The chicken katsu (actually two to the order) were thin, well breaded and deep fried perfectly. I think they were prepared previously and just refried to order. The katsu's were sliced into strips and served on a bed of cabbage along with two good sized scoops of white rice and one of macaroni salad. Ample condiments were provided as well as were about five napkins and a disposable fork. The quantity of food could feed 2 easily and maybe a third. The cutlets were tasty, not oily from the refrying. Sliced thinly. The rice was cooked well, just a tiny bit sticky . The macaroni salad was good really mayonnaisey though. The trucks park to the left of Lee's Discount Liquor on El Capitan so that area of the lot does get really congested even though there will still be parking available.
