Now the ribs on the other hand, some of them were a little bit tough and they seemed as though they could've used a little bit more time on the grill, but the flavor was OK. The baked beans were decent. They definitely had a flavor that I've had before, but my family was very happy with them. The macaroni and cheese definitely was good. There was nothing to be complaining about. It was creamy. The noodles were not overcooked... The garden salad. The vegetables looked so fresh. It was packed very pretty. This review is about their takeout, I haven't been to the physical location yet, only driven by many times (and quite often wondered about it). We've ordered from here many times by now often with success, they never screw up the order and include condiments such as their BBQ sauce and a random white sauce (hehe). I like the half chicken with my mash taters (gravy inside) mac n cheese and baked beans. The chicken is never dry and very tasty, skin comes right off and I'm a skin guy so yum. The ribs are insanely good! Tender and meaty with just the right amount of smoke. Chicken is moist and well seasoned. The house bbq sauce is great on the ribs and the blueberry gives the chicken a great zip! People are friendly and helpful. The decor is nothing special, but the food makes up for it. Portions are generous and the prices are more than fair! Seems to be a place the locals come, which is always a good sign. It is hard to find good bbq on the west coast, but they are doing it right!
