Stop in for some very good Mexican American food. They're known for their nachos which come loaded.

I've always heard good things about Nacho Daddy but never had a chance to go. Well, this time we had a comp stay at Planet Hollywood and there was a Nacho Daddy just outside. Really cool and hip interior. Can get a little loud but that's part of the environment. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. There can be a bit of a wait to get a table though. We got their Chicken Tinga Nachos. Great flavor and good amount of ingredients. We split between the two of us and it was enough of a lunch for us. We also got an Obey the Ube margarita and a Margarita Flight. The drinks were delicious! Each one had their own unique flavor. Very impressed with the Margarita Flight. Good selection of margaritas. It's a great way to try variety. Overall a good place to try out. A little on the pricy side, but you are on the strip.

I came on a Friday night around midnight and was surprised to see that there was no wait and that the restaurant was relatively empty. Maybe about a third of the tables were full, but I guess that meant we were seated immediately. In the past, I had tried to come here but was always quoted a 1-2 hour wait and my friends never wanted to wait. The ambiance of this place reminds me of a rundown TGI Fridays, something like a fast casual restaurant. All of the food they have here is basically variations of nacho plates and burritos, honestly perfect for when you have the munchies after a drunk night out. I would not go here unless I had a drink of some sort LOL... The restaurant overall just kind of seemed crummy and a little dirty. Again, the food is perfect for the drunchies and is honestly pretty good after a few drinks. The service, however, was the worst part of my experience. My waitress oddly seemed really "fake" in my opinion... When ordering, I told her "I'd like to order one of this please," and pointed to a photo of one of their burritos on their menu. I was shocked when the waitress responded "What's that?" ... Like how do you not know what the food on your own menu is... and how am I supposed to know? I had to take a second look and find the item on the menu, but I honestly just chose that because it looked good. This actually happened a second time too when I wanted to ask for some more salsa. There were three dishes of salsa that came with my burrito but I really enjoyed one specific one of them and ran out while eating the chips that came with my burrito. I asked her if I could get a refill of "this" and held up the dish of the salsa. AND SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK - "WHAT IS THAT?" LIKE... HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF YOU DON'T KNOW. YOU WORK HERE AND YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THE FOOD IN THE RESTAURANT YOU WORK AT LOOKS LIKE? The worst part is that she said all of this so calmly, it honestly seemed passive aggressive... Good food, just some weird experiences with the server, hence the 3/5 star review.

Really nice servers and quick! I ordered birria nachos with a side of jalapenos. The flavor was good, but nothing extra special about it.

Finally tried this place and had an enjoyable Saturday lunch. Shared the Tinga Chicken Nachos. They ran out of avocados () but topped it with guacamole instead, which tasted fine. There are a lot of other choices and some of the plates passing by looked really good. We opted for chicken so it wouldn't be too heavy, but it was filling and flavorful. Tried the new Ube margarita and it was good, but more of the sweet side than anything else. It came with a chocolate and coconut covered paper straw, which tasted good with the drink. Also tried the margarita flight and that was really good. The flavors are already chosen, so you should check that you like the flavors (tangerine, hibiscus, angry pineapple, and Let's Salsa). The pineapple and salsa are both spicy, so if that's not your thing, you might not want to do the flight. It's a great way to try different flavors, though, and was enjoyable. It's a big place with TVs and room for large parties, but it can get busy. We waited about a half hour, although we got the feeling that perhaps we could've been called earlier but the person didn't text us. Not a big deal, but it's a good thing we asked how things were going. Once we did, we were seated right away. It's a good place to try, and could be a lot of fun with a group of friends.

For a place that has Nacho in its name the nachos were a little underwhelming. They were much better when we asked for more queso so we could fill in the gaps. The chip to topping ratio wasn't impressive, I have had better loaded nachos from gastro pubs. The margaritas were really good and the service was friendly and attentive. They had a broader menu than just Nachos. It looked like those options were pretty good, but we were just there for nachos and drinks.

Stopped by Nacho Daddy on the Strip for a quick bite before heading to a concert. It was peak time in the evening, so it was quite crowded. We had to wait in line outside for about 30 minutes before getting seated. The interior is spacious with cool, modern decor. Service was fast, which we really appreciated since we were on a tight schedule for the show. We ordered the Steak Fajitas and the Burnt Ends Nachos. The fajitas were definitely a fun experience; the server lit them on fire tableside, which really hyped up the atmosphere! The taste was standard: decent, but nothing mind-blowing. The nachos, however, were a letdown. There was barely any meat in the "Burnt Ends" nachos, and the whole dish was way too salty. Overall, great vibe and quick service, but the food was a mixed bag. The salty nachos and lack of meat were a miss for us.

Perfect spot for a snack in the middle of the Vegas strip on the outside of the Miracle Mile Shops. Birria Nachos were excellent. Pepper Jack cheese covered the majority of the chips. Birria was flavorful and juicy. Pickled onions, crema and green salsa made a great combination with the meat and chips. Churros were decent, but didn't like the beignets which were more like a fried puff pastry. They also offered enchiladas, tacos and other Mexican dishes that could make a complete meal. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program before heading there. You get a $10 credit applied to your account immediately.

The service was great! It wasn't too crowded when we went but the waiters were very attentive and kept coming back to the table. It was pretty loud in the area but there were sports games going on. Good place to come and watch a game! The burrito came with rice and beans inside, which I always think makes a burrito better. Their mild sauce wasn't too spicy, so next time I would go up on the spice level. The burrito was also huge, will definitely keep you full.

The food came out quick and was so good. The margarita flight is a must. Service was good, and the ambiance was nice, we sat near the TVs and got to watch football, which made it even better. Would definitely come back.

    Burnt Brisket Burnt Ends Nachos
    Tina A.

A fun & vibrant dining experience on the Vegas strip, Nacho Daddy is a perfect place for a quick bite! Lots of great food options, but the Nachos of course are the big draw. Here is what we ordered: Brisket Burnt End Nachos: absolutely 10/10! Perfect combination of savory steak, gooey cheese & sweet & smoky BBQ sauce! Fiesta Nachos: 9/10! Also very good. A bigger portion than the brisket nachos & piled ridiculously high with the perfect combination of chicken, pico de gallo, cheeses, avocados & tortilla chips. Fajita Salad: 8/10 The salad is on the smaller side compared to the other menu options, but it's very well presented, with a variety of dressing options. Great flavor boost from the grilled peppers & the caramelized onions. Our server was really great & efficient! All in all a great visit for us & we'd definitely be back to try their drinks & other fun items on the menu!

Fish tacos with rice and beans Fish Tacos

Margaritas flight was good and grilled fish taco . Chips with salsa and a side of guacamole was very good also.

    Taquitos!
    Steffanie C.

We enjoyed our meals so much we came back twice during our stay! The taquitos are so good. Everything we had actually was incredible. I would recommend the filet fajitas table side and the churros were delicious. Going to be talking about this place until we come back next year!

And if you want a different meat you gotta line up again in the line for that other meat. I got tacos. The pork comes sliced fresh off the spinny thing that is cooking the meat. Very good. Delicious. I can see why the place is so popular. Would go again.
