly, our waitress and bussboy were very nice and attentive!

    Ask the Community - Superfrico

For a party at six and to view the other entertainment, what's the best time to book a reservation?

For a group of six, I'd plan on at least 2 hours so you'll have the breathing room to get your food, enjoy the pacing of the meal, and actually catch the performers working the room without feeling like you're watching the clock.…

Is this appropriate for 14 year old?

It definitely is! This place is fun, colorful, and quirky. There are performances in the middle of the restaurant throughout the night that have some romantic themes, but nothing really overtly sexual.

What are the dinner prices would like to know?

Overpriced and garbage. This is supposed to be Italian cuisine but I can tell you Sinatra at Wynn. Is the best. Next to that pieros by the convention center.

    Can I wear shorts?

Yes! It's a casual environment. I saw people wearing shorts when I went on a Saturday. I'm assuming it's dressier at night. But shorts with a dressy top would be fine.

Ok would love come for New Year's Eve?

What is the best night to go to Superfrico? Thanks!

    Can I make a reservation for 1?

Yes- they book up fast. They don't take walking in with out one unless you want to sit at the bar & eat dinner. You can find a seat there only if you get there early.

    Is this place kid friendly?

    Definitely not.

How long is a typical dinner for 2? We have a 9pm show with a 15 minute walk, is a 6:30 reservation ok?

Yes you should be more than fine!

Since Opium is closed are there still pop in performances?

Yes we were there on Monday and there were performers coming in throughout the dinner doing dances and dressed up in costumes if that's what you mean?

Is there a show on Sunday?

Yes! Their event called The Party goes on Sundays. Dinner show in the exclusive dining room in the back. I'm going Sunday Nov. 9th.

Are there performers on Monday and Tuesday when there isn't a show?

Yes! We were there on Monday night. Performers walk around and come to your table. Enjoy! Definitely recommend the mozzarella your your table!!

How can I get a hold of Superfrico, I tried to call various times and it goes straight to voicemail?

If you're trying to make reservations, they do it online. You can always try calling the General Resort Inquiries for the entire Cosmopolitan and explain your situation to someone. General Resort Inquiries: 702-698-7000 or 877-551-7778.

What's the best day to go on? I made reservations for Monday night but wondering if it's better to go later in the week.

I think going on a weekday would actually be better as it won't be as crowded and easier to get a reservation. It would be easier to get into the Ski Lodge (speakeasy adjacent to Superfrico) as well if you're planning on having a few drinks…

How late do the performances go? Can we come for a drink after dinner? (just have 2 nights in Vegas and already have dinner plans)

Our group had a 9:45pm dinner reservations and still got to see about 4 acts while we were dining. They put up the see through dividers between the bar and main dining room around 11pm which I think meant that there were no more performers that…

    Is it kid friendly?

I wouldn't necessarily say so since there are people half naked there

    Are kids allowed?

Hi Tina, Superfrico is an immersive psychedelic dining experience. Because of the type of…

Is there a separate entrance charge aside from the food?

If you arrive early or your table is not ready there are two bars for cocktails that are extra charge but. i thing other than that and food i recommend the beef cheek rigatoni

    Is there a dress code?

Anything goes! The last time I was there a bachelorette party of about 20 girls were all wearing different britney costumes.

We have reservations for 5 in October, can we pay ahead for the table side mozzarella to insure we get that?

No, but you shouldn't have any issues getting it there

We have a 16 year old. Is he allowed in?

    18+

All I remember was going through the casino areas of Paris Hotel, and then going down one floor to the Horseshoe area to reach this bar just minutes before closing on a Friday close to midnight. I quickly grabbed a seat at the bar area and perused the menu, which has a ton of drinks, beers, wines, mocktails and even snacks. Even when close to closing time, patrons filled up all the bar seating which isn't a lot; most seating was couches and tables near the knickknacks. I got myself the Bee's Knees, which is cranberry and pineapple juice, apple puree, cinnamon fire syrup and some ginger beer according to their menu just outside the front entrance. I can only describe the taste as a sweetened fruit juice with a ton of fizz from the ginger beer, and the pineapple and apple came out on top for overpowering the drink overall. Some mint leaves and a slice of grapefruit were added in, and the mint leaves made this drink feel more like a special cocktail. This and other mocktails is $13 before tax, so pretty high price especially when considering their other alcoholic drinks are not that much higher than that... I actually still loved my drink, though! It was a nice wrap-up for my last day in Vegas and I'm curious now to look a lot more carefully at the stuff on the walls if I ever come here again!

Went up ready to order and the bartender asked where we were seated and said a waitress would come by and that we couldn't order with him. We sat, we waited 15-20 mins and no one came around. We waited long enough and decided it wasn't worth our money. If trying to get an order in was this difficult, can't imagine what the rest of the service is like.

I arrived to the vesper bar and found a nice couch next to the bar…read more The atmosphere is nice and the bar looks very appealing. I sat for around 15 minutes waiting for service and then walked up to the bar instead to order drinks. He rejected my offer and said the waitress would take my order and to return back to my seat. The waitress has not come around. she has been standing in the corner looking at nothing for the past 20 minutes.

This is such a cool bar on property at the Rio. It's a very Brazilian vibe in here and just so cool. The lounge seating is absolutely beautiful. I just got a gin and tonic, but next time I come back here, definitely grabbing one of their tropical cocktails which looked so good. There was live entertainment when we were here, too. Such a cool spot. Would definitely come back here again!

Adhering to the Brazil vibe, it has a gold jaguar climbing the bar and a very chique vibe with pops of gold and patterned seat upholstery. And it's a perfectly convenient stop for a drink when meeting others in the lobby to leave for dinner. Bartender Christian is as friendly as all the staff at the Rio and took great care of us. The cocktail game is real and we had some excellent, beautiful drinks. There was a live singer some nights. (Lapa & Luckley's have happy hours a few days a week) Also, I don't know how often this happens, but while in the casino we were given a buy one get one coupon for drinks here! But be sure to tip on your total before the discount ;)

Our bartender was super friendly and every drink were crafted and presented beautifully. The cocktails are definitely on the expensive side, but you're paying for the entire experience. They also bring out complimentary snacks and dessert jellies, and everything is served with incredible attention to detail. It's a small space, so I'd recommend making a reservation. If you're looking to treat yourself to a unique cocktail experience in Las Vegas, I would definitely recommend The Vault.

On another note- sadly- drunk people are extremely rude and mouthy and try to take away from the show but Kent handled it superbly. It was the integrity behind every moment. Before the séance began, Kent took the time to explain the experience, set thoughtful expectations, and acknowledge the emotional weight of what some audience members might feel. That level of care is incredibly rare. It was clear he wasn't trying to manipulate emotions or convince anyone of anything. Instead, he created a space where curiosity, wonder, and respect could exist together. His passion for his craft is unmistakable, but it's his character that makes the show unforgettable. In a city known for spectacle, Kent reminded me that the most powerful performances come from authenticity. I left feeling more than entertained. I left genuinely moved. If you're looking for an experience that makes you think, feel, and reflect long after the show ends, this is it. I'll absolutely be back.
