The restaurant is big with plenty of seating and space in between. It has a hibachi station , ramen/udon/pho station and sushi station. I plus there is two large islands of hot foods and two additional large islands of cold foods and desserts. Unfortunately a lot of the food were empty or closed to being empty and not being refilled or was taking a while to get refilled. Since we were there for the crab legs, we were very disappointed with the fact that they refill every 20 min instead of refilling once it was empty. They have a sign that states it's refilled every 20 min and a limit of 6 legs per person at a time. My first plate I waited in line since it was empty at the time. Once they finally brought out a batch, it literally was only a large mixing bowl of crab legs they came out with and luckily I was able to get some. Unfortunately the amount they brought out was only enough for about 6-7 people. They only brought out two small batches before we gave up on trying to get any. A lot of the food looked like it had been sitting for a long time. Again, a lot of the food was near empty or completely empty and wasn't being refilled. The sushi wasn't good as the rice was mushy and the fish looked ehh. The food from the hot bars didn't meet my standards so I didn't even bother trying the hibachi or ramen/udon/pho stations because at that point I was over it. Once we decided we were done and ready to leave, I went to wash my hands and as I was walking back to my table to get the family to go, I walked under a water leaking coming from the roof and wasn't even told to go around when the workers knew what was going on and where standing right there. Definitely never going back if I'm ever in town or if we decide to move to Vegas. Worst buffet experience ever and was a total waste of our time and money.

Anywhoddles I ordered from Eki Ramen, and when I tell y'all this ramen was RAMENING! Aka delicious. Aka... fire I ordered the Black Garlic Ramen, and as you can see from the menu, it was only $12.95. I added an extra egg, extra pork belly, and extra black garlic oil because... why not? Anywhoddles with the extra "trimmings" it came to $18 dollars. Let's get back to the review Now lean in so I can tell y'all about this broth. It tasted authentic to me. It was rich, velvety, silky smooth, creamy without being heavy, and bursting with savory goodness. Every sip had me closing my eyes The noodles had the perfect bite--not too soft and not too firm. The pork belly was tender, flavorful, and had just the right amount of char around the edges. And those eggs? Whew! Perfectly jammy with that beautiful golden yolk. So... if you're a ramen lover--or if you've been thinking about trying ramen for the first time--I highly recommend giving Eki Ramen a try. What's more amazing is the deluxe version for $370. As a solo diner on this occasion, I couldn't avail myself of either so I made my own, three Shigoku oysters ($12), three Oyster / Uni / Foie Gras ($30), U3 Prawn with truffle butter ($40), Truffle Bone Marrow Filet with Foie Gras ($76), two glasses of wine ($14 and $16), and Illy coffee to finish ($4). The three Shigoku oysters were great; the ones with uni and foie gras were sublime! I had a glass of 2024 Touraine Sauvignon Blanc with the oysters. The Truffle Prawn was out of this world! The large prawn was split and grilled with truffle butter. The meat was perfect, and I scooped all of the goodness from the shells and savored each bit. I wanted another order! The Truffle Bone Marrow included two bone halves, topped with sliced medium rare filet and seared foie gras. I can never have too much foie gras! The marrow was so unctuous and combined with the filet and a slice of foie gras, I was in food heaven! It's so decadent and insanely good. I had a glass of District 7 Pinot Noir with the meat.
