Campechano Torta, Carne Asada Torta First time here, and my experience was a 10/10. Ordering from here was very quick and easy. They have a self ordering screen with photos of their different menu items, which is so helpful for visual people like me, or you could order online. The service here was amazing and the workers were kind. Everything was so good. I will say as a first timer here, who has been looking for a place that sells tortas and burritos, I will be revisiting. We ordered two tortas and they were both amazing; The carne asada was nicely seasoned. If you're looking for a new spot to try, this definitely has to be bumped up to number one on your list. Absolutely fantastic food! Bummed we haven't tried Tacos Los Barrios sooner, but happy we finally went for an early dinner yesterday. Despite the small space, there was a decent amount of seating; although I wish they'd remove just one table along the wall because the seating is super tight, rendering some seats completely unusable during busier times. Anyway... You can use the digital order screen or walk up to the counter, which was super convenient once the restaurant got busier. They have a big menu and allow for changes/substitutions. As someone who's not a fan of onions, I was pleasantly surprised that I could order a Quesabirria taco AND Consumme without onions; yay! Food was all made fresh, came out fairly quickly, and the two staff members we engaged with were very friendly. My husband and I each got a Quesabirria taco with consumme; the flavors were top notch! I then got a Pollo Asada taco with cheese added and my husband had an Al Pastor taco. All tacos were delicious and had a ton of meat, which was fantastic for the price point. We then shared an order of chips and a side of rice. Their rice was nice and fluffy with good flavor and the chips were addicting, especially with the green salsa from the salsa bar up front. Alright, I've had this place bookmarked for at least a year, and I'm glad that I finally went! The tacos here are no joke, super flavorful, loaded with meat, and reasonably priced. How can you beat that? The taco I use to gauge a good spot is the Al Pastor, and I thought they have one of the top 5 I've had in Vegas. I know pineapple isn't always a thing with Al Pastor, and I didn't come across any in my taco, but honestly the meat stood on its own so well with the onion and cilantro tossed on top. My wife had the Pollo Asado taco and I took a small piece of the chicken to try for myself (yes I let her have some Al Pastor too!) and it was great. Seasoned well, juicy, and although I wouldn't order it with cheese, she enjoyed adding it. Now, to the hot taco right now, the quesabirria! It was awesome. Flavorful to the max, lots of cheese, the tortilla held up well (I'd probably order extra crispy next time, my preference). Consumme was good but I've found a few in town with more flavor and a little less oil. Service was fast and friendly while the space was relatively clean. I will say that the tables are placed close together in spots so expect to play Tetris with the next table to get everyone seated haha. The torta I ordered was very delicious. The bread tastes fresh and it's soft yet holds everything within it very nicely. The meat was tender and all the toppings go so well together. It's a messy sandwich but that's what makes it so good. We also tried some Quesabirria tacos that are nice and crispy. They are also very loaded with lots of meat. Food: 3 classic taco combo (one pollo and one carne asada). The tacos come with onions and cilantro on corn tortillas. The rice was tasty but I didn't care for the pinto beans. I'll have to ask next time if they have refried. The pollo is a little dry so I think the salsa helps. Hubby liked the carne asada. Service: one order came out wrong but the lady working there was very kind and fixed it quickly. Ambiance: a few booths and tables to eat at. There is a salsa bar. They are in need of help as there is a sign for a cook so that cleanliness needs to maintained a little more as some items were low and needed refilling. There aren't many places open at 9:00 on a Sunday morning when I'm leaving church. Lucky for me, Tacos Los Barrios is one such place that is. I had been wanting to give it a try for a while so I stopped in today. To get just a quick sampling of what they have to offer, I ordered two tacos - one taco de papa and one quesabirria. I also helped myself to the salsa bar. I took my order home when it was ready. That took a little time as the food is made fresh. I started with the potato taco. It was loaded. Mashed potatoes, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole. It was awsome. I'd order that again in a heartbeat. Next came the birria taco. It was fine. A lot of meat. But I have come to realize that I don't really care for quesabirria tacos. I've had them a few other times at other places and I always feel the same lack of entheusiasm for them. I think it is that they are too oily for my liking. Service was friendly. The restaurant was very clean. There is a wall full of art. And music playing. Of course too loud for my ears. That is a me thing. I have the same issue most places I go. I will say that I recognized one song though I know an English version. It was kind if fun to try and sing along. read more

Debating between a 4 or 5 stars~ reason being sometimes the tacos are greasier and saltier than other times visit. So consistency in taste is not the best. But at the times where food are great, I really enjoy their street tacos the best among Henderson area. Great flavor and hit the spot every time. Coming from LA, I realize quickly a decent street taco is pretty hard to come by. I just feel like if you can't get it right in 2026, stop and do something else! With that said, I just ordered $100 worth of food on doordash. I was craving tacos so bad and had high hopes I wouldn't fall victim to many others who received tacos without the cilantro, onion, and lime, on my pollo asada tacos. That should be a federal offence in taco world. The chicken quality is definitely questionable and dry. It was not eaten. The vegetarian bean taco was flavorless and soggy because it seemed the tortillas were just taken straight from the package and made into a taco instead of putting them on the grill to warm. The Jamaica was painfully sweet. I don't think it was it at all, it tasted like expired great value cranberry juice. My Wife ordered carne asada fries. Huge portion but complete mush. You'll learn with experience for a delivery of fries, maybe cook crispier. We only live 4 miles away. The corn cup was so damn awful. Watery mayo. The red sauce taste like they dropped a bucket of it behind the grill at the end of shift, mopped it up, and served it. Tbh, the worst red sauce I ever had in my 40 years! The green sauce, ironically THE best I ever had from a little spot like this! But let me tell you what else was wonderful. The birria taco. Perfect it did have the cilantro and onion, but no lime. The consume was good! I sipped it like soup. Lacked spice perhaps for others but I loved it! The mashed potato taco was my favorite! Was still crispy apon delivery too! But unfortunately the oil it was fried in should have been changed a week ago. With all the taco places here in Vegas, would I come back? Absolutely not. Do I regret trying this place? The Chile relleno was amazing, birria tacos are delicious and their carne fries were fantastic. They have a rewards program and you can call in ahead of time or order online for convenience. Their truck up north was so good that we thought we had to come in to try the tacos here. The lengua here had more of a shredded texture compared to the delicious large pieces up north. The chorizo and al pastor were just so-so as well. Probably wouldn't come back, but I do love the salsa bar they have for the tacos. read more

I've ordered multiple times from this place and pretty much eat here about once a week or so. I've ordered by phone for pick up, online for pick up, via uber eats, and inside the restaurant for to go orders and eating there. Every encounter I have had with their staff has been very pleasant. They are all super nice! I personally have never had any issue with an order or the staff. I love the food here at this location and never get tired of it. Inside the restaurant is chill when not busy. When Ive gone inside I have seen the staff clean the tables shortly after someone leaves, wipe down the salsa bar and drinks counter. The place is pretty clean. I have tried different things on their menu but my go tos are: Quesa Tacos (carne asada) with a side of consume, carne asada nachos with extra nacho cheese and guac, Carne Asada burrito, sides of rice and beans, elote in a cup, arroz con leche, churros and their horchata. For me personally this is one of my favorite taco places hands down to eat at. read more

Everyone kept telling me I had to visit Tacos Los Barrios. My employees, my husband's co-workers, Yelp, Instagram... the list goes on and on. I should have listened to these people a long time ago because this place is excellent. My husband finally got to try it, catering style at work, and he told me he HAD to take me there on a date night. Walking in around 515pm, it was already fairly busy. My hubs was told to try to come in before 6pm because it's a madhouse after then and I would agree to that because as time went by, more and more people were coming in for both take out and dine in. Ordering was easy and the person taking the order was really good to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. She made sure to inform us what was on the Taco Tuesday special and what wasn't and made sure to accommodate my husband's no cilantro order. I can see why this place is so popular. The food is really amazing. We got carne asada tacos, queso birria tacos with consommé and a birria quesadilla. Everything was soooo good. The birria meat is so tender and flavorful. It's pretty juicy and probably didn't need the extra consommé but the consommé was good with everything so I would not not order it again. The tacos and the quesadilla were FILLED with meat, so it was absolutely worth the price. The place was really clean, and the tables were close but comfortable. I loved the salsa bar because it had a lot more stuff than most of the sad bars I've seen lately. The pickled onions were the highlight, as well as the hot red salsa. We have been 3 times now and we are obsessed. Highlights: +the green sauce is so amazing. The whole sauce bar is great, but the green sauce. It has pieces of avocado in it! Delicious! +The Al pastor breakfast burrito was also amazing. Great flavor and jam-packed. Even the potatoes were great, which is not often my sentiment. +Al pastor nachos, also delicious!! Words cannot describe +Taco Tuesday - great deal for tacos filled with meat. We tried so many (Al pastor, carne asada, etc) all of it was tasty. My family and I came here a few weeks ago and pretty much got a taste of the menu. I ordered the grilled shrimp burrito which was massive and very tasty. I also got a campechana taco, which I have never had before. Apparently it is a combination of all of their meats on one taco. This taco was pretty dry if I'm being honest. I really needed to douse it in all of their free salsas to even give it a chance. Speaking of the salsa bar, they have 5 different salsas. pickled veggies and onions, radishes, limes, and cucumbers, all free, which is fantastic. I loved trying different sauces on each of my items and figuring out which ones best fit. We also got the churros, which while warm, seemed a bit hard and were not the best I've had, even in town. This place is pretty good overall but for my money, I have my favorites in Henderson which I would rather go to. I am still glad I tried it though. read more

I had the quessabirria that was delicious and it came as a combo with 3 tacos and rice and beans with consome. You even have the option to change the meat so I went 2 regular and one lengua (cow's tongue) and 10/10!! My husband went with Cali burrito and it was perfect, not messy or overly stuffed. My go-to is the Quesabirria (always with the consomé, of course), and the Birria Ramen is a game-changer you have to try. While the service is decent, I highly recommend ordering ahead for pickup--it makes the whole experience smoother. There is some seating, but it's pretty limited, so plan accordingly. First time here. Got hungry for lunch and noticed it when driving by. Checked reviews and decided to try it. Parking lot was busy in the little strip mall but I found a space. Went in and it has walk up counter. Two people ahead of me in line, a few waiting for to go orders, and probably half full of people dining in. Counter order service was fast and server was friendly. I opted for shredded beef barrio taco and chips with guacamole. My order was bought to table in about ten minutes. Reasonable time with crowd and number of employees. I loved the flavors in the taco and it was very filling. The chips were just okay. The guacamole was delicious and I think freshly made. The salsas were very good and I liked the sliced carrots and cucumber. Cute place with comfortable seating. Clean. I'll be back to try more items. read more

I loved this taco spot. I always come here, but I am very disappointed with today's service. I had ordered Uber eats because it's raining heavily outside. I ordered a quesa birria with consume on the side and they had forgotten my consume! I called the spot and they said sorry there's really nothing I can do. Which I understand, it happened already. I simply cannot eat the tacos without the consume what I did was, I had to drive there in the rain to get my consume. There were no apologies for my inconvenience. And he handed me my consume with cilantro all on the cup with no bag acting all rude! The women was nice but I'm just shocked that's how a small business treat their customers. read more

We went here on the recommendation of a friend in the neighborhood and made a large order one night when we were unable to drive ourselves! We got a whole sampling of a bunch of different tacos and a couple burritos. We have tried pretty much all of their meats, from lengua to campechano and all the meats in between. All have been excellent. Everything was amazing. OK, I'm not Mexican myself so I don't have true authority in the matter, but I spent a lot of time when I was younger in Mexico hunting with my dad, driving all over and staying with local friends and we ate a lot of local food. This was easily the same quality and flavor I would have expected there. We have ordered a bunch since that first time, enough to the point that whenever we're feeling like we're don't want to cook for ourselves and the wife looks at me and asks what I feel like, I just have to smile and she knows. I often come here for Taco Tuesday. The tacos are delicious and only $2 each on Tuesday ($3 other days). I recommend the Al Pastor and Pollo Asado. One downside is that it can get very busy around lunch time, to the extent that it can even be difficult to find a table. There is also a 75 cent charge for credit card, so cash may be best if you have a small order. read more
