Amazing food! I do not have a nacho daddy's where I live (Oregon) so look forward to visiting when I am in Vegas!

Actually really good! I know this place is a chain here in Vegas and with chains things can get a little hit-or-miss quality wise, but we really enjoyed our food here. We got the chicken tinga nacho and asked if it was big enough to share for 2 people and the server said that yes- they're big. And it was a pretty large portion for sure! We would normally have ordered more, but we were just peckish and the server still gave us good service. As for the food, the marinade on the chicken was so tasty and all the ingredients went so well together. I highly recommend the chicken tinga. There's SO much of the topping. You can see why the menu says "not a dry chip". I actually kind of wished there were a few more chips to balance it out though. It was really slow when we went because I think it had just opened for the day, but I think the environment would be upbeat and fun here because it's kind of like a sports bar and they were playing the World Cup. read more

My Niece recommended this place to us and I'm so glad she did. I love Nachos and these were probably the best we've ever had. I had the Carnita Nachos and they were loaded with tender pork, refried beans, fresh chunks of guacamole, cheese and I added lettuce to them. Hungry? Drunk.. or not? Nacho Daddy is the spot you for you. Can't even complain. Walked in and was seated quickly. Food came out within maybe 15-20 minutes after ordering. Me and my wife shared a chicken nachos dish that was phenomenal. You know when you order nachos at a restaurant and all of the toppings are on top of the tortilla chips and after you eat the toppings, you're just left with dry tortilla chips? First time trying out this place. I sat at the bar and got to chat with the lovely bartender. She was very accommodating and guided me through creating my own order of veggie nachos. I got the supreme tostada with veggie black beans, pickled jalapeños, and green onions. Everything was delicious! I enjoyed how fresh and thin the chips were, as well as the yellow queso on the chips. About a third of the way through, I got full and took them to go. We came here because it was the birthday girl's request, and honestly, we're glad she picked it. Tim and I shared the Supreme Tostada Nachos and absolutely demolished them. Seriously, who would've thought nachos could be that good? Every bite had the perfect amount of toppings, and somehow they stayed loaded from the first chip to the last. Our friends ordered the Fiesta Chicken Nachos and loved theirs too. They didn't quite clean their plate, but Tim and I are foodies and can throw down like that. We also shared a pitcher of margaritas, which were delicious and paired perfectly with all the food. The service was great from start to finish, and the ambiance was fun and lively without feeling overwhelming. While we were there, we saw a bachelorette party and even a wedding party celebrating, which just added to the festive Vegas vibe. I'd never even heard of Nacho Daddy before this trip, but it ended up being one of the most surprisingly enjoyable meals we had. Great food, great drinks, great service, and a fun atmosphere. This place was the best! I love nachos in general. Wife and I stayed at the Planet Hollywood this past weekend. On the outside of the property is Nacho Daddy! On a whim we said, let's try it! Walked in and were seated right away! The vibe and setting is super cool! Welcoming and friendly service. It was a lively scene. Once seated, saw they had great drink selections, as well as Nacho selections... as you'd hope. Our waitress Alo attended to us promptly. We asked what she recommended and she recommended the filet mignon nachos. So.... We gave it a shot... Glad we did because it was delicious! The chips were fresh, the filet mignon was tender and surprisingly prepped really well and flavorful. We devoured the plate quickly! Saw this place all over TikTok and had to give it a try! It wasn't crowded on a Friday night and they have tvs everywhere, would be a great place to watch sports. We got the *surf and turf nachos* with sour cream. It is honestly the BEST nachos I've had!! It had the perfect ratio of all the ingredients and almost no chip had zero toppings. I love Nacho Daddy! From their massive nacho plates to their triple dipper app and overall fun vibe, they've been a local favorite for a while. Unfortunately the Summerlin location near me closed, but a visiting friend asked me to meet her at the Strip location - she's vegan and this spot has a dedicated vegan menu to accommodate that diet, with great food, to boot. Location is easy to find - locals, park at Cosmo for 3 free hours of parking and walk across the street, ground level entrance is on Harmon. We sat on the patio, perfect weather and plenty of shade from the umbrellas. Syd was our server and she was a delight, super friendly and chill. My friend ordered a drink and the vegan queso to start, which we shared - great consistency, plenty of chips. Staff also brought out a complimentary shot. I do not drink but it was appreciated! Friend ordered the vegan chikn quesadilla for her entree while I got the supreme nachos. Apparently the vegan chikn was fantastic, and I really enjoyed my massive mound of chips. The presentation was so nice that another couple came in and asked what I ordered, and got it for themselves! I can't say I'm likely to come to the Strip location specifically when I get a nacho craving but I love to see that they have one here and are a great dining choice for vegans! read more

This was our second visit to a ND location. Last time we went to the one in Summerlin that has permanently closed. This location is on the Strip near Paris and on the outside of the mall that has Planet Hollywood. We recommend that you try to get parking in the mall. They say the first hour is free, but ND does not validate However, the slightly cheaper lot across the street currently uses the Metropolis parking app/web service, both of which were unuseable and super frustrating. We saw many other people give up trying to pay and leave and several reviews online for disputed fees for their services when we tried to get help to pay. We happened to go on a Tuesday, which was Cinco de Mayo. We arrived about 2:30 for linner (the meal between lunch and dinner) Consequently, they had a $10 for 3 street tacos and a BOGO for Margaritas. In addition to these specials, we also got their chicken taquitos and friend ice cream. Everything was good, none of it was bad, but none of it was truly excellent. We would order everything we got again. The taquitos were the kind that are larger in diameter and lightly fried. The amount of meat was average, not light or a lot. The guac and cream were runny pre-topped rather than sides. The street tacos were much better quality than the taquitos. We got the filet, chicken, and pork. The chicken was prepared the best as it was moist, well seasoned, and had a good quantity of meat. The quantity of meat on the other tacos was also good, not skimpy at all, but the seasoning and cooking, while good, were not as good as the chicken. We had just had pork steer taco the previous night at the AYCE buffet, which was so much better, but ND's tacos were still very good. The hostess recommended the Hibiscus Margarita when she seated us and alerted us to their specials. It was rimmed with sugar and was a little sweet. The flowery flavor got stronger the further down you drank despite stirring to try to even out the flavor before drinking it. It was just ok, but definitely good enough to get again and to try for the first time if you never had it. Their standard Margarita was very good and definitely wroth getting again. The fried ice cream is not to be mistaken for their fire Carmel ice cream. It is not the actual or standard fried ice cream that places like the Acapulco restaurant make, which are super cold ice cream that is actually fried inside a sugar donut shell and covered with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Rather, ND's fried ice cream does NOT appear to be fried at all, but covered in corn flakes and served with dessert style sweet fluffy tortilla chips covered in chocolate and strawberry sauce--apparently the chips are the fried part. Nevertheless, ND's version is a nice desert, but just not the historic fried ice cream--we would get it again, but might try to flaming Carmel one next time. The highlight of our visit was actually the service. We were seated in the bar area and a blonde woman who seemed to be sharing the bar tending responsibilities with two other women served us. Unfortunately, we do not remember her name, but she was obviously working really hard and did an EXCELLENT job waiting on us. Overall, and except for the parking, which is not ND's responsibility, we had a great visit here, would come back, and would recommend you give them a try. We have had their nachos on our previous visit and they are just ok, but they have a wide variety and the serving sizes are super big--they also pair well with their cocktails. read more

I wouldn't say that this is the most authentic Mexican type of restaurant but definitely more than American Tex-Mex. This is a long overdue for one of my favorite casual restaurants in Vegas, Nacho Daddy! I've been here on multiple occasions over the past 10 or so years and have always had such a great time. Today, I came with my family for lunch and it was the first time bringing our kids who have multiple food allergies. Our server, Vanessa, was very accommodating, and Ruben, who is one of the main kitchen staff, came over and gave us complete confidence that none of the food we ordered would contain any of the food allergens we notified them of. All of our food came out without issue and tasted super delicious, as always. We ordered the Vegan Loaded nachos, Shrimp street taco plate, wings, and two kids meals (Sauteed shrimp and beef tacos) and everyone loved their food. In past visits, we've ordered their Margaritas which were amazing. I highly recommend coming to Nacho Daddy for both big groups, couples, and even families. Really cool and hip interior. Can get a little loud but that's part of the environment. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. There can be a bit of a wait to get a table though. We got their Chicken Tinga Nachos. Great flavor and good amount of ingredients. We split between the two of us and it was enough of a lunch for us. We also got an Obey the Ube margarita and a Margarita Flight. The drinks were delicious! Each one had their own unique flavor. Very impressed with the Margarita Flight. Good selection of margaritas. My husband and I went here after our disappointment in Gen Bbq. Nacho daddy is right next door. We were pretty full so we went to the bar. I got a hibiscus passion and burnt end nachos. I came on a Friday night around midnight and was surprised to see that there was no wait and that the restaurant was relatively empty. Maybe about a third of the tables were full, but I guess that meant we were seated immediately. In the past, I had tried to come here but was always quoted a 1-2 hour wait and my friends never wanted to wait. The ambiance of this place reminds me of a rundown TGI Fridays, something like a fast casual restaurant. All of the food they have here is basically variations of nacho plates and burritos, honestly perfect for when you have the munchies after a drunk night out. I would not go here unless I had a drink of some sort LOL... The restaurant overall just kind of seemed crummy and a little dirty. Again, the food is perfect for the drunchies and is honestly pretty good after a few drinks. The service, however, was the worst part of my experience. My waitress oddly seemed really "fake" in my opinion... When ordering, I told her "I'd like to order one of this please," and pointed to a photo of one of their burritos on their menu. I was shocked when the waitress responded "What's that?" ... Like how do you not know what the food on your own menu is... and how am I supposed to know? I had to take a second look and find the item on the menu, but I honestly just chose that because it looked good. This actually happened a second time too when I wanted to ask for some more salsa. There were three dishes of salsa that came with my burrito but I really enjoyed one specific one of them and ran out while eating the chips that came with my burrito. I asked her if I could get a refill of "this" and held up the dish of the salsa. AND SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK - "WHAT IS THAT?" LIKE... HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF YOU DON'T KNOW. YOU WORK HERE AND YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THE FOOD IN THE RESTAURANT YOU WORK AT LOOKS LIKE? The worst part is that she said all of this so calmly, it honestly seemed passive aggressive... The only sad thing about this place is the location as you have a lot of shady characters that hang around out front and parking is not easy to acquire either. The Hostess greeted us took us to the table and rattled off the specials. Server greeted us as well asked if we'd like to order a cocktail and if we need a few minutes.. once our order was placed our food came out quickly. Everything looked wonderful and taste delicious. I ordered a Mojito. It was pretty good. I think it was a little strong for a small glass. They didn't warn me about the portion sizes though. One plate of nachos can easily serve 4 people or if you've got a big appetite, you can order one all for yourself. The nachos were mid. We got the filet mignon ones and the ingredients just weren't distributed well. At least the meat was tender. If you're grabbing from the top of the pile the bottom chips are mostly bare. I didn't notice the dish we got had melted shredded cheese instead of a queso sauce, which I wish I had caught beforehand since some of their other options have it. Ask for queso on the side if you order these and like your nachos saucy - these ones weren't. The Daddy's burrito with carnitas was bad. Way too much rice, barely any meat, and the carnitas was dry from being cooked too long. The salsas tasted like the red and green ones you get straight from a Sysco distributor with that processed aftertaste. The fish taco was actually the best thing we had. Cool idea using paratha as the shell, lots of good layers, texture, and chew. The fish itself wasn't anything to rave about though and the salsas still lacked seasoning. Service was friendly but hard to flag someone down when we needed them. Music was way too loud to have a conversation. Honestly if I want loaded nachos next time I'd just go to Yardhouse. Finally tried this place and had an enjoyable Saturday lunch. Shared the Tinga Chicken Nachos. They ran out of avocados () but topped it with guacamole instead, which tasted fine. There are a lot of other choices and some of the plates passing by looked really good. We opted for chicken so it wouldn't be too heavy, but it was filling and flavorful. Tried the new Ube margarita and it was good, but more of the sweet side than anything else. It came with a chocolate and coconut covered paper straw, which tasted good with the drink. Also tried the margarita flight and that was really good. The flavors are already chosen, so you should check that you like the flavors (tangerine, hibiscus, angry pineapple, and Let's Salsa). The pineapple and salsa are both spicy, so if that's not your thing, you might not want to do the flight. It's a great way to try different flavors, though, and was enjoyable. It's a big place with TVs and room for large parties, but it can get busy. We waited about a half hour, although we got the feeling that perhaps we could've been called earlier but the person didn't text us. Not a big deal, but it's a good thing we asked how things were going. Once we did, we were seated right away. It's a good place to try, and could be a lot of fun with a group of friends. read more

This was the worst most vile time I have ever had. They made us sit & wait for 3+ hours while violently hungover to be served a sinister & nasty plate of barf looking food that actually stank. For a place that has Nacho in its name the nachos were a little underwhelming. They were much better when we asked for more queso so we could fill in the gaps. The chip to topping ratio wasn't impressive, I have had better loaded nachos from gastro pubs. The margaritas were really good and the service was friendly and attentive. I wanted a light dinner and a couple drinks before heading to a concert, so I stopped by Nacho Daddy at the Miracle Mile Shops a little early for some appetizers and bar time. When I arrived, there were already a couple of ladies waiting at the host stand. A host came over shortly after, and since I was flying solo, I asked if I could just sit at the bar instead. Thankfully, it was open seating. Even around 5:30pm, the place was already lively, but the atmosphere didn't feel overly loud or chaotic. The music, conversations, and overall energy made it a fun pre-concert stop. Once seated, one of the bartenders greeted me quickly. I ordered a tequila reposado and a beer while looking through the menu. Since I didn't want anything too heavy before the show, I decided on finger foods: the Daddy Wings and the Chicken Taquitos. The Daddy Wings continue to be my favorite item here--crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and consistently satisfying every time I order them. It was my first time trying the taquitos, and they were pretty good. The chicken was flavorful and moist, and even with crema on top, the shells kept their crunch. I asked if they had hot sauce, and the bartenders recommended their house-made version, warning me that it had some heat. They weren't kidding It definitely packed a punch, but it was flavorful enough that I kept dipping both the wings and taquitos into it. The bartenders were attentive, friendly, and took great care of me throughout the visit. I also found out the menu had recently changed, which explained why I couldn't find the street tacos I originally came in wanting.
