I hadn't been back here in a few months, and I'm so glad I stopped in again! This Mexican/Filipino fusion spot is known for its massive burritos, and they definitely live up to the hype. It's close to work, but it's not usually my regular lunch spot because it's not the cheapest option. That said, the portions are huge and easily big enough to share, so you definitely get a lot of food for your money. They've also added a new addition to the restaurant since my last visit; a beautiful bar area that looks amazing! The bartender, Yaz, was absolutely wonderful. So friendly and welcoming, and just added to the whole experience. I ordered the Del Mar burrito, and wow! It was packed with crispy white fish and shrimp, and everything tasted incredibly fresh and delicious. The combination of flavors was so good, and of course, their salsa is the bomb! Definitely worth a visit if you're craving something different, filling, and packed with flavor. And if you haven't been since they added the bar, it's worth checking out!
Food was delivered by DoorDash so this review will not include service since I did not have any. I do want to start with the portions are very large for the money you spend. Starting with the beef tacos. The portion size was decent with five tacos, but the flavors need a little elevation. The tacos were basic beef, cilantro, onion, and accompanying salsa, but the flavor profile was missing. It is OK to season the food!!! The Pac-Man fries are a huge portion. That could be a meal on its own. The fries are covered in meat, cheese salsa, sour cream, guacamole. But again it is missing basic flavor. If we're just talking portion size, the value is there however if you're interested in actually having a good meal, this is not it flavors are missing even basic salt and pepper. This is my first time having this restaurant. I don't need to have it again. There are much better options in Vegas try any of them.

I like it a lot, just the bbq sauce in the meat is kinda overwhelmed Service 4/5 fast and efficient Ambiance 5/5 they opened more tables and chairs now with bigger room from next door. They also added a bar area for drinks. Cute decorations
Nice Mexican Filipino fusion restaurant across the street from Mandalay Bay in the same plaza with Panda Express, McDonald's and a couple other things. Place is known for their huge burritos but also has other offerings like tacos, quesadillas, fries etc, Wife got carne asada fries and I got the rolled taquitoe and lumpia. Super convenient to order online from our hotel room at Mandalay Bay and walk over and it was ready. Food was good and service was friendly. Nice spot if you want to keep avoiding the hotel food courts

Yes! A taco shop on the strip that's open late. Parking is a bit difficult but still doable. This location is small but has a good layout. There's a salsa bar available and it's organized. The dining area is tiny but ample. Most people take their food to go to enjoy at their hotel room. Lots of Uber Ears and DoorDash orders from what I noticed. Portions are huge and truly meant to be shared. I tried their special which was a shrimp burrito. Reasonably priced and delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to drop in here again when all other places are closed late night.
Got delivery for the pacman burrito, side of beans, and the green salsa and wow everything was so good. I requested to replace the fries w rice on the app and was happy to see that they did. Lotss of meat which I love, and the steak and tocino were both flavorful and tender. Loved how saucy it was without feeling overdone w sauce. Wish the salsa and rice was distributed more evenly throughout cuz the first third had almost none but there was a lot more by the time I hit around halfway. Overall, burrito was gas, meant to save more of it for the next day but it was hard to stop eating it. Loved the green salsa which has decent kick to it and the beans were also good. Would for sure get again. There's so many other menu items I wanna try too.
Their food here is INSANE. The biggest burritos I've ever had. Love the mixed of Filipino and Mexican ingredients. The Tocino Burrito was so full of proteins and actually crispy fries. Definitely enough for 2-3 people. Their Tacos are also bigger than usual. Again, delicious meats. Super flavorful salsas as well.
Hidden spot which is definitely underrated. After a recent 2nd visit here while in town, it's almost a must visit to get insane amount of food if you are craving some Mexican/Filipino fusion. For a mid-morning weekend visit, it was not too crowdy for the limited tables in this small "quaint" foodie joint. Surrounded by decorative festive colors and a large screen tv which runs a looping video of their food offerings only makes you hunger become "hangry" while you wait for a couple of minutes for your food. Overall, wait was only a couple of minutes. No more than 10 minutes for 3 food items. We ordered the following: Tocino Burrito Tosilog Burrito Longanisa Frieds (Medium Order) In short, the mesh of Filipino sweetness and Mexican saltiness of ingredients is a match made in heaven. The 3 items was shared amongst 4 people to fill up our bellys and still struggling to finish an remaining remnants of food deliciousness. Overall, gotta say if you haven't been here yet, missing out and you've have to give it a try at least once. Got nothing to lose! Especially calories.
i've been seeing this for a very long time. I'm at home. I decided to do DoorDash. I was able to order this food. Everything was so very tasty. It was fresh to be delivered. The service from DoorDash was really good. The food for the restaurant was amazing. The bacon wrap burrito with Carne Asada was incredible. I even got a drink to go. I highly recommend this place. I can't talk about ambience because I did not visit the restaurant. But because of this delivery, I will.
Amazing food! Somehow every time I go to LV, I always manage to end up eating here and it's the best! Their breakfast burrito is amazing! The service is amazing and the ambiance of the place is great! I will be back!!
The food here is really flavorful and the meats are cooked really well. We got the 5 taco plate so we could get one of each taco type (minus one) but we did leave off the guac, onion and cilantro which would typically be on these. The shrimp one with the sauce was my favorite of the 5. The burritos here are massive (even the small ones). The carne asada tater tots were probably my favorite but we did order their chipotle cream sauce to put on top to replace the guac that we left off and I highly recommend doing the same because that sauce is awesome. But they do have a bunch of free sauce options as well to add. The staff is super friendly and helpful with everything they needed. The place itself is relatively small and you order from a window then sit down and they bring the food out to you bits pretty noisy in there
The burritos at Sayulitas are SO bomb! My bestie and I come here for lunch sometimes, and it had been a few months since our last visit. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in and saw that the restaurant had expanded! There's now a full bar and so much more seating and space, which really gives the restaurant a completely different feel. The service was more than exceptional...friendly, attentive, and welcoming and, of course, the food was just as amazing as we remembered. Definitely one of our go-to spots when we're craving a good burrito. Can't wait to come back again! read more

Whenever I visit Vegas, I usually fly in pretty late at night, so I'm always seeking new late-night spots to try out on the Strip. Sayulitas has always been on my radar because they are open until 2:00 AM on Thursdays and 3:00 AM on Friday and Saturday. I finally got to try it on my most recent trip to Vegas, though I ended up going for lunch around noon on a Saturday instead of the late-night meal I had originally intended. I was surprised at how popular this spot was, given that it's all the way on the other end of the Strip. Note they do charge more if you use credit card so bring cash for a cash discount. They also have a handwashing station near the restroom which I appreciate alot since I always tend to wash my hand before eating. (Everyone should wash their hands before eating and dealing with food!) I ordered the Pac-Man Burrito, which comes with tocino, carne asada, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, Mexican salsa, chipotle sauce, and fries. If you're not familiar with tocino, it's a Filipino dish featuring sweet, savory, and garlicky cured meat. It reminds me a bit of Chinese char siu, but sweeter. The burrito is massive! The meats are packed with flavor, and I was surprised at how crispy the fries stayed crispy even though they were wrapped inside the burrito. My only complaint was that my burrito didn't seem to be wrapped very tightly and was falling apart as I ate it. Other than that, it was delicious! They also have a self-service salsa bar--the orange sauce is especially good and has a nice kick. The service was great, and the servers were all very nice and attentive. This is the BEST burrito I have ever had in my life. I flew into Vegas for a day to support a friend during her race and we came here to fuel up afterwards and all I have to say is WOW. I forgot the exact name of the burrito but it was the one with tocino and carne asada. The burrito itself was massive, absolutely stuffed with meat, fries, sauce, anything you can think of. The balance of the sweet tocino and the salty carne asada was utter perfection. As a Filipino who loves Mexican food and grew up in SoCal this place is a 10000/10. They had their salsas out for grabbing as well and even that was perfection. They had everything from mild to spicy. The decor inside was so cute! Such a cute blend of the two cultures. I dream about this place now and I would fly into Vegas just for this place. read more

This amazing burrito place is in Vegas. If you haven't visited this location it's a must. The staff are wonderful. The restaurant is always clean. It can get busy at times as you see they have great food. I'm not gonna tell you that it's on the cheaper side burritos can range from $22-$103 but it is worth every penny. You will definitely have leftovers again. You got to check this place out if you're a burrito fan this is hands-down a 10 read more

Honestly my burritos haven't been that great. Came here twice. First time, barely any nacho cheese in there. Second time, felt like no meat was in there, especially for a fucking $20 dollar burrito. This photo I got the cheese on the side. But I mean, I break it in half and it seems like it's just a bag of hot cheetos wrapped in tortilla. Including drink and a tip I'm at $33 dollars and it's just not worth it. If you're gunna sell an expensive ass burrito please make it worth it. read more

If you're a Las Vegas local, you know that when you see a Yelp review with a high star rating for a restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip, the ratings are often inflated. This place is not worth your money. You can get better quality food and larger portions for one-third of the price at Don Tortaco. Yes, this place is THAT bad. We ordered the carne asada nachos, a chorizo breakfast burrito, a bean and cheese burrito, and two strawberry churros. The breakfast burrito honestly wasn't bad. However, it was $20, and I still felt like I needed another burrito afterward. The carne asada nachos looked were made with a mix of ground beef and carne asada instead of just carne asada. The most disappointing item was the $15 bean and cheese burrito. I included a photo in this review because it was mostly tortilla, and the cheese wasn't even melted. As for the churros, we originally ordered regular churros, but they told us they didn't have plain churros available on a Friday night, so we were pushed into getting the strawberry ones instead. Despite being strawberry flavored, they were drenched in cinnamon and sugar. They were awful. read more

I came to Las Vegas a year ago and had Sayulitas for the first time. It was probably the best burrito I have had in my memory, so I wanted to come back on my trip this year. I got the Sayulitas Burrito last time and got it again this time! Sayulitas Burrito - First off, HUGE. It wasn't as good as my memory, but it was still good. This could be a food challenge in and of itself finishing this burrito. I wish that it had less bacon since it was pretty salty. But overall, the flavors were so delicious and there was a reason why I loved it the first time! Carne Asada Chips - We upgraded to a large, and honestly LOL, I never thought I would say, but it was too much food. This could easily feed 2 people for a meal. The carne asada was flavorful and turned out as expected! Reliable and delicious! Overall, definitely recommend Sayulitas and I didn't even know it was a chain. Will definitely check out the other locations as well! read more

We found out about Sayulitas from foodie YouTubers, and once we saw what they were serving, we knew we had to try it. I'm Filipino and my husband is Mexican, so this place felt like it was made for us. The atmosphere is super cute and fun, and the food is... WOW. It's truly an amazing fusion of Filipino and Mexican flavors, and everything we've tried has been packed with flavor. Our absolute favorite is the Hot Cheeto Burrito. It's huge--big enough for us to split and stay full the entire day. It's juicy, the meat is incredibly tender, and the flavor is just next level. Every bite hits. The only "negative" thing I can say is that I wish there was a location closer to where we live Other than that, Sayulitas is an absolute must-try if you're coming to Vegas. Me and my cousins came here late night after a concert. It was fairly crowded and tight with not much seating inside so it's probably better to get your food and go. We split the Hot Cheetos Fries and the Tocino Burrito. The portions were HUGE so sharing would be a good idea if you want to try different items. First time here for the Vegas location on the strip. Originally from San Diego. Cant be the best review because I came 40min prior to closing. Salsa bar is cool and I highly enjoy Sayulitas for having an open salsa bar to get all the salsa you want. Seating was decent too since they had a good amount of tables and chairs. SERVICE SUCKED. I know it's close to closing but I didn't force them to stay open. Cashier was not welcoming. Rolled her eyes twice when I asked for a cup holder. And when I left a tip, no thank you or anything. I feel like I ruined their night by stopping by sadly. Hot Cheeto fries had maybe half a drop of guacamole. Not sure if they ran out. Super dry, needed tons of salsa to help. Meat tasted old. Fries were soggy. Nacho cheese helped a lot (very little cheese too) BUTTTT the portion was generous and I shared it with my wife and little sister. It was good enough to eat and get full. Super disappointed on a Friday night :( Not sure if I'll visit again but maybe I will if I stay at the mandala bay again. But definitely not late night. read more

Sayulitas was SO good especially with tacos el gordo being down the street i would 100% rather come here. The tacos were packed with flavor. Service was great Everything tasted fresh and the sauces were amazing. Definitely one of those spots you'll keep craving. 10/10 would come back. read more
I've been here once before many years ago, and I knew on my most recent trip to Vegas that Sayulitas would be my first stop after I checked into my hotel! Ordered my food online, because I remembered the last time I came there was a pretty long line to get food so I thought I would try to beat a potential crowd in there waiting to order in person. Didn't take long at all for it to be completed. On this particular visit, I went with the surf and turf burrito. The burrito consisted of you steak and shrimp as the main pieces. Oh boy! This thing was delicious! Cooked to absolute perfection, and they definitely hook you up with the amount of stuff that they put in the burrito. Every bite that I took had shrimp and steak in it. A lot of places you'll get bikes that's just rice and other small toppings, they make sure you get the good stuff in every single chew that you will have. Customer service is excellent and they make you feel very welcomed when you come. also has a salsa bar when you walk up towards the cash registers that you can visit when leaving to grab some extra spice to go on your food. Definitely check this place out. It's worth the trip and you will be satisfied! read more

So this is the surf and turf burrito that I ordered via door dash and let me tell you this was the greatest burrito I have ever tasted so much steak and shrimp throughout the burrito the red and green salsas cut through the richness of the meat sour cream and guacamole. They actually opened up my sinuses lol . The food was hot and that says something as my driver had another delivery lol. I can only imagine how great it is from the restaurant directly . read more

Pac man burrito was huge! It has tocino (sweet Filipino sausage), carne Asada, French fries, beans and rice all wrapped up in one. It was enough for 3 portions for me. Lots of food!! Service is quick. We came on a Sunday around noon to treat ourselves and it wasnt too busy. The spot is small and not a lot of parking out front as it was full. Had to drive to the back and walk around to get to the restaurant. The sign on top didnt state what is in the burrito and didnt have the price but I did like the creative names. read more

I finally got the chance to try Sayulitas after seeing it all over TikTok and it delivered! First off, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. My sister and I decided to share the California burrito and they really mean it when they call themselves the "home of the big ass burritos" because half of it alone had me completely full! The burrito was bursting with carne asada, fries, sour cream, salsa, and cheese, just bursting with flavor. I also really appreciated that they had sauces available. I tried the creamy avocado sauce and the hottest one called "Blow Torch" and both were absolutely delicious. Honestly, I wish I could have brought some of those sauces home with me! Overall, the food was amazing, the portions were very generous, and the service was friendly. I'd definitely be back! read more

Is there any entree that is gluten free here? Does this restaurant use a shared fryer for things like flour taquitos that would cross contaminate gluten free corn tortilla chips? I have Celiac disease and have to eat gluten free.
