    beef vermicilli and pho
    Najiha M.

kay so I found my new pho spot. Got the beef pho and the beef lemongrass vermicelli and both were SO good. The broth is what sold me, it's super clear and clean tasting, you can tell they actually take their time with it instead of hiding behind a bunch of grease. The lemongrass beef on the vermicelli was flavorful and well seasoned, not dry at all. Portions were solid and everything came out fast. Already planning what I'm ordering next time! also staff was so friendly :) I will def be coming back

Very friendly service. Greeted immediately when walking in. Clean restaurant with lots of pictures of food on the walls. The Happy Hour specials are a good value with a purchase of a drink. Food was above average. Portions were generous. Fresh spring rolls didn't have much taste.

Came here by myself Saturday night because I was craving gio ga. I got spring rolls and the chicken salad (goi ga). It was okay. The spring rolls sauce was a little hoisin sauce heavy (sweet) 5/10 and the salad, I don't think the veggies were sitting in the sauce long enough 4/10. I wouldn't mind coming back to try something else but would probably not get these two again.

Ordered from Pho Viet Cafe for lunch one day through Postmates -- I decided to get a rice plate with pork chops, egg, shrimp skewer, and Asian sausage. My husband got their vermicelli bowl with grilled pork and imperial rolls. We also got an order of their imperial rolls and a Vietnamese white coffee to try. The rice place was OK -- nothing really stood out. The flavor of the pork chops was a little different than what I'm used to. I think the marinade just isn't as good as other places. The shrimp was decent and the sausage was good. The egg was fully cooked. It honestly wasn't my favorite. My husband was not a huge fan of their vermicelli bowl either -- he said the grilled pork was more like pork jerky. The meat was dry and flavor was also lacking. The imperial rolls were also not my favorite. The filling/flavor was also not as great as some of the other Vietnamese places we go to. I'm not sure why the wrapper is so pale -- did they even fry it or maybe they air fried it? The coffee was OK. I think maybe because it was a white coffee and not the regular coffee that I could barely taste any coffee flavor. Unfortunately, I don't think we'd try them again. There are so many other Vietnamese places in town with the same price point that are better tasting.

Super restaurant. We had the beef pho and a vermicelli bowl. Owner is wonderful. We really liked her. As we finished dinner she recommended a dessert with black sticky rice, beans, and coconut milk. We were too full for dessert so got it to go. It is awesome. Not too sweet chewy and delicious.

This is such a calming and welcoming place. From the moment I walked in, the customer service stood out there were three people helping me at once, and everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. They make you feel comfortable, valued, and genuinely appreciated as a guest. The food is amazing and full of flavor. They provide all the sauces you could want, but honestly, the dishes don't even need much because the flavor and spice are already there. Everything is well-seasoned and delicious on its own. The owner is amazing, and his sister is just as wonderful. Their hospitality really sets this restaurant apart. Every family I've seen dine here has left happy, which says a lot. This is easily one of the friendliest Vietnamese restaurants I've visited. Between the welcoming atmosphere, outstanding service, and flavorful food, it's a 10/10 across the board for me. No complaints at all I highly recommend giving it a try!

Those kind of restaurants where you can go by yourself and have quality lunch for less than 20 dolaras. Went there during lunch time, it was couple people there, just grab a table, server brought me a watter and menu in less than 1 minutes. Menu is big they have appetizers, noodles.... but I got there for a Pho. I did small Beef brisket pho for 14 $. I did wait maybe less than 5 minutes for my phone. It was super hot (but this is how it supposed to be), noodles were good, sprouts and basil super fresh, beef was cooked after staying in a broth for a while. And pho tasted delightful. Eventho it was a small pho it was more than enough for a lunch. Also everyone inside were super friendly, older server was super sweet, checking with me if everything was good. Also the music was nice, not typical music for Asian restaurants. Definitely will be back here to try their fresh spring rolls

So this is not the first time we've been here I believe this a new owner and previous was called something else and owned by another party. The ambiance was giving a family owned establishment with passion in what they do. I love the decor inside very Vietnamese and also has pictures and posters of their food which leads me to believe that they have much pride in the food they make here. The first time I went here the service was amazing felt like my aunt and uncles place and so much good energy and great family style service. I ordered the salt and pepper sea bass super delicious and hit on all the right notes a must order for sure. We also ordered grilled pork broken rice with in fried over easy egg was so good meat so flavorful with the lemon grass based marinade this is a staple in Vietnamese fare you can choose different proteins they offer. This recent visit we went for their happy hour and yes they have one. There is a brisket pho, bun bo hue, vegan pho, and chicken pho for 12$ but the catch is you buy one of their house drinks like Vietnamese coffee and Thai tea etc. we ended up getting the bun bo hue and brisket pho with Thai tea and Vietnamese coffee no boba. The drinks were amazing. The brisket pho was mid maybe because I usually get the combination pho. The bun Bo hue was the star of the show this was spicy and funky and delicious if you are to venture and try the special this is the one. We will definitely be going to try more items here at this restaurant. Pho viet cafe is a must try from their family style service to their delicious menu!

truly adored our experience here! vegas is not known for the family run restaurant but this place has you leaving feeling like family! the staff is so helpful and kind, they are very warm and generous from choosing your seating to the moment you walk out the door. i'm talking top customer service. i've been looking for good pho is the valley and let me tell you, this will be my neighborhood go to now. the broth was so flavorful and the meat was cooked perfectly. everything from the vermicelli to the salad rolls, everything was bursting with flavor. it truly felt like you were receiving a home cooked meal. the menu has a wide variety of options for every type of palette and eater. there is simple seating with many options for larger groups too. if you are looking for good Vietnamese food in vegas, this is your place! I can't wait to come back and try more.

Apparently the Silverado of town doesn't have a restaurant with Pho and Bahn Mi's. Wait let me rephrase that Banh Mi Dac Biet. For some reason it's the alternative Bahn Mi, like with chicken or grilled pork. No, I want the basic one. Anyone, we drove to 20mins to this location. When we got in, immediately greeted, the decor was fun and had lots of signage. The elder woman was the main person out and about just hustling. She was super friendly and funny too. Another guy, who was doing table touches. But they had lots of variety of food to choose from. I love me some mixed plates! We got the spring rolls, salt and pepper shrimp, meatball pho and of course the bahn mi. Although we were warned the salt and pepper shrimp would have a coconut layer to it. Hmm,, sounds like coconut shrimp to me. But you can choose shell on or shell off. Food came out in a quick and timely manner. The spring rolls, we good, a little on the small side though. Salt and pepper shrimp, yeah, not it. You can barely taste the salt and pepper, the coconut was over powering. The broth for the pho was delicious, didn't need to add anything into it. Now, for my reason for being. The bahn mi, it was your standard size. But all the ingredients were there, and the roll that it was on. Nice, soft and plump. The meats were a good amount. Overall, I would come back here again, just to try new things.

Fabulous family-owned business with superb hospitality! You'll feel like family every time you walk in: the crew chats and jokes with you like old friends, creating the kind of warmth you rarely find in purely transactional eateries. Honestly, this is one of those spots where the people and atmosphere alone are worth coming back for. My dad and I ordered the Vietnamese staples: cá bông lau (catfish) kho tộ and canh chua. Our total came to $45.42. They also offer a sea bass option for just $2 more, which is a solid value. Taste: Both dishes were decent and satisfied our craving for homemade comfort food. The cá kho could use deeper caramelization and reduction to unlock that traditional richness, but it still did the job. Portions were standard, served with a cup of rice per order and sides of pickled cabbage, carrot, and fresh sliced cucumber. As a sweet gesture, they include a complimentary 3-4 oz of chè bắp once your bill hits a certain amount.

On top of that, the A/C was blowing hot air, and the chairs are still hard and uncomfortable. One of the biggest problems with restaurants in Las Vegas is consistency. A place can start out great, get people coming back, and then slowly let the quality slip. There seems to be very little effort to maintain the same standard once a restaurant becomes established. I'm being honest because it needs to be said: good restaurants shouldn't become comfortable or complacent. If you're charging premium prices, the food, service, and overall experience should consistently justify what customers are paying.

The last time I was here I got the bun rieu and it was ok, not my favorite version of the dish. I'd stick to the pho which feels like a safer choice here and more in line with what they do best.
