There is low to medium music playing so not too loud. The food was delicious I got Cameron's à la diabla next time I will get the spicier level but medium was really good as well. My husband got cóctel de camarón it's not on the menu but they made it for us. Awesome brunch spot! We sat out on their enclosed patio and absolutely loved the vibe--it's bright, comfortable, and has such a great energy with great music playing! The presentation here is so fun! They provide some homemade tostada shells with their house salsa and bean dip. Our drinks were served in the cutest glass decor, which was an awesome touch. My daughter had the El Coco (had Rum) which was in a cute pineapple glass and I had the Azul (had Gin) which was served in a glass seashell. For food, I had the steak and eggs, and my daughter ordered the quesabirria tacos (which come out in a super cool little presentation rack). AMAZING PLACE! Like mind blowing amazing. This is coming from a Mexican girl, this place is authentic Mexican food and it is delicious, for real Mucho Loco is now one of my favorite places in Vegas. All the staff are so friendly and nice, what I loved the most is that they speak both English and Spanish, waiters are so polite and make sure to get your order good, they go above and beyond. What we loved the most was the feeling of being in a patio without being outside which is amazing cause if you sit down inside it feels like being in a cantina, but "outside" is like a patio with ac, just perfect for Vegas. They've fully leaned into a fun Bad Bunny / Latin pop vibe--music videos playing on every TV, setting such a great energy. To start, I ordered their Horchata Latte (I'm a sucker for good coffee with sweet cinnamon horchata flavors). The menu lists it cold, but they happily made it hot for me. It was solid--nice cinnamon-coffee taste--but not the creamiest, most authentic horchata experience I've had. Right away, they brought out warm house-made tostada shells with their homemade bean dip and salsa. Both were super flavorful and hit the spot. For my main, I went with the chilaquiles topped with steak (their carne asada, exactly what I wanted) and red sauce. The sauce had great flavor with just a subtle kick--nothing overpowering. My wife got the same but with green sauce, which was equally delicious, just with a bright, slightly lemony note. We happened to be at Arroyo Crossing near Home Depot tonight and decided to grab dinner. There used to be a Mexican restaurant in this spot that honestly wasn't very good, so we hadn't been back in quite a while. Since we were already there and it was dinner time, we figured we'd give it another try and were pleasantly surprised to discover a new place called Mucho Loco. What a fantastic surprise. The service was warm, attentive ( thank you Joanna) and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Even the chips and dips were served in a fun and creative way, with the crispy tortilla chips standing upright in a holder and flavorful house sauces on the side, a small touch that made a great first impression. My husband started with the ceviche, which he said was some of the freshest he's had in Las Vegas, topped with avocado and beautifully prepared. For dinner he ordered the whole fish, which came out looking incredible and he absolutely loved it, he said it was one of the best he's had in town. I had the birria tacos, which came out in a really cool little taco cart presentation that made the whole dish feel extra special. The tacos were packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. The dessert and coffee menu also looked amazing. We were honestly too full to try them this time, but there were so many things on the menu that caught our eye that we will definitely be back to explore more. I ordered the birria tacos, and not only were they delicious, they were presented in the cutest way. They came out on a mini taco stand that literally says "Tacos Mucho Loco," complete with little metal cups for the consommé and lime. It was such a fun presentation and made the whole experience even better. The birria itself was flavorful, tender, and perfectly crispy. My friend ordered the fajitas, which were also really good...great flavor and sizzling hot when they came out. We were also treated to a complimentary seafood drink, served warm with onions, cilantro, and lime. It was surprisingly tasty and such a nice extra touch that made us feel welcomed. I was here a few days ago with my family and must i say I was really disappointed with my experience here. While sitting on the patio, I noticed a baby roach crawling on the booth. Then, when I went to the restroom, I saw multiple roaches scattering across the floor. There were also flies all around the patio, which made the whole experience feel uncomfortable and unsanitary. The service was also pretty slow. It took a while for someone to come check on us, and at one point, I noticed our server sitting behind the bookshelf entrance on a bench instead of attending to customers. It also seemed like the restaurant was understaffed. There were only a few servers, and I even saw the host helping around while still having to seat guests. The staff looked like they had a lot to handle, so I think the restaurant really needs to add more servers. I hope management takes the cleanliness concerns seriously and makes sure there are enough staff members to properly take care of customers. read more

When I got seated immediately, warm chips, beans and salsa came to the table and the decorations on the wall really brighten up the place when I was looking around the place on every table there is a coat rack to hang your hats purse, and even jackets, which is so cool cause I've never seen that in a restaurant before the food came out hot and fresh and served really uniquely with plates. I first learned about this restaurant because they offer free mimosa to customers who wear pajamas to their brunch. Their waiters wear pajamas too. However, the weekend I planned to go, they stopped offering brunch and the fun PJ thing. They are nice enough to still allow us to wear PJs to the restaurant and offer us free margarita shots. We loved the experience. The food with presentation makes it really fun and it tasted great too. I ordered a cocktail that comes with a gigantic flower decorated bird nest. The drink was inside a bee shape container and then stuck in that bird's nest! So unique! The birthday celebration they do for customers is loud, fun and funny! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed warmly and immediately brought waters and their house dips, which was a great start. Our table ordered several cocktails and everyone genuinely loved their drinks, which almost never happens. My favorite was the Tamarindo Paloma, perfectly balanced and refreshing. I also had another cocktail with mango and pineapple flavors that was tropical and delicious. The food was just as good. Portions were generous and everything tasted flavorful and authentic. I ordered the Paco Green Enchiladas with refried beans and Mexican rice, and the green sauce had a great tang while the sides were well seasoned. A special shoutout to Katarina, who took care of us with such great energy and attentiveness. Came here for brunch with my husband, and while the vibe was definitely cool -- kind of a hidden speakeasy feel because you had to go through this bread book shelf, the food just didn't hit the mark for us. I wanted to try this place after seeing the name in a few reviews. The place was a little on the higher price side for 'Mexican food' but I wanted to see what the place had to offer. I was surprised they only have a brunch menu. I had a walk through the restaurant to be seated in the bar side, the place was very large with lots of empty tables but it was mid week. I ordered an ice tea. Chips and salsa were brought to the table as I viewed the menu. Since I was on the bar side of the restaurant I was curious about the drinks menu. The drink menu was loaded with a large selection of drinks with fancy names attached. I had some more errands to run after I ate so I passed on a cocktail but their names and descriptions sounded inviting. I ordered an appetizer I know it was a ceviche with shrimp, octopus and tuna. It also had a lot of fresh jalapeños and covered with a tangy lime juice topped off with onion and cilantro. They brought fresh corn chips to scoop with. As they did this they removed the table chips and salsas which disappointed me as I often use the salsa as an add to the entree if it was needing extra spice and who doesn't eat chips with the meal. This ceviche was outstanding, very tangy, with the right amount of spice, some might not like this but I love a spicy dish. For my entree I had the carne asada Mr loco. The sirloin flap was grilled on open flame, it was flavorful but just a tad chewy and served medium cook. It had chorizo, baby onions, jalapeño, cactus, a type of cheese served like a brick semi sold which I placed a bit of all of this to the warmed corn tortillas that accompanied the dish. It was a great bite and lots of spice. All in all the food was good the service was good and I enjoyed it, especially the ceviche. The prices were a bit high, $19 for the appetizer and $29 for the carne asada. Portion size was average. Would I go back, perhaps, I really loved the ceviche. I'm Mexican and I feel like I'm pretty picky when it comes to Mexican restaurants because no one does it quite like my grandma but everything my husband and I ordered here was 10/10. They give you so much chips and salsa and the chips aren't stale. They're good chips AND the salsa ...we literally kept eating more and even packed some in a to go box because it is that good.
