    Soondae Soup

Comfort food to the max. Order the Soondae and a side of mixed meat for the table to share. Portions are huge. Service here is amazing. The ambiance is very homey and low key. You know the place is legit when they have a wall of autographs! Thank you POV dad for this social media rec.

The sundaebu was delicious. They also provided vegetarian options which was nice for me. I have lived in Korea for five years as an English teacher and four of those years were in Jeonju, home of the famous bibimbap. It was nice being able to find authentic Korean food here in Las Vegas. the servers are professional and polite and the atmosphere is inviting. I recommend this restaurant so anyone wishing to experience authentic Korean soups.

Spicy Soondae Soup, Korean Cold Noodles in Broth

Ordered the spicy soondae soup and cold noodles and both hit the spot. The two dishes balanced each other out in terms of temperature and flavors. The inside is spacious and on the back wall it's cool to see celebrities that have visited. Overall a very heartwarming meal!

It's alright. Went for the soondae, since I had a craving. Got the spicy soondae jungshik which is spicy soondae soup and side dish of soondae and pork parts. Food was ok, but for 30 I would have expected more. Everything was priced a little higher that expected without anything extra going for it. Since there's not a lot of competition, maybe they priced it higher. Did it satisfy craving , yes.

What a pleasant and unexpected surprise! Probably the best chapsal soondae I have eaten outside of Korea! It had that rich desirable taste which you can't get everywhere. It's located on the periphery of H-Mart. My spouse and I couldn't not resist! We bought a container of soondae with a gochu (chili) for dipping (to go). It was a great dinner in our dwelling while visiting Nevada. The young man was SO POLITE and thoughtful. A pleasure supporting this business. I highly, highly recommend this spot. Tae danhi kamsah hamidah! Sae hae bohk mahnee padu seyo! From the Canadians!

Every time I visit Las Vegas, I make sure to stop by Mubongri Soondae. I especially want to recognize Yong for her exceptional service. The first time I came here, I honestly thought she was the owner because of how warmly she greeted everyone and how attentively she took care of each guest. Later, I found out she has simply been working here for many years. She always welcomes customers with a kind smile and comforting words that make you feel right at home. There are many restaurants with good food, but it's rare to find a place filled with genuine warmth and hospitality. Thanks to Yong, this restaurant has become more than just a place to eat--it's a place I genuinely look forward to visiting every time I'm in Las Vegas. Her words are warm, and so is the soup. If you're looking for delicious soondae soup and outstanding service, I highly recommend Mubongri Soondae. Thank you, Yong, for always being so kind. I look forward to seeing you again on my next trip.

Gamjatang, samgyteong, Ji pyeong, banchan, radish kimchi

After several days of fine dining in Las Vegas, Moobongri Soondae was exactly what we needed--a meal rooted in comfort, tradition, and generosity. The gamjatang arrived in a massive stone bowl piled high with tender pork bones, greens, and fragrant perilla seed. Rich, spicy, and deeply satisfying, it was the standout dish of the meal. The samgyetang offered a perfect contrast, with a clean, nourishing broth and tender chicken that showcased the simplicity Korean cuisine does so well. The assortment of banchan was fresh and flavorful, particularly the crisp radish kimchi and cucumber kimchi. We paired everything with Jipyeong Makgeolli, whose creamy, slightly sweet character complemented the meal beautifully. This isn't the place for elaborate plating or culinary theatrics. It's the kind of restaurant that reminds you why comfort food matters. Honest cooking, generous portions, and flavors that feel like they've been perfected over generations. The service was friendly. The ambiance was the typical. Nothing fancy.

Bookmark this place when you are in Vegas!!!! You know it's legit when the peeps are rating there. The service was great and plenty of ban chan. The shopping center can be a little sketchy, so don't keep any valuables in the car. The only downer was they had some Refrigeration with ice cream and we got the strawberry and the little pint size and we should've known better that there wasn't any pricing because when we went to the register, it was 20 bucks for ice cream. They'll get the ice cream unless you're a big Baller

They are the best soondae soup in Vegas. Side dishes; cabbage kimchi, radish kimchi, cucumber kimchi, and fish cake came with soondae soup, and servers were checking each tables and give refill for side dishes. All the side dishes were delicious, and soup was absolutely great! There were a lots of meat and blood sausage in the soup, and soup base was very clean and rich flavor. Their parking lot and dining area are pretty big, so it is good for group. Also, food came out quick.

The blood sausage or soondae is very popular here. I ordered the soondae soup, which came with rice and side dishes. The side dishes included marinated fungus mushrooms, marinated radish, kimchi, and fish cake. The sides were solid. The soondae soup also has other parts including liver and I enjoyed it. The sauces it came with made it even more flavorful. This place got pretty packed and seems to be extremely popular with the locals. I also liked that kpop demon hunter songs and kpop songs were played.

We've been to Moobongri Soondae many times for their soondae, and they've always been consistently solid. My son absolutely loves soondaeguk, so this has become one of our regular family spots whenever that craving hits. This visit, we decided to switch things up and order the jokbal for lunch instead. The flavor was excellent... served cold, tender, well-seasoned, and really satisfying. Unfortunately, the portion size felt a bit underwhelming considering it was close to $50. While it was definitely delicious, we expected a little more value for the price. Service is about what you'd expect... perfectly fine but nothing particularly memorable. On the plus side, parking is plentiful, which is always a big bonus in this area. Overall, still a reliable spot for soondae and Korean comfort food, and we'll likely continue coming back.

an absolute gem! you know the food is about to hit when you walk in during lunch hours and there are older korean folk drinking soju with their meal. the servers were very attentive and friendly, food was hearty and fresh, and the place was v clean! banchan was sooo immaculate as well

The interior felt very modern and traditional at the same time. We ordered the hot chrysanthemum tea and it came out in a piping hot kettle. Service was very friendly and attentive. Spicy hand pulled noodle soup 5/5 - Incredibly warm, flavorful, and delicious. The noodles were perfectly chewy and the broth was packed with flavor. Generous cuts of beef as well. Zhajiang Mian 5/5 - My favorite of the two dishes and the best Zhajiang Mian I've ever tried. The minced pork sauce was absolutely delicious and coated the noodles so well. Would definitely recommend checking this spot out for your next visit to Vegas!

It is located in a strip mall with an abundance of convenient parking. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! If you are in search for Taiwanese food, give them a shot. Good quality, fresh food that is nicely flavored!

The taste and value is really great, actually. If you are looking for your "halmoni's" (grandma in Korean) authentic, homemade, caring, handmade flavors and can ignore the no-frills, don't -care, terrible location and zero curbside appeal, this is your place. Imagine going to an old neighborhood Korean home where the kimchee to the broths and banchan are made with love. The scissors are sharp so you can easily cut the perfectly fermented, primly pickled kimchee and the cucumbers (oi kimchee) are fresh and the beef broth deeply steeped and rich with flavor. Plus it's an absolute bargain for what you get. I think we ordered almost one of everything (for just the three of us) just to taste it. The naengmyun (cold noodles) were fine. Not exceptional, but decent. The saam and chive pancake was very good. Value is high, taste is high; authenticity very high. Huge portions in today's world of cutting back. But I feel fortunate to find a "go-to" for my korean cravings. Like walking into my auntie's house for some warm, deeply comforting, home-cooked k-meal. Craving the dogani bone broth soup now!! (Would have taken photos but it would have hard to judge based on photos alone. This is a place you have to go to just to taste it, not look at it).
