We have been going to Taco Stand a lot recently. The original location was founded in San Diego in 2013 by two guys from Tijuana. There are locations in Southern California, Florida, and Texas, We like how easy it is to get good food fast here. Parking at this location is ample. There's usually not a line when we go and the staff is always friendly. You order at the counter and then seat yourself. Sometimes it takes a little while to get your food, but that's fine because it's made fresh. My favorite items are the carne asada tacos, as well as the camaron (shrimp) tacos and elote. They also offer burritos, quesadillas, carne asada fries, and churros. There is a self-serve salsa bar that offers varying spice levels, from mild to extra spicy. The restaurant isn't fancy and I like that, too. This is just a great place to get some tasty tacos.

Coming from Southern California, where there are plenty of great taco shops, I can say Taco Stand is solid. The carne asada is well-seasoned and authentic, the al pastor is great, and the carne asada fries are delicious. The spicy shrimp taco was excellent too. The manager was super friendly and made sure we were enjoying our food. I love it here. The carne asada they use as a better quality mean than some of their competitors. I always come here when I'm in the mood for straight tacos and I recommend visiting if you haven't already!

Cannot say enough good things about this taco stand! The alpastor is the absolute best and has flavor!! Churros are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Tortillas are soft and wonderful. The staff is super friendly as well. They have great filtered water too which matters to the water lovers out there (which I am). Must go here!

Consistent!! Never had a bad taco or burrito from here. Always my first stop when I touch down in Vegas for a quick bite. The churros... it's like walking through the gates of heaven, cooked by Jesus himself. They are slap your momma good! I eat them before my tacos, all of them, don't ask me for any! If you haven't then you should.

Not sure if we got the right stuff but thought it was just okay compared to some other places on the area. We got the al pastor tacos, fish tacos, and churros. I would say the deep fried fish taco was probably me favorite of the three. There's parking but seating may be hard to find during lunch hours and there isn't anywhere to eat outside in the area. Standard service from a place that sells tacos and burritos.

Our first encounter with The Taco Stand was in San Diego. It was a much smaller location compared to The Taco Stand in Las Vegas that is located at the bottom of Green Leaf Lotus condo complex. My eldest daughter and I stopped by for a quick lunch before exploring the city that never sleeps. Surrounded by friendly and good vibes all around. Big inside space with colorful seating. Tables had drink holders on the side which is a super idea so more space for more food on the table. Wall decor had beautiful art and vibrant colors. Soda fountain and condiments stations were available. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Ambiance was just wonderful. Authentic Mexican restaurant right at the heart of Las Vegas. We dined-in and ordered 2 mushroom tacos, 1 shrimp taco, 1 chicken asado taco, 1 Al pastor taco, and 2 churros. Everything from taco meats and seafood, veggies, tortillas, and churros were so fresh, flavorful, and yummy. Churros were thick and condense milk made it quite a supreme dessert. They were made to order. Quality was on point! Our lunch experience was amazing. We enjoyed it so much we wanted to come back before leaving Las Vegas. However, we didn't make it back. It's on our list to return for more taco greatness and more. Well done Taco Stand! Thank you!!

If you're looking for tacos in the Spring Mountain area, this is probably your only option. The tacos are more gourmet by providing a clean taste with a slightly higher price point. We ordered 2 al pastor tacos and the carne asada fries. The tacos are great as they have a really clean taste and comes has it's own sauce on it. The carne asada fries on the other hand were good, but not great. In my opinion it was less salty and was missing some type of essence that I was looking for. I wasn't drunk, but I feel like this flavor wouldn't be what you're looking for after a night of drinking in Vegas. The location is pretty spacious, but there are times when it gets busy and you may have to get lucky to have a spot to eat at. This place can do a little better as far as cleanliness. It has potential but there was trash all on the ground and the trash was full. The little bit of effort would have made the experience a little better. The service is decent, but if there is a line, you may find yourself waiting outside in the cold/hot depending on the season. This place does its job by providing your taco fix with a clean taste but not a crave-able taste in my opinion. If you're looking for great tacos, theres better options that are even open late.

Came here for lunch. Ordered 4 tacos (2 asada & 2 pastor) and a drink. While the food was good , over $4/taco is excessive to me. Everything is made to order, so there is a little bit of a wait, but food was worth it.

I travel all over the country and this is by far the best taco spot I ever been to. The place isn't big and the line was out the door but definitely worth the wait. Food was so fresh and and flavorful only thing was a bummer was they ran out of horchata. Also the tables are very small and limited space so I don't recommend a big group for dine in. Either way check them out and give it a try this place is a way better then elgordo

The meat is well-marinated with that classic sweet-savory balance, cooked so it's tender with just enough char. You get real depth of flavor, not greasy, not dry, and not overly sweet. The pineapple adds brightness without turning it into a gimmick, and the onion and cilantro stay crisp and fresh. The tortillas hold everything together perfectly. They're warm, lightly toasted, and sturdy enough to carry the meat and sauce without falling apart. The salsa ties it all together with a clean kick instead of overpowering the pastor. It's the kind of al pastor you crave after the first bite. Simple, focused, and done right. No distractions, no unnecessary extras, just a properly executed taco that reminds you why al pastor is a classic. Service is always impeccable. Orders are taken efficiently, the staff moves with purpose, and everything runs smoothly even when it's busy. The team is attentive without hovering, friendly without being over-the-top, and consistently gets it right. It's the kind of service that makes the whole experience feel effortless and keeps you coming back.

These Tijuana style street tacos are pretty good. I like the variety they had. My teenage kids loved the carne asada and al pastor. They were flavorful and meat was tender. I also loved the pineapple with the al pastor. I enjoyed the shrimp taco and the crispy fish. Next time I want to taste the mushroom choice. I'm glad Vegas has this chain from L.A. as there are not that many good taco places in Vegas.

We had an amazing experience at The Taco Stand on Spring Mountain Road. We tried the Baja taco with fried fish, the camaron taco with grilled shrimp, and the Sonoran taco with flame-grilled steak, and melted cheese. Every taco was delicious! To top it off, the vibe was super chill with great festive music, great customer, service, ice cold beer, and some really good salsas to choose from. Perfect spot for authentic tacos!

Staff was friendly and helpful the food was really good we had the carne asada fries and a donor's taco and also a Baja taco my least favorite was the Baja taco the fish needed more seasoning in my opinion but it was a big piece and tasted quality. The Sonora taco was so delicious I am already looking goats to going back and having it again. The vibe was chill and super cool definitely recommend this place.

Definitely recommend going when they first open because otherwise it doesn't matter the time or day of the week, the lines are extremely long! Love how spacious the restaurant and how organized it is! Once inside the restaurant, there are several lines and you just line up according to which meat and item you want. The longest lines are definitely the asada and adobada (pork)! Once you reach the front of the line, you just tell the staff which and how many of the item you want, as well as any customizations to it. After you get your order, you just head to the cashier line and paying is so easy and convenient! Pricing is reasonable. - Tacos, tostadas, taco aztecas - $4.12 - Sopes, quesadillas, vampiras, & mulas - $7.54. - fries with meat - $22.18+ - soft drinks - $3.31 Arrived at 11am on Sunday and it was already super crowded. Stood in the asada line for at least half an hour but the wait was so worth it! Got 3 Asada Tacos and the tortilla was so soft, hot, and fresh. It was stuffed with plenty of tender beef! The beef was packed with flavor and marinated so well! The pico de gallo was so delicious, as well as the salsa and guac. The Horchata was ok and nothing special since it wasn't made from scratch like the phenomenal tacos! Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and my food. Definitely would recommend and return!

SO GOOD! Favorite spot of the day , hands down. What a great way to end our day trip to Vegas!…read more We started with two appetizers which were more on an amuse bouche. Small in size but packed with flavor. The Himachi? We could've eaten ten of them. Deeeelicious. The taste of the beef was absolutely amazing and loved the accrucements that accompanied it as well. We ended our meal with an almost missed Tres Leches.
