Giada's at The Cromwell delivers a dining experience that feels both elevated and inviting. We had a 5:30 PM reservation and were seated right on time, which is always a great start to the evening. We were given a window seat along Flamingo Road--not directly facing the Strip--but still had a great view of the Bellagio Fountains, which made the setting feel special. One thing to note: there is no minimum spending requirement for these seats, unlike the Strip-facing window tables which require about $125 per person in food and beverage. We started with the fried calamari and the bread board, both of which were excellent. For our main dishes, we had the house specialty lemon spaghetti with shrimp, a side of rigatoni, and the stuffed chicken parmigiana--everything was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The lemon notes throughout the meal really stood out in the best way. We paired everything with a beautiful bottle of Cakebread Chardonnay, which complemented the meal perfectly. To finish, we had Giada's specialty lemon cookies and the cheesecake brûlée, along with a Tawny Port that paired perfectly with dessert. Everything we had was AMAZING. Service was attentive without being overbearing--wine glasses were refilled at just the right times, plates were cleared promptly, and we never once felt rushed. It took me over ten years to finally make it back to Giada Las Vegas, and I'd been looking forward to the return trip ever since my first visit. As a fan of the celebrity chef, I was still holding out hope I'd run into her, but no luck this time! The restaurant remains beautifully decorated, and I still love the small touches, like seeing the Giada logo on various items throughout the space. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill once we were seated. Our server was incredibly slow to acknowledge us, it was at least 15 to 20 minutes before he came by just to ask if we wanted drinks. I had to politely ask for a menu first, as I wasn't sure how I could order without seeing the selection but I let it go. Because I was worried the service would continue to be a disappearing act, I rushed to put in my full order. I had the orzo meatballs and the lemon spaghetti I remembered so fondly from years ago. Things didn't improve from there. The food took quite a while to arrive, and when it did, the appetizer and entrée were served at the exact same time. Worse yet, the meatballs were only lukewarm and the spaghetti was cold. I'm not one to send food back, so I tried to salvage it by asking for extra lemon sauce, hoping the heat from the sauce would warm the pasta. It didn't work--the sauce was also lukewarm. While the shrimp were a good size, they were unfortunately quite tough. On a positive note, the meatballs were tender and flavorful, and the pasta itself was cooked to a perfect al dente, which I enjoy. Overall, this was a disappointing visit. At this price point, and with so many other world class dining options nearby, I expected much better. Wish I could give half stars, because I think this is more of a 3.5 than a 3. First, the inside is lovely. We somehow managed to get a booth that sits opposite the window seats, so we had a fantastic view of the strip, that alone was fantastic. The service was good and friendly, albeit maybe slightly detached. We had the bacon wrapped dates as an appetizer and it was pretty good, but I think the sausage in the middle made it a little too mushy. We all got a pasta dish and while it was good, it wasn't earth shattering or ground breaking in any way. While if was cooked well and had some decent flavors, I honestly prefer the handmade pasta offerings at a fancy italian restaurant back home. The dessert was fine, it was scoop of ice cream and a scoop of gelato. Good, but again, nothing amazing. I was super excited to try this place since I love Italian food, and it did not disappoint. Our server was very kind and attentive, really listening to our requests and making sure everything was just right. The view is absolutely beautiful--you can even see the Bellagio fountain show, which makes the whole experience even more special. They also have great vegetarian options, which I really appreciated. We ended up ordering quite a bit, but couldn't finish everything. The portions may look small at first, but the food is surprisingly filling, so definitely come hungry. I've always been a big fan of Giada and I'm so glad we got to try her restaurant during this trip! Located within the Cromwell hotel, the escalator up to the restaurant on the 2nd floor is right by the hotel entrance from the Strip. The restaurant has an open floor plan with an inviting ambiance and great views of the Strip. Our server was kind and welcoming. He remembered we were there to celebrate my friend's birthday which was nice. We ordered various things on the menu including their famous focaccia bread (as there's no complimentary bread served), salad, and a few pasta/risotto dishes. The food was all tasty and fresh but definitely pricey. The portions were on the smaller side so be aware when ordering. For my friend's birthday, they gave us a salted chocolate chip and lemon ricotta cookie which were both heavenly delicious. Two small issues we encountered but could become a 5 star experience if fixed: - the food was warm not hot. It would have been nice to have hot food come out (in the middle of the meal, the food was already cold). - there is no direct phone number to call the restaurant and the concierge will not transfer your call. read more

03/05/2026 A couple of years ago, my friend and I had dinner at GIADA and we loved the Tiramisu. So when we planned our recent Vegas trip, we made a reservation to have dessert here again. The restaurant was somewhat busy around Thursday at 8pm. We were seated right by the window and had a great view of the strip. When our waiter started talking about the menu, we let him know we were only there for dessert. He said he had to go check if that was okay because I guess we were seated at a table that was meant for a full meal. He came back and said it was fine since things were slowing down anyway. We thought that was kind of weird. Awkwardness aside, we still had a good time and enjoyed the dessert. Their Tiramisu is not traditional - the mascarpone layers are thick and dense. There is one layer of espresso-dipped ladyfingers sandwiched between two crunchy chocolate cookie squares. It was pretty good, though not as good as we remembered. If we have just dessert here again, I'll make sure to add a note to my reservation. read more

Walking the strip thinking Italian I opted for Giata. I watched her so much on Food Network for so many years and so many chefs celebrity restaurants thought I would choose this one. So glad I did. Quiet, luxurious upscale this restaurant was exactly what I was looking for. Being alone, I sat at the bar, had excellent service and started with a Peroni while I looked at the menu. After spending nearly $40 on a club sandwich, a banana and a Gatorade at the hotel. I was expecting way out of line pricing, but went for the.Branzini fish, arugula salad, and the focaccia bread as there wasn't a smaller option for bread, but what a great meal. The arugula salad was fresh with a light vinaigrette, shaved Parmesan cheese really hit the spot. Delicious. The fish came expertly presented, and as a chef, I couldn't even figure out some of the items mixed in the sauces on top of this gorgeously cooked fish, but the flavors were fantastic, the fish was flaky, just the right amount of spices absolutely delicious. I took my time had a couple of beers and it was so nice to sit in a quiet place, getting excellent service and excellent food to end my week in Vegas. I have to admit I'm not a Vegas fan, but I did have one other good meal this week with guest, including beef tartare bone marrow then to here to finish with this lovely cooked fish. I just left the restaurant to enjoy my birthday brunch with my best friend who is visiting from out of town. I had a Groupon for $110 worth of drink and food items to be used by two people. Even with our server knowing we had a Groupon, I felt our service was not affected negatively in any way whatsoever by that. I will request sitting in his section again for any future visits! I ordered the white peach Bellini and Cavatelli. The Bellini was ok, not really a white peach flavor, it had more of a slight strawberry taste mixed with it to me. The Cavatelli pasta with shrimp dish wasn't as lemony as I thought it'd be. I didn't taste any lemon at all to be honest... I did ask for more lemon flavor after tasting it and was given more lemon crème sauce, and it did have some lemon zest in it. I also asked for some spicy sauce to add, I just like spicy food... The shrimp it came with was so good! It seemed like it was slightly sauteed in butter so it had a bit of crispiness on the outside; delicious! I also really liked the crispy capers (I wouldn't mind having extra in mine, but I'm also the type that likes a lot of extra capers. My friend ordered the Giada-rita for her drink, which she said was very good, and the avocado toast, and was pleasantly surprised it came with a nice portion of baked fingerling potatoes on the side, sprinkled with a delicious cheese. When doing my research for foods to try in Vegas the search engine kept recommending the lemon spaghetti. So I definitely made it a point to try this dish before I left. The pasta was perfectly cooked to an al dente texture and the cream sauce was beautifully layered with a lemon cream sauce that was bright and flavorful. The grated Parmesan sent the dish to another level that brought everything together. The location is great too - beautiful ambience and you can see the fountain show from the floor to ceiling windows. The apps - some hits, some misses. One of my new favorite sayings related to great Bourbon is it's overpriced but not overrated, this is true for this place. My wife and I used to love watching Giada on TV. So this is a place just had to visit. I always say no one is perfect and this place isn't either. For a tourist trip like Vegas I expect some of what I planning to say. The food was amazing, the service fantastic which is why I with five stars. However, small attention to detail. I think it's a little constructive criticism. They had one of my favorite bourbons, Weller Full Proof which is fantastic because it's hard to find and not many places have it and they serve it to me in a cool glass, but the glass had lots of spots on it, and you may not notice it, but I sit near the window where the sun was coming through so it was literally glaring at my face every sip. Because I sat near the window viewing the Vegas strip. I can also see the dust on the hand railing next to the window looked like it hadn't been cleaned or dusted in several weeks. Just small things that you wouldn't notice if you were dining at night probably but I had Earley seating at 4:30 PM. My service crew was amazing. We had the orzo meatballs and the cacio e pepe bucatini that comes in its own cheese wheel!! We had broccolini on the side and the crème brûlée cheesecake for dessert - both were solid choices. I had high hopes from a celebrity chef restaurant in Vegas. I was looking forward to the experience especially because I love Italian food. The service was amazing. The food came out timely. The staff was personable and our server always checked on us. I also received a glass of champagne for my birthday. (Thank you.) The restaurant was beautiful. We were seated by the window which was perfect but it was a hot day and the sun was beaming down through the shade and I knew I was going to be uncomfortably warm if I sat there through dinner. Luckily they were able to move us to another table. Sadly, the air smelled of cigarettes every now and then, although I didn't see anyone smoking. I ordered the Italian Interlude cocktail which was so pretty and delicate. For dinner, my husband and I ordered: Bigeye Tuna Crudo: I found the aioli and the Parmesan crisp to be too heavy for the tuna. I was looking for more blood orange or more acidity to cut the fat. Caprese Salad: I don't know what the cream is - burrata? But it was fantastic, along with the little pearls of balsamic vinegar. I did not like the chunks of rock salt on top of the whole salad. It was way too salty. Giada's Signature Lemon Spaghetti: Lovely plating. The pasta was al dente - perfect! The sauce was too lemony for my liking but my husband loved it. The shrimp was not cooked all the way. It was raw in the middle. Agnolotti: I guess I was expecting a heartier plate when you say "Short Rib." There were 8 small ravioli: 4 short rib and 4 ricotta. OMG I love this place! I should qualify that by stating that I am a HUGE Giada fan. Like.....own all the cookbooks, seen all the cooking shows, drink out of a Giada mug at home. If you want a table next to the window, you must order at least $135 worth of food and drink this is a very classy place. I ordered Bucatini with a side of meatballs and two cosmopolitans. It was pretty easy to get a reservation on a Tuesday evening. Since we've been in the Venetian for a few days without leaving, we decided to walk down to the Cromwell and try out Giada. The service was old school polite. (A good thing). The food was I would say not as amazing as I expected. I recently also had handmade pasta in DC and I felt that was better. 2 of us had lobster raviolis and another member of our party had the signature lemon spaghetti. The lemon spaghetti was a little bland but fresh. The ravioli was very thick and saucy, making the lobster difficult to taste. The next was the tiramisu. Course 2) Giada's famous Lemon Spaghetti with Shrimp! This is a half portion for this tasting menu. The spaghetti was nicely cooked al dente, the lemony mascarpone cheese sauce was light and smooth...but still underwhelming on flavor. Good, but not great. Just one big shrimp, but it was delish! Full size is $39...hmm... Course 3) Short Ribs...Meaty, juicy, succulent, tender and tasty beef! The red wine blackberry sauce was divine. Course 4) Tiramisu...so good! One of the best Tiramisu ever! Perfect balance of chocolate, coffee, mascarpone cheese, and cake...sweet and decadent. LOVE! Great food, great ambience, great service...but not really a great value. You're paying for the name "Giada" and what is probably frightening monthly rent payment she needs come up. my review is mostly on the signature lemon spaghetti, since I went here for a solo date and that was only thing I tried. First off, this restaurant was probably the first thing I bookmarked when I went to Vegas over a decade ago! Growing up, Everyday Italian was my favorite cooking show, I really enjoyed watching Giada. Made me love food probably! Now back to the lemon spaghetti... it's a dish with mascarpone cheese and comes with two prawns. The prawns are huge and cooked well! But the dish didn't wow me, the flavors weren't there and overall it was 'too much' / too heavy / got bored of it. Definitely would recommend to share instead. I ended up asking for red chili flakes halfway through the meal to spice it up. I didn't get the window seat, but sat in the corresponding elevated section -- the hostess said it was actually her favorite seat in the house and I do agree! You get a wider vantage point, good views of the strip still. Service was nice and very prompt with everything. I would say the restaurant itself feels a bit outdated, and needs a bit of a refresh. My mom requested to have dinner here for her birthday since she grew up watching Giada on Food Network. Made reservations via Open Table, which was quick and easy. I requested a seat with a view of the Bellagio Fountains which was a bit far but still in view. Food, cocktails, and ambience was amazing. Great service! Our server made our drinks and accidentally made my mom a white sangria instead of a red sangria, in which she was given both to enjoy. For the appetizer we ordered the Bacon Wrapped Dates (10/10 so tasty!). For entrees we ordered the Lemon Spaghetti and Stuffed Chicken Parmesan, both were excellent! Giada restaurant has been on my restaurant list for years and I finally got to check it out recently. It's located in Cromwell and you had to take an escalator to get to the restaurant. On first sight, the color of the restaurant looks modern but homey at the same time. I went on a weekday without a reservation and I was able to get seated after 15 min around 6:30p. I got lucky and I got seated by the window. The view is alright, too bad there's a metal bar on the outside of the restaurant blocking part of the view. I ended up ordering the lemon spaghetti. When I first heard about the dish, I was concerned that it will be too acidic and taste odd. To my surprise, it's more a cream base sauce with a hint of lemon that did not taste subtle. I also like the texture of the spaghetti, slightly chewy and cooked just right. The prawns that went with the dish was good, although it was a bit overcooked in the middle like some yelpers said. For dessert, I got the lemoncello souffle. It's good. The lemoncello is not the flavor to my liking but the souffle was good. Overall, I would definitely wanted to go back for the lemon spaghetti. We visit Giada's in the Cromwell almost every time we come to Vegas. It's nicely situated upstairs from the casino, so you don't have people walking by or noise traveling over from the players. The hostesses greet you at a stand and waiting area that is also separated from the dining area - another plus. We were sat without reservations but this was a Sunday night and at a low season for Vegas. Otherwise, I highly recommend making reservations. We had a really nice waiter that quickly greeted us. Instead of an entree, we started with the Focaccia bread and then I ordered a few side dishes - they all sounded so good! The bread is served with an olive oil mixture of spices, oil, and balsamic vinegar. This is heavy on the spices so if you like a lot of oil, be sure to ask for more. The resulting dip is really tasty with the bread. The bread was SO soft inside and a bit crusty on the outside - perfect! Then we dove into the sides...we ordered Risotto, Corn & Sausage, and Lemon smashed potatoes. The Risotto was nicely cooked - it's a basic risotto with light cheese and lots of pepper. The Lemon smashed potatoes have a bit of Parmesan on them. They were crispy and salty but larger sizes of potato so there was still soft potato on the inside. The last item I was skeptical about - corn and sausage sounds really odd. But I am really glad I took a chance - it will become a staple (as long as they offer it) in my future dining experiences there. The corn and sausage are cooked in a sauce that is spicy but won't burn your insides out. Perfect amount of heat for me. I could not stop eating this - definitely try it if you like spicy options. Lastly, I cannot leave without an order of cookies. The option is 4 mixed cookies - chocolate chip and lemon ricotta. The staff always accommodate my request for all 4 lemon ones. These are the BEST cookies I've ever had - lemon glaze covers a soft baked, moist cookie. Just amazing! I got two orders to go! My experience at Giada was really good. I've dined here twice and both visits were great. The food, service, and views of the strip were perfect. Cacio e Pepe Bucatini - served in a warm pecorino toscano cheese wheel. The presentation is so good. They take the cheese wheel, cut it in half so it is a more reasonable size, and then create your dish from there. It's pretty heavy and so good. The noodles are perfect and the flavors seemed perfect to me. Sides: Risotto Cacio e Pepe - this risotto is really good. SERVICE Everyone here is nice and welcoming. VIEWS If you have the chance, get a table with a view of the strip. PARKING If you are driving to the front of the Cromwell, it is kind of strange. You have to enter what looks like the entrance to the parking garage and it will lead you to the front of the Cromwell hotel. Best pasta I've EVER had. All of the dishes that we ordered came out perfectly. They make all of their pastas in house and in the front where you can watch them! You can dress either fancy or casual as it's located in The Cromwell in the casino. The art and details of the restaurant is gorgeous as well. The waiters all were very attentive and helped us with deciding what to order and always ensured our glasses were full at all times! If you're in the area, you have to make a stop here! read more

This restaurant was very good in the day. We went for brunch and bottomless mimosas. It was reasonable at one time, now $60 a person for the mimosas. That is crazy. The menu is not what it used to be to be. The food was subpar. I got spaghetti and meatballs. It was way too salty. If Giada showed up and tried her own food, she would be disappointed. We come to Giada's in the Cromwell several times in the past few years. Service, food, and cocktails are over the top! Decor is warm and inviting with a lot of wood ceilings, great lighting and very romantic ambience. Service is always over the top and very detailed oriented. Tonight the wife got the Agnolotti which is homemade pasta with ricotta and braised tender short ribs. I got the fresh spaghetti pasta with the mascarpone lemon basil sauce, and it came with grilled fresh shrimp. Our friends got the seared scallop risotto that came with fresh asparagus, and morel mushrooms. We also had fresh focaccia and herb olive oil for the table. I got the smoky old-fashioned a delicious cocktail. The wife got the sangria with Prosecco. Meal was delicious as usual we had no room for dessert. I believe our last time here we got the rigatoni with the mushrooms, which was fabulous, wife got the branzino. Their strip steak is also delicious as well. As mentioned before, services are over the top, ambience is very romantic and very warm and inviting. We love the service here. We call it Vegas. You didn't come here for subtlety--and GIADA knows it. There's something delightfully cinematic about cutting into risotto while the Strip flashes like a thousand slot machines winking at you. But let's talk food, because if the view didn't earn loyalty, the pasta did. Giada's lemon spaghetti is her signature--handmade, silky, lightly coated in lemon cream that is somehow bright, zesty, and luxurious all at once. It's the kind of dish you take one bite of and immediately understand why it has a fanbase. The sauce isn't heavy. It's lifted. Balanced. A pasta that feels like it could float off the plate if you didn't anchor it with a fork. Add prawns? Even better. They turn the dish into a sunny Italian postcard. The pomegranate blood-orange mocktail was a vacation in a glass--refreshing, ruby bright, perfect for the exact moment you decide today has included enough alcohol. It tastes like redemption. Service is what you hope for in a well-known Vegas dining room: attentive, polished, but not hovering like a drone. Tables are spaced like someone finally remembered humans enjoy elbow room. You can talk without leaning into strangers' linguine. A blessing. The location is also its secret weapon. The Cromwell sits right in the center of the Strip, which means dinner here pairs exceptionally well with a show nearby--Flamingo, Caesars, The Linq, take your pick. Even better, getting a reservation has never been a battle. Somehow GIADA pulls off accessible luxury, which is refreshing in a city where waitlists often require prayer. So here's the truth: GIADA is bright--sometimes literally. It's elegant without trying too hard. It's breezy, lemon-lit, Strip-facing Italian comfort with personality. Come for the pasta. This is my favorite restaurant in Vegas. I make reservations every single time I go to Vegas! The atmosphere is so contemporary casual. The food is beyond delicious. And so are are the drinks!! I went to Vegas over my birthday and was able to get in at the very last minute and they sat us at a table with a view of the Bellagio Fountains just as the sun was setting. The pasta is homemade and on point every single time. The portions are perfect size so order as many courses for as hungry as you might be! I've learned over many visits. It to over order!
