Taco combo #1 (asada) comes with 2 tacos, beans, rice and fountain soda
    Jessica W.

Food: #1 taco combo (asada) comes with rice, beans and a drink; two pollo tacos. The corn tortillas are handmade. I really wanted to like this but although the chicken was cooked nicely, overall was bland and the tortilla was very thick and masa like. Maybe I just never had a handmade tortilla before? But it was very thick in the mouth and I didn't care for it at all. The guac also didn't seem fresh but more like the kind squeezed out of a tube so that was a turn off. Service: was extremely friendly and helpful. Ambiance: the seating is very run down but it gives that authentic hole in the wall feel.

Good taco place. They also have a birria pizza off menu. The three sauces were tasty: mild, medium with more mayo, and spicy seems like medium with less mayo. The server was nice and they delivered the food to our table. I liked the burrito and almost ordered two but one is definitely plenty with the beans and rice combo. Quiet place and only one bathroom but it was okay as not many guests ate there.

Great tacos shouldn't have been so slow. Tacos Los Neri is a new-ish taqueria around Seven Hills and St. Rose. It's nestled in a small plaza between the Remedy's and the separate plaza with Good Pie. I've been looking for Taco Tuesday specials in Henderson and made some time today to try this one. Fortunately, the good part is the food. The Taco Tuesday special exists and is $2.99 for the standard taco with an option of al pastor, asada, pollo, carnitas, or chorizo. Some other premium options are available, but I just went with those five. The tacos are actually hefty 4-5 bite boys and come with one freshly cooked soft corn tortilla, and I do mean soft. Onions, cilantro, and even guacamole are all included if you'd like. The proteins are mostly solid. Al pastor (no pineapple, apparently) is nicely marinated, carne asada is tender albeit maybe a bit too salty, pollo is juicy and tender, and chorizo is nicely spiced and not too salty. I felt the carnitas were pretty dry and wouldn't order them again. Fortunately, the real star is definitely their salsas. The mild creamy chipotle was fantastic with everything, and I grabbed some to-go since I didn't finish the hefty lunch. The green salsa was more mild-medium and the red one was maybe medium, since I could handle a few drops in a bite alone or with the chipotle. Do not ignore the salsas. The problem with my visit was mainly the service. I learned right before my food came out and after a long wait of well over half an hour (after no wait at all to order) that apparently they gave my food to someone else somehow and had to remake it. That could have been a non-issue with a standard order numbering system or with some sort of verbal double-checking. They also didn't warn me or apologize earlier when the supposed mix-up happened. The other thing is the tacos weren't piping hot when I finally got them, so they weren't optimally appetizing. It's a testament to how great their potential is when I was eating mostly warm stuff at best, but I felt like I missed out on that peak. Come to Tacos Los Neri if you have a lot of time to wait for good food. Maybe bring a light jacket for the constant blast of cold air if you're sitting in the booth area. Be cautious if it's Tuesday and you only have a short lunch break.

Food was good, girl at the counter was very friendly and helpful with her recommendations. She suggested Birria egg rolls and the Neri taco. So I got both. The Neri sauce isn't for me but without the sauce the taco is good. Egg rolls looked bigger than they actually are inside. Flavor was good, not great the consume was better than some that I've had not thin and watery. I think $6.50 for a taco and $13 for egg rolls might not be the best deal but it was good and I'd probably get it again.

Authentic spot!! One of the better taco spots I've had coming from OC /SD. We had Al pastor tacos and Birria..both great

So I was lured in by taco Tuesday and the glowing reviews. It was also super close to my son's swim lessons and my blood sugar was tanking. Its tucked away facing away from the road, so you would never just see it driving by. The inside is clean and simple. Large board on the wall with the menu, which also happens to include breakfast items. We got the birria, al pastor, carnitas, and asada tacos. They also let me try the horchata but it was way to sweet for me. So postives. Super sweet staff, the lady was so nice to my son, even gave him a toy car. The red and green salsa they have at the table have great flavor. All the meats were super tender. Where they lost me was nothing had a strong depth of flavor. It lacked seasoning, browning etc. The birria stock was very thin for me too. Out of the four items the asada was the best. Also it says the tacos come with guacamole, but my fiances carnitas did not, so not sure why. I wanted to love this place because its close by and the lady was so nice. However it was just ok.

    Birria Quesadilla!

This place was such a great find. The quesadillas were seriously some of the best I've had, and the beans and rice were flavorful and tasted homemade. You absolutely have to try the homemade chipotle ranch and the green tomatillo sauce, they were both incredible and took everything to the next level. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and just a great place to sit down and enjoy a meal. The young woman working the front was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. She kept the dining area spotless, made sure we had everything we needed, and really made us feel at home. What really stood out, though, was meeting the owner. He came over to our table to ask how we liked everything, and after talking with him for a bit, you can tell how much love, hard work, and sacrifice he's poured into this restaurant. It's clear this isn't just a business to him, it's something he's truly passionate about, and that shows in both the food and the service. Great food, genuinely great people, and an awesome, laid-back vibe. Supporting local places like this is easy when they care this much. We'll definitely be back

The location was very close to the hotel so made a visit. I ordered the tacos dorados with asada and a side of fries. The tacos were nice and crunchy. The meat was very well flavored. The taco also had mashed potatoes and beans so they were very filling. The fries were nice and hot and crispy.

Tried this place because my usual taco place is so far from my house. I will definitely be back I got the 2 taco combo with 1 carne asada and 1 carnitas queso taco w/rice and beans. Everything had so much flavor and the tortillas were so good they had to be homemade. Customer service makes a big difference to me and from the moment I walked in the woman working in the from was kind . I took my food to go but the inside was clean and quiet . So happy I found another place to add to the list !

Tacos were tasty, big and filling. Service was excellent, Jasmine was super nice...great attitude. The dinning area is clean and well lit.

Crunchy taco dorado beef, fish taco and asada taco. Rice and beans side.

First time having tacos los neri. It's my new favorite Mexican take out. I cant wait to try the rest of the menu and I'm happy this place is right down the street from me. The place is kind of hidden behind the shopping plaza near the Hampton inn ? Off st rose and at the light bottom of seven hills. The food was great. I ordered a fish taco, a taco asada, shredded beef taco dorado (crunchy) and side of rice and beans. Everything including the sauce trios and little cucumbers they give it was all good. The meat was browned and had good flavor. The tortillas were fresh homemade and doubled. If you like Mexican definitely try this place, I think it beats a lot of other taco joints in Vegas

    Michele M.

Expensive for what it is. Very basic tacos without much flavor. I've seen them outside with a sign on Tuesday so it might be best to try it for a Taco Tuesday special because the regular prices are too high for the quality.

Super long waits for food, missing ingredients, things not tasting as good as they used to. Today, my husband went in to order a breakfast burrito. He asked for a breakfast burrito with extra cheese and ham. The cashier asked "so no potatoes and no eggs?" to which he corrected and said "I just want a regular breakfast burrito with ham and add extra cheese." The regular breakfast burrito comes with potatoes, eggs, meat of your choice, beans, pico de gallo, and cheese. So all he was doing is telling her his choice of meat was ham and to add extra cheese. What he got was basically a quesadilla...nothing but cheese, ham, pico and a few beans. By the time we got where were we were going and bit into it it was way too late for us to go back. I look at the receipt shoved in the bag and sure enough it was typed in No eggs, no potatoes...so not the kitchen's fault since they're following instructions from the cashier. Sadly, it seems if we decide to go to this location we either have to ask the cashier to show us her screen so we can make sure it's typed in right, eat in store so we can bring incorrect food immediately to the front or disassemble our entire order to check and make sure the person taking it paid attention. It's getting to a point where it's just not worth the hassle especially with all the other options in the area. I hope they turn things around as they genuinely used to make the best food.

We asked if we could take advantage of that offer and she told us that we have to tell her when we order as if she was scolding us and we were in the wrong for not knowing their offer or that we have to tell them when we order. The whole interaction was so weird and made us feel very unwelcome. There are no signs anywhere nor did we see it listed on their menu. I'm only rating with the second star because the food here is genuinely good but the customer service is lacking. It's always felt very rushed when we order here, even when there isn't a line to order but this felt very unwelcoming and we won't be coming back here. There are so many other good taco spots much closer to us, with more taco Tuesday offers that going out of our way to come here just isn't worth it anymore.
