    Blistered Shishito Peppers**
    Gina D.

We loved LAVO, their shishito peppers and garlic bread made for the perfect appetizer combination, best shishitos I've ever had. They gave us a delicious appetizer tray of pickled veggies and some house bread with red sauce, so good! The cavatelli truffle ricotta was also delicious, and the chicken Marsala was good. Full drink list and the drinks were delicious, restaurant itself is gorgeous. They are expensive but you would expect that based on location. We had three people dining and asked for one person to be on their own check prior to placing our order and they said no, but other than not splitting checks it was a perfect experience. No issues with service either our server was on top of things.

We had a hard time finding an open restaurant during our recent visit to Vegas, as a big conference had rented out many of the restaurants near where we were staying. I'm glad we found Lavo! I had a nice experience. The atmosphere was really beautiful and I enjoyed my food. It was a little expensive, but on par with other nearby places. The food came out quickly, and while not life changing, it hit the spot after a long day. The only pain point was the service. Our server was working a ton of tables, so we rarely saw her after she took our order. It took forever to get our check when we were ready to go.

What a great deal! Not only is Alex outstanding at her job, but the way she orchestrated the entire experience was unforgettable. As locals, the strip can be a nuisance but the palazzo is a different place. I took advantage of the easy parking of the palazzo side and parked on P2 which led me straight to the elevator tugging me a straight shot to lavo. The venue is beautiful and the dj was playing vibes. The bottomless mimosas came with three Juices for us to add as much as we wanted to our bubbly. The food was so good I mean oysters salmón crudo the pancakes the pizza but best of all the veal ragout. I can't wait to go back. One of my favorite meals in a long time and I can't wait to go back.

This restaurant was beautiful, elegant and very chic. The service was a bit slow but in fairness, it was a Saturday night in Vegas during one week. The menu was extremely diverse in Italian cuisine everything from the salad, which has been one of the best Caesar salads I've ever had to the penne à la vodka to the New York style cheesecake fantastic! If you're in Vegas check out Lavo & thank me later!! Xoxo

Woooow this restaurant is not only aesthetically pleasing, but it also has great service and phenomenal pasta. I'm usually a little skeptical about enjoying Italian food, but I was blown away by the braised rib pasta which wasn't even my dish! Our server was on top of getting us settled in with drinks and appetizers before our main course. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in Vegas!

    Mushroom pizza burnt!

Visited LAVO Las Vegas with a group of 7 on a Monday night. Service: We had reservations, but the experience started off poorly. The host was very rude, which honestly set a negative tone right away and almost made us want to cancel. Thankfully, once we were seated, our waitress was nice and helpful throughout the meal, which helped improve the overall experience. Complimentary bread was provided for the table, but it wasn't anything special. Food: The burrata appetizer was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the eggplant that came with it. The burrata and arugula pizza was my personal favorite of the night. The penne pasta was also good. The tomahawk steak was decent and fun with the tableside garnish presentation. The seabass was just okay and didn't stand out. Unfortunately, the mushroom and shaved truffle pizza was not good at all -- we didn't realize until we took it home that the bottom of the pizza was completely burnt. Ambiance: The ambiance felt very typical Vegas -- dark lighting and loud music, which can be fun for a group dinner. However, we were seated in the back room away from everyone else, which felt a bit odd. The back room didn't have the same energy and wasn't as nice as the main dining area. Overall, there were some solid dishes and our waitress was great, but the rude host and uneven food quality made the experience a bit mixed.

Had such a fun time at LAVO Party Brunch in Las Vegas for a friend's birthday! Huge thank you to our VIP host Brandon for hooking us up with a noon party brunch... honestly perfect now that I'm in my 30s lol. A daytime party in Vegas just hits different. The whole vibe was great, with entertaining dancers and a lively atmosphere, and the service was on point the entire time. We all had an amazing time. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a fun, high-energy brunch experience!

Today was our first day in Las Vegas so after my friend Mat and I were done walking through the strip, we stopped at this resort, which is the palazzo and we decided to stop at the restaurant Lavo for dinner. After talking to the hostess I asked her if she had a dairy free noodle and a gluten-free noodle and they have both options available at this restaurant. For dinner this evening I decided to get the spaghetti with olive oil and marinara which is a dairy and an egg free noodle and my friend Mat decided to get the margarita pizza with a gluten-free crust we haven't gotten food yet, but we did get a complementary seasonal veggie platter from the shop and I did get my drink, which is the Velvet Petal. The ambience and decor reminds me of something really casual and upscale at the same time. The decor of the brick walls and lanterns, the flowing curtains, and the ambience lighting, makes the restaurant very romantic along with the fresh herbs and greenery. There is a lovely gentleman who came over with a tray of fresh, fruit, grapefruit, lime, lemon, and watermelon for our waters, and he placed the lemon slices from the tongs into our glasses. There is also another lovely lady who I believe is our server she brought me my cocktail. Her name is Brittney and she's outstanding. She's kind, attentive and charismatic in all the right ways! 10/10 Miss Lorena At the restroom was a peach and was very kind.

I cant even put into words how amazing this place is. The only way to describe it is an out-of-body experience. Come hungry or don't bother coming at all. They aren't kidding about "endless brunch" When I left I had to make a few phone calls. First to my family to let them know they need to go here. The second call was to a wheelchair rental company because there's no way I was walking home after all that food. And finally, a quick call to my doctor to figure out how I can get on a GLP-1 because I realized I seriously need to reevaluate my dietary decisions

If you want to do brunch with great food, great vibes and great prices this is your place. Came on a Sunday with a group of 5, the food was amazing , customer service was amazing and our waiter Sigi was awesome! I will always do brunch here when in Vegas !

Made reservations for Lavo for a Wednesday evening and glad we did. There were multiple conventions in town and a line out the door of people hoping to get in. Once we checked in, our table was ready on time. A lovely lady in an amazing black dress seated us. They have a nice bar area, and a couple different seating areas. Generally the restaurant is lowly lighted, but somehow we ended up at a table with better lighting than many other tables - so we were very happy. They have limited Pepsi products - no Mountain Dew. Their specialty cocktails on menu can all be done as adult or nonalcoholic. They do have complimentary bread and vegetables. Their Fritto Misto was cooked perfectly. We of course had to get "The Meat Ball" - their monster 1 pound meatball. The Jumbo Shrimp Scampi was a healthy serving of 8 pieces and was prepared perfectly! The Reginette Seafood Alfredo has both sweet scallops and shrimp. I got it with a lobster tail - which was okay, but I would've been fine without the tail. The Alfred sauce was somehow a lighter preparation and not a heavy Alfredo. We ended the night with a Tiramisu, NY style Cheesecake and some sorbet. The server was lovely and the staff made our experience very nice. I would've definitely go back again!

I went for a birthday brunch at the Party Brunch on a Saturday, and it was definitely an experience. The patio has a $500 minimum, but you get a bar and a nice view of the Strip. Inside is a whole different vibe with a $1,000 minimum and up, a bigger DJ setup, and dancers who change into these super elaborate costumes throughout the afternoon. The menu is on the pricier side, so hitting the minimum really isn't hard. We tried the wagyu sliders, avocado croissant, calamari, shrimp cocktail and the benedict very good food. This is the kind of place where sharing with the table is the way to go so you can taste a little bit of everything. My random favorite part? The rainfall faucets in the bathroom. Seriously the coolest thing I've ever seen. FREE 3 hour parking for locals. Brunch opens inside at 1PM. Ladies get a free drink wristband until 2PM. I had a blast celebrating, but I probably won't be there too often unless it's for a special occasion

Five stars all the way for Lavo. From start to finish, everything was spot on! Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and provided quality recommendations. I offered the LAVO-Lini cocktail per her recommendation and it was exactly as described: fruity, bright, and refreshing. We started with the garlic bread paired with basil pesto, marinara, and gorgonzola dolce. A simple starter, but done exceptionally well. For my main, I had the Brick Oven Salmon Oreganato and it was perfectly cooked with a flavorful garlic butter. One of the best salmon dishes I've had in a while! Overall, an exceptional experience at Lavo and I can't wait to return on my next Vegas trip.

We started with our usual grilled octopus, which unfortunately was dry, chewy, and lacked the flavor we remembered. The short rib arancini was equally disappointing--it was dry, and the short rib filling was virtually nonexistent. The only highlights of the meal were the bread basket and the short rib agnolotti, both of which were excellent and lived up to our expectations. To make matters worse, the table next to us brought in a small dog. I'm a dog lover and even take my own dog to pet-friendly places, but unless it's a legitimate service animal, I don't believe it belongs in what's meant to be a fine dining experience. This was clearly not a service animal, and it distracted from what was already a disappointing evening. After so many wonderful experiences here over the years, this was the first time we've left truly disappointed. I sincerely hope this was just an off night, because Scarpetta has always been one of our favorite restaurants in Las Vegas.

No Italian food anywhere this good since Felix Trattoria in LA opened with the glassed in humidified Nonna Room where Chef Evan wielded his chitarra and made Sausage Tortellini with his sausage fingers. Felix was the Italian version of the glass Dumpling cage at Din Tai Fung where the 18 year olds made 18 folds all Din Tai day. Many Italian Restaurants use store bought Pasta. It's an acceptable Chef cheat. Some even go to the trouble to buy Bronze Dye Extruded dry Pasta as it pits the Pasta to help absorb Sauce. Here, the Pasta is all made by hand. (Renta Nonna?) All hands on deck and on the Rigatoni. There is a discernable difference especially when the fresh handmade Pasta is cooked quickly to keep it as toothsome as Ferraro's does it. The Decor: Rich, warm, welcoming, earthy and understated elegant. So, no warehouse close out of Majolica Pottery. The Hostess will greet you as if you were really someone she'd like to sit next to at Thanksgiving. This place is located off The Strip in a Strip Mall and thankfully no street stripper cajoling you to take a photo with her/him for a ten-spot. The Bar: As full as a Bar can get with some of most anything you can order to go with anything you can pick from the ambitious menu, and the wine list is heroic. Overwhelmed by the signature Cocktails I finally picked a Drunken Strawberry with a little push from Ivana the wonderful Server who cared for me like the first night with an adopted pound puppy. My drink had Porter's Tropical Old Tom Style Gin, Chamberryzette (Strawberry Aperitif), Aperol, and Fabbri Fregola (Strawberries in Syrup). It leaned sweet, and two more would have had me leaning in the street. Within minutes Fabio the "Bread Boy" offered a tray of complimentary warm Rustic Rolls which were favuloso along with rectangles of Foccacia. The House made Tapenade was meraviglioso. The Staff: Ivana was as warm as the beautiful Rustic Rolls. She was charming and genuinely concerned about every detail to insure that all her guests enjoyed everything they selected from the huge menu. And they all did. Who's here? Locals, regulars, expats all dreaming of what they ate every Sunday at their Nonna's kitchen table. Of course there were a few turisti who ventured off The Strip which rivals Bourbon St. and Times Square for being a rip. You'd have to know this wonderful place is here and now you do. The Food: It is simply not possible to make a mistake or bad choice here. The food is exceptional. The Ravioli with a chunk of Beef Cheek inside was brilliant. This could've been a main course. The Arancini Cacio e Pepe was the size of a Rawlings Baseball only much easier to chew. It's a Black Pepper and Pecorino-Romano Cheese Rice Ball breaded and fried then topped with a Truffle Cream Sauce laced with flecked and bits of Black Truffle. (Ask for a side of Crestor). While crisp is America's favorite flavor, apparently, it's Italy's too. Crunchy and creamy these were beyond delicious. Finally, the third appetizer took a bow. Crudo di Coda Ricciola (thin slices of Yellowtail), with Fennel, Hazelnuts, Capers, Calabrese Chili Oil and a drizzle of White Balsamic Vinegar. This was more than just fish. It's more than you could wish for, capeesh? My Caesar was good enough to hail. Creamy, Garlicy Dressing with just a hint of Anchovy and Toasted Bread Crumbs replacing soggy Croutons. Lovely. The Lobster Aragosta (like saying Shrimp Scampi), was pried out of it's shell (like a debutant at her first dance) tableside with the expertise of a trauma surgeon. The Pasta was perfect, nice and spicy, and coiled attractively with a fork in a ladle and more than enough for four hungry Construction Workers. Lobster in unskilled hands is often bouncy and rubbery. Not this one, it was tender, slightly transluscent, sightly briny and half buried in the Fresh Pomodoro Sauce. I ate way more of this delicious Pasta than I had any right or ability to. It was addictive with one bite. So, yes it was worth the 4 plus hour schelp from LA to get here. Ferraro's is the Ferrari of Italian Cuisine (a bitaly of Italy for sure) and might just be the true home of home made Italian food in the Country...any Country.

The restaurant is much larger than meets the eye and we were seated in the small back room with the additional bar. There were quite a few tables open. Service was attentive and professional. We ordered a bottle of wine which they kept chilled and always made sure to refill our glasses as needed. I was a huge fan of the complimentary starters and to be honest I think they were my favorite part of the meal. A member of the staff comes to your table to serve a chunk of parmesan cheese cut right off the block. You also receive a bowl of pickled cauliflower, a beautifully presented salami rose plate, and a basket of 3 types of fresh bread. Our waiter informed us that everything was served family style and meant to be shared, so I found it interesting that they split our order of Spicy Rigatoni Vodka for us. It's one of their most well-known dishes and we really enjoyed it. The Octopus Pizzaiolo was delicious, especially with the inclusion of the crispy potatoes. The thick piece of fish on the Salmon Oreganata was beautiful but the salmon itself lacked a bit of seasoning. They bring around a dessert cart but we opted out as nothing caught our eye and we were pretty full. They brought out a small birthday dessert with a candle, which was delicious and always appreciated.

We had reservations at 5pm so it wasn't busy yet. The dining was very nicely furnished. They have about the same amount of seating on the patio as in the dining room with a bar and high top tables in the middle. I asked if the White Truffle Garlic Bread could be made gluten free. I was so happy to hear that they can. I felt like I had died and gone to cheesy heaven.before I developed my wheat allergy I ordered garlic bread anywhere it was in the menu. It's one of my favorite foods. So when I say theirs is quite possibly the best I've ever had in my life, it means something. We ordered family style for the entrees. We ordered the Bolognese Pappardelle, Strozzapreti, Ricotta Cavatelli( subbed gf pasta), Chicken Scarpariello and Short Rib Lumache. They were all absolutely delicious. Dessert did not disappoint either. We ordered the Brookie sundae and the Tiramisu. I couldn't have the Tiramisu but I was told that it was great. The Brookie sundae was a fun dessert. It came with vanilla, pistachio and chocolate gelato, whip and some sort of cake on the bottom. I didn't go all the way down because of my stupid allergy again. The gelatos were all good. It came with a side dish with strawberries and nuts and little chocolate balls. I can't wait to go back again. Next time I'll tell the rest of the table to get their own garlic bread so I don't have to share mine. I'll have dreams about that bread. So heavenly!!!!

Out of everything we ordered, my favorites were the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, Chicken Pesto, and the Pepperoni Pizza with Hot Honey. The Chicken Pesto was a little more lemony than I expected, but I would still order it again because it was very good. The Spicy Rigatoni Vodka had the perfect amount of spice not too spicy, but enough to give it great flavor. The Strozzapreti and White Truffle Garlic Bread were not my personal favorites, but my family really enjoyed both of them. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were great, and I would definitely come back.
