    Barria taquitos
    Geneva L.

This is a newly opened Birria/mexican spot. I would call it a bit fancier to the other birria places. The service was great, the guy who waited on us gave his opinion as we asked questions about the menu. I've never have birria taquitos before, and I am glad I tried them. The shell was nice and flaky and the birria was seasoned well. The whole dish just really works together. My husband said you can tell the shells are made in house and the meat was flavorful and tender. If you have not been you should give them a try

    Goat birria. Yum Yum.

Loved it the first time but second time wasn't quite as good. The goat birria had several dry pieces of meat that I had to spit out, and the broth was much saltier. Granted I did go closer to closing. Everything else was still good but not amazing like the first time.

Stopped here about 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday night and had a solid meal. There was a decent crowd with 2-3 other tables of people. The interior is pretty standard with dark fixtures and felt brand new and clean. We wanted to sit down and had to order quickly. Admittedly everything felt a bit rushed, but they let us hang out a few minutes after 9PM as it took a bit to get our meals. Regardless, our waiter was friendly and attentive. We went with a mix of goat and beef birria tacos. We didn't realize it didn't come with consumè, which we'd definitely get for dipping next time. The tacos were still delicious. Two was plenty for two grown men. These things are heavy. We ordered with our eyes and also got one of their "sushi" rolls out of pure curiosity. It was tasty, but I'm not sure it completely made sense for my personal tastes. It was also a hefty boy. Overall, this spot puts out good tasting food and is pretty no frills. Definitely a legit option if you're craving birria, but also not the best I've ever had either.

Nice and quiet little spot which was surprising because it is located right on Las Vegas Blvd. Greeted with a smile. Clean simple menu easy to choose from. And Food we ordered amazing. Priced well with portions matching. Would definitely recommend this spot.

    Lots of tacos!

New place and we love their birrias. I wish they had al pastor or fish tacos but I recommend their tripa and lengua. We usually get the food to go. I wish they had labeled the containers so we know which is which. Tonight, the server gave us tortilla chips to munch on while we waited for our togo order so I thought that was a nice gesture. Check this place out!

Food was delicious. This is my second time to this place however, my first time to this location on Las Vegas Blvd. love the ambience and the service was good. Only recommendation I would say is not to have the music so loud other than that love the place love the food would love the service.

We had a fantastic experience at Birria Bite. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and well-maintained the entire space was--the tables were spotless and the dining area felt very fresh. The food was exceptional; every dish was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The menu prices are very reasonable. Which we appreciate as a family. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a reliable, top-tier dining experience. definitely be back!

First timer here. I order the Quesabirria 3 pcs goat meat for 14.99 and 1 Birria Empanadas 4.99, both are amazing quality and good compliments to the chefs service is also good fast and friendly. The inside is pretty cozy I would dine in.

I saw this place passing by & wanted to try it. It's small place, but when I came in & it wasn't as busy. The man that helped us answered a lot of our questions regarding the menu since they do have a variety from oysters, empanadas, tacos, birria ramen to sushi & dessert. I recommend this place if you're wanting to try birria.

First time eating here and blown away. Prices are reasonable, service was outstanding, and the food was excellent. I ordered the quesabirria tacos and my first bite told me everything I needed to know. When I think of birria tacos this is what I'm looking for. Our server Daniel was fantastic and ensured we had a great experience.

It is like any typical taqueria, nothing really extraordinary. I ordered asada tacos and was a bit unimpressed. There was a lot of meat but it was very dry and flavorless. I appreciated how juicy the limes were and the salsa verde was nice, but it was all very underwhelming. It was about $13 for the three tacos, so I expected them to be a bit better than what they were. Despite being a little busy, the food came out pretty quick. This spot is quite dingy. There is a lot of open seating but it is dirty and unkempt. When we were eating there, there was a homeless man seated inside screaming, ripping up newspapers and throwing them around, and playing with a lighter. Although there is an understanding that this is not a fine dining establishment, I think it is a bare minimum standard to host an environment where guests feel safe. It is very loud in there and very casual. It is accommodating for both small and large parties without prior reservation. Maybe the other menu items are better, but if you are looking for tacos, this would not be the best option.

Definitely recommend going when they first open because otherwise it doesn't matter the time or day of the week, the lines are extremely long! Love how spacious the restaurant and how organized it is! Once inside the restaurant, there are several lines and you just line up according to which meat and item you want. The longest lines are definitely the asada and adobada (pork)! Once you reach the front of the line, you just tell the staff which and how many of the item you want, as well as any customizations to it. After you get your order, you just head to the cashier line and paying is so easy and convenient! Pricing is reasonable. - Tacos, tostadas, taco aztecas - $4.12 - Sopes, quesadillas, vampiras, & mulas - $7.54. - fries with meat - $22.18+ - soft drinks - $3.31 Arrived at 11am on Sunday and it was already super crowded. Stood in the asada line for at least half an hour but the wait was so worth it! Got 3 Asada Tacos and the tortilla was so soft, hot, and fresh. It was stuffed with plenty of tender beef! The beef was packed with flavor and marinated so well! The pico de gallo was so delicious, as well as the salsa and guac. The Horchata was ok and nothing special since it wasn't made from scratch like the phenomenal tacos! Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and my food. Definitely would recommend and return!

Wow this place is overwhelming…read more We came on a Thursday night around 9 pm and the place was packed. Six different lines, and if I hadn't gone with someone who had been before I would have been so bewildered. You're supposed to line up in front of the sign that has what you want on it. The lines are divided by meat type. So if you want some pork tacos get in the adobada line and figure out what you want the pork in--tacos, sopes, mulas, quesadillas, vampiro (not related to vampires, I was disappointed to find), tostadas, or taco Azteca (this took me a while to figure out, it's cactus). And if you want a different meat you gotta line up again in the line for that other meat. I got tacos. The pork comes sliced fresh off the spinny thing that is cooking the meat. Very good. Delicious. I can see why the place is so popular. Would go again.

We spoke for a bit and he had a nice table set up for us right at opening. We enjoyed their brunch service for 6. That and a few drinks made for a great Saturday the 25th. If I were to make any criticism it was the music was way too loud. Blade twice went to turn it down but somebody else in the staff kept turning it up to what even seemed to be Blades frustration. Made it a little difficult to have a comfortable conversation. Maybe at night when the atmosphere is not nice dining and more bar club the music should be that loud. When they called my name, I went to the counter and notice that they got my order wrong...they gave me a pollo asado taco, instead of a pollo asado burrito with cheese. I swear I had told the lady that took my order that I wanted a pollo asado burrito, but perhaps I was wrong, or perhaps she was mistaken with what I ordered. Either way, I am not one to make a fuss, as restaurant workers already work hard (especially the workers at this place), so their ears didn't need a brat like me to give them an earful about getting my order wrong during peak lunch hours. Anyways, I pointed out the mistake, and mentioned if I can order a pollo asado burrito. An older gentleman (who appeared to be the owner/manager/someone important) working behind the counter said don't worry about it...he'll make the burrito and call my name when it's ready. I thanked them profusely, went back to my seat and didn't even finish my al pastor taco, because they had called my name in less than a minute. WOW! That's customer service right there! I wouldn't even put The Taco Stand on the top of my list of best mexican food in Vegas, even though their food is pretty damn good, but with customer service like this, they've made the jump on my list, and I'll be returning to eat there more often!
