One of my favorite hand-made noodles spots. I drove directly into town and straight to eat here before even bothering to do anything else. It's fun being able to see them make, cook, and cut the noodles through the big windows. The broth in the soup is flavorful and the meat was tender. I can't wait to go again. It's a little smaller inside but there is a bar seating in front of the window to the kitchen. Definitely try to beat the rush when trying this spot out but it's worth the wait.
LOVE magic noodle! :3 my go-to is the sichuan sweet noodle with knife cut noodles! i always take my leftovers home and love adding rice to it once i eat all the noodles. i finally tried the bok choy and it was soooo yummy. staff is always nice and attentive. price of food is absolutely worth it and affordable. its cool watching the noodles being made through the big kitchen window.
Hands down the BEST noodle spot we've been to, anywhere. We're not from the area & have been trying to find something even remotely close to Magic Noodle near us. There's so much flavor in each dish & I love the variety of noodle options you have to choose from. The spice level, at least to us, was perfect. This is a must stop any time we're in the area. We're already planning a foodie tour with this being #1 on the list, for family that wasn't with us in this trip haha.
This place does not disappoint. Went here on a Wednesday right when they open and it was perfect. Went were hungry. We were seated right away at the booth. Water was served with menu. Our order came out pretty quick. You can see the staff making the noodles. That's the best part that the noodles are all fresh. Amazing sauces with each of the fish. Small restaurant but definitely worth going for fresh noodles, fast service. Simple spot to enjoy all types of noodles. One of the best things to order is the spicy wontons. We always do 2 orders. Location is not near me but I don't mind driving to it.
Updated review. Everything we ordered today was super delicious! My favorite is the spicy wonton. They can adjust the spicy levels which they did for most of the items we ordered. Tried the fish pickle noodle and wow interesting flavor and fish was so good! Service was excellent and the kids loved watching the people in the kitchen cutting noodles. It can get busy because there are only a few booths and tables that can seat 2-4 people. We were a party of 6 and they added two chairs next to the booth. This is definitely our go to restaurant!
We stopped by The Magic Noodle for dinner in Las Vegas and ordered the Spicy Wonton, Szechuan Beef Brisket Noodle, and House Special Fried Rice. Everything was good, but the Spicy Wonton was definitely my favorite and I highly recommend it! It had a nice kick, the sauce was flavorful, and it was one of those dishes you just keep going back to. I would definitely order it again. The Szechuan Beef Brisket Noodle had a rich, spicy broth with tender beef, and the House Special Fried Rice was also well seasoned and paired nicely with everything else. The food came out quickly, and the price was very reasonable for Las Vegas. The three dishes were $35.65 before tax and $38.64 after tax. If you come here, the noodles are good, but don't skip the Spicy Wonton. That was the highlight for me.
When I was living in China for 12 years, I hade many different types of noodles and this restaurant has very authentic Chinese noodles. The chefs were professional in their detail of every Chinese-style dish. the interior is cozy and friendly and the service from the staff really made me feel welcome. I recommend anyone who loves high-quality Chinese food to eat at The Magic Noodle.
This was our first time trying flat noodle soup. We went for the brisket soup. I got the C3 and hubby got the C4(spicy) he said spicy was just right and not too over spicy. The broth had great flavor and I usually don't drink the broth in soups on its own. Service was quick and server was very polite and attentive. They had bar seating as well as booths and tables. You can see them making the noodles through the window by the bar. Seems like enough seating until busy times. After we got there just a bit after 6ish seemed to get full at that time. Wasn't too loud or too quiet. Would definitely come again and can't wait to have the soup next time we visit. Maybe we will try some of their other dishes as it all looked delicious.

If you're looking for artisan Chinese noodles I highly recommend going to Magic noodle! By far the one of the best noodle places to go eat authentic Chinese noodles with people that you love going with to eat! I highly recommend the beef brisket noodles! The most quickest service ever for those noodles, I definitely recommend getting knife cut for those noodles. Also, the Dan Dan noodles are by for the best dry noodles you can get. The restaurant is fairly decent size very modern looking and the service is quick and efficient and gets the job done! The price here is very good for this big portion of noodles that you get as well as protein. After 3+ years, still ordering from Magic Noodle almost weekly! The dan dan noodle with hand pulled noodles, the sprouts and sliced greens with the spicy dan dan meat sauce is amazing 5/5. The onion pancake is also good to accompany the dan dan sauce. Worth a visit, usually a long line outside so get it to go! The cooks making the noodles and hand pulling them is always cool to watch.
The noodles here were delicious and hand-pulled. I ordered the Szechuan Beef Brisket Noodle and will definitely be ordering it again in the future. The broth was rich, flavorful, and had just the right amount of spice without being overwhelming. The beef was super tender and soaked up all the flavor from the broth perfectly. We also tried the Dan Dan noodles and they were delicious as well with a great peanut flavor and numbing spice. This spot can fill up really quick but they do a good job of getting people in and out. Our food came out so quick and our server was very attentive. Highly recommend trying this spot out!
Best noodles in Las Vegas!!! Everything is made fresh in house. The best part is you get to witness and watch them make the noodles for you! Anything was so fresh and flavorful. We tried the Dan Dan noodles with nice cut noodles. The chow mein with the hand pulled, won tons, onion pancakes, fried rice, cumber salad, the c6 and more! Everything was spectacular! The staff was quick and friendly too! It's a small shop but perfect! I loved the glass windows to watch the chefs in action. I would eat here everyday if I could!
Let's bring magic to noodles! The Magic Noodle in Las Vegas did just that. I called ahead, but phone line was busy so drove here to order. Luckily, I got here 30 mins prior to closing time. Their last call was 9:10 PM. Lots of free parking at the lot. Inside had good seating space. Nice art on the wall. Simple decor and ambiance. Restroom available for customer use only. I already checked out their menu before coming here so I knew what to order. They sold out on a couple items at the time. I got lucky again because they still had one of their signature noodle bowls available... Chong Qing Style Spicy Noodle. That's what I got to-go with hand-pulled noodles. The other two noodle types were knife-cut and flat wide (they ran out of this one that night). Price was very reasonable. Noodle was already packaged and ready for me to take home before I even paid for it. That's fast! Staff was cordial and helpful. Thanks! Bowl of fresh hand-pulled noodles didn't look like a lot, but it was quite a bit actually. Container with ground pork, peanuts, pickled vegetables, green onions, and cilantro in soup was plenty. Flavor was super tasty and amazing. Spice level was very manageable. Portion was huge. I had a lot of fun with this bowl. Enjoyed it very much. I even got two meals out of this bowl. Cool beans! Thanks Magic Noodle for the magic in your noodles! Highly recommend this place. I'll definitely return in the future. If you haven't tried them yet, it's worth your while to check them out. Holy Rollie's.. been coming here for nuff long and still haven't made a review.. If you're ever in this area.. you need to check this noodle spot and thank me later.. Ordered the flat wide noodles this time Chong Qing style.. not as spicy as i had anticipated.. but legit after adding some chilli oil and Chinese vinegar.. spicy wontons always hitting the spot as well as the garlic broccoli, don't sleep on this veggies to get your ring of fire going smoothly later.. Amazing and delicious menu! This was the perfect spot to satisfy our noodle craving. We came on a weekday for dinner and there was about a 20 minute wait. This place fills up quick and I can see why! We ordered the beef pancake roll to share as our appetizer and we got the handcut noodles to share. Both dishes were amazing and you can taste the quality and love they put into the dish. There was good chunks of meat and veggies. The sauce was delicious and not overly salty. I loved watching the cooks prep the noodles in front of us in the kitchen window. They are so fast and efficient. Service was great and quick. There are about 8 tables inside that seats 2-4 people. I can't wait to come back to try more of the menu. read more
This place is good! Fresh noodles made in house and when I say fresh, they are made to order. Used to go to Fort Apache one, glad one open closer to us. Chinese burrito & spicy wonton for apps & beef brisket for the noodles! Must try! Service here is always good and fast. There could be a wait to get seated at times when you go during lunch or dinner rush. Place is not very big but they were able to accommodate us with big group. read more
Magic Noodle is a spot I wanted to try for their noodles, and I had their Chong Qing Style Spicy Noodle. The noodles took less than five minutes to prepare, and the flavors were STRONG with this one. A medium spice that kicked and a broth that was salty but bold is what it boasted. The knife cut noodles I got them with? Delicious, though a bit less chewy than expected. Other than the noodles, I was tempted to try their Sichuan Sweet Noodle but caved to the Chong Qing. The seating and environment weren't remarkable, but the portions were supremely generous at these prices. Would return just for the quality and quantity! read more
Spicy and delicious. I went with the hand pulled fresh noodles with my spicy beef brisket soup and a side of the spicy wontons. it was too much food but soooo delicious, I couldn't stop eating!!! Service was very friendly and quick. They made great recommendations for my first visit. The place is very informal and relaxed. I sat up against the glass watching them pull noodles and prepare meals. There is a medium dining area good for small or medium groups. It's located in the corner of a Sprouts parking lot, so plenty of parking. read more
This place was DELICIOUS. The food was flavorful, the staff was friendly, service was relatively fast, ambiance was relaxed, and the portions were great. The establishment has parking right outside and is located in a shopping plaza. I would definitely return! read more

Great spicy noodle place for the price and location. We either come here or go to one of the competitor restaurants Shang Artisan noodle. This location is closest to our home and the food never disappoints. We always get the szechuan spicy noodles plus the spicy wontons. This time one of of us got the knife cut and the other was the flat wide noodle. Advantages: this restaurant offers 3 different types of noodles ( knife cut, hand pull or flat wide) whereas the other place only offers 2 ( knife cut or handpull). Their prices for the wonton are cheaper here, only charging $8 instead of $12 at the other restaurant. Food is always made to order and comes out within a timely manner, very hot and spicy. You can hear other customers coughing inside the restaurant because of they're inhaling the chili. The only cons about this restaurant are: the dining area and the parking lot. The dining area is a bit small and feels a bit tight when tables are full. The parking lot gets full because it's located in the corner of a plaza with other businesses. The plaza includes a popular Thai restaurant, a gym and other small businesses nearby. There is a yelp waitlist which you may have to join upon arrival. read more

I am so excited to finally have tried this place! Love the menu, offerings, and that you can watch the cooks hand make noodles as you eat. I recommend making your reservation ahead of time on Yelp as they are busy during meal times! I came on a Tuesday night for dinner and the place was packed! I also recommend sitting at the bar area so you can get a front row sit to watching the noodle magic happen. I enjoyed the beef shank knife cut noodles and my husband enjoyed the beef brisket knife cut noodles. Delicious and great flavor all around! We all tried the onion pancakes for an appetizer, which exceeded our expectations. We loved the flavor. Service was nice and welcoming. They came around multiple times to refill our drinks. Definitely can't wait to come back here and bring my family when they visit to try more yummy items. We left very full and with leftovers :) read more
Stopped by for a quick lunch on a Friday, and it didn't disappoint even though this isn't their original location! There was a small wait and the store wasn't the largest so waiting in the car was a better idea. We got seated after about 10 minutes and someone came to take our order quickly. The menu is the same as their Fort Apache location so we went with the Lan Zhou Beef Noodle, Brisket Noodle, and beef roll for appetizer. Amazing as always! Very flavorful and plentiful for us with some left to go for late night snack. Service was great as well, very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Dinner for 2 on a week night around 6pm only waited a few mins to be seated. We ate at the counter which has a view of the kitchen. That's where the magic noodles are made = YUM! Food came out relatively quickly. Portions are shareable. We shared 2 plates for the both of us and it was plenty. 1) Pork belly ordered with hand pulled noodles has string beans, bell peppers, onions (you can choose either noodles or rice). 2) House special fried rice has all the meats - chicken, beef, shrimp, ham Both were delicious! Pork belly was flavorful and tender. Fried rice was so good. It has spoiled me for all other fried rice! Casual spot, good for small groups 4 or less. Servers were courteous. Finally got to make my way here and I'm SO glad that I did! I can totally see why they always make Yelp's Top 50 Places to Eat in Vegas... this food is outstanding! They do have waitlist, but we came on a weeknight early and it wasn't too busy. They don't have any liquor, which was fine with me just soft serve drinks! We ordered the dumplings to start and I was pleasantly surprised at how light they were! Usually fried food makes me feel super heavy and this didn't do that at all. Same with the ramen. I got the beef and it was perfect!! The noodles are hand pulled and right there and made fresh. They were SOOO good! I absolutely loved it. This definitely wont be my last time here. By far the best noodle spot in Vegas, a local gem that should be highlighted more. Their noodles are freshly made and theres a display window to watch the chefs in action, no hiding anything. The flavours are always on point, and its nicely balanced with savoury sweet and spicy, depending on what you get. The broth is rich and flavorful without it being overly oily. I do find this rainbow location to be better than their fort apache location. Be mindful that there will likely be a wait during busy hours! read more

Came to The Magic Noodle and had a fantastic experience. We got the knife-cut beef brisket noodle soup, and it was really good! The broth was deeply flavorful, the brisket was perfectly tender, and the texture of the fresh knife-cut noodles was absolutely spot on. Great service and ambiance, too. Amazing in every way! The broth is rich and savory, and the hand-pulled noodles are incredible! Three styles of noodles to choose from, all perfectly chewy. I usually get the Szechuan beef brisket noodles. I'm not even a "beef person," but it's so tender and flavorful that my body literally craves it. The only danger is wanting it too often! The pan-fried pork dumplings and Kung Pao chicken noodles are also delicious! The restaurant is on the smaller side and there's usually a line, but it moves quickly thanks to their efficient service. It's been couple of years and this place has redeemed themselves! The dishes gotten consistently better while service stayed excellent. I been to both restaurants and hard tell which is better. read more

The hubs thought this place was closed because the windows were so dark. We arrived around 8:45pm (they close at 9:30) and the place only had a couple of empty tables. I wanted to come here after seeing a video on Instagram , so after reviewing my video I showed the lady what I wanted. It was spicy pork ribs soup noodles (with knife cut noodles). The noodles have an irregular shape but they were nice and chewy, exactly what I wanted. Our family of 5 each got a bowl but none of us finished it because they were big bowls and so hot (temperature) that it really slowed us down. We just came off a cruise in the Caribbean so we haven't had Asian food in a while and this definitely hit the spot. Our meals have been so expensive (5 people!) so it was a nice to see a bill that was less than $80 for once. read more
