Double corn tortillas and full of great flavored pork. The asada is one tortilla and is also good but I find my tortilla always falls apart. The quesabirria tacos are also very hot and tasty. If you go in Tuesday expect a wait because they are usually packed. I need to try a few other menu items because I've liked their meats. They have a salsa bar which has various salsas, cucumbers, radish, carrots, pickled onions, and jalapeños. They keep it clean. The staff has always been friendly and so a great job.

Years ago. In fact, we were such regulars that the owner gifted us a bottle of Tequila one year! But the older we get, the further the drive seems. So now we only venture here a time or two a year and yet, when Karina saw us waiting to be seated, she immediately recognized us and welcomed us back, saying that it'd been a long time. It made me feel at home, which is always the case here. I had three tacos, a la cart: Flavorful carne asada; generous fried pescado; and house-made chorizo. They were all so good. Four happy diners. And our guests offered to do the driving in the future, so we can return more often. YAY! Now that's a win-win.

I ordered the menudo, and while it was good, I personally felt it could have used a little more flavor. Now, keep in mind, I'm from Michoacán, and we love our food full of spices and bold flavors! My husband ordered the Molcajete and requested a #5 spice level, but it wasn't quite as spicy as we expected. The items were a bit pricey, especially the aguas frescas. We assumed they would be refillable drinks, but unfortunately, they weren't. However, I must give a special shoutout to our waitress, Flor! She provided wonderful service, and her beautiful smile was absolutely contagious. She truly made us feel welcomed and added something special to our dining experience. Overall, we enjoyed the good food, great music, and lively ambiance. We appreciate the service and atmosphere, and we will definitely be back! Thank you, Chile Caliente!d

We also got the birria eggrolls which were good. Everything could've had more meat in it and some of the meats were not as flavorful as others. But overall good for the price. Overall probably more of 3 stars based on our experience but we didn't get any tacos which are more of their speciality from what I understand. Everything gets packaged for takeout. We wanted a quick bite to eat and my bf suggested we go as he had driven past it before. We were to only people in there at 730 at night. The menu was clear and easy to read. We both were a little sad that the diet soda was not working but they had water available. We ordered chips as an appetizer and grabbed some salsa from the salsa bar. They were all super flavorful. The darkest red salsa was thicker and smokey with such a kick. That was our favorite as the flavor and heat was perfect. The birria combo with rice/beans was a perfect sized meal. I judge a Mexican restaurant from it's beans and let me say, they were fresh, hot and incredible. I would go back just to buy them. The tacos were also amazing. The meat was tender and not fatty. The consomme was yummy, but I would have liked some more flavor to this. I would eat here again if I was in the area but not something that I would seek out.

Now, I I haven't bought too many tacos from food trucks, and that's something that I really need to fix in my life, but let me tell you, these were great! I personally would say these are a good deal. I'm a big eater and got five tacos for $20 and was full. They are bigger than street tacos though I still downed them in about 3 or 4 bites. They come with a nice mild green salsa and a spicier red one and plenty of limes for squeezing. The five tacos that I got were mahi-mahi, shrimp, al pastor, carne, asada, and carnitas.
