    Chicken Mushroom Noodle

I wanted to try out a new noodle place other than the popular spots in town. I walked in at 6pm and noticed there was not a single other customer. Even so, i wanted to be optimistic. This place was a huge disappointment. I ordered what I always order at the other restaurants, chicken mushroom soup. There was absolutely no flavor. The broth tasted like water and salt.

Noodle is all handmade. Very good~ and I like the 椒麻鸡~ delish~ 非常推荐~if you like spicy food, really recommended!

Very few customers when we arrived at 6pm, but it quickly filled up. Took 25 minutes for our two bowls of beef noodle soup to come out, unusually long in my book. I tried the non-spicy version and it was very good with a deep beef flavor in the broth and melt in your mouth chunks of beef brisket. Five stars for sure, just wish the service was faster. Cameo appearance by a robotic waiter.

Off the strip, this place was a welcome break from the more touristy spots. Relatively inexpensive, generous portions and very kind service. The food was great. Perfect for the cold weather.

This place is so good I'm still thinking about everything we got there. Service was just as great as the food! Can't wait to come back!

This place is always a hit. The food is amazing and the staff are nice and always helpful. Every time I come to visit Las Vegas, I always make a stop here because I can't miss out. I'm surprised it's not busier since the food is amazing!

Located in Spring Mountain Center, across Jones Boulevard from Amador and China Mama, Noodlehead has quietly been earning a reputation thanks to handmade Noodles and Asian small plates offered at bargain prices with exemplary customer service. Offered at a range of spice-levels, Malaysian Curry using Coconut Milk to keep Chilies in check, Dan Dan Noodles come tingly but not fiery in a huge bowl for just $10.95 while similarly priced Chow Mein performs well for more timid palates. Adding Chinese Beef Rolls that come densely packed with Meat, or faultless Scallion Pancakes for those seeking something lighter, Yibin Burning Noodle are a worthy "signature" from the Chef's home town that adds Pickled Vegetables and Peanuts to the mix. Open for lunch and dinner daily Noodlehead also offers exceptional Vegetarian options such as Black Fungus and Cucumber Salad or Crispy Satay Tofu across a diverse menu from which almost anyone can find something to suit their tastes.

This is my second time visiting Noodlehead. I really love the Crispy Satay Tofu. We also ordered the Szechuan Beef Brisket Noodle. The beef was fantastic. I found the noodles to be a bit overdone. The dining area is very casual, nothing fancy. It does have a serving robot, although this time it just followed our server instead of serving is on our own. It's a good place for a quick bite.

Walked in on Saturday around 12pm was seated immediately. The server was really nice and parking was easy. I ordered the popcorn chicken and beef noodle soup. I got the spicy level one which was a numbing feeling just right level of spicy for me. The popcorn chicken flavor was nice the portion is on the lower side. I really liked the beef noodle soup flavor at a very affordable price. Inside was clean and neat.

Back again, their noodles are sooooo good! I had the beef brisket noodles this time. The brisket wasn't very tendoney, it was more meaty. Since they make their noodles daily and they know what they're doing. In my opinion, their noodles rival even some of the crappier so called hand pulled noodle places that are popping up simply because a lot of people think hand pulled noodles should have the consistency of spaghetti pasta and that's really really far from the true consistency of good hand pulled noodles. The robot was on a union break while we were here tonight and the workers actually had to di the serving, but then again, the food came out a whole lot faster.

Date night in Vegas and you're craving noodles? Head to Chinatown and check out this hidden gem off Jones and Desert Inn in the northwest shopping center. Noodlehead definitely is hidden, tucked away inside a thriving and bustling strip mall, but they have ample parking. We did call ahead for a table, just in case, as it was Saturday night, but it wasn't too crowded when we arrived and we were seated right away! Our waitress was lovely! She asked if it was our first time in and then explained the menu to us - everything is customizable so you don't have to stress about screwing up your order (cough, me, cough) and it being too spicy to eat. We started with shrimp tempura and ordered dan dan noodles and beef brisket noodles. The portions are excellent for the price and the smells will make you drool for days! The hand-pulled noodles are delicious, the broth is outstanding, and the meat was tasty. Overall, we are more than happy with this choice and we will be back to try the chow mein and fried rice!

Sunday at noon, we (4) were seated right away and warmly welcomed in. It was our first time trying this place and we were quite excited to see what the menu had to offer! The waitress was very patient and sweet in introducing us to the restaurant. She explained that they specialize in their freshly pulled noodles, which must be made fresh every morning as they don't last well through the night. We ordered: 1. $9.95 Popcorn chicken: 1/5 Taiwanese popcorn chicken (Yan su ji) is usually made with coarse sweet potato starch/potato starch, which gives it that signature crunch and craggly texture. Texture and flavor were definitely lacking and chicken was very bland. Chili powder sprinkled on top did not supplement any flavor either. Considering this was labeled as a "Chef Recommendation" on the menu, this was pretty disappointing. I highly recommend you choose a different appetizer. 2. $13.95 Beef Brisket Noodle: 3/5 3. $13.95 Szechuan Beef Brisket Noodle (substitute with shank): 3.5/5 These were packed with noodles and lots of beef and portion sizing was very surprising considering the price point! We definitely preferred the shank substitute as it was much more tender and juicy. Noodle textures were great and cooked to perfection. We found the soup to be too salty and had too much of a soy sauce taste. I prefer these kind of soups to have a stronger spiced flavor, where you can distinctly tell the different kind of aromatics that are used. I found the medium spice level (2) to be a bit too much for me so I recommend light spice level (1) first and then add in some of their house made chili oil to add some more spice if needed and extra flavor too. Given we only really tried two items from the menu, I don't believe this review is comprehensive or a complete representation of what they have to offer here! I will definitely be back to try their other dishes.

We were there May 10 around 1pm. Checked-in thru Yelp and it was very smooth. Yes, they were busy with the lunch crowd and we sat in the back. Our server , didn't care to catch her name cause she was so dry and impersonal, trying to rush us. I took my time and savored every bite. If I'm greeting you with a smile and paying for the experience, it wouldn't kill her to crack a smile back. I wasnt going to let that hinder the experience of this place. We've been coming since they first opened and this is the first time we've experienced that. Everyone is always so chill and cool. We ordered the Wonton soup with added hand pulled noodles, spicy wontons appetizer , beef and onion potstickers and shrimp/ham fried rice. Overall all the dishes were tasty and hot. The soup is simple and very little spice with a nice clean broth. The wontons are so smooth in texture and the fried rice at the end came out hot. Lots of whole shrimp in the dish but If your not into peas/carrots/corn then you can ask for easy on the veggies. I asked our "lovely" waitress if we ask for easy peas and her answer was ... I dont know I dont work in the kitchen! Then she came back saying the veggies are in a batch so you can ask for easy veggies next time and then she finally cracked a small smile. Cant wait to go back !

The decor is beautiful and modern with subtle traditional touches, and the private room gave us the perfect space to enjoy a family-style meal without feeling rushed or crowded. Our waitress Cherry was fantastic. She was attentive, warm, and made sure everything flowed smoothly from start to finish. She checked in at just the right moments and helped keep the meal paced perfectly for sharing. The food was outstanding. Every dish we ordered was incredibly flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. It's the kind of place where each plate comes out and everyone immediately wants to try it. Perfect for family-style dining, because you'll want a little bit of everything. Another huge bonus: free parking and an off-Strip location, which makes it so much easier and more enjoyable than dealing with casino traffic. For the quality of food and the experience, the pricing was very reasonable for five people, especially considering how much we ordered. Overall, Spring by China Mama delivered great service, great atmosphere, and phenomenal food. If you're looking for a place to share amazing Chinese dishes with friends or family in a comfortable, beautifully designed setting, this spot is absolutely worth visiting. We'll definitely be back and hopefully seated with Cherry again.
