    Dry to the bone.

I'll start with the best part, the service. We were greeted right away by friendly and polite staff. Fabulous ambiance. There were big screens everywhere with games on the tables to play. It was a vibe. My disappointment was tasting the brisket and burnt ends. It was really dry and tough. I couldn't eat it. I will say, some of the burnt ends were edible but overall I'm disappointment and frustrated that they would serve this. This place is 5 minutes from my house, but I don't think I'll go back. U just can't serve dried out food and expect repeat business. Do better

Decent barbecue if you are craving it and in the area. Both of the guys working were very friendly, so no issues in the customer service department. There was a review a few days ago talking about how the restrooms were disgusting, I did not find that to be the case during my visit, everything was clean and well maintained in the restaurant and the restrooms. The food itself was alright, we ordered the 3 meat combo with pulled pork, brisket burnt ends, jalapeno sausage with mac n cheese and potato salad. The pulled pork was extremely dry and difficult to enjoy without sauce (which was good). The brisket burnt ends which are a $4 up charge, had a good bark and flavor, but were also pretty dry and benefited from sauce, which you can see both in the attached photos. The jalapeno sausage was my least favorite, something about it felt generic almost like i've had the same exact thing elsewhere. The mac n cheese was pretty good, and the potato salad was also good in a very classic way. Overall, its worth stopping by and giving it a shot, especially if you're on this side of town and want barbecue because there is not many options. If the meat was less dry it would have definitely gotten 5 stars, which may be the case normally, but was not during our visit.

Burnt ends. Brisket. Ribs. Mac and cheese . Loaded baked potatoe.

Great service. Sam and Alex have good attention to detail. I asked Sam to give me what he would order. The food did not disappoint. Good food. Great service Good ambiance.

Enjoyable dining experience. The turkey, brisket and chicken were delicious. Fries were hit and freshly made. Service was friendly and swift. Cole slaw was good, Texas toast was crispy and had good flavor. Overall great stop for BBQ. Restaurant was a bit smokey inside from the smoker, I didn't mind (actually found it authentic and enjoyable), but if you have severe reaction to BBQ smoke, might be beneficial to get a to-go order. Serving sizes were good too. Highly recommend this BBQ joint.

First time trying it! Staff was very nice and welcoming and the pulled pok sandwich was great! The mac snd cheese was good. I'd definitely come back!

I picked up an order after toggling through the Postmates maze of distractions. It was about 7pm. I was greeted pretty much immediately when I entered. I ordered a 3 meat combo but they were out of chicken so I requested more ribs. The entrance is pretty wide open and the menu is available for viewing at the door. Since I ordered pickup I just went right to the counter. It looks like a smokehouse/bbq type of place if that makes sense. Like you feel like you're at a backyard bbq and I enjoyed that. I got the sauces on the side and the meal comes with a Texas toast and 2 sides. Fries (which were def the freshest I've had in a long time) and bbq baked beans (one of my fave sides of all times). Brisket was juicy and flavorful and not tooooo fatty. Like you really get a good amount of actual meat. The ribs were so tender and well seasoned. Smoky and delicious. I'm glad the sauce came on the side because it's not needed but still delicious. The baked beans reminded of beans I'd have at a family bbq. Perfecto I'll definitely be back during the daytime to try the chicken and hopefully the Carolina sauce which was also gone by the time I arrived.

Amazing service with even better food! We randomly found this place on yelp and thought the food looked food + they have lunch specials! I ended up getting the brisket sandwich from the tuesday special (i think $4 off?) and my partner got the 2 meat plate. The brisket was tender without too much fat and also very flavorful! Brisket sandwich -- 8/10. Pretty standard tender brisket sandwich. They offered to put toppings on the side which I appreciated :) 2 meat plate (brisket & burnt ends) -- 9/10. The meats were super tender and the sides were good as well. I like how creamy the mac was. The potato salad was a little too sour for my taste, but still good!

As soon as we walked in, we were hit with the mouthwatering aroma of BBQ! We were greeted right away with warm smiles and friendly service, which set the tone for a great first visit. Ordering at the counter was quick and easy, and before we knew it, the food was delivered straight to our table. Since it was our first time, we sampled a little bit of everything, and wow, what a spread! The bacon baked potato was loaded to perfection, and the brisket absolutely stole the show. It was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The ribs had that perfect smoke ring and literally fell off the bone. The burnt ends were tasty too, though the brisket was still the standout. We also tried the sausage, which was juicy, flavorful, and a perfect complement to the meal. The sides held their own. The cornbread was moist with just the right sweetness, the baked beans had savory bits of meat, not overly sweet, which we loved, and the mac and cheese was creamy and comforting--though a little crunch on top would've taken it to the next level. This spot may be a hidden hole-in-the-wall, but it's absolutely worth seeking out. Great food, great service, and a welcoming vibe; we'll definitely be back!

Seriously a gem over here. My girl from Vegas brought us here, it's a small little place with BIG flavors! Raul was quite helpful and answered all our questions. The meats were amazing! Smoked, flavorful, and so tender. The sauces, they have various flavors in squeeze bottles- so good! The sides- amazing! We ordered the beans, mac n cheese, baked potatoes, and fried Okra. We will happily be back!

Three of us went for dinner on a Monday night about 90 minutes prior to closing. The meats were good and the sides were excellent. Most all the brisket was tender and delicious, while a little bit was dry and sliced too thick. Most all the chicken was good, but some was a little dry. The brisket burnt ends were great, but again a few were hard and dry. We're guessing most of the dryness was the result of us coming in near the end of the shift. Most of the sides really stood out; fried okra, garlic mashed potatoes, baked beans with brisket, and cole slaw were all great. Friendly service. Soda fountain inside. Raiders photos and decorations throughout, with TVs all over.

Keto/Carnivore approved! If you're looking for a clean and cozy place with awesome staff to feed for meat cravings this is the place! Have tried a couple BBQ places in Vegas and while this is the furthest from our home this will be my first choice. Burnt end sandwich obviously not keto approved but friend said it was delicious and the sharp cheddar slice was a standout. The brisket has amazing flavor, juicy, and tender. If I had room I'd eat a whole pound. The pulled pork was tasty and juicy as well. Wife and I shared 1/2 lb of each with left overs to go. Must try Vegas BBQ!

The non-smoking section of Chicago Brewing Company is pretty small with just a handful of tables. If you sit in the bar area, which has a lot more seating, you might be subjected to cigar and cigarette smoke. I don't smoke, but I don't mind cigarette smoke in Vegas, but cigar smoke when people are eating is a dyck move if you ask me. Take it outside. Magnolia's Veranda is cavernous. I've never had to wait for a table no matter the time of day, and the service is always great. I will say in my experience the service at Chicago Brewing Company was great, too, based on my one visit, but I wonder how it might be during busy times. It appeared to me the front of the house was handled by the bartender and the hostess. I could foresee them getting in the weeds when it's busy. For this lunch outing at Chicago Brewing Company, I chose the Cobb salad hold the eggs. It was generous portioned and excellent. The service was excellent, too. It was on the ball from start to finish. Cheers! Be sure to check out my Las Vegas pics and pans collection.

My husband found it to be too salty, but that's probably from the pizza. I was extremely hungry after not having dinner and it was already 11:30pm. The entrance might be easy to miss. You have to go up some stairs to get to the restaurant. One minus point was that the ceiling was dripping water down. Doesn't make the dining experience fell all that great, though we couldn't sit elsewhere as we needed a bigger table.

What drew me in to this restaurant was a past appearance on the Maury Povich Show, where I took a paternity test for someone who claimed she was my daughter. The end result? I was cleared, so Maury pointed at me while telling her that he's "Not yo' daddy." And so I visit Nacho Daddy on occasion, strictly for celebratory reasons. Birria nachos are excellent, made with a high quality shredded beef with pickled onion, cilantro, sour cream, cheese, and lime on top of a stack of chips. Having birria without consommé was new, but this one didn't really need it with all the flavors jumping out. Another recommendation is the cheeseburger nacho, an Americanized version with ground beef, bacon, cheddar, jack, queso, onions, tomato, and lettuce. The 'mini nachos' are perfectly sized for a light meal but if you're hungry, get the full size order which is huge and shareable. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. He is polite, respectful, and actually understands what customer service means. Without him, this would be a zero-star review. I stayed away from this place for a while because of past experiences, but I thought I'd give it another try. Big mistake. The front counter employee (short, rude, and completely disrespectful) the name of my receipt was "BRETT B." had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. The way he speaks to customers is unacceptable. While we were there, we literally watched him look around to see if anyone was paying attention and then pour beer into a cup and drink it while working. We even recorded it -- unfortunately you can't post videos here. It was obvious something was off. His behavior, the lack of awareness, the attitude -- it left customers standing there whispering in shock that he was even on shift. It didn't stop there. While waiting at the pickup window, we watched a tall, bald employee standing on top of the deep fryers -- which were actively in use -- scraping the exhaust vents with a large knife. Those fryers contain extremely hot oil. Watching someone balance over active cooking equipment like that was alarming. If that's not a safety concern, I don't know what is. It certainly didn't look safe or professional. I'm sure OSHA will like to see the video that we have as well as the Southern Nevada Health District because I'm sure that these are both places that will see violation. As I fully planned to call my friend Joshua that works there and email him all of this. As for the food? The burgers are consistently dry and rarely made the way you order them. You don't get what you ask for. Period. I ordered medium and it was completely red inside. Please see photos and when I called and asked him about why it was wrong. The answer I got was the following. " well I don't know what to tell you. We only make what you give us when you order. You should check it before you walked away." It's unfortunate because this location has potential. It's in a casino, right by the sportsbook, and it's convenient -- which is likely the only reason people keep going. But convenience does not excuse poor service, questionable professionalism, and obvious safety concerns. I stand where I can see my food being prepared because I genuinely don't trust what's going on behind that counter. That says everything. This place needs serious evaluation of who they have working there and how it's being managed. Until that happens, I do not recommend eating here. Not unless you're prepared for incorrect orders, dry food, and customer service that makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. You'd honestly receive better service at McDonald's. I won't be going back. Eat here with caution.

I was not expecting a restaurant in a casino to be this good. My friend and I stopped at 8 East…read morebefore seeing the Backstreet Boys and were seriously impressed. We ordered the brisket fried rice, which I can see why is their most popular dish, plus the cucumber salad (how is a cucumber salad THIS good?), bok choy, sizzling shrimp, steamed short rib dumplings, and pork belly bao. Everything was excellent. My friend also got cocktails, which she loved. Our waiter was super cool and attentive without being overbearing. We were honestly blown away by the whole meal. Definitely one of the best surprises of our Vegas trip.

Very good restaurant if you're craving Asian food. I came over here massively hungover and this was…read moreexactly what I needed. Great decor, ambience and staff. Very attentive and friendly. We got the brisky dumplings, pan seared. I Was expecting the small din tai fung sized ones with little filling, but these were FAT dumplings, with good amounts of brisket inside. WE got the brisket fried rice - also very good, and the garlic noodles. I really liked the char that the noodles and rice had. Only thing for me is that the fried rice and noodles seemed to have a little too big much oil in it. I don't think that's an indictment on 8 east itself, but more of a general Chinese/Taiwanese cooking method. But other than that, I would certainly come back again.
