I've been wanting to check out 7th & Carson for quite some time, and I finally had the chance to stop by today for lunch with one of my good friends! She had been here before and suggested we come back, and I'm so glad we did. This is such a nice little spot in Downtown Las Vegas near Fremont Street. They have a great selection of breakfast and brunch options, along with lunch and dinner choices, so there's definitely something for everyone. The drink menu is on the smaller side, but there were still some good options, and I thought the prices were very reasonable, especially for the portion sizes. Our service was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious! Everything made for a really enjoyable lunch and a great first experience for me. I can definitely see myself coming back, especially to try some of their other menu options. So happy I finally got to check this place off my list!
Looking for brunch downtown that not to expensive and accepts reservations-7th & Carson is your spot!! The food is fresh the service is great and the atmosphere is awesome. The only issue I have is that the space is small, so they have too many tables crowded into it and walking by other tables or having to sit right next to where servers go in and out to get your food is distracting and uncomfortable, but that is an easy fix I would still revisit!!
We stopped by for a late brunch after going to the gym and were absolutely famished. They're known for their brunch so we wanted to try it. The location has easy street parking or a parking lot behind, super convenient. It's tucked behind container park. There is a nice covered and shaded patio on the outside and plenty of indoor seating. We were sat quickly and staff was friendly and welcoming. The menu was straight forward and the offerings were good. We both got the Irish breakfast as it's one of our favorites while traveling. It did not disappoint, large portions and great flavor. If you're in the area and need a hearty brunch or a hangover cure, this is your spot.

It went so smooth and the staff were very friendly. Some of us ordered bottomless mimosas and they came with little cups of flavoring. I think it was orange, cherry, and cranberry syrups that you can mix with your champagne. My friend ordered some shareables to munch on while we waited for our food. The cinnamon roll and the ceviche were really tasty. We ordered the chicken & waffles with kimchi syrup and garlic parmesan fries. It was so good with the mild spiciness of the kimchi syrup. The fries were crispy with a lot of parmesan garlic on top. The waitress gave us plastic cups to go for the mimosas! Great place for brunch with friends!!
The quality of the food has completely changed and is barely edible now. Service was extremely slow, and although the server was friendly, she seemed to be the only one working and was clearly all over the place. Menus were dropped off in a rush, water was set down but not even poured... The manager was too busy catering to what seemed to be regulars, he clearly saw our server struggling and did nothing. Since the menu feels very scattered and hard to navigate, we asked for recommendations. The server suggested the chicken and waffles, and to be fair, my daughter did love that dish. Unfortunately, everything else was a huge disappointment. The fish and chips were disgusting, and the vegetarian omelette was awful. Oddly, the food came out very fast, which felt like a red flag considering how busy it was around 1pm. The quality simply does not match the prices at all. I truly don't understand how these dishes justify the cost. We spent $80 and left feeling like it was completely wasted on food we couldn't even enjoy. I can definitely make better food at home. The atmosphere was also off. Not sure how this place has 4.6 stars. Really disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.
Definitely not a bad place for breakfast or brunch time. We ordered a couple items Loco Moco was not the traditional hawaiian style but the brown sauce wasnt bad either the portion was good. We also did the stuffed french toast that we shared with i was hoping to have more fruit options on them instead of just banana it was soft and had a white spread in it wasnt to sweet but i felt like it was missing something it could still improve. Chicken tender was well cooked and breaded your typical chicken tenders the side potato was good Overall it was a good place to meet up and have good downtown. I also hope they add more options for coffee like lattes and cappuccino. Parking is not hard it right behind them is the parking lot that you pay also side street is available for purchase as well They also had a outdoor sitting
Came here for brunch on a Sunday. Saw the great reviews and was able to book a reservation. We have so many amazing breakfast options in town. It really takes a lot to be blown away in this city. The food here was good. It wasn't great. Service was on point. Love the area where this restaurant is located. But we will not be back with all of the options there are in town. Ceviche- bland and small portion. Lots of chips. Too many and I'm not sure if that was to make up for the lack of ceviche. Pancakes were good, but we've had better. Sausages- they were tiny and dry but great flavor. BLTA sandwich. Good amount of bacon. My friend really enjoyed it. The restaurant had good energy and was busy. They will validate your street parking for you.
Really nice spot for Sunday brunch. The weather was perfect around 10am so we sat outside and the table was in the shade. The garden area was really nice. It was not too crowded. I thought the pricing was good for Vegas and service was prompt. I had the Watermelon Sugar cocktail and enjoyed it. Food was hot and good quality. Location was really good for exploring as it was easy to take an uber and then walk a block to container park or a block to Fremont.
Fast service and crazy amount of food for the price. A little off downtown Fremont so looks like they're trying to get folks inside. Ambiance is pretty chill, they have a cozy patio area. The ricotta and jam is tasty, the arugula salad is a bit overdressed but good balance with everything else. They actually had black and white pudding so the was pretty great to see
Stumbled upon this gem on a friday in search of bottomless mimosas and tbh, I could not be happier! We come to Vegas a few times a year (3 hour drive) and there are some places we ALWAYS hit up while we are here, 7th & Carson has made the list! The food is awesome and the bottomless mimosas are on point! They include multiple flavors/juices you can add at your discretion to come up with the perfect flavors and champagne balance. Not to mention the staff are wonderful and attentive, no empty glasses here. 10/10 would mimosa again.
We went there for brunch and were very happy with the friendly service, nice atmosphere and the food was way better than we ever expected. One of us had the burger with chili cheese fries, I had the chicken waffles, and my friend order a side of potatoes and bacon and they were huge portions! We were all happy with the food, the burger was big, had lots of fresh toppings and the chili fries had nice fresh onion and jalapeno slices. My chicken and waffles had three large pieces of chicken that were cooked to perfection, not greasy at all. Will be back when I am in the area
2 stars for the price hike on individual items. Almost $18 for 3 normal pancakes! Nearly $5 for a half sliced side of avocado! 3 over easy eggs for $6.24! Side of potatoes for $4.16! Check the photo of the receipt in the photos section. The "Perfect Burger" is slightly overpriced in my opinion as it was also overcooked. Its a decent place, but i wont be coming back here due to the high prices.

I think it was orange, cherry, and cranberry syrups that you can mix with your champagne. My friend ordered some shareables to munch on while we waited for our food. We went there for brunch and were very happy with the friendly service, nice atmosphere and the food was way better than we ever expected. One of us had the burger with chili cheese fries, I had the chicken waffles, and my friend order a side of potatoes and bacon and they were huge portions! We were all happy with the food, the burger was big, had lots of fresh toppings and the chili fries had nice fresh onion and jalapeno slices. My chicken and waffles had three large pieces of chicken that were cooked to perfection, not greasy at all. Will be back when I am in the area read more

I've been wanting to try this place, came here for my birthday brunch. Let me tell you, the bottom-less mimosas are so worth it! Service was great! Such nice waitresses! Great ambience and cute decor. I had the pancakes, which were fluffy, and so flavorful. And my hubby had the perfect burger. Talk about great flavor! I met the chef and thanked him personally, because the flavor here is top notch. He told me they were all his recipes, and he perfected, the perfect burger. I told him I would definitely be back to try more of his recommendations. If you haven't tried this place, put it on your list to do so. read more

Love the staff at this restaurant! Everyone greets you, and say goodbye. My waitress was so attentive, and quick. We order the crispy chili, garlic, wings, and jambalaya. Jambalaya was so good. It was the best I've ever had! I cleaned my whole plate. My wings I was not too crazy about it had too much breading on it. And I got the bottomless mimosa, and let's just say they give you a hefty glass so I could only drink three. read more

Looooooved this place! We caught some great weather in February and sat in their cozy outdoor patio. The staff were so friendly and we were welcomed by like 4 different people! We ordered a coffee that arrived in a press and was so fresh and delicious. I ordered the stuffed French toast and my partner had their eggs and bacon. We ended up splitting both because the portions are large. If you're looking for brunch, don't pass on this place! read more
Great cozy spot away from the hustle and bustle of the Vegas Strip. The service was great and so was everything we ordered. If you are just visiting and have a rental car (and for sure if you are a local), everything on the menu looks great. We didn't order any champagne or wine, but we saw some other people enjoying their bottomless mimosas and wine. read more

This is cute little brunch spot off the beaten path of Downtown but worth checking out. We came in on a quiet Friday morning to check out breakfast/brunch options. The restaurant is very quaint and clean with incredibly friendly staff for service. We started off with the pull apart Cinnamon roll and it was to die for! 6 mini individual rolls slathered in cream cheese frosting that was neither too sweet nor too cheesy, a perfect balance. The pancakes were plentiful as were the strawberry covered waffles that they specially portioned for my 5 year old. Corned beef hash was more breakfast potatoes than hash but still tasty. The chicken curry was a different take on the classic but perfectly spiced and seasoned. Lastly, the fish and chips were barely mid as the breading sadly would not adhere to the fish fillets and basically crumbled off each bite. French fries were basic and nothing special. I wish I could say the food was amazing but it was just ok. Fortunately the service and the cinnamon roll were the stars of the show this time. read more

Secret treasure alert! 7th & Carson is an absolute hidden gem. The food is incredible across the board, but the chicken and waffles are next-level perfection: crispy, flavorful, and indulgent in all the right ways. If you're doing brunch, the full English-Irish breakfast is a must. Hearty, authentic, and insanely satisfying. Everything tastes homemade and thoughtfully done. And don't skip the drinks, their Irish coffee is killer. Smooth, strong, and perfectly balanced. Amazing food, great vibe, and one of those spots you'll keep coming back to. We had the best time at 7th and Carson for dinner after our wedding at Sure Thing chapel down the street. The owner, Liam, was so easy going and wonderful to work with. We had a large party and were very comfortable on the patio. The food was so delicious and our guests kept complimenting the restaurant staff and food all night. My mom has Celiac and they were very accommodating to make sure that she felt comfortable with her food selection. It was the best meal I have had in a long time and Liam made us feel like family. read more
Walking distance from Fremont Street about 10 mins. We sit on the patio on a Friday afternoon. Weather was great. Music was hitting all the right vibes. We got to meet the owner! Great guy, told us about his recommendation on different dishes! We ordered the carnivore omelette. Very delicious! Got to try their cinna bun pull-a-part omg... so soft and not to sweet! I came for a Sunday brunch double date and what a great spot. They give you free parking if you park on the street, just make sure to renew it every hour. I made reservations and sat inside, but there's a covered patio area that was packed and the vibe there was nice, and would probably want to sit there next time. We ordered mimosas - grapefruit and mango, and they were very generous pours and very delicious. I ordered the chili soup with a side of garlic parm fries, which I shared with my husband. He ordered the corned beef hash - yum! It's a solid brunch spot for sure and the service here was great. Would def come back. read more
Decided to head to old town, Las Vegas... Also known as Fremont Street. We popped into seventh and Carson without a reservation and they were able to accommodate us and seat us on the patio. It was a lovely spring day. The brunch menu at this place offers a wide variety of entrees. They also offered bottomless mimosas. We ordered quite a bit because we were hungry. The pull-apart Cinnamon roll is delicious and it is a great way to start the brunch. It is a good size so it can be shared with a party of 4 to 6 people. The chicken wings, and the sweet chili sauce were amazing! Other food we ordered were French pressed, coffee, cucumber and vodka refresher, full Irish, breakfast, including baked beans, Eggs Benedict, and corned beef hash and eggs. Overall, the place was a fun place to have brunch. The staff was very kind, friendly, and attentive. When I am back in Las Vegas, I am definitely going back to try other menu options, or enjoy the same thing I had... Because basically, I am a creature of habit. Enjoy! read more
We went for Saturday brunch and had a great experience! The food was excellent, and, as always, the service was exceptional. This is an establishment where the wait staff all works together. Michael, one who helped us a bunch, even went outside to get our license plate number so our parking could be validated. Jesus came and checked on us several times as did our original server. My wife tried the breakfast pizza. It had a cheese sauce instead of a typical red sauce, along with mozzarella cheese, bacon, eggs, and sausage that was to die for! The crust was crisp and very tasty. She couldn't finish it all but it really heated up well in our oven at home. My veggie omelet was delicious! There was something about it that just tasted different than a normal omelet. The breakfast potatoes were cooked nice and crispy, so good! My wife got a bottomless Mimosa. They bring you a glass of champagne and seven different fruit juices to make your own Mimosa. After you finish your glass, you get a carafe of champagne. We noticed on our bill that the pricing was different than what was listed on the menu. We asked Liam, the manager, about that. He said if you pay by credit card, they tack on a 5% surcharge to cover what the card companies charge them. That was very understandable. Mmmmm!!!! This is one of our new favorite breakfast spots in Vegas. I came here after seeing that they apparently had a great cinnamon roll. I was pleasantly surprised! The cinnamon roll were 6 pull apart pieces smothered in creamy whipped cream frosting YUM. We couldn't finish it and took the rest to go. Coffee comes in a fresh press to your table. Their coffee was delicious!!!! I ordered a BLTA. It normally comes open face, but you can ask to get a close face. I did as such and LOVED it. The garlic aioli on that sandwich hit different. Fries were kinda mushy, that's the only thing I didn't like. Service was good. Parking is free 1st hour but I wish their website was more clear about where exactly we were supposed to park. We ended up paying to park in the parking lot behind the restaurant. read more

Stopped by this restaurant on the whim and decided to give it a try. Well it was a very good idea. First the staff was amazing, the greeting was welcoming and inviting. It is a small divey spot but at 10am we were able to get a great window seat. We asked the waiter for her recommendation and her recommendation were perfect for us. We ordered the French pressed coffee, cinnamon pull a parts & the chicken in waffles. All freshly prepared and delicious. We will be back for dinner very soon. read more
I ended up stopping here for breakfast on my ride downtown to Fergusons. Got the 3 egg breakfast and coffee. The eggs and bacon and potatoes were all really delicious. The coffee was meh but like $6.84 for a giant carafe of it. Overall breakfast with tip for myself only was like $35 which is way way too much even with breakfast being the most overpriced meal to eat out. read more

What are the juice options for mimosas?
Is there any entree that is gluten free here? Does this restaurant use a shared fryer for things like battered fish that would cross contaminate foods like gluten free french fries? I have Celiac disease and have to eat gluten free.

I went with a vegan friend and he was able to eat. We let our waitress know and she told us that the chef usually had a fire dishes each night/week that are vegan.

There is a lot of metered parking in the area. You can download the parkmobile app and pay/extend from your phone. There are a couple of lots as well. If you want to park at a garage it is a few minutes walk to the restaurant.
