I went back this past weekend. They hired more people which is nice since they're a lot busier than when I went the first time. I got the spicy broth again but not mild. My husband tried the coconut chicken one. His broth had a slight sweetness to it. It was a very light broth. Service was good. They were constantly checking on the tables. You do have to get your own soda and you would have to ask for water if you wanted water. The sauce bar was nicely filled. It was very clean. I will definitely go back whenever I can.

Food was good, delicious, the soup base is a little bland for me, other hotpot places has a little more flavor, I know that the flavors would be from the sauce with the protein & vegetables. Service was decent, the day we came, they were severely understaffed, too many customers; too little staff, so wait times for anything was a little longer than normal, the owner did mention that they were understaffed and kept apologizing. Restrooms were clean, they have ADA accessibility. Parking was plenty.

To start, we honestly went for the $20 AYCE fix. Service was spot on during our visit. Servers were very attentive and help us immediately. Menu was really easy to navigate. They provide a small paper to choose your items and amount of them similar to dimsum places. We got the mushroom base and spicy Szechuan base. We are fans of the individual hot pots. Layout of the place was very simple. Happy ayce included their sauce bar and fountain drinks. Proteins options were fresh and not frozen. Veggie options were great but I did notice some of the lettuce were not washed thoroughly as there was still some dirt. Our babygirl loved the mushroom broth. Sauce options were plenty to choose and mix together. As many will say you get what you pay for and it was a quick fix.

Mom and pop restaurant. The broths are homemade, the spicy Szechuan was really good. It comes mild medium and spicy which was great because the pre made soup base blocks you get at the store a bit too spicy for me lol. The meats were good quality and a pretty good selection of items for the hotpot and at the sauce bar. I loved that they had watercress and Crown daisy. The dining experience was a little less than ideal at first but considering it was a soft opening and only 1 server and a full house its understandable. The server (the son i believe) was great. Tried to be as attentive as possible and showed great customer service and made up for it at the end. Location is a lot closer to me compared happy lamb so ill definitely be back here instead!

My family and I enjoyed the food here! The bone broth was amazing & paired well with the meat & veggies. I especially loved how we all had our own hotpot bowl, which is super convenient. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. Definitely will be coming back and highly recommend to everyone!

Udon, beef brisket, fish balls, and mushroom soup. There is green lights in this photo.

The food here tastes good and the serve is amazing. They always checked up on my table and see if I wanted to order or get refills. The environment is very peaceful and it is very good that the lights can change colors!

I understand there may be policies or something else, but the way it was communicated felt a bit abrupt and not very welcoming. A customer service tone matters a lot. At first, I tried to let it go because I thought maybe she was pregnant and might have been having a stressful day, so I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. However, as someone who also works in the restaurant industry and I always tips well usually more than 20% I felt it was unfair to be spoken to in that manner over something so minor. I asked another staff member who the manager was because I wanted to address the situation, and the staff was told that the person who spoke to me was actually the manager. She explained that it might have been a misunderstanding in communication and that she simply didn't want us to take items ourselves because it could make table setup more complicated. It' not because of her being pregnant. I understand that reasoning, but people can sense attitude. If the goal was to avoid inconvenience, a simple smile and a kind explanation like, "No worries, I'll take care of that for you," would have made a big difference. Customer service is not just about rules it's about how you make guests feel.

(Served with warm white rice). This broth is incredibly hearty and flavorful without being overly spicy, which I really appreciate. I personally like mine a bit saltier with more heat, so I always customize it with the condiments at the table and turn it up to my liking! Every time, it comes out absolutely delicious and feels like the perfect comfort meal, especially if you are dealing with a hangover or feeling a bit sick! I have been here at least 25 times, and it consistently hits the spot every single visit. I love how the interior has the coolest lego sets & the establishment has so much personality & character! But majority of the time, I do prefer to do take out. The vermicelli noodles soak up all that rich broth, making each bite extra satisfying and comforting. They are also very generous with the toppings, so you never feel like you're still hungry. I honestly never finish my hotpot here. It's great to share with a friend! One thing I love is the variety on the menu. Beyond hot pot, they offer items like fried giant squid which is super tasty, dumplings, orange chicken, udon, fried rice, and even desserts. There is something for everyone. If you are not in the mood for soup, they also have dry hot pot, which is just as flavorful. Another great touch is the ability to customize your meal even further by adding extra toppings like quail eggs or konjac noodles. They really lets you tailor everything exactly how you'd want it (just no subbing a topping out for another!). Overall, this place never disappoints. The quality, flavor, and consistency keep me coming back again and again! The best hot pot Las Vegas has to offer in my opinion!

We stick to sushi and ordered a few rolls and appetizers. All of which were amazing. The food was fresh. The service was friendly, and even though they were very busy they were very attentive. The place has plenty of seating and can accommodate very large parties. However it can get tight and crowded. We were sat next to the restroom, which was not my favorite spot however, given how busy it was, I felt that we were lucky to even get a table. We enjoyed several items on the menu some of which I did not photograph. In addition to what we have in the photos we also ordered a rainbow roll. The restaurant is not stingy when it comes to portion size. They give you full-size rolls or you can request halves. And they do not limit you on how many rounds you can order. However, they do limit you to a one hour ordering window. So you can order as much as you want within an hour, but you do have to finish it all or they will charge you by the pound for what you don't eat. Enjoy!
