I've been here before and was really fortunate to come back again! Definitely worth it. We joined the waitlist right when they opened while heading to the restaurant, and the whole process was super quick and efficient. We were seated fast, enjoyed our meal without feeling rushed, and were completely checked out within about 55 minutes. The food was absolutely delicious as always. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. On top of that, the staff were incredibly nice, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire visit. I joined the Yelp waitlist right when it allowed me to join and I was seated 25 ish minutes later. They are BOOKED, so always join the waitlist before you come. We got menu B, which included lots of our favorites from the day. Items that stood out: Salmon Carpaccio, Hand rolls, Filet Mignon, Seafood Miso Soup I never thought I would come to KBBQ and leave with my favorite dish being the Seafood Miso Soup LOL. The soup is so savory and garlicky, it I washes everything down from the BBQ. The salmon carpaccio is also amazing. It is so tender and fresh, and the flavors that it sits in tastes sooo good. Decided to dine here recently. These days Korean BBQ Spots and even AYCE Sushi places are a dime a dozen in Vegas. This location though is unique. Delicious food with cuts and portions that are huge and thick. Service is excellent and the dining area is clean and lively. Furniture within the booth was comfy and spacious. Everything I tried was on point. From the non alcoholic soju which I let my kids taste. The fish, meat and veggies were fresh and very colorful. Our server Angela was every tentative and efficient. Came by on a Friday for lunch, and we were seated after 10 minutes. They were moderately busy, but still had availability. Service was quick throughout the stay! They give each table a tablet to remotely order items, items probably come out within 15 minutes of ordering. Had to try this place as 888 Japanese bbq was amazing, but did not get the hype for this spot. Was not impressed. We got the Kobe menu which was priced at $43. However, I was very very DISAPPOINTED from the results. There was maybe one marinated Kobe beef option that was tender and soft, but every single other Kobe meet that we received was tough. Brisket was tough, small state cuts were also tough, overall NOT good. We felt that we were up charged $14 per person for average quality meat. In the future, definitely recommend AVOID KOBE MENU! Go with the regular set menu at under $30, and it will probably be a better and enjoyable experience. Kobe menu felt like a scam. read more

Our go to sauce is sesame oil with salt added in it! Love the option of soup on one stove while grilling is on the other stove. We came here on a weekday around 7pm and there was virtually no wait. It's very clean inside but a bit cramped, especially since they use the walkway to hold the extra meets with the foldable table. The first thing I noticed is that it's clean which is important. The vibes are pub bar and I liked how they were playing old school Kpop. -No rice paper. This is one my husband's favorite side dishes so we're a bit sad they don't have it. -Love the miso ramen. I've never been to a kbbq where it also has a pot for soup. Pairs soo well with the grilled meats. - the Pork sampler was fire. I'm always hesitant to get the marinated meats in a kbbq bc it can be sweet. However, the sample was a great way for me to try the marinade without committing to a full plate. The marinated pork were not overly sweet and you can still taste the flavor of the pork. -Salmon carpaccio was sooo good!!!!!!! -Pork Jowl was my fav. They give you 90 minutes for all you can eat and you can order as much as you want on the tablet that they leave at your table. Love the set up of this restaurant. There are two burners on each table, one for meats and one for the soup. The pork belly sampler was interesting, I've had it done better at Eight Korean BBQ in LA but the 888 version was okay. I wish we could order the individual flavors of pork belly not in the sampler. The best thing we had was the hand roll sampler. We ordered that twice bc the flavors were so good. We also ordered two refills of the soon dubu soup bc it was so good. Pro tip, throw some brisket into the boiling soup, hot pot style and leave some brisket so when they make the fried rice, it's kimchi brisket, pork belly friend rice... sooo much better. Definitely go for the kimchi fried rice... it's not called Korean Dessert for nothing. We were so stuffed from the dinner but we managed to take down an entire pan of fried rice Meats were good. I know this sounds crazy but the chicken bbq was really really good. They also had large intestines... which are my favorite. Just wish they had Ssam (lettuce wraps) Service was okay. Lots of items never showed up, and we were afraid to order again for fear 2 might show up so we had to always check in/flag down our waitress to make sure that wasn't happening. The waitress takes your first order in person and then leaves the iPad. Just be careful ordering bc once you send the order you have to wait 3 minutes to order again. Which doesn't seem like a big deal but it's not fun waiting to order when your grill is empty bc someone at the table ordered a side of kimchi. The quality of meats here were subpar, tough and the ones that were marinated were too sweet. The two dipping sauces that were provided for each person didn't compliment the proteins well either.
