This is such a cool bar on property at the Rio. It's a very Brazilian vibe in here and just so cool. The lounge seating is absolutely beautiful. I just got a gin and tonic, but next time I come back here, definitely grabbing one of their tropical cocktails which looked so good. There was live entertainment when we were here, too. Adhering to the Brazil vibe, it has a gold jaguar climbing the bar and a very chique vibe with pops of gold and patterned seat upholstery. And it's a perfectly convenient stop for a drink when meeting others in the lobby to leave for dinner. Bartender Christian is as friendly as all the staff at the Rio and took great care of us. The cocktail game is real and we had some excellent, beautiful drinks. There was a live singer some nights. Note that it is significantly less expensive to go on a Sunday or M-W than a Thurs/Fri/Sat would be... When I was there, they were very strict about their no photos policy. A few people in the club took their phones out on occasion, but it was nice to be mostly distraction free. The people I saw attempt to take photos were reminded of the policy and forced to delete the photos. I watched it happen twice... The security was locked in this night- Huge security staff and everyone could see them enforcing policies. The bottle service was great. Expensive, of course, but you know you're paying for that. Our server was so kind and accommodating. The busser was incredibly attentive. We got a bottle of rosé and a few cocktails. The cocktails were delicious and quite unique. Lon the Don was my favorite. The live music was incredible! A lot of talent and a wide variety of songs. The energy was electric. The DJ between live sets was great too, he really kept the hype going. This club is worth the hype and the splurge.

The venue itself is beautifully designed, with a more intimate, sophisticated feel compared to larger Las Vegas clubs. It's a great option if you're looking for something stylish with a strong music and ambiance focus. The overall vibe is smooth and elevated -- great music, well-dressed crowd, and an atmosphere that feels exclusive without being overwhelming. One thing worth noting is the camera policy. The venue emphasizes a no-camera experience, which I understand is meant to maintain privacy and keep the focus on the moment. However, I did notice a few cameras out and about during the night, which made the policy feel a bit inconsistent. Not a major issue, but something that stood out. Overall, it's a great spot for a more refined night out in Las Vegas. I had an enjoyable experience and would definitely return.

In…read morethe past, I've popped in on a whim whenever I was in the mood for something fun and different. As someone who loves all things quirky and unusual, The Golden Tiki has always been right up my alley. When a friend came into town and wanted to celebrate her boyfriend's birthday, I thought it would be the perfect place to kick off our evening. I was able to make an online reservation just a couple of days in advance, which was quick and painless. What I didn't realize was that they offer a weekday happy hour and live music! We were seated in "Bull***t Corner," which turned out to be the perfect spot. We had a great view of both the bar and the entertainment, making for a lively and entertaining atmosphere. Also, can't forget to mention the service. The hosts were fun but our actual server was absolutely hysterical and fit right in with the fun. She kept us laughing throughout our visit, while also being incredibly attentive. Despite the busy atmosphere, she made sure our drinks were flowing, checked on us regularly, and made sure everything was taken care of. It's not often you find someone who can be both entertaining and genuinely great at their job, but she pulled it off effortlessly. Our guests were genuinely impressed, and everyone had a fantastic time. The drinks were excellent as always--I honestly don't think I've ever had a bad cocktail here. I haven't had the chance to try their food yet, and we decided to stick with a few drinks since we already had dinner reservations elsewhere, but after this visit, I definitely plan on coming back on a weeknight to order from the food menu. If you're looking for a fun, unique Vegas experience with great drinks, and plenty of personality, The Golden Tiki is always a solid choice.

We were at the Rio to see a show, and after the show decided we wanted to keep hanging out there and enjoying. At one of the bars we randomly stopped at on the property before the show, one of the bartenders gave us a buy one get one free cocktail for VooDoo Lounge if we went. And there was no cover charge to get in! Sold! We decided to head up there after the show. This spot is locaed on the 51st (I believe) floor of the hotel but you enter on the second floor and take an elevator up. After a quick check our IDs and search of our bags and whatnot, we were able to take the elevators upstairs. As soon as we got there, I booked it for the outside patio. I mean, come on, you have to! This is really what sold me. WOW! It's STUNNING up there! Amazing views on the Strip unlike anything I've ever seen before. There was also a DJ up there and he was playing great music. For a Friday night, it wasn't super busy, but still really nice. We were able to sit wherever we wanted, as the tables and lounge seating was totally open for everyone to enjoy. We took in the beautiful views and each had a cocktail. Our server was outstanding and did a great job waiting on us. Sadly, we were getting a Vegas thunderstorm underway so the DJ had to stop and security all ushered us inside. Still, nonetheless, this was such a cool experience and one I'll continue to talk about. Definitely go if you can!
