We came here waking up after EDC Day 3. All the places we tried were packed so we were glad to have found Noodlehead. It was such a gem find. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced. We got a fried rice and noodle soup. It was so delicious and what I needed to replenish. I definitely plan on coming back when I am in town and craving Chinese food( or need a soup dish). The venue is cute and very intimate located in a big plaza with many other businesses.

Nice chill and very bright atmosphere. Wall are very bare and gray. And the other side is just covered in mirrors. Not much but it does the job. But I came here for the food and not the aesthetic cause I am very hungry and my stomach is growling lol. One oddity with the place being so bare. A robot server came up to us and dropped our drinks to us. Kinda cool. Seen them in a few upscale places. Didn't expect it here. We got the beef brisket (D1) and (D2) and asked for mild. They may look and sound the same but they have 2 distinct tastes due to the meat used. D2 was beefier and D1 had more of a kick. For the appetizer we got the Crispy Satay Tofu. Let me say this. If you enjoy tofu and you enjoy spring rolls (the one with the white clear wrap) you will at least hopefully enjoy this. It's basically crispy sliced tofu and stuffed with similar things you would find in a spring roll and topped with a peanut top and chunks. At the end of the day. The food is a 5 stars so far based on what I had. Update as I try more dishes

Very few customers when we arrived at 6pm, but it quickly filled up. Took 25 minutes for our two bowls of beef noodle soup to come out, unusually long in my book. I tried the non-spicy version and it was very good with a deep beef flavor in the broth and melt in your mouth chunks of beef brisket. Five stars for sure, just wish the service was faster. Cameo appearance by a robotic waiter.

Off the strip, this place was a welcome break from the more touristy spots. Relatively inexpensive, generous portions and very kind service. The food was great. Perfect for the cold weather.

Located in Spring Mountain Center, across Jones Boulevard from Amador and China Mama, Noodlehead has quietly been earning a reputation thanks to handmade Noodles and Asian small plates offered at bargain prices with exemplary customer service. Offered at a range of spice-levels, Malaysian Curry using Coconut Milk to keep Chilies in check, Dan Dan Noodles come tingly but not fiery in a huge bowl for just $10.95 while similarly priced Chow Mein performs well for more timid palates. Adding Chinese Beef Rolls that come densely packed with Meat, or faultless Scallion Pancakes for those seeking something lighter, Yibin Burning Noodle are a worthy "signature" from the Chef's home town that adds Pickled Vegetables and Peanuts to the mix. Open for lunch and dinner daily Noodlehead also offers exceptional Vegetarian options such as Black Fungus and Cucumber Salad or Crispy Satay Tofu across a diverse menu from which almost anyone can find something to suit their tastes.

This is my second time visiting Noodlehead. I really love the Crispy Satay Tofu. We also ordered the Szechuan Beef Brisket Noodle. The beef was fantastic. I found the noodles to be a bit overdone. The dining area is very casual, nothing fancy. It does have a serving robot, although this time it just followed our server instead of serving is on our own. It's a good place for a quick bite.

Walked in on Saturday around 12pm was seated immediately. The server was really nice and parking was easy. I ordered the popcorn chicken and beef noodle soup. I got the spicy level one which was a numbing feeling just right level of spicy for me. The popcorn chicken flavor was nice the portion is on the lower side. I really liked the beef noodle soup flavor at a very affordable price. Inside was clean and neat.

I wanted to try out a new noodle place other than the popular spots in town. I walked in at 6pm and noticed there was not a single other customer. Even so, i wanted to be optimistic. This place was a huge disappointment. I ordered what I always order at the other restaurants, chicken mushroom soup. There was absolutely no flavor. The broth tasted like water and salt.

This place is so good I'm still thinking about everything we got there. Service was just as great as the food! Can't wait to come back!

Back again, their noodles are sooooo good! I had the beef brisket noodles this time. The brisket wasn't very tendoney, it was more meaty. Since they make their noodles daily and they know what they're doing. In my opinion, their noodles rival even some of the crappier so called hand pulled noodle places that are popping up simply because a lot of people think hand pulled noodles should have the consistency of spaghetti pasta and that's really really far from the true consistency of good hand pulled noodles. The robot was on a union break while we were here tonight and the workers actually had to di the serving, but then again, the food came out a whole lot faster.

Date night in Vegas and you're craving noodles? Head to Chinatown and check out this hidden gem off Jones and Desert Inn in the northwest shopping center. Noodlehead definitely is hidden, tucked away inside a thriving and bustling strip mall, but they have ample parking. We did call ahead for a table, just in case, as it was Saturday night, but it wasn't too crowded when we arrived and we were seated right away! Our waitress was lovely! She asked if it was our first time in and then explained the menu to us - everything is customizable so you don't have to stress about screwing up your order (cough, me, cough) and it being too spicy to eat. We started with shrimp tempura and ordered dan dan noodles and beef brisket noodles. The portions are excellent for the price and the smells will make you drool for days! The hand-pulled noodles are delicious, the broth is outstanding, and the meat was tasty. Overall, we are more than happy with this choice and we will be back to try the chow mein and fried rice!

Hey, y'all…read more Y'all... I guess I've been living under a rock because I'm just now finding out about Cheongdam Food Hall! Where have I been?! Anywhoddles I ordered from Eki Ramen, and when I tell y'all this ramen was RAMENING! Aka delicious. Aka... fire I ordered the Black Garlic Ramen, and as you can see from the menu, it was only $12.95. I added an extra egg, extra pork belly, and extra black garlic oil because... why not? Anywhoddles with the extra "trimmings" it came to $18 dollars. Let's get back to the review Now lean in so I can tell y'all about this broth. It tasted authentic to me. It was rich, velvety, silky smooth, creamy without being heavy, and bursting with savory goodness. Every sip had me closing my eyes The noodles had the perfect bite--not too soft and not too firm. The pork belly was tender, flavorful, and had just the right amount of char around the edges. And those eggs? Whew! Perfectly jammy with that beautiful golden yolk. So... if you're a ramen lover--or if you've been thinking about trying ramen for the first time--I highly recommend giving Eki Ramen a try. And while you're there, take your time and explore Cheongdam Food Hall because there are plenty of other restaurants waiting to be discovered. Until next time... y'all already know what time it is! I'll be doing a boomerang back to this spot because there are way too many restaurants in this food hall for me to stop at just one!

The former Rite Aid pharmacy that once stood in its place has never looked better and features a cool curated mix of Japanese and Korean-inspired concepts. It's not a large food hall, but it's a good start. The current line up is: Smile Shota, Curry Ya, Namsan Tonkatsu, Market Green Table, Tiger Go Go, Downtoner Sandwich, and Broken Coffee. Market Green Table and Tiger Go Go managed to replace GT Poke and HoHo Crunch earlier this year, and thank goodness. Market Green Table has some of the most creative renditions of musubi and is my favorite of all that I've tried so far. Smile Shota is the most intriguing at the moment, which offers all you can eat sushi throughout the day and even has a late night AYCE special ($25 for now). If there is any knock on the place is that it's small enough to present some major challenges during their busiest times: crowd flow, seating, and especially parking. Peak times include lunch, weekends, and some weeknight dinner hours. Takeout is inevitable, but their least busy hour is usually between 2-4pm.

Our server greeted us immediately and we ordered a couple of our usual dishes which included the fried chicken with hot soy garlic sauce and Bulgogi french fries. We also wanted to try out their Tonkatsu which was reasonably priced and it came with rice, salad, and a potato croquette. They do not skimp when it comes to portion-sizes, so you'll definitely get your moneys worth. As always, the fried chicken was absolutely delicious. It was fried to perfection with a crispy crust, and it was smothered in this sweet and savory umami sauce. The Bulgogi fries had a ton of marinated meat, topped with fresh veggies, and an abundance of cheese. The fries were on the softer side which I actually prefer and all of the flavors blended so well together. My husband said one of his favorite bites of the day was the potato croquette which had a nice crunchy exterior and a soft, creamy center. The Tonkatsu on the other hand tasted very good but it had a somewhat tough texture. One of the main reasons we love this spot is the variety of Bonchon that comes with your meal. The japchae, kimchi, pickled veggies, and fish cakes really make this whole experience even better.
