I bought food not only on Taco Tuesday, but it was Cinco de Mayo! I was given a 35-45min wait for my order. Unfortunately, mine and others took longer than anticipated. Due to waiting longer than our estimated time, the Manager Lesly Gonzalez handed out a Free Birria Queso Taco to all who were waiting for their orders. When I received my food, Lesly gave me a $15 gift card and apologized for the extreme wait. They have music playing as you wait, which makes it cool. After waiting for our food and finally eating, the food was still nice and hot! The quesa birria taco plate and the consume was bomb! My family and I really enjoyed the flavor in every bite. We tried this place last night and the birria was actually pretty good. We ordered the 3 birria tacos combo and birria nachos. We also got a side of chips and guacamole, which was good and fresh. The consume was flavorful and it added great flavor to the tacos, we even dipped our nacho chips in it. They gave us a sides of green and red salsa. The green was much milder than the red, I think the red is our favorite because it had the spiciness. Next time I plan to try other things on their menu, maybe their ramen. The inside of the restaurant is clean, but very small. Tables are close together, so if anyone else is dining in, you're likely to hear their entire conversation. Because of the tight space, it's probably not a place I'd choose to sit and eat if it's busy, though it works fine for a quick stop or takeout. I visited this location for a quick lunch after landing and before meeting up with my sister. I like places like this that keep their menu simple--they do birria tacos, burrritos, birria fries, and birria nachos with either beef or chicken. I had three quesabirria tacos as a meal, meaning it came with a drink, rice and beans. The tacos were flavorful and the beans had excellent texture and were topped with plenty of cheese. The person behind the counter was friendly and food came out quickly. I was the only person eating there, but at least 5 folks came through for carry out in the 20 or so minutes I was there. But they didn't seem to want dine-in customers. Very loud music was playing and they also had some gory zombie show on a big screen on mute. This Vitos Tacos is located at Blue Diamond and Decatur, next to Stephano's Mediterranean food. I also go to another location that isn't far on Fort Apache and Sunset. The staff from both locations have always been friendly, well trained, and accommodating. I love beef Burria because of the slow-cooked meat and tasty spices. The corn tortillas are fresh, and they always provide lots of lime, diced onions, cilantro, and a variety of salsas. The best thing they have done recently is switched to cooking in tallow, which is very healthy and they have stopped using toxic seed oils, which 99% of restaurants use these days. Remember to grab a consommé to dip your tacos, it adds so much flavor! I also highly recommend the Birria egg rolls and Birria fries. read more

Decided to try out this spot for taco Tuesday. They have 2 for 1 beef birria tacos on Tuesday. The tacos were good, but they were not filled very much. They had good flavor. I like my tacos a little more on the crunchy side but these were soft tacos. My husband and I also shared a beef birria burrito. It was filled with pinto beans, rice, birria and cheese. I enjoyed the burrito better than the taco. The green sauce that comes with your meal is super flavorful, I wanted more! You have to buy the consume on the side. The cashier was very nice and brought our food out to us. The place is very small. Mostly two chair tables. Probably only fits about 20 people. The Area 15 food truck was the first time I ever had Vito's Tacos and it was amazing. Every time I had family visiting I would take them to try it and they always loved it. I've gone to this location 3 times and every visit has gotten progressively worse. Most recently I took my wife's grand parents and I ordered for the whole group. I'm a veteran and have one good ear... shocking... so forgive me for saying "what?" Twice to the cashier that was talking so damn quiet my wife had trouble hearing too. But the second time I asked her to repeat herself she didn't, and she just looked at me like I was stupid. Thankfully my wife heard it the second time and repeated it, but the face she gave me and the face the cook gave me was pretty damn rude. She also messed up my order and only gave me one instead of 3 tacos, and when I went to correct it she charged me for 3 more. And unfortunately, the tacos sucked, which I'm praying is just a one time hiccup, but the birria wasn't as flavorful as it usually is and the chicken was dry, my kids didn't even want to eat it. So I'll probably stick to the food truck but I hope this location can get better and fix their customer service. read more

Delicious quesbirria tacos and consome! My husband prefers the birria burrito but I like the tacos. I've also tried their birria ramen before and it was delicious as well. They had recently replaced Gabi's Gorditas on Blue Diamond and Decatur, with this location being their third in the Las Vegas valley. It's a small location with limited seating but we had planned to take our food back home with us. When we looked at the menu, we also noticed that they also sell ramen noodles, which was pretty interesting to see alongside their tacos and burritos. My boyfriend and I got a taco and a burrito of our own, where his was beef and mine was chicken birria. We watched the cook make one of the burritos while we were waiting and I knew it was going to be huge from the start. I think we waited about 5 minutes before our food was ready. Upon taking the first bite of my taco, it was so delicious! Lots of chicken birria were present inside and it couldn't be beat. After consuming my taco, I moved on to my big chicken birria burrito. This burrito was the best one I've ever had, though I had to stop eating it halfway through because I was getting full. I ended up having the other half for lunch the next day.
