I really don't have a lot to say. I'm leaving a review because we usually grab food here to go, but the maybe, 3 times I've eaten here, it's always been quick. For to go, the food is always quick and they have never messed up an order. They're always polite. Also, when we dine in, they are polite and quick. After you order you're met with a drink quickly. You are then met with an app, if you ordered one, less than five minutes. Both of our entrees also came in less than five minutes from there. Always, our go to Chinese restaurant for over 10 years. Nothing fancy, Rice and Noodle is a typical Chinese take out place with fresh, quality ingredients. They do have tables should anyone want to dine in. The kitchen staff make non-menu items just for us, steamed wontons in hot garlic sauce!! They also will tweak any item to include, or exclude, certain ingredients. We are so grateful for the attention to detail, excellent food and staff service. read more

There's a ton of great local restaurants and other stuff that sit along Rainbow. Recently we tried out another local restaurant, Rice n Noodle, a small Chinese restaurant next to a new boba place called Sweet Lab, which is currently under construction. We haven't had Chinese food in a while and I found this place during a random Yelp search. We placed the order online and drove over there to pick it up, which was about a 10 minute drive from my boyfriend's house. When we got there, the order was wrapped up in a bag and ready to go. Chinese restaurants have their food out and ready in a snap, and that's just the way I like it. Our order consisted of the following - sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls, wontons, and rice. I wanted to go for orange chicken originally, but my boyfriend says that he likes sweet and sour chicken better than orange chicken. Everything tasted great, though. I think my favorite out of all these was the egg rolls, which had a tender, crunchy taste to it. I really liked this place and I would like to come back again. read more

I went on Thursday to order food for my husband who just had surgery & can only eat soft foods.. I ordered the Shrimp & Lobster sauce which I have always loved here.. It was excellent.. my husband enjoyed it.. I drove back on Saturday & ordered the Shrimp & Lobster sauce again this time with no veggies ..shrimp on the side & requested extra sauce..which was so hard to explain the cashier what I wanted..& I ordered a pepper steak to go.. The attitude of the cashier was not very pleasant.. like I was asking for something to inconvenience her staff to do ..I told her I was willing to pay extra for the sauce It was the worst meal ever.. the Shrimp & Lobster was all watery .. no extra sauce .. the Pepper Steak had no flavor .. it was horrible.. I will never come back here again.. I did not mind driving 20 minutes away because I loved the food here.. I will not be returning again.. I've never had this dish served with onions and it wasn't listed in the description, so that was a huge disappointment. Looked like it would have been yummy without the onions! Also ordered Pork Chow Mein, which had special request to not include onions, so was thankful they allow special requests, but it was just ok. Seemed kind of greasy yet dry at the same time, so not sure how that is possible? Overall, I wasn't impressed & doubt I'll ever order from here again. This is by far one of the best Chinese fast food places I've had in Las Vegas. The food is not overly saucy or salty and it's straight from the stove hot! Rice n Noodle is a step up from Panda Express because the food is made to order and not sitting out for who knows how long. I mainly come here for their Lunch Specials and BBQ Pork. This is what I have tried so far: BBQ Sliced Pork: pretty good portion for an appetizer. They cut it into bite sized pieces, which makes it easier to eat. Hong Kong Style Crispy Noodle: I'm not a fan of mushrooms and the sauce had too much of it. Also heavy on the garlic. Sesame Chicken: kind of bland and all the pieces were soggy. Orange Chicken Lunch Special: Not as good as a freshly cooked batch at Panda Express, but it had good flavor without the spiciness. I also like how the lunch specials comes with fried rice and Chow Mein. Lemon Chicken Lunch Special: the chicken was cooked well and not overly breaded, but the lemon sauce was horrible and had a chemical-ish after taste. They apparently have two websites you can order from, and both have different prices for certain items. I would suggest ordering over the phone or in person to avoid the higher prices online. Also, don't expect good customer service here. No complaints though, as my orders have always been ready for pick up on time. read more
