Been wanting to check this place out and when I finally did, it did not disappoint! We came on a weekday, around lunch time and it wasn't busy, so we were seated right away. The staff was friendly and the food took a while to come out but that means they are made to order. We ordered the following: 1. Hong Kong style wonton soup: This is a 3/5 for me because the flavors were bland (the broth). It has lots of veggies, which surprised me and the most surprising was the wontons: They were the best I have had! I wish the broth would have more depth cuz that would make this soup outstanding. 2. beef chow fun: 5/5. Very flavorful and the amount is nice for the price. 4. dim sum items: quality food (better than some other places I have had) and they were tasty. a. chicken feet: 5/5 b. shrimp hargow: 5/5 c. beef tendon: 5/5. This has the star anise flavors, so FYI if you do not care for it. For me, it was very tasty! d. desserts: coconut buns and sweet rice cakes. 5/5 The place is clean and surprisingly, the bathroom and the hallway leading into the bathrooms did NOT have inventory or boxes or chairs by them. It was clear and the women's bathroom was clean, not smelly or gross looking like some other Asian restaurants. The dining area is very spacious, it has tables and booths, and big round tables for large parties. I definitely would come back here again and support this business.

Welcomed in by friendly staff. Not busy when we arrived;only a few customers eating so it was relaxed and quiet. We ordered from their Dim Sum menu. They were having a special on 1/2 an order Peking Duck, steamed Chinese broccoli, Sweet buns, Egg custard tarts, 2 orders of steamed chicken feet, shrimp dumplings; then we ordered Chow Fun Noodles and Shrimp fried rice from the regular menu. Everything looked and tasted perfect. We really appreciate this Dim Sum Cafe which is conveniently located near Summerlin and Spring Valley area on Hualapai and Twain. It saves us a drive to Chinatown Las Vegas which is also worth the drive. Thank you!

Had lunch here yesterday it was pretty dead in the restaurant. This place is a little hidden gem. The food is excellent, service was fast. The restaurant is clean and they were cool with Mae Mae. I will definitely be back. See my pictures

Food is delicious here! I came here with my family consisting of three kids on a Saturday late afternoon. We got noodles, rice, dumplings...a lot of food. The Thai tea here is also really good and a nice size too! The only thing that was wrong was that we ordered Apple juice for the kids, and our server brought back orange juice. However, the orange juice is not like the kind that is commonly given in restaurants. It was more like a mandarin juice, so the flavor was different, and also a bit watery and tart. Despite that, we do still like the good here and will return in the future for some dim sum.

Came here with a friend to try some new things. The restaurant was clean and we were seated quickly. The food was amazing! I really enjoyed the curry wontons. Overall I would say it was a nice little spot.

Dim Sum Cafe is a family favorite! If you're craving authentic Chinese noodles, roasted duck, shrimp shumai, soup dumplings, and red bean balls covered in toasted sesame seeds - this is the place for you. My family and I come down to Dim Sum Cafe every couple of months. There's something for almost everyone will like. Whether you want ribs or chicken porridge. The options feel endless. The staff is always prompt with seating us and there's plenty of spacious seating like booths, large round tables and more. I would have more photos because I come here so often but our family loves the food so much that we chow down right away.

We usually go to our go to dim sum spots Hong Kong garden and Orchid garden. This time we are trying dim sum cafe. The ambiance here reminds me of a traditional old school but in a modern area. This family style dim sum spot has rotating tables for large parties that cater well to big family style dining which I really like especially if you're big on family dining. Today the food we ordered of course chicken feet had flavor and was meaty. We also ordered short ribs with squash delicious as well. We ordered the crispy shrimp so crunchy and fresh hot and ready. We also ordered the Hong Kong style noodle combination my favorite with crispy style noodles with Chinese gravy with a combination of vegetables and meat so delicious a must with their house hot chili oil so good. We were also fortunate to score their succulent roasted duck came with duck sauce as well soft meat and crispy skin will definitely order again. The service was great very attentive and the fast with everything made a smooth lunch. They were also nice looking to go back and try again. If you're looking for a trendy low key dim sum spot this is it thanks!

After passing by Dim Sum Cafe for years (so close to home) we decided to Stop in Nestled conveniently close to home, Dim Sum Cafe has been a sight we've passed by countless times. Recently, curiosity finally got the better of us, enticing us to step inside. Walking in, the cafe exudes a charming, albeit slightly aged atmosphere, with booth seats showing signs of wear. However, the culinary delights quickly overshadow any minor decor imperfections. Our flavorful journey began with the Pork Shumai, perfectly portioned wontons loaded with succulent ground pork. Each bite was a delicious burst of flavor. Braving the unknown, we ventured into the Steamed Chicken Feet - a novel experience for us. Lightly coated in sauce, despite the expected boniness, they were surprisingly tasty. We then indulged in the Deep-Fried Meat Ball, a delectable treat, followed by the Steamed Pork Dumplings, which were a true delight--juicy on the inside and perfectly cooked. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the Spicy Chicken Wings. With a crispy exterior and an explosion of flavors, they quickly became a favorite! The menu, abundant with tempting options, promises many more returns. Besides the excellent food, the prices were reasonable, and the staff's friendliness added to the overall pleasurable dining experience. We are keen to revisit and explore the rest of what Dim Sum Cafe has to offer. Bill was under $60 with 3 beers added to all of our items - Great Deal Excellent Food Cheers

I enjoyed Dim Sum here, will definitely go back next time when visiting Vegas. 5 star, strongly recommended!

My partner took me here because he said he enjoyed it last time he went here (3 yrs ago). I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, it was a big letdown. I ordered the hot and spicy wontons expecting bold flavors, but the dish was completely bland. The chili oil--which should've been the star--had zero heat and barely any flavor at all. It tasted more like plain oil than anything spicy. For a dish that's supposed to pack a punch, this was incredibly disappointing. Definitely not what I hoped for, and I won't be coming back. The rest of the food was OKAY.

All and only Cream cheese wonton, yay!

Food- all very good dim sum. We tried several, most we liked, 1-2 we didn't. Liked: chicken potstickers, all veggie egg/ spring rolls, curry cream cheese fried wontons ( all cream cheese, no meat yay!), excellent warm egg custard ( so good we order another to go), chicken shu mai ( new to us- flavor was yummy but it is a very dense all chicken ball basically), crispy Beef with Golden Garlic item #29 ( very tender beef, no seeds Yay!). Sweet and sour soup was okay. Disliked- all beef meatballs. I struggled with the gelatinous texture and flavor, my hubby struggled with just the texture. We left it on the table after 1 bite. But this was just us and our preferences. Service- very very quick. Almost too quick as the 2nd waitress helping kept bringing out stuff to us we either didn't order or already received. But we were honest and redirected her. We spent about $100 lunch but we ordered enough for leftovers on purpose. Overall we enjoyed it and would return.

So fast and delicious! The chow mein was not the kind I'm used to but still sooo good! There was no bean sprouts in it at all! Can't wait to try the different foods!

I was craving some dim sum and wanted to go somewhere new away from all the traffic. My husband and I came here on a Monday afternoon and it wasn't busy. The staff welcomed us right away and came by to take our order. The venue is quite big and spacious. The menu is on point. It shows pictures of all the dim sum and a few of their other dishes as well, which makes it easier and appetizing to order. We ordered the Spicy won ton, egg custard, Baked Sweet Cream Bun, shrimp and pork shu Mai, fried taro crispy beef fried noodles . Sweet cream bun 4/5- it was warm, the bread was chewy, however, I do wish there was more of the cream custard filling. Egg custard 5/5- super flaky, perfect density of the custard, and the very creamy egg custard filling. Beef crispy noodle- 4/5 loved the veggies, the beef was tender, the noodles were crispy and soft. The only downfall was that the sauce was very salty. Fried taro- 5/5 super flaky, crispy! I loved how the taro and meat was filled in the pastry. It wasn't oily either. I really enjoyed it! Shrimp shu mai- 5/5 filled with shrimp and good ratio of the wrapper and filling. Spicy won tons- 2/5 it didn't look like the photo. The ratio of the pork and wrapper was off. There was too much wrapper. The flavoring of the pork wasn't seasoned enough. Pork shumai-2/5 the pork tasted too porky for me. The density of it was over cooked as well. Overall, if you're craving dim sum and you are in the area, stop by to get your dim sum fix!

The roast duck I ordered from DoorDash was not fresh it was like leftover from previous day. It was dry and chewy and made me sick.

Plenty of parking - and conveniently right off Spring Mountain Rd in Chinatown. Service was good too. We ordered Enoki Mushroom Fries, Crispy Chicken Sui Mai w/ Sweet Thai Chili Sauce, and Crispy Almond Shrimp Balls from the Happy Hour Menu, as well as Rainbow Shrimp Dumpling, Crispy Mochi Duckling, & Breaded Japan Takanobu Oysters from the regular menu. Food was all very delicious. Dim sum was on the pricier side, but totally worth it. Great dining experience here overall! Would definitely recommend checking this place out if you're around Chinatown in Las Vegas! And I'll definitely be back to the Tustin, CA location - and recommend that spot as well for people in the Southern California area!

Menu offers quite a variety... reg dim sum, delicious dim sum, chef specialties, house specialties, super dim sum, vegan no-meat dim sum, congee, noodles, rice dishes, appetizers, entrees, lunch specials, and more. Prices of the dim sum vary from $5.98 and up. We chose a handful of dim sum and one Shrimp & Pork Wonton Egg Noodles. Overall, dim sum was decent. A few of them could have been better in preparation, flavor, and taste. Wonton noodles were tasty. *Bean Sauce Chicken Feet - skin was on the tougher side, could have been more tender, sauce was too thick, flavor was okay *Crispy Taro Pancake - top layer was crispy, but taro fell apart when picked up by chopsticks *Egg Tarts - light and flaky crust with soft, smooth & jiggly egg custard filling, amazingly good, definitely would get again, wished it came with 3 instead of 2, they are bigger than normal egg tarts, but still *Fried Pork Ball - just okay, nothing special *Golden Sand Lava - huge baked bun with lots of oozing sandy egg yolk, must get! *Shrimp Dumpling - full of shrimps in thin skin, tasty filling, good size, worth the price! *Shrimp & Pork Chives Dumpling - more chives than shrimp and pork, flavor was mediocre *Shrimp & Pork Shumai - surprisingly flavorful, but wished there was more shrimp than pork Glad we got a chance to try this place. Pork and Shrimp Siu Mai (5/5): The absolute highlight of the meal and easily one of the best versions of this classic dish available. The order comes with four enormous pieces that taste incredibly fresh, with every single bite packed to the brim with juicy, distinct chunks of real shrimp and pork. Bean Curd Skin Roll (5/5): Another standout favorite of the visit. The dish includes three large rolls cut cleanly in half, packed with incredibly juicy meat filling. It's especially delicious when you ladle the savory sauce from the bottom of the plate over each bite. Cream Egg Yolk Bun (5/5): A dessert that tastes like a cross between an egg tart and a sweet pineapple bun. The sweet egg yolk cream center is warm and exceptionally gooey, so you'll want to take your first bite carefully to prevent the runny filling from splattering. Salt and Pepper Squid (4/5): A very clean, airy, and crispy appetizer that shows zero signs of being fried in old kitchen oil. While the batter leans a bit light on the expected salt and savory seasoning, the abundance of thinly sliced fresh jalapeno peppers added a spicy kick. Sticky Rice in Lotus Leaf (4/5): A very solid, comforting option with excellent overall flavor throughout the rice, though the savory meat filling hidden inside the center felt a little sparse. Beef Tripe with Ginger and Scallion (4/5): A dim sum staple featuring an incredibly delicious, gingery sauce and great savory flavor. Beef Congee (4/5): We ordered the medium-sized bowl, which easily yielded at least 4 smaller bowls of congee, making it a perfect shared carb to round out the meal. It had a comforting consistency with a subtle note of ginger, though it personally sits just below a traditional preserved egg and pork style for me. Logistics Tip: Arriving around noon on the weekend means encountering a packed house, but the staff moves the crowd efficiently and gets tables turned over in short order. You place your order by marking your selections directly onto a paper slip, and the kitchen sends items out to your table as soon as they're ready, meaning dishes will arrive in a random, staggered flow throughout your dining experience.

Restaurant needs some updating but it was clean. I could care less cuz the dim sum is good. This is my second time here and food is good. My favorite is the shrimp wrapped in rice noodles with a different soy sauce. It's good. And the sticky rice is good. I can't lie I liked everything we ordered. Thanks New Asian Bbq!

The vast majority of the items we ordered were straight off of carts that were being pushed around. It felt like a blast from the past since a lot of dim sum places now are strictly checking items off a menu or mostly menu with a handful of carts. For a place called New Asian BBQ, we saw very few people ordering BBQ. The food: Zha liang - rice noodle roll wrapped around a you tiao (fried cruller). Probably the least healthy thing on the menu, but arguably the tastiest with different textures and a ton of flavor from the 3 dipping sauces (soy based, sesame based, oyster sauce based) Shrimp and Chive steamed dumpling - I'm always a sucker for this steamed version or the pan fried version. One of the few glimpses of vegetables you'll see at dim sum. Chang Fen (rice noodle roll) - we ordered a shrimp and a beef - both easily meeting our standards Dou Hua (tofu pudding) - served hot with ginger simple syrup. It's even softer than silken tofu. The dish is a bit polarizing, but I like a good Dou Hua. Taro Puffs - always a favorite of ours, they have a pretty good one here Steamed beef ribs - this was an interesting one we've never had at a dim sum restaurant. They're short ribs with a soy, sugar marinade. Pineapple Bun with Salted Egg Yolk - I don't even know what this was called on the menu, but it was the filling of a Liu Sha Bao inside a Pineapple Bun. All these met expectations - Bean Curd (tofu skin) Pork Roll, Ginger Tripe, Shrimp Dumplings, Beef Balls For Dim Sum, I typically expect at least $30 per person. We ate a ton and came in a smidge under that after tax and tip. Everything was good to great and we were very happy that we decided to eat here for brunch. Great place for dim sum in terms of food quality and if you want to order from carts!

Food: The noodles are hands down some of the best I've ever had. They're perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and easily the standout item on the menu. I also really appreciate that they offer great vegan options. So many restaurants have vegetarian dishes that feel like an afterthought, but here the vegan meals are actually creative, flavorful, and just as satisfying as everything else on the menu. The fried rice is another must-try--well-seasoned, fresh, and incredibly tasty. And if you have room for dessert, don't skip the chocolate dumplings. They're absolutely divine and the perfect sweet ending to an already fantastic meal. Everything was beautifully presented and arrived fresh and hot. Service: The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout the meal. Service was efficient, and the food came out quickly without feeling rushed. Price: The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. Considering the fresh ingredients, generous portions, and overall experience, I think it's an excellent value. Ambiance: The restaurant has a comfortable, inviting atmosphere that's perfect for anything from a casual lunch to dinner with friends or family. Pros: Outstanding noodles, excellent vegan options, delicious fried rice, amazing chocolate dumplings, friendly service, fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, and great value. Cons: Honestly, none during my visit. Overall, this is an excellent restaurant that delivers on both quality and value. Whether you're vegan or not, there's something here to love. I'll definitely be back, especially for those incredible noodles and chocolate dumplings!

Great ambiance with high vaulted ceilings and large panels of glass…read more By the hostess stand is a room where they hand fold their dumplings and other offerings and you can watch them. We were seated quickly by the kind hostess and, lucky for me, my friend had been here before. He is from Taiwan and was talking about the original location in Thailand and its small and humble beginnings! I left the ordering to him...we had fried rice with pork, shrimp/pork xiao long bao, cucumber salad, hot and sour soup, pork dumplings and pork buns. Everything was absolutely delicious and flavorful! The hot and sour soup was the BEST I've ever had! Cucumber salad had large slices of english cucumber with a delicious dressing. Xiao long bao was probably my favorite I could eat a whole meal of them!! You can taste the freshness and care that goes into each dish! What a great find and I can't wait to return! Run, don't walk, to this fabulous restaurant!

Finding the Real Deal: Dim Sumlicious is the Authentic Yum Cha Las Vegas Has Been Missing…read moreLas Vegas has no shortage of Chinese restaurants, but anyone who's grown up going to yum cha knows the difference between dim sum done right and dim sum done for tourists. I've been on a quiet, slightly obsessive hunt across this city for the genuine article -- the kind of Sunday morning experience that transports you straight to a bustling Hong Kong tea house. And friends, I found it. It's called Dim Sumlicious, and the name does not lie. The moment the first bamboo basket hit our table, I knew this was different. Dim Sumlicious has a chef with over 30 years of experience honing his craft in Hong Kong, and it shows in every single bite. This isn't the frozen-and-steamed shortcut situation you'll find at so many spots around town. These are handmade, skillfully executed classics that carry the weight of real tradition behind them. The har gow wrappers had that perfect translucent delicacy -- thin enough to see through, sturdy enough to hold. The siu mai were plump and properly seasoned. The char siu bao, both baked and steamed, hit every note I was hoping for. Cart after cart brought something worth ordering, and nothing disappointed. But beyond the food, what struck me about Dim Sumlicious was the atmosphere of care. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable -- a rarity in a city where restaurants can feel like they're processing customers on a conveyor belt. If you're a dim sum devotee who's been settling for "pretty good," your search is over. Dim Sumlicious is the real deal -- no asterisks, no caveats. Make a reservation, bring the whole family, and go hungry. Las Vegas finally has its yum cha moment. Don't sleep on it.
