Had the most amazing experience at Amalfi!! Everything that we ate was absolutely delicious! They have a section in the back of the restaurant where you get to pick out which fish you want for dinner. I have to give a shout out to Kenny at the fish station, he was SO friendly and knowledgeable! And he spent time explaining everything to me, and helped me back a decision! He's awesome!!! Next I have to shout out our waitress Shelby!!! She was so friendly and attentive and really helped to make our experience extra special. The restaurant is quiet and the decor is beautiful, it was a nice getaway from the craziness of Vegas. I will definitely be back here on my next visit.

Food, service, and ambiance were amazing. Finally something worth tasting on my Vegas trip. My final meal here was just what I needed for a pick me up and feel good vibes. Upon entering I felt welcomed by the hostess. The lighting is dim for a fancy vibe. There's also bar seating as well. I had a $20 food voucher I needed to use for signing up for Caesar's rewards before leaving back to DFW. I'm glad I decided on Amalfis. There were so many choices on the paper and all day I wasn't craving anything. Five hours before, I had already had an average meal and wasn't impressed. I was really wanting some dessert so when I saw someone say something about their pistachio sundae I had to try it. My husband also pointed out the rigatoni sounded good. I'm glad I ordered both. The rigatoni was carefully made and all the flavors were perfect. I loved the bits of Italian sausage that popped. The pasta was not too heavy. Before ordering, I originally thought I was going to be taking leftovers but it's the perfect amount of food. While I was finishing the pasta, I was thinking I'm still hungry. But I knew I was gonna have dessert. By the time I finished dessert, everything settled so it was good timing. The ice cream was just the right sweetness and nutty crunch from the pistachios were like a treat to me. I've never really been a fan of cherries but I still ate them as the chef intended. I liked the light cream they put on the side as well. The chocolate notes were a bit darker for me but still a complex combination of textures and flavors that kept the meal exciting. I cleaned both plates I received and had to refrain myself from trying to lick the remaining pasta sauce. The service here was attentive. My server was helpful and polite. He explained things about the menu, asked if I had any questions. I'm glad I asked for the dessert menu though cause the first menu was only drinks and the entrees. I definitely felt taken care of there. There were other helpers that helped refilled waters. There was only one little hiccup which I can totally overlook. I gave the server my rewards card, credit card, and food voucher. I only received the rewards card back upon paying, but thankfully one of the workers noticed and saw me looking and I was able to get the card back fairly quickly. Overall I highly recommend this place and would definitely be back if given the opportunity.

I had a great dinner experience. As usual, I had my dinner at the bar and as usual I met some really interesting, cool people to chat with. I'm not a big eater but I ended up going with the whole fish in lemon caper sauce in order to have the best experience. As I was ordering, I was told that I'd have to go and pick out my fish. How fun! The bartender/server was top notch. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name. I relied on his advice for drink and food and he did an excellent job. If you're looking for a unique experience, check this place out!

Amazing and beautiful Italian seafood/pasta restaurant inside Caesar's. Great quality of food for a decent price for a celebrity chef restaurant as well. Staff was very attentive and gave us a candle on dessert for birthday. Charred octopus was very tender and we were pleasantly surprised by eggplant crostini app. Lobster cavatelli pasta was my favorite, vodka rigatoni noodles were small but great flavor, squid ink fettuccine was bright with tender noodles, and gnocchi was pillowy soft. The desserts were amazing - you must get the apple cake. Chocolate cake and tiramisu were decent as well.

Ambiance was party like , a little dim. For dates and groups of friends celebrating. Dress code is strict can not come in with tank top or athletic wear. The service seems a little robot like .. going thru the motions. We went for new years . It was a regular menu. No pre fixe meal. Which was ok. The menu is going for a south Italian feel. Focused on their fish. We ordered lobster cavatelli.. rib eye bone in 24 oz. And crispy potatoes. Pretty presentation. The steak was juicy buy Luke warm. The plate it was on was cold. The lobster .. I don't see it but it must be in there. Tho .. it was tasty. The sauce was creamy and smooth. The crispy potatoes were in cubes and fried covered with cheese. It was a nice place to go prob not for new years celebration. next time. Depending on what kind of place you like to celebrate.

Amalfi absolutely delivered from start to finish! We walked in with a party of two and they were able to accommodate us right away. Service was warm and attentive. The food was incredible! The Lobster Cavatelli stole the show! Fresh pasta and the sauce complimented the seafood beautifully without overpowering it. The Mezze Rigatoni Tomato Vodka Sauce was rich and creamy. The Amalfi Chopped Salad was crisp and the perfect dish to balance out our pasta dishes. Of course we had to finish with the tiramisu, which was phenomenal. Light, fluffy, and not overly sweet. A perfect ending to the meal! I will definitely be returning next time I'm in Vegas!

Bobby Flay's Amalfi located in Caesar's Palace lives up to its name! 10 out of 10 for everything this was an extraordinary culinary dining experience. Once you're seated if you like you can go to the back of the restaurant and pick out your seafood and you have the option of having it served whole or filleted. My waiter Kris was extraordinary taking the time to explain the menu, giving recommendations on pairings and making us feel like royalty. In addition we had additional wait staff to keep our glasses full and our table clean and organized. I had the Dorada fish which was served filleted in a lemon cream sauce and I also ordered lobster cavatelli. My better half had a ribeye steak with crispy potatoes. Everything was intentional and delicious. What really made the night was that we decided to splurge on dessert and that did not disappoint. I ordered Cinnamon sorbet with the apple crisp cake and he ordered a lemon cake. They were outstanding. The restaurant itself was beautiful. It was like your whisked away off the coast of Amalfi. Well done, Bobby Flay you outdid yourself on this restaurant.

It's hard for me to find Italian restaurants in the United States that I genuinely like. They all seem to serve pasta with a sauce that came in a frozen packet and was thawed, or store-bought pasta with a sweet, canned sauce, maybe a slightly better version of that, but nothing very appetizing. However, when I do find a good Italian spot here, it's really good. Amalfi is excellent. Located in a very popular area on the Vegas Strip, inside the MGM hotel, the restaurant is big and eye-catching, just like everything in Vegas. I loved the Italian décor and the display of fish on ice. It reminded me of a Sicilian fish market. I had to order the grilled branzino, which was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The citrus sauce was perfectly balanced and complemented it very well. For appetizers, we ordered the burrata, which came with warm, fluffy, freshly baked bread, and the charred octopus, which was grilled to perfection. Everything paired wonderfully with a glass of Dolcetto, recommended by our waiter. The whole experience took me right back to Italy (yes, it is possible to take a quick trip to Italy even while you're on the busy Vegas Strip).

Really good food all around. Delicious fresh seafood. I went for a solo dinner at 4:30 on a Tuesday and sat at the bar. It was not super busy and just a few others at the bar. It does look like they have usb ports at the bar if you wanted to charge your electronics. Dinner tables eventually filled up later but not to the point where it was completely full. Service was quick and food was tasty.

Another really great dining experience at Caesars! I'll start by saying I love seafood--more shellfish than cooked fish--and I typically don't order pasta at restaurants. But here I was. If the bread service at the beginning of the meal was any indication of how good this restaurant would be, we knew we were in for a treat. The bread was light, crispy, and absolutely delicious. We started with the grilled octopus, which they nailed--perfect flavor and texture. We also had the chopped salad, grilled prawns, and squid ink pasta. I won't go into detail on every dish, but I will say this: it was one of the better meals I've had at Caesars (and that's saying a lot). The service was excellent, the food was something I'd definitely come back for, and the ambiance made the whole experience even better. If only I could pop in just for the bread...

These pictures say it all. Beautiful restaurant, amazing service, and food was exactly what you'd hope to get traveling the Amalfi Coast, delicious fresh seafood and pasta to compliment We were so lucky to have a party of 5 that was willing to share and try all the amazing dishes. My cousins were frequent diners at Amalfi and recommended and picked out our Branzino prepared with Meyer Lemon and Capers. The Squid Ink Pasta and Pasta rags were so good. The Blue Crab Eggplant Meatballs in the Vodka Sauce were yummy too. Bread was warm and fresh with the whipped spread.. all delish. The salad, spinach and the cocktails completed our meal. Thankfully they were also able to modify a couple menu items to accommodate one of our diners that was plant-based vegan We were too full for any dessert. But we will definitely try during in our next visit

We came right when they opened with no reservation. Service was great and quick. The busser was quick to refill our water every time. Appetizer wasn't too bad, expected a little more from the tuna tartare. For our main meal we went with pasta which was good, but not amazing. Portion is also fairly small. They also have a section where you can choose a live fish they can cook for you. Is it worth the price? Probably not.

Amalfi was exceedingly underwhelming and disappointing since I had read nothing but good things on Reddit and right here on Yelp too. Maybe I went on an off night or something. Here's what I ordered for dinner: Linguine White Clam Sauce: SALTY. Very salty and I prefer my food to be on the saltier side too. The flavors were there, but it felt like I was eating a spoonful of salt with every bite. The linguine was cooked perfectly though. Lobster Cavatelli: More like Lobster Lemon Cavatelli. Way too lemon forward. It was all I could taste. Pasta was also cooked perfectly. It's weird because there's no mention of anything citrusy in the description at all, just "fra diavolo, crunchy garlic." I didn't notice any crunchy garlic? I just assumed it would've been a garnish, but maybe it's mixed in with the sauce. Chicken Parmigiano: The tomato sauce was balanced which was nice, but the chicken was dry. Crispy Potatoes: By far the best item we ordered, but it's just crispy potatoes. Kind of hard to screw up. I also ordered an espresso martini which was good, but just like everything else I had for dinner, nothing was memorable. Oh, and my friend was a little sad she didn't get her coffee bean garnish for her martini (she wanted me to mention that). The photos made the portions here look really small and unfortunately it is small in-person too. Everything looks delicious, but that's about as far as it goes. Service was fine and the restaurant/atmosphere is pretty much what you'd expect for a nice Vegas restaurant. Overall a disappointing meal. Vegas has SO many other Italian restaurants to offer. You're better off looking elsewhere because Amalfi isn't it.

Can I bring in a birthday cake?

I doubt it since they want to charge you for their desserts. They're very stingy there.

No. There is no standard bread service.

    Yes. They are very accommodating.

Does Amalfi take walk-ins or is it reservation only?

They will take walk ins IF ( big IF!) they have the space, but even if you can secure a table there may be a considerable wait if they are busy (which is most of the time). Best to have a reservation if you can.
