    Social Hour: Garden Salad
    Diana R.

Love the new happy hour here! It runs Sundays through Wednesdays from 4-7pm in the cute bar & lounge area. Their "Social Hour" menu has a good variety of delicious sounding food items, select cocktails, beer, wine, and prosecco, all for $10 each (see menu attached). We didn't have a reservation but there was plenty of seating still available in the lounge when the two of us arrived around 5:45 on a Tuesday. We were promptly greeted by bartenders and a server. Ordered a glass of wine each, plus three food items to share. All came out very efficiently, and were DELICIOUS! My faves were the Spicy Tomato Penne and the Meatballs. The Garden Salad was nice and light -- and huge -- and balanced the other items well. It was the perfect amount of food for 2 adults wanting a light dinner (by Vegas standards). Service was friendly and attentive throughout the night. They didn't feel "judgy" at all about us only ordering off the Social Hour menu, which has happened at other places! Overall great experience and we'll be back for sure.

Meh. My husband and I are locals and came here before the concert we saw at PH live. It was right up the stairs from the concert venue which was very convenient. We sat on the terrace a sunset and it was so beautiful! However, I heard online that they offer a discount to locals but was informed by our server Manuel at the end of dinner, they don't do that anymore. Not the end of the world, but the food was just mediocre. We got the tuna tartar appetizer, chicken parm, salmon, fries and broccoli. It came out to a $200 dinner and most items were ok at best. I did think the appetizer was unique and worth it and fries were also good. But everything else felt extremely overpriced. The $18 broccoli was luke warm and tastes like they had just boiled it with no spices. The mains were fine, but again not really anything special to justify the price tag. To be honest, the only reason I picked this spot for us was because of the local discount and since the food we had wasn't anything special I probably wouldn't come back.

Came here for the AUCE brunch on Sunday morning (4/19) we were seated quickly, and had a great seat on the patio overlooking the strip. Our servers Brian and Reese were great from the start, offering to take some photos of us. We started off with the bottomless mimosas and the cheesy garlic bread which was amazing!! I'm sure they try to fill you up on bread so you might eat less of other things but it was delish. Some other favorites were the oysters, tuna arancini, spicy pasta, chicken and waffles, and the tiramisu French toast. Overall a really great experience and great food, worth a visit!

What a great meal! We had heard about their famous garlic bread, so we were sold. Celebrating 10 years and wife's 40th for our trip to Vegas, Caramella's did not disappoint! Started with some Red wine and THE BEST GARLIC BREAD! So cheesy, and crispy, but soft. I preferred the pesto, my wife the red sauce, but both were delicious. We also did the veal meatballs, which were good, but by the time we were done, we regretted 2 apps lol I had the Carbonara, she got the spicy penne vodka, with no spice. Ended with Tiramisu and a complimentary scoop of coffee Gelato. The tiramisu left a litte to be desired, BUT paired with the Gelato was very good. Armando, our server, was excellent. The girl working with him, missed her name, was great as well. Overall, everything was excellent. We liked it so much that we came back for drinks at the speakeasy, which was awesome! The DJ chick was Rockin! Playing some 90s/00s bangers! We would definitely come back again next time in Vegas. Check them out!

    60-minutes to shuck oysters.

The restaurant is not staffed enough and/or their kitchen is inefficient to handle a busy brunch afternoon. Wasn't even at capacity. It took 60 minutes to get served a Caesar salad, shrimp cocktail and oysters. This was just appetizers. Heading into the second hour is when the server takes our second course order. I swear if this takes another 60 mins...this is crazy. They were quicker with the second courses and made sure that our experience could be salvaged. Certainly appreciate that acknowledgment and wanting to make things right. It's a decent spot if you have time. Despite it all, the food was good.

We pulled up for an early dinner at 4pm like the organized queen that I am and basically "bought out" the place with our presence. Four tables total? I love a private dining experience without the private dining bill. Instant royal treatment. After a full day of... Vegas decisions, I needed recovery, not regret. Enter hot jasmine tea, which quite literally brought me back to life. 10/10, highly recommend making one good choice after several questionable ones. My ex (don't ask, I clearly make some poor decisions) and I shared a salad with a rosemary honey mustard vinaigrette that was fresh, light, and doing emotional repair work. Then came the main event: filet mignon, lamb chops, and asparagus. Everything was great, but the lamb chops? Tender, flavorful, and easily my favorite. Honestly... better than most of my Hinge dates. But let's talk about the real highlight. Armando. The server. Not the ex. Armando made the entire experience. You ever sit across from your date and think... wow, I chose the wrong person at this table? Yeah. That was me. The personality, the service, the charm... my ex could learn a few things from Armando. 10/10 would come back. Next time I'm upgrading my reservation to "table for one... and Armando."

The all you can eat brunch was FANTASTIC!!! Super good options other than just regular breakfast foods. Highly recommend. Bottomless mimosas, cheaper price than other bottomless drinks at other restaurants. Great views from the patio. Server Tucker was great as well. Come hungry!!

As a Las Vegas local, I've done Caramella's weekend brunch in Las Vegas twice in the last 4 months, and it went from being one of the best in town to a cheapened up disappointment in less than 12 weeks. Since my last visit, several items have been removed or are now an upcharge (like the chicken parmesan). It's no longer the exceptional value it once was, and it's evident the kitchen is trying to cheapen the ingredients in an effort to charge more, give less, and save money. When restaurants do that, they never survive. Considering the price point and the hype around the venue, I'm sad that I can no longer recommend Caramella's weekend brunch. The space is undeniably stylish, but that's where most of the positives end. If you go, make sure you ask in advance to secure one of the coveted tables outside that overlook the Strip. It's great in nice weather, but the interior tables are fun too. The brunch itself feels more focused on atmosphere than actual food quality. Across the board, dishes were underwhelming, poorly executed, and nowhere near worth the cost. Portions were small, flavors were flat, and several items arrived lukewarm, which is pretty unforgivable for brunch classics. For what they charge, you expect something memorable, and this was forgettable at best. Sad boxed pasta with bland sauces? Stale bread topped with plain avocado? Oily spaghetti? I mean, come on. Do better! I was at least expecting homemade pasta at a swanky Italian joint. There are plenty of vegetarian options however, but I do wish more dishes were included. The brunch doesn't include dessert, for example. What? The saving grace is the absolutely delicious garlic cheese bread, and it is the star of the brunch. The problem is, you're paying a ton of money for bread. BREAD. Let that sink in. The last visit we opted for the all-you-can drink champagne (two hour limit). It was excellent quality and our server kept it flowing until we hit the two hour mark. Instead of just being honest and saying we hit our limit, he told us they had "run out of champagne." Dude, seriously? The four of us had only consumed 3.5 bottles, so that just felt super tacky for him to say that. Service didn't help the situation. It was slow and disorganized, with long waits between ordering, drinks, and getting our food. Staff seemed overwhelmed or uninterested, and simple requests took far too long to be addressed. The whole experience dragged on in a way that made it hard to enjoy even the parts that were supposed to be fun. Overall, Caramella weekend brunch feels like a place designed for photos but not for actually eating or getting a decent value. With so many better brunch options in Las Vegas that deliver both atmosphere and quality, this one is easy to skip. Save your time, your money, and your appetite for somewhere that lives up to its price tag.

    Lobster Alfredo

Beautiful restaurant with absolutely delicious food and impeccable service! We were fortunate enough to be treated here by the GM and several others as my husband was one of the winners in a tournament. Everything was superb - garlic toast, lobster Alfredo, spaghetti bolognese - and the desserts were excellent. The cheesecake was HUGE - almost as long as a ruler with plenty of fresh berries on top. The servers were top notch, and they were like that the entire night, even when the GMs had to go. We were able to stay and just enjoy. It's located at Planet Hollywood on the second floor (mezzanine?) and is a great place for a special night, whether a cozy evening for two or a group of friends. There's even a speakeasy off to the side! I'm so glad I know about this place now and will return for everything, especially the food and the wonderful restaurant staff.

Delicious food and great ambience. The chicken parmigiana is to die for, the service is great and ambience is really good.

We were looking for a more quiet place for dinner and noticed this from the Planet Hollywood Casino. On a Sunday night at 7 we were seated quickly and a server took our drink order. My glass of Pinot was a decent pour. The menu has a nice variety of choices and I settled on the cavatelli bolognese. My husband ordered the stuffed chicken parmigiana and learned that it came with no sides. If he wanted a side of pasta, he had to order a pasta entree at $39. WHAT? I told him he could have some of my cavatelli. While waiting for our meal we asked the server if there was bread. No, but we could order the cheesy garlic bread for $25. Oh my goodness, I am flabbergasted at these crazy prices. Our meals arrived timely and mine was nice and hot. The meal was very good, but also very salty. Service was pretty much non-existent even though it was a slow night.

You will get a bang for your buck HERE!!!! $55 Per person all you can eat brunch!! They encourage you to order the whole menu even if you just want to try something! Everything is made fresh to order!! We got the oysters 2 we added caviar, shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad, avocado toast, garlic cheese bread, grilled broccoli, pesto and sundried omelette, frittata al forno, tiramisu. Everything was DELICIOUS. I cannot stop thinking about this place, I am consistently looking for flights just because I cannot wait to come here again! Our waiter was incredibly nice and encouraged us to order any and everything we wanted. The food was out fast and everything was exceptionally delicious. The restaurant also has a candy shop (speakeasy) we did not make our way in there unfortunately but definitely will make a stop next time. The restaurant itself was gorgeous, the views from outside were beautiful and we would have sat out there if it wasn't over 100° maybe next time! The interior had different styles of tables and beautiful decor.

Great indoor an outdoor ambience. Outdoor seating overlooks the Bellagio fountains and they have heaters. Plenty of space inside for large parties. Service was fantastic and food came out quickly Best items we ate -veal meatballs over (only con they give you three meatballs) - garlic bread -Tomato penne which had a nice spice level I wasn't a big fan of the cavatelli Bolognese, but my friends loved it Caesar salad salad and Chicken Parm was stuffed cheese- standard dishes Overall, we liked our meal, but there's better on the strip PS: they have a fun speakeasy bar next-door with a great DJ. I would check it out if you're eating there.

A new development on our last visit was the new Lapa Lounge Bar. A large round bar between the…read morecasino floor and the front doors. Adhering to the Brazil vibe, it has a gold jaguar climbing the bar and a very chique vibe with pops of gold and patterned seat upholstery. And it's a perfectly convenient stop for a drink when meeting others in the lobby to leave for dinner. Bartender Christian is as friendly as all the staff at the Rio and took great care of us. The cocktail game is real and we had some excellent, beautiful drinks. There was a live singer some nights. (Lapa & Luckley's have happy hours a few days a week) Also, I don't know how often this happens, but while in the casino we were given a buy one get one coupon for drinks here! But be sure to tip on your total before the discount ;)

The highlight of this evening was this hidden speakeasy cocktail bar inside the Bellagio!…read more Paisley greeted us as we entered The Vault and let us know that without a reservation we only had the option of seats at the bar. We've have awesome experiences watching bartenders before AND we were determined to stay so we happily agreed. Paisley was a delight to chat with as we waited for only 10 minutes while seats opened up for us at the bar. I also got to check out the restroom, which boasts a high tech toilet with automated opening/flushing and a heated seat! We had the pleasure of meeting Michael our bartender and Yesi the bartender apprentice, and regulars Bill and Kim from Texas on one side of us, and Mario from California on the other as we spent the next hour and half savoring one luxury cocktail each and some complimentary snacks (seasoned pistachio nuts, cheesy crackers, and a little amazing bite that I can't remember the ingredients of). Welcome complimentary drinks: "Key to my heart" -- fun little rum drinks to start off with served in a spherical black case surrounded by dry ice! (See video). A bit sweet for my taste but tasty and just a little shot's worth (to be sipped). Cocktails: La Vie En Rose: (5/5) Rose infused gin, house made strawberry infused sweet vermouth, aperol, orange essence. Gorgeous spherical ice cube with a real flower frozen inside). Described as a summer Negroni. I chose it because I love Negronis and am always up for trying a variation on a classic like that. The Fountain (5/5): bourbon, Punt e mes vermouth (55 year old bottle!), orange essence. The Vault's take on the classic Manhattan. Michael gave us a taste of the punt e mes sweet vermouth and it was sublime. Both spectacular cocktails were definitely made for sipping and savoring. And to top it off! Little espresso shots at the end....mmm delectable dessert my bites to complete a flawless experience. We'll be back! Michael is a masterful mixologist and Yesi is an awesome apprentice! Highly recommend!

The only hint I'll give is that it's located on the casino floor. When we walked in, we were greeted by the hostess. She asked us if we had reservations or were walking in. I really appreciated this because the way she phrased her question told me they had availability and we would be granted entry. The bar is very small and seats about 30. Reservations are strongly encouraged, however we went on a Monday in February. If you're going on a weeknight during off peak season, you should be okay without a reservation. The hostess gave us the option of sitting at the bar or at a table. We asked her for her rec and she said the bar so that's what we chose. The decor is beautiful. The ambiance is dark and moody. It's perfect for a date night. We were greeted by both bartenders. I believe the bartender that made our drinks was Rory. He was very nice and knowledgeable about cocktails. He was able to answer our questions and make suggestions based on our preferences. As we browsed the menu, we were presented with welcome drinks in a fancy smoky container. I don't recall the name of the drink, but it had a lychee flavor with a sugar rim and it was good! Drinks are extremely pricey which is to be expected in Vegas. It's also on par based on where the speakeasy is located (hint hint). The cheapest cocktail was $30 so prepare yourself for the sticker shock. Some drinks were $80-$100! Sometimes you just have to treat yourself. I went with the Velvet Moon which was an interesting cocktail consisting of both gin and mezcal. It had flavors of hibiscus and it also had egg white which I absolutely love! The presentation was beautiful and I really enjoyed it! My friend went with the Basilico Bliss which he enjoyed. I didn't try any, but it looked really good. As we were enjoying our drinks, the staff presented us with savory bar snacks. They were tasty and were a perfect compliment to our cocktails. They do have food on the menu, but we had already eaten so we stuck with our complimentary snacks. As we were closing out, the staff presented us with a complimentary mini dessert. Rory described it as a Carajillo Jello shot. I don't like jello (I hate the texture), but I do love Carajillos. My friend does not drink coffee and does not like coffee flavor, so I ate both of them. They were so delicious (but the texture was off putting lol). I typically don't mention the restrooms in my reviews, but this one is worth mentioning. All I have to say is heated seats with a bidet! We really enjoyed our visit. Had the drinks not been so pricey, we probably would have stayed longer. If you enjoy speakeasies and/or craft cocktails, go have a drink at The Vault! The experience alone is worth it!
