We randomly stumbled on them while at the Subaru dealership (funny enough..we ended up buying a car!), and grabbing a bite here was the cherry on top of an already exciting day. First time trying this food truck! The customer service was good! Love the branding. I got a Mob Burger. I wasn't a fan, but I'm sure others would love it. I did enjoy the mob sauce. I just feel like I was eating a smashed grilled cheese sandwich with super super thin Patties and the cheese was burnt. Buuuuut I did have the Chicago style hot dog and that was amazing! The real problem is you can only eat so many, but with the choices it's a struggle to choose. The quality of the dogs, to the presentation mob dawgs has left no detail missed, and cut no corners. The only other issue we have is that they are not open every night, but if that's the only complaints, they're already making a run on Vegas.
