I got to tell you, Las Vegas does not disappoint when it comes to great breakfast spots. Seriously, we have looked high and low for breakfast spots and every single one has been top notch. We found Ameribranch, and we're a little hesitant to go there since it was downtown on Fremont Street. Not that Fremont Street is bad, but it does tend to be busier and have less parking than other areas. We got there and found street parking available, even though there was a parade going on and things were a bit crazy with street closures, we were able to find a place and park within walking distance. The building itself has great signage and is easy to find. Upon walking in, there is a great waiting area with plenty of seating. Although we didn't have to use it, as we were able to walk right in. This place has a very nice open-air feeling to it and features really nice. Stenciled murals on the walls. It's bright, clean, and airy. The perfect thing for a brunch spot. I'm glad we got there when we did, because people started pouring in right after us. I got to tell you something, the wait staff is top notch! They took care of us with speed, skill, friendliness, and accuracy. They are always there to refill my coffee cup, and make suggestions. I got the breakfast sandwich and it was phenomenal! Seriously, this is one of the top breakfast sandwiches I have ever had in my life. It had everything you need a very soft brioche bun that was very, layers of ham, bacon, egg a wonderful aioli and some jalapenos on top... And it comes with tater tots! How cool is that? My girlfriend had the steak hash and I'll tell you what, I am not the biggest fan of hash, but this one could definitely change my mind. The coffee they have is absolutely wonderful as well as it is strong and tasty. You don't have to add cream if you don't want to. I got to say finding a great breakfast spot in Las Vegas is an easy task. And Ameribrunch just made it into my top 10 places to go to. Bottom line? If you were looking for a great place to dine downtown before doing some sightseeing, you could definitely do no better than this place, I highly recommend it!

A great all day brunch cafe just off from Fremont St. Our group of five was able to be seated immediately on a Sunday morning, a minor miracle at home and would indicate not great food. Fortunately, here the service, food, and coffee were great. The have a large coffee menu, lots of fun choices, my friends panda foam design was the star. Our group had the chorizo biscuits and gravy, the steak, breakfast BLT, and the Nutella pancakes. The servings are large, especially the pancakes. My friend only made it through half of her pancakes. The service was excellent, friendly, good suggestions, and reasonable quick.

Gosh I love Ameribrunch! What's not to love? You can reserve your spot on the waiting list on Yelp before you even get there, the service is always on point, and they have a full coffee and smoothie bar?! I've been here many times over the years and I can't believe this is my first time leaving a review. We went recently to celebrate Mother's Day and everyone left happy with full bellies and I was able to order a yummy s'mores latte complete with fire roasted marshmallow on top! Next level service and by next level, there was a gentleman I should have asked his name because he was truly so special...he greeted us upon entering and addressed my littles as princesses and your majesty (major brownie points with my 5 year old) many people on the crew sang one of the liveliest happy birthdays I've seen in a restaurant to another patron at the next table over, and our server was very attentive and continued to check in on us over the course of our meal. I ended up ordering their berry french toast for the first time and it was done so well, I even ate the rest as a snack the same day and it held up well over those few hours without needing to reheat it. My 5 year old had the breakfast sandwich without any meat add avocado and it was so good, I ended up helping her with some of it and it was really tasty. My dad ordered the Cobb salad and it was piled nicely with all the toppings, no skimping here! While my mom went with the pancake breakfast and she really enjoyed it. I like the ample natural lighting with all the windows, and their music plays at a nice volume. Overall I say this a great brunch spot, especially if you're into drinks and coffee! Thank you Ameribrunch for the stellar service, definitely will be back in soon.

Sunday mornings be prepared for over a hour wait. They have a large waiting area. If you're close by add your name to waitlist to avoid extended wait time I ordered the steak and eggs. It was ok, would have been better if it had a char, the service and coffee was top notch . We also ordered a side of pancakes with fruit, that was delectable.

The smoked pork belly skillet was great. The chimichurri sauce came with was flavorful and complemented it well. There was a bit of a weight at lunchtime on a Thursday. The waitress recommended that I have a skillet and she wasn't wrong.

Cool place. Great service. Family owned. Awesome food. Hearty portions. Good prices. We just finished an amazing breakfast! Country fried steak and veggie omelet. Our service was top notch. Beautifully crafted lattes and delicious plates. I mean what more can I say? If you're in Vegas-- you MUST try this place! You will not be disappointed.

After searching around for a real espresso martini, Jonathan the barista and bar tended delivered. Most of the ones you get have premixed espresso and you can tell the difference. The food was great, they had gluten free bread for my wife, and lots of options on the menu to explore. They were pretty busy on a Friday morning but you can get on a waiting list and save some time. The wait wasn't as long as they quoted so I'd stay close incase they get you in quick.

We were walking a map of DTLV murals and happened across this vegan friendly spot as they were opening at 8am on a Monday. Alfredo and the entire team were welcoming, truly pleasant and accommodating. Hubs had coffee, our friend had decaf and I had an oat milk cappuccino. Thumbs up on for sure. My veg Avocado toast and sides were fresh and well proportined as were all of our meals. Hubs enjoyed his bacon sando and potatoes. Our friend had lettuce and eggs. Prices were fair, the food and cocktail options were really interesting. Great space, immaculate, pickup window is outside. Street parking seemed plentiful. Thanks for a great experience.

Yelp Review 2025 #235: I've been to several restaurants in Downtown Las Vegas and it makes me wonder why I waited so long to try AmeriBrunch - like what's wrong with me? This place is an absolute gem! Yes, this place is always busy. It's first come, first served and everyone in your party has to be there. We waited 30 minutes for a table on a Sunday morning. The place was packed. There were people waiting inside and outside. So, check out their menu online while you're waiting so when you get seated, you save time and place your order right away. They have a lot of classic breakfast items on the menu and everything seemed tempting. I was watching what other people around me got and their reactions which made it even harder to decide even though I already knew what I wanted. I changed my mind at least 3 times! Philly Omelette: I was missing Philadelphia and their cheesesteak so, I got this. Hand-trimmed Philly beefsteak, grilled onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and provolone cheese. Side choice: Breakfast potatoes, fries, fruit, or salad. I went with fries. It was everything you'd want from a Philly cheesesteak minus the bread. The fries were crunch and hot. 5/5 Chorizo Omelette: Ground chorizo sausage, green chile peppers, tomatoes, and onions garnished with chipotle mayo, and fresh jalapeños. Breakfast potatoes was the side chosen. If you like to start your morning with a little kick, this is what you should get. 5/5 The drink options were solid. They have good coffee, and real tea leaves and not just the tea bags from a carton! The menu options, the food, the service were all fantastic. The servers were truly personable and engaging. Probably the best group of servers I've seen in Vegas. The interaction with every diner was very genuine and you don't get that often. It's like being at your favorite funny uncle's house but with better food. Tip: come here early, bring a light snack in case you have to wait a long time, and don't leave the vicinity or you might miss them calling your name for your table.

Decided to try Ameribrunch on a Monday midday. This place is located in an office building on the first floor. It appears they converted two adjacent office space into two dining area of the restaurant. So it was very bright with natural lighting and open windows throughout. Every attempt prior to eat here have been unsuccessful because they are always busy and don't take reservations. Thought it would be less busy today but it was still busy but we only had 2 people ahead of us so we stuck around. We waited for about 15min before being seated. As mentioned, they were busy but our server attended to us quickly. The menu is extensive with all day breakfast menu as well as lunch all day menu too. We ordered the creme brûlée latte to drink. For entrees we ordered the smoked pork belly, chorizo omlette and stuffed French toast. Crème brûlée latte was delicious; well balanced and wasn't overly sweet. Our food came out fast. The chorizo omlette was mildly spicy with chipotle sauce even though I still ordered my jalapeños on the side. It also came with a good portion of chorizo in the omlette. The smoked pork belly skillet was very tasty. It had a lot of pork belly mixed in and it was well seasoned with onion, green chili peppers. I would order it again. The stuffed French toast was on brioche bread had creamy Nutella and sliced banana in between so I wouldn't necessarily call it stuffed, more sandwiched lol. However it was still worth trying and not overly sweet as well. Overall good service and good food. I'd definitely return to try other items on the menu.

It's also on par based on where the speakeasy is located (hint hint). The cheapest cocktail was $30 so prepare yourself for the sticker shock. Some drinks were $80-$100! Sometimes you just have to treat yourself. I went with the Velvet Moon which was an interesting cocktail consisting of both gin and mezcal. It had flavors of hibiscus and it also had egg white which I absolutely love! The presentation was beautiful and I really enjoyed it! My friend went with the Basilico Bliss which he enjoyed. I didn't try any, but it looked really good. As we were enjoying our drinks, the staff presented us with savory bar snacks. They were tasty and were a perfect compliment to our cocktails. They do have food on the menu, but we had already eaten so we stuck with our complimentary snacks. As we were closing out, the staff presented us with a complimentary mini dessert. Rory described it as a Carajillo Jello shot. I don't like jello (I hate the texture), but I do love Carajillos. My friend does not drink coffee and does not like coffee flavor, so I ate both of them. They were so delicious (but the texture was off putting lol). I typically don't mention the restrooms in my reviews, but this one is worth mentioning. All I have to say is heated seats with a bidet! We really enjoyed our visit. Had the drinks not been so pricey, we probably would have stayed longer. If you enjoy speakeasies and/or craft cocktails, go have a drink at The Vault! The experience alone is worth it!
