There were a couple of families ahead of him in line, and the employee taking orders was handling things in a very inefficient way. She would wait for each order to be prepared and handed out before taking the next one instead of moving the line along by taking multiple orders. By the time it was finally my husband's turn, he ordered breakfast burritos and was told that they stopped serving them at noon. The frustrating part is that he had already been waiting in line well before noon, but because orders weren't being taken in a timely manner, he missed out. He even pointed this out, but was still told no. It just seems like this could've been easily avoided with better organization. Really disappointing experience.

Fedora man was the one who treated us great, took our drink order and never saw our server once until I asked a kind busser to call her over. After she took our order that was it, nothing. She acknowledged every other table plenty of times, but never stopped by us again. It's unfortunate, but the owner sent us shots and the fedora man really tired to make up for it the trash service we received from our server. My dad is a regular here, but I think this is the last time I'll stop by.

They have a self ordering screen with photos of their different menu items, which is so helpful for visual people like me, or you could order online. The service here was amazing and the workers were kind. Everything was so good. I will say as a first timer here, who has been looking for a place that sells tortas and burritos, I will be revisiting. We ordered two tortas and they were both amazing; The carne asada was nicely seasoned. If you're looking for a new spot to try, this definitely has to be bumped up to number one on your list. Well after 5 years we found ourselves driving cross country and we knew we had to stop when we were in the area.
