Love the anime theme and food is always solid at a super reasonable price point. Consistent and yummy with a good variety of food options. Great neighborhood spot, we love coming here!

    Great prices!

This is the spot to go for reasonable prices and delicious food! We ordered 3 rolls and the beef ramen. The sushi was nice and refreshing and the beef ramen hit the spot. I ordered the ramen at a level 1 spice and it was perfect! Just enough spice to be pleasant and not at all overwhelming to the rest of the dish. The prices were great and we definitely want to come back to try their seafood boil. Service was prompt and friendly. Atmosphere was pleasant, restaurant was clean, and the decor is perfect for any anime lover!

Was craving ramen but didn't want to drive too far so we came here. Didn't have to wait at all & our orders came out super quick. We ordered the tiger roll & it was simple but also yummy & refreshing. We also ordered the Tonkatsu shoyu ramen, takoyako & chasu bowl. Although nothing really stood out for us, they were pretty good for the price. I will say the tonkastu shoyu was too salty for us. I also ordered a Thai tea which I don't recommend as it tasted like straight milk. So the food was meh, but the prices aren't bad & the portions make it worth it if you're looking for a quick place to grab a casual lunch.

Ordered to-go. At first, I was impressed with the variety .. but then realized that's not always a good thing. The black garlic Tonkotsu was good. But the sushi?! Honestly. I've had similar quality fish and rolls at the grocery store. I wonder if it cause we got uber'd? The cream cheese ragoon was super dry. And the karage was so dry. I put pics in. I wanted to like this place.

We had such a pleasant visit to Soru Ramen. We came for lunch on a Saturday with a group of 5 and didn't have to wait. We ordered a few items and everything was a super generous portion and an amazing price. Their most popular item is tonkatsu black garlic ramen and the broth was delicious and flavorful. The katsu chicken curry was very crispy and the curry flavorful. The pork chasu bowl- pork was tender and sauce was sweet and savory. I really love supporting small business and this one is at the top of my list! I will be back soon!

FAVORITE SPOT 5 Stars !!! Amazing flavor. Great price friendly staff. Everything you could want in a hidden gem! Food is always consistent in its quality, we come here regularly. Cool interior and a relaxed atmosphere. They have a great selection of food, depending on what you're craving and you can tell they prepare things in-house to order. Our favorites are the Royal California, Yakisoba, the fried rice (especially kimchi) and the katsu!

We was in the area and felt like eating ramen. I was told of this place and wanted to check it out. I had the tonkotsu Ramen and chicken Katsu as a side dish. My partner had the seafood ramen which she said was delicious. The food was excellent and the ambience was pleasant. I highly recommend this place.

Located in the Southwest area off Blue Diamond inside the shopping center next to 7-11 and Wings stop. Been here MANY times, and I always have great service whether dining in or taking out! This anime vibe spot has the best owners who always make sure their customers are satisfied. Menu items are conveniently priced. They have boba drinks on the menu, too!

Soru Ramen, Las Vegas - where the flavors will knock your socks off! SERVICE *** seems family owned and they care! Spicy Tuna - Fresh and flavorful with the perfect spice. Absolutely flawless. 5/5 Spicy Edamame - Hubby says it's 105/5 because he can't get enough of the heat! Beef Short Ribs - Tasty, but a bit too chewy for me. Sent them back and went for wings instead. 2.5/5 Seafood Stir-fry - Shrimp, mussels, crab, and everything good. 5/5 Seafood Ramen - Miso black garlic broth heaven. 5/5 Wings - Crunchy, maybe a little too much batter, but still worth it. 4/5 AMBIANCE *** did I not say owned by family?! . Mom & pops and happy to support family owned and local! 5/5 Overall Average: 4.75/5 - We're definitely coming back for more!

This was my first time ordering from here! I got my order to go, but I think if I come back, I'd love to eat inside. The graphics and art add a nice and fun look to the inside of the restaurant. I didn't have to wait long at all from the time I ordered my food to receiving it. My favorite was the bun! The meat was very soft and tender and the amount of sauce was perfect. I wish I ordered more. The ramen was also good. The broth had so much flavor and it had a nice hint of peanut taste to it. The shrimp tempura sushi was ok. It's your typical tempura roll. However, the rice was very mushy on some of the pieces in my roll, but other than that, it was pretty good.

If you're looking for a spot that delivers both flavor and fantastic service, look no further than Soru Ramen Sushi Seafood! We started with the Spicy Tuna Sushi Roll, and it was fresh, flavorful, and had just the right kick of heat. Next up were the Baked Mussels--perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. We also tried the Kimchi Fried Rice, which had a great balance of tangy and savory notes, and the Fried Pork Katsu, which was crispy on the outside and tender inside. Not only was the food incredible, but the staff was so friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Whether you're a sushi lover or just craving some hearty comfort food, this place has something for everyone. We'll definitely be back for more!

Great service and a cool experience. The anime on the wall is awesome! They have a nice selection of food and it's very tasty. The ramen was great and so was that Japanese curry. It's close to our new house so great for an indecisive food stop that won't break the bank.

The food here is always amazing! Hits every time! I love the menu because of the variety. The staff is always welcoming and nice. This place makes me feel at home but mostly like I'm a tourist from out of state. Simply because the restaurant is dressed in anime and Asian influenced themes. Such as Naruto, Labubu, One Piece. It's simply a great atmosphere with great vibes. Highly recommended.

The chashu was incredibly tender, and the ramen egg was perfect both in flavor and texture... perfectly soft boiled. The sweet and friendly Japanese ladies taking care of us made the experience even better. Their pricing was also very reasonable. Two bowls of ramen plus an appetizer came out to less than $40 before tip, which felt like a great value for the quality and portion sizes. It was an incredible dining experience, and I would certainly recommend it The restaurant is located in the lovely Cosmopolitan Casino. We had a couple pre-drinks at the Chandelier Bar while we waited for our reservation. When we arrived we only waited a few minutes for them to prepare our table. The restaurant was packed. There's a surprising number of tables/and seating options. The restaurant is elegant and trendy. The lighting is very intimate, but it adds to the ambiance The menu offers a variety of unique and intriguing Asian-American-style delicacies. David Chang is a renowned chef, and everything we tried was incredible. The pork belly bao buns were one of my favorites. We ended up getting a variety of plates and sharing. For drinks they have signature and classic cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options The staff were incredible. Very efficient, professional, and friendly. Our food and drinks came out in a timely manner, and we were well taken care of Some tips: Definitely get a reservation. There is a chance that you will get a table as a walk-in, but not a 100% chance, and you will probably end up waiting a long time I would recommend doing what we did and grab a drink or two nearby while you wait I will say, there probably isn't a bad thing in this menu, but there also isn't much on here for the "picky eater." This is also a fine-dining Vegas experience, so, I wouldn't expect the most inexpensive prices. I wouldn't worry about any of that and just try as much as you can, share, and you will have an amazing time Cheers!!

I went this time again with my spouse and we both got a Tonkotsu Ramen, Pork Belly Bun, and a Yuzu Lemonade. The ramen tasted like cup noodles but the buns were at least decent. The deep-fried shrimp and tuna were fried perfectly with a nice crisp texture. If it wasn't so late, I probably would've kept ordering more. But the real star? The Otoro (bluefin tuna belly) sashimi. Absolute must order. It literally melts in your mouth and had zero fishy smell, just pure buttery goodness.
