A group of us was looking for breakfast near our hotel and were very happy to find CHICA located inside the hotel! The food and ambiance were both great, and we all left happy and full. The menu wasn't huge, but still had a good variety of sweet and savory options, as well as bigger and lighter bites. I got the California breakfast burrito and we got the Pistachio French toast sticks for the table to share. The Pistachio French toast sticks were so unbelievably good. I tend to prefer savory over sweet breakfast items, but this was a must! I especially liked that even though the restaurant was right next to the casino floor, you couldn't smell the smoke at all! They were also happy to hold our suitcases at the host stand for us, which was nice to not have to worry about during the meal. I arrived early to get a table and we had a short wait while they got a table ready for us. Service was friendly and quick. It was pretty quiet and we had our section of the restaurant to ourselves.

Delicious and stellar! Came here for date night. The service is fantastic! Our table was a bit wobbly and they moved us to a more comfortable table. The manager even checked in with us throughout the night. She poured us water and at the end of the night gave her recommendations for dessert. I even saw her clearing tables and checking in at other tables. I think this speaks volumes! For apps, you should definitely try the mixed seafood ceviche. It was light, fresh, acidic, and slightly lemony. For mains, my husband had ribs. He said they were soft, flavorful, and the meat fell off the bone. I had the scallops and they were cooked to perfection. The dulce leche cake was very memorable! Not too dense and sweet. All around, a perfect meal. Thank you Chica for the memorable experience!

Everything about Chica was amazing during last weekends Sunday brunch. First time visiting this beautifully decorated restaurant. Food was so good. DJ was on point. Started with guac & chips. This also came with two different types of salsa (the green one was divine!) We tried everything from the birria empanadas, to branzino, to the chicken chimichurri sandwich and NOTHING disappointed! The Gem Ceasar salad was also yummmmm! I would also advise getting the $40 bottomless margaritas. If you drink two, you've already gotten your moneys worth. Service...PHENOMENAL! Mark and Bryson were equally excellent and honestly, every time that I visit this Vegas location, I need to see them! Thank you both. We had a blast.

03/06/2026 I bookmarked CHICA a while ago after a food influencer shared her great experience there. My friend and I made dinner reservations a couple of months ahead, then like two weeks before, we decided to change to an earlier time. Thankfully they still had plenty of times available. After having dined there, I am shocked that they don't get booked up! We loved the ambiance, club-style music (lots of remixed Millennial songs), and all of the food and drinks we tried. DRINKS: The menu doesn't list mocktails, but the waiter pointed out which cocktails could be made non-alcoholic. Living My Best Life and La Morada were delicious! DINNER: -Fire-Roasted Salmon - super flavorful, and my friend devoured it! -Seared Scallops - uniquely presented with the tapioca crisp (see photo). The flavors and textures of the different components paired together nicely. I would order it again! -Side of Mashed Potatoes - this purple Peruvian mash was so good! We cleared the plate. DESSERT: I saw so many "The Flaming Skull" and "The Corn" photos and videos on Yelp before coming here. We ended up choosing The Corn because we were intrigued by the strawberry corn cheesecake combo. Loved that it looked like corn on the cob, and the taste - OH MY. It was one of the best desserts I've tried in a long time! We both agreed that the next time we go to Vegas, we have to go back for this dessert no matter what. The cheesecake was so fluffy with a jammy center and a delicious graham cracker crumble. Service was super attentive. Plates were cleared quickly. All around we had a great experience and will definitely be back!

Beautiful ambience-as you would expect in Las Vegas. We were persuaded by the great reviews. The brussel sprouts were the star of the show. Also the cocktails were reeeally unique and delicious. We also got the waygu empanadas, scallops, tres leches cake ((nothing I needed again), purple Peruvian mashed potatoes (nothing special). The plates are small bites and I shared with a friend. It took quite a few plates to create a meal- so be prepared as it adds up quickly. Our server was okay...really slow and disappointing. With all of the options in Las Vegas...I would try other places before coming back here.

This is our second time to Chica and it lived up to our memories. Just like last time when 9pm rolled around 2 beautiful dancers appered, the staff all brought out light sticks and handed them to us. The staff danced around the restaurant with the glow sticks, party mysic was blaring, and the dancers danced on the bar! Even the staff next to the grill got into the party, it was a great experience. Awhile later the dancers returned and this time one of them was dancing with FIRE sticks! She did a great job even being so close to patrons. The dancers joined the dance floor that opened up with a DJ and live bongo drummer. This meal was met with a true party experience. Speaking of the food everything that hit our table was spot on, and that was for a group of 7. We had 4 vegetarians and although they had a good amount of options on the menu, the waitress asked if we had had an food restrictions and we mentioned there being 4 vegetarians in our group she offered to have the chorizo in our queso fundido on the side and to check with the cheff if there were any additional items she could recommend off of the menu which she did and 2 went with it - mushrooms tacos - and that was truly the star of the show, besides the dancers . The sticmer price may seem a little high bir we were there for over 3 hours enjoying ourselves, the music, and the show. DEFINITELY COMING BACK AGAIN! FYI, if you have a players club for the Venitian parking is cheaper.

Located at the first floor of the Venetian by the restaurant corridor, a MUST in Vegas, not only because the food was great, but because the have a Dj and a percussionist that Mae the night a party, and if you add the dancers! With fire shows, really don't miss this cool spot! We got good service, not great, but not bad. I ordered the chicken with purple mashed potatoes and the short ribs arepas, me and my friend shared the food and it was plenty for both. The queso and chips is definitely a must, shareable and great to start the night. Salmon was ordered and the verdict was As well as the short rib. Brussels sprouts are one of the best I've had and I don't like Brussels sprouts , but these were so good, with mushrooms and a seafood sauce , uff! The drinks were really good and I like that they offer mezcal drinks. The decor is beautiful, with fun accent walls and dimmed lights. They have tables, bat, booths and high tables, and it's roomy. Don't forget to make your reservation. At the end of the night my friend got the signature dessert and it was a skill made of chocolate with ice cream, rice crispy and marshmallow, they light it on fire and when the skull melts down, it's uncovers a chocolate cake, this was the star of the night, you can't come and don't get it! We had so much fun at the dance floor that we returned the day after and danced the night away!

    The Smoke Show is awesome.

Love that Chica. Order the smoke show ribs and the flaming skull for dessert. A great place to go before a show at Sphere or at the Venetian.

O-MY! The SCALLOPS are out of this world!!! I have never tasted anything so perfect in my life!! The chef will tease you with the small quantity, but every delectable nibble is worth it. We enjoyed our "Corn" look-alike cheesecake in ode to my husband's birth state of Iowa. We came here to celebrate his 49th birthday. I enjoyed the lobster ceviche, but I should have ordered his scallops!!! My son ate his entire hamburger. Must get the tortilla chip tower with salsa & guac. SOoooo good. Our waitress was a delight and the interior decor takes you to another place!!

A wonderful spot to have a specialty cocktail like the Burning Passion drink a meal or snack like the Ceviche Classico. Fantastic service and ambiance. Taco birria was crispy and expertly seasoned.

This place has such a beautiful ambiance! It's definitely a nice vibe here. We grabbed lunch here and got the guac as an appetizer. It was really good and fresh. It comes with two different hot sauces that paired well with the guac The Birria tacos were okay. The flavor was good, but I thought the tortilla would be crispy. It was soggy from the consume a the wrapper around the taco. Nice place to grab some Mexican food at Venetian

For delicious modern Mexican & awesome dining vibes in Vegas, you need to check out Chica! Even for brunch, you could tell this place is a party in the best way! The atmosphere and service is incredible & you'll be sure to have a great experience! There are so many great options to choose from & everything is presented beautifully! I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic the Paisa Bowl is! You get to try a little bit of everything in this dish & it's all made to perfection! This & a mimosa, and you're guaranteed for an amazing day ahead!

Is flaming skull available during brunch as well?

Yes! The Flaming Skull is available during brunch as well. Availability is limited, so we recommend ordering it early to ensure it’s still available.

Can you order off the brunch menu at dinner?

Hi Jojo! Unfortunately, guests are not able to order off the brunch menu during dinner service. Brunch ends promptly at 3:45PM daily.

Is happy hour only in the lounge/bar area?

Yes, happy hour is offered in the lounge and bar area on select dates between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. We recommend giving us a call the day of your visit to confirm availability, as it is not offered daily.

Do you get free parking if you dine there?

Hi Stephen! Unfortunately, we do not validate parking for The Venetian or Palazzo parking garages.

Do they have a private room that can accommodate up to 30 guests?

Yes they do. I had a vendor take my and my group to this restaurant and they had a large space that fit roughly that amount of people for a nice meal.

Where is this located? In a Hotel or outside near the Linq?

It's inside the Venetian Hotel and Casino

Are there seats big enough for a party of 4-5, and is it kid friendly?

Yes they can accommodate 4-5 and it is kid friendly

Do they still serve a Cuban sandwich for brunch?

I don't know. Have you checked their menu.

We went to dinner and it was exceptionally. Food is delicious and service was excellent.

    It ends at 4pm.

What music do they play on Chica nights? Is there dancing as well?

Mostly Latin inspired and yes people dance. The staff actually dances throughout the restaurant carrying sparklers

    Are reservations needed/necessary here?

    Yes.. walkings may take time

Is there any entree that is gluten free here? Does this restaurant use a shared fryer for things like flour taquitos that would cross contaminate gluten free corn tortilla chips? I have Celiac disease and have to eat gluten free.

I have seen gluten free labels on their brunch menu. On that menu it was just the arepa basket and rice & beans that were gluten free.

Are bottomless mimosas avaliable on the weekends and does anyone know if the mimosas are premixed?

No bottomless mimosas and they're made to order no premix

    It is now open.

When will this restaurant re-open? As of 10/10/21 is says temporarily closed.

It was open when we went on Labor day.

Welcome complimentary drinks: "Key to my heart" -- fun little rum drinks to start off with served in a spherical black case surrounded by dry ice! (See video). A bit sweet for my taste but tasty and just a little shot's worth (to be sipped). Cocktails: La Vie En Rose: (5/5) Rose infused gin, house made strawberry infused sweet vermouth, aperol, orange essence. Gorgeous spherical ice cube with a real flower frozen inside). Described as a summer Negroni. I chose it because I love Negronis and am always up for trying a variation on a classic like that. The Fountain (5/5): bourbon, Punt e mes vermouth (55 year old bottle!), orange essence. The Vault's take on the classic Manhattan. Michael gave us a taste of the punt e mes sweet vermouth and it was sublime. Both spectacular cocktails were definitely made for sipping and savoring. And to top it off! Little espresso shots at the end....mmm delectable dessert my bites to complete a flawless experience. We'll be back! Michael is a masterful mixologist and Yesi is an awesome apprentice! Highly recommend!

The Vault is an upscale speakeasy in the Bellagio. It is a true speakeasy in that there is no…read moresignage anywhere. We had to do some research on Yelp and Google to find it. The only hint I'll give is that it's located on the casino floor. When we walked in, we were greeted by the hostess. She asked us if we had reservations or were walking in. I really appreciated this because the way she phrased her question told me they had availability and we would be granted entry. The bar is very small and seats about 30. Reservations are strongly encouraged, however we went on a Monday in February. If you're going on a weeknight during off peak season, you should be okay without a reservation. The hostess gave us the option of sitting at the bar or at a table. We asked her for her rec and she said the bar so that's what we chose. The decor is beautiful. The ambiance is dark and moody. It's perfect for a date night. We were greeted by both bartenders. I believe the bartender that made our drinks was Rory. He was very nice and knowledgeable about cocktails. He was able to answer our questions and make suggestions based on our preferences. As we browsed the menu, we were presented with welcome drinks in a fancy smoky container. I don't recall the name of the drink, but it had a lychee flavor with a sugar rim and it was good! Drinks are extremely pricey which is to be expected in Vegas. It's also on par based on where the speakeasy is located (hint hint). The cheapest cocktail was $30 so prepare yourself for the sticker shock. Some drinks were $80-$100! Sometimes you just have to treat yourself. I went with the Velvet Moon which was an interesting cocktail consisting of both gin and mezcal. It had flavors of hibiscus and it also had egg white which I absolutely love! The presentation was beautiful and I really enjoyed it! My friend went with the Basilico Bliss which he enjoyed. I didn't try any, but it looked really good. As we were enjoying our drinks, the staff presented us with savory bar snacks. They were tasty and were a perfect compliment to our cocktails. They do have food on the menu, but we had already eaten so we stuck with our complimentary snacks. As we were closing out, the staff presented us with a complimentary mini dessert. Rory described it as a Carajillo Jello shot. I don't like jello (I hate the texture), but I do love Carajillos. My friend does not drink coffee and does not like coffee flavor, so I ate both of them. They were so delicious (but the texture was off putting lol). I typically don't mention the restrooms in my reviews, but this one is worth mentioning. All I have to say is heated seats with a bidet! We really enjoyed our visit. Had the drinks not been so pricey, we probably would have stayed longer. If you enjoy speakeasies and/or craft cocktails, go have a drink at The Vault! The experience alone is worth it!
