How much do we like this spot?!?! Too much. Our go to after church on Sunday and so enjoy all the dishes, especially they spicy wontons. Literally a must 2 orders of it. They open at 11am and by 11:30am on most Sundays, it's full as there's not a lot of tables and everyone enjoys the food here, even the kids. The broth was rich, flavorful, and had just the right amount of spice without being overwhelming. The beef was super tender and soaked up all the flavor from the broth perfectly. Amazing and delicious menu! This was the perfect spot to satisfy our noodle craving. We came on a weekday for dinner and there was about a 20 minute wait. This place fills up quick and I can see why! We ordered the beef pancake roll to share as our appetizer and we got the handcut noodles to share. Both dishes were amazing and you can taste the quality and love they put into the dish. There was good chunks of meat and veggies. The sauce was delicious and not overly salty. I loved watching the cooks prep the noodles in front of us in the kitchen window. Magic Noodle is a spot I wanted to try for their noodles, and I had their Chong Qing Style Spicy Noodle. The noodles took less than five minutes to prepare, and the flavors were STRONG with this one. A medium spice that kicked and a broth that was salty but bold is what it boasted. The knife cut noodles I got them with? Delicious, though a bit less chewy than expected. Other than the noodles, I was tempted to try their Sichuan Sweet Noodle but caved to the Chong Qing. There was a small wait and the store wasn't the largest so waiting in the car was a better idea. We got seated after about 10 minutes and someone came to take our order quickly. By far the best noodle spot in Vegas, a local gem that should be highlighted more. Their noodles are freshly made and theres a display window to watch the chefs in action, no hiding anything. Finally got to make my way here and I'm SO glad that I did! I can totally see why they always make Yelp's Top 50 Places to Eat in Vegas... this food is outstanding! They do have waitlist, but we came on a weeknight early and it wasn't too busy. They don't have any liquor, which was fine with me just soft serve drinks! We ordered the dumplings to start and I was pleasantly surprised at how light they were! Usually fried food makes me feel super heavy and this didn't do that at all. Same with the ramen. You always need your noodles hand pulled, and every single bite was delicious. Even though the feel of the restaurant is a bit casual, I don't mind it. The servers over there were very delightful and inquiring me everything that can satisfy my appetite. I wish I can order more, but I'll have to bring my friends or family for this place if I'm going have my spicy tolerance for the day. This location is just as good as the other location with a much smaller wait. It's located in the corner of a small strip mall that's part of a much larger and busier strip mall, so it may be easy to miss. Just about everything is good here, including the appetizers. Get the beef pancake roll which is delicious pieces of marinated beef shank with some veggies wrapped in a green onion pancake. Veggies, wontons, etc. are all delicious to start as well. Next order your noodles and your soups. I've tried a variety of soups here and each one is on point. Note that the ones marked as spicy have that ma la numbing type of spice on it, so be prepared for that. Overall the prices are solid and the food is delicious. Definitely a must try if you're looking for some great chinese food off the strip! read more

They have Yelp check-in, but due to popular demand and as word gets out of how good they are..be prepared for a wait during lunch/dinner peak hours. I legit think my fam has waited close to 1.5 hrs to eat at the OG flagship location before and they don't complain cuz it's THAT worth it. This new store definitely does alleviate some of the traffic, so that's a positive. The parking in this plaza is plentiful. The decor is minimal, but you get a glass-view of the noodle making chefs cook & do their magic. My go-to 100% is always the Szechuan beef brisket noodle soup, with a side of sweet & sour cucumber and depending on my hunger level +/- spicy wontons or pan fried pork dumplings. I personally like to add some white pepper, chili oil and a dash of the vinegar to my spicy beef broth for that extra oomph flavor to take the noodz to the next level, but it's not needed. The broth has a lot depth and flavor on its own. Everything is always on-point DEELISH here and the service is consistent. The staff are efficient with taking your orders and clearing the table. The noodles are perfectly chewy, the broth has the right amount of spice, and the beef is super tender. You also have to get the beef burrito. Came for lunch with a party of four on a Sunday, and the wait was close to half an hour. Ordered two bowls of the spicy C4 Szechuan Beef Brisket Noodles (with hand pulled noodles), an order of Braised Pork Belly Fried Rice, two orders of Szechuan Style Spicy Pork Dumplings, and a spicy Chinese Beef Burrito. Everything tasted absolutely delicious; and the same as the original store. The hand pulled noodles were perfectly al dente and bouncy. Service was very good. Our water cups were filled without us asking. Order was taken promptly and food delivered rather quickly. Prices are really excellent and affordable. Yuuum!! Came in with some friends around 4:30 on a Thursday and were seated right away. It definitely started to get busier as time went on, and it's not a very big place. Service was nice and our food came out incredibly fast! We each ordered something different and shared everything. We got the shrimp fried rice, onion pancakes, Sichuan sweet noodle with knife-cut noodles, beef brisket soup noodle with hand-pulled noodles, and Mongolian beef chow mein with flat wide noodles. My favorite was 100% the Mongolian beef. It was really good, and the flat wide noodles for it were perfect. Next time I'd try that with the knife-cut. I think my next favorite was the sweet noodles. Going in, I wasn't 100% sure of the difference between the knife cut and flat wide because they look similar in the picture, but knife-cut are shorter and thicker, flat wide are a lot longer and wider.
