The service was great, and the staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made the experience even better. The place itself looks amazing, with a nice setup and good music playing in the background. It's definitely a very family-friendly restaurant. When you walk in, the smell of BBQ is incredible and really gets your expectations up. Unfortunately, the flavor didn't quite match the aroma for me. They only offer three sauce options, and none of them suited my taste since I personally prefer a sweeter BBQ sauce. Overall, it's a beautiful spot with great service, but the food didn't fully meet my expectations.

Well I was hoping for much better. Our first time we walked and there was no one in line but people behind the counter but no one directed or said anything to us. We got up to the cash register and I told the order taker it was our first time and there was no anything of ideas, thoughts, info about the place etc: so we ordered found a table and our food came very quick. I gotta say as far as the food the half rack or ribs and the tri tip were both dry. Also the order of fries were raw and floppy and cold as if they had been sitting around for quite a while because in the short time we waited no way they could have cooked these fresh. The interior itself is nice but as cold and dry things were at a bit after 5pm on a Saturday night and the unfriendly staff I don't know that I'll make it back.

Went to Big B's Ordered the 2 meat dinner with 2 sides. Got some tri tip and some turkey. Also got the mac and cheese and corn on the cob. Mac and cheese wasnt the best. And the corn on the cob was just ok. As for the meats. The Turkey was good as was the tritip. But was so small of a portion. Service was great as the staff is always accommodating. And asking if you'd like a drink while you wait for your to go order is a nice add. Place is always clean and neat. I'll be back just wish it was a little more.

The BBQ meats in this sandwich were top notch this time. Some of the best bbq i have had in Vegas. However the frys were undercooked again. Service was ok. Very nice behind the counter but, really would be nice for staff to go around every once in a while and ask how was the food. Still has a picnic vibes in the restaurant.

The fried okra keeps me coming back here over and over again! My boyfriend literally said let's go have barbecue in the first thing in my mouth is fried okra? And his response was Big B's? This place is always welcoming, and I love that the TVs always have some sort of sports replay game playing. There's also normally country music playing which we both enjoy. I got the two meat combo, which comes with two meats and two sides. Today I went with brisket, tri-tip, fried okra, and mac and cheese. This was probably the best mac and cheese I've had from there, sometimes it's a little older or dried out but today was absolutely amazing. I ended up taking some of my brisket and mixing it into my mac and cheese, with some spicy barbecue sauce. Make sure to ask for the spicy barbecue sauce at the counter. It's hot but good.

Big B's BBQ is absolutely worth a stop if you're craving solid, no-nonsense barbecue in a relaxed, family-friendly setting. Trip tip: come hungry and a little early if you can--this place gets busy for a reason. The brisket was tender, smoky, and packed with flavor without being overly sauced, exactly how good BBQ should be. The baby back ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious with just the right balance of smoke and seasoning. Pair it all with a Shiner Bock on tap, and you're set. What really makes Big B's stand out is the welcoming vibe. Plenty of seating, casual atmosphere, and a setup that makes it great for families or groups without feeling rushed. Friendly service and consistently good food make this an easy go-to. If you're a BBQ fan or just passing through and want something reliable and satisfying, Big B's BBQ should be on your list.

Had a family occasion and they chose to celebrate it here. Food is always good here. Their rib & pulled pork was delicious. I like their mac & cheese, has a little spice in it. They have coke products & a few good selection of ice teas Service is fast! We got our food pretty fast. Ambiance is nice! They have long picnic table that can accommodate big groups like us. You pick your own table and you place your order over at the counter.

I had driven past this place many times. But never had stopped in so I decided to change that. I ordered on the phone for pickup, it was only 5 minutes from my house. House. Super easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking which is very nice, especially for grabbing something to go. Super friendly staff, everything's out in the open so you can watch it being prepared. Let me tell you seeing those huge slabs of meat hit the counter to be carved up is a site to behold. The food was definitely good, I ordered the half rack of beef ribs. Lots of meat. Definitely not disappointed there. Ordered the macaroni and cheese, to be honest, I've had better. Macaroni and cheese should be a little bit gooey. This was kind of dry and pedestrian. I also ordered the cornbread which came out as two small muffins.. for two bucks. Nothing amazing there, but the cornbread was tasty and actually had kernels of corn in it. The barbecue sauces were decent, I had the regular and spicy. Too crazy. Just enough heat to make it worthwhile. Bottom line? This is a decent barbecue place. Is it the best I've ever had? No. Is it the worst I've ever had? Again, no. I would definitely come back again for the meats.

This place is bbq heaven. We drove 2 hours to have lunch here. When you walk in. The smell is amazing and the bbq beans are the best ever. Full of meaty tasty goodness. If you like bbq. Run here

My fav BBQ place in Las Vegas!! The service is amazing every-time I go, the food is always so fresh, hot, and flavorful, plenty of seating w/ a bunch of TVs for entertainment, and a lot of parking My favorite items are the brisket, sausage, fried okra, creamed corn, and the Mac & cheese.

Was super excited to hear they had opened down the street from my house in Henderson. Went there on a Saturday night expecting it to be super packed, but we got there just in time before the rush started. Really easy to find this place and a shopping center, great signage, so you know you're not going to miss it. Plenty of parking and that works out great. The inside is really warm and inviting. It definitely has a pub type. Atmospheric, with plenty of tables to set up. Plus they have a full bar. Whether you want a slice or a full pie or a couple pizzas to go, this place definitely has you covered! We ordered a small pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni, and a couple of iced teas. It was great sitting there watching people filing in and out picking up their to-go orders. This place stays pretty busy, but they do not skimp on service! Our server was awesome. She was attentive, and not overbearing. The pie came out, and looked absolutely amazing. I got to tell you the crust is so good on this pizza, I ate the entire thing. Sometimes the crust is too much, but whatever they do to make it, it is definitely a finishing item. I had so many different things to see and try that. You could come back here multiple times and not have the same thing twice. Plus they have a happy hour special which is half off a slice of pie. Definitely have to go check that out. Bottom line? This place is awesome! If you like a good pizza like I do, it's pretty amazing. There are plenty of good places in Las Vegas to get a pizza, but this place hits all the boxes in taste, price, and atmosphere. Run, don't walk to this place immediately!

The name is accurate…read more Good Pie is a local pizzeria which pizzaiolo Vincent Rotolo started off in the Downtown area and eventually expanded to Henderson. That location ended up being the most convenient for my first real visit, several years after I first tried some of their pizza in pop-up-esque situation at a Super Bowl party event (and liked it, by the way). They say they do housemade iced tea and lemonade, so naturally they'll actually do an Arnold Palmer ($3.00). It was more tea-forward than other versions I've had but had enough lemon tartness and remained just refreshing enough. That's because the pizza I actually got was just a tad bit too salty to break into the top tier of local pizzas. I got a Detroit-style Shroom ($22.00 for the 8"x10" small size) and definitely liked the first few bites before the salt level hit a high plateau. The dough is chewy and has that great crispy cheese crust, the cheese is gooey, and the mushrooms and caramelized onions are portioned generously enough. Maybe I should've gone for a red sauce pie since my Yelp friend said the salt is lighter on that sauce? Music is fairly low volume and eclectic, with both ABBA and Savage Garden sticking out. Service is actually supposed to be dine-in unless you're doing takeout, and I tipped appropriately after realizing my oversight. If I'm craving pizza while in the St. Rose area or or feel like hitting up their happy hour (2-5pm daily, 1/2 off slices, some drink discounts), I'll definitely keep Good Pie in mind. It's good enough for a neighborhood eatery, but other spots come to mind first for destination-worthiness.

It was very engaging. You order your food inside the front door entrance where the menu is above at a counter. The lady taking the order was ever so helpful and patient. She recommended some really amazing dishes to try and while you're looking at the menu there, there are homemade muffins and cookies at your fingertips. She had never tried anything with so much variety. I was a little bit more on the safe side and picked a simple salad with turkey and avocado, and some extras. The vinaigrette dressing was so unique and delicious alone. The salad was very fulfilling. The atmosphere was so relaxing in a space with sound where you can have a nice conversation. But, the employee (maybe, Manager?), Gia made the overall experience great. I rarely feel compelled to write a review for anything - especially for a quick serve restaurant. However, Gia's warmth, attention to detail and pride for this business was worthy of taking the time to write. Gia is warm, welcoming, very knowledgeable about their menu items, and patient with slow to decide newcomers. All of that deserves so much praise and recognition. However, that alone is not what brought me to write this review... It was watching her in her downtime. I saw chips, beverages, etc. getting re-stocked - and in a very orderly fashion. Then, she moved on to wiping down surfaces - going so far as to cleaning fingerprinty glass of the front door and windows. She was doing this while continuing to carry herself in a pleasant, approachable manner. We all know how some employees approach the tasks they just see as a chore and don't see as vital to the business! Typically, we see apathy - not Gia! As I noted, I do not know if Gia is Management or, even, affiliated with ownership. But, she is a vital part of that business. If Gia is not management or affiliated with the franchise(?), I do need to compliment management for having high standards for training and hiring good people. Next time I am in town, when I need lunch in the suburbs, of all the choices out there, I will come back to Chop Shop to support a well run business. Congrats!
