I wasn't expecting much, but this is really pretty good. It's in a strip mall just a couple of blocks from the real Strip. It has a fun, friendly vibe (I started chatting up other people in line) and a no-frills interior with picnic benches and loud colors. They were tragically out of spare ribs that night, but luckily the menu is pretty large. I cannot pass up beef ribs. These were big, meaty, and tender with a nice smoke. The Half is a large portion for one person, but yes, I ate the whole thing. It comes with pickles. I added a side of mac and cheese which was cheesy and creamy, though I'm not a fan when people garnish with shredded, unmelted cheese; it was good anyway. I also got the cole slaw which was decent. It's fun to try the different sauces, though they weren't really needed (a compliment). I thought I'd prefer the spicier ones, but the original was nicely balanced. The portions are big and prices good for barbecue, so honestly I'm not sure how to handle the All You Can Eat, but I'd like to try one day.

The greens had an interesting flavor that none of us cared for, the yams still had skin pieces and outside of sugar didn't hold any flavor, and the mashed potatoes were bland. The restaurant itself is spacious. And the lady who rang up our order was really sweet and helpful. I also noticed they had an AYCE deal that sounded like a good price if all guests in your group are willing to commit.
This is my favorite Rollin Smoke in town! A great vibe in this spot right off the Vegas strip! They make it so easy to call in and place your order! There was no wait and everyone was nice! The beef ribs, coleslaw, waffle fries, chopped brisket, and banana pudding are staples in my orders from here! I work on the strip and drove this back home to my bf in Lake Las Vegas. I joked around and told him I forgot the sauce and he looked devastated! Luckily I just bought a bottle of sauce to bring home. The beef ribs are HUGE! Excellent serving size! Be prepared to eat when you get there!

Checked out Rolling Smoke Barbecue today, and for Las Vegas BBQ, it was a pretty solid experience. The brisket was tender and cooked well, the burnt ends had good flavor, and the Hot Link was solid with a nice balance of seasoning and texture. The sides were also better than expected. The potato salad was especially good, and the mashed potatoes had a lot of flavor and paired well with the meats. My only disappointment was the smoke profile. I was hoping for a stronger smoke presence across the meats, and they definitely benefited from the sauces. Thankfully, the sauces were excellent, especially the mustard-based sauce, which added a great tangy kick and complemented the BBQ perfectly. Overall, I enjoyed the meal. The quality was there, the flavors were good, and it's a strong BBQ option in a city where great barbecue can be hard to find.
Everything we tried was amazing!!! From the fried catfish to the brisket to the beef rib. The only notes I have are that the ends of the beef ribs were a little tough but I understand they need to cook it all the way through all the ribs. The fried catfish was fried to perfection and was the perfect crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And the sauce that with it was also really good. The brisket was nice and tender and the different sauces offered were really good!!! The service was amazing! The owner's son called out our name to bring us our food and it was good to see him doing his job so diligently! Vibe is typical Texas bbq place with picnic tables inside and out. Loved that they blast the AC especially since it was so hot outside.
I have been to MANY bbq places all over the US...this one is probably the best I have had. Hub and I get the three meat combo with smoked turkey, chopped brisket and chopped pork. We chose baked beans for a side, and added the collard greens. The meat here is cooked to perfection! They also have several sauces that are amazing! These are located by the soft drink section and you can help yourself to as many variety sauces that you want. Inside is cozy with picnic style tables...very clean. They have outdoor seating as well. We got there at 11am and by the time we left, not many tables were left...so the word is out on this place. The person taking our order was friendly and efficient.
The amount of food you get for the price is fantastic. Service is even better! Something about good service. It just makes the food better IMO. Ambiance of the place is great. Nice family feel to the place. Bench style seating. Please see pictures, we ordered a lot of food. Fed roughly 14 people and still had food left.
Meat meat and more meat!! Best AYCE BBQ ever! Definitely worth stopping by if you're looking for tasty bbq and a lot of it! Was so excited to eat I didn't take any pics. Will definitely share the joy next time!
Tried the 2 meat plate with brisket and chicken. My brisket came out a little cold, but my partner said theirs was good. The chicken was decent and the collard greens were actually really good. The mac and cheese wasn't really my favorite, but the Kool-Aid was good. The banana pudding was very sweet but still tasty. Peach cobbler was okay. I personally didn't like the soft pie pieces mixed inside. Overall the food was decent and I'd probably come back to try other items. The jalapeño poppers were probably my favorite thing we tried. I visited Rollin Smoke Barbeque located close to industrial area of Las Vegas for my birthday on last Thursday. Overall it was just an okay experience. Upon entering, I right away noticed just how roomy this restaurant is. It has two large dining areas with lots of seating available. Never did the restaurant seem crowded or too full for the number of people there. The decorations at Rollin Smoke Barbeque had a very relaxed, casual atmosphere. Very much what you would want in a barbeque location in Las Vegas! The décor included many elements of rustic and modern design that added an inviting element! One thing I noticed immediately was how quickly the food came out to us. As soon as we placed an order, we were basically in a matter of seconds waiting on our food at most five minutes. The speed of getting this amount of food in such a short period of time is just incredible, especially since they get so many people coming through all day. This really made the whole experience of eating here smooth and simple! Unfortunately, while the atmosphere was great, the food was not good. I ordered a two meat plate with mac & cheese. however, both meats were not very enjoyable. The pork was extremely cold. In addition to the pork, I received an end cut of the baby back ribs as part of my meat portion. The end cut of the baby back ribs was almost inedible due to how tough they were. Even though there is a big problem with the food, I can still say that we really enjoyed the ambiance and service. This is one of those places where I would definitely give them another chance to see if they have improved on their food in the future. However, given this was for my birthday, I felt disappointed because our main course did not live up to the rest of what we experienced.

There are a few locations, but this review is focused on the location closest to the Strip Its location is several minutes from the center of the Strip. Don't be put off by the looks of the location. The site is in a kind of rundown strip mall-ish center with plenty of parking. Inside you order at the counter and food is brought to your table. Even with a line, service is friendly and wait times are pretty minimal. Their menu has a little of everything from beef ribs, brisket and sausage links to okra, corn nuggets and slaw. Seating is first come first serve and they have e quite a large dining area with plenty of tables with bench seats. Next to the soda machine are an abundance of different sauces that will appeal to even the pickiest of bbq eaters. For lunch we chose the 3 meat trio. We chose sliced brisket (it comes chopped if you don't specify) 1/4 dark meat chicken and hot links. For the included side, we chose the dirty rice. We added an extra 1/4 dark meat chicken and a side of cheesy mac and cheese. Wife and I split the brisket and hot links and we will usually have leftovers as they are generous with their portions. All the barbecue has rich and Smokey flavor. The brisket was tender and had a hive visible smoke ring around the edge. The links have nice heat that is not overpowering. The dark meat chicken is also tender and juicy. When you peel the skin back the meat underneath is glistening. Both the rice and macaroni complimented our protein selections. If I have one knock, the sides were merely warm and not hot. I think this as due to the volume of people there for lunch today. For sauce I chose their original and sweet mama varieties. They are very tasty and full of southern bbq influence. All-in-all, this is a great BBQ spot and centrally located for visitors to the Strip.
Excellent restaurant wide variety menu reasonable prices good food delicious highly recommended. I would come back here again A+.

We decided to check out this BBQ restaurant after seeing the high ratings across multiple review platforms, so I'll admit our expectations were pretty high. It's located off the Strip in a somewhat hidden, out-of-the-way plaza, which gives it more of a local, low-key feel. One thing I noticed right away was that the menu posted in the lobby didn't have prices, but the menu behind the register did. They have a huge selection of food, so there are plenty of options to choose from. We ordered the burnt ends, brisket, mac and cheese, chicken sliders, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and cornbread. The brisket was unfortunately overcooked, although the burnt ends were good. The meatloaf was okay but definitely not the best I've had. The mac and cheese was good, and the mashed potatoes were actually really good. The chicken sliders were just okay, and the cornbread didn't really stand out. Overall, I was a little disappointed because the reviews had me expecting something exceptional. Everything was decent, but honestly, the meal was pretty mediocre for me. Nothing was terrible, but nothing really blew me away either. I'd still give it four stars because there were several good items, the menu has a lot of variety, and our overall experience was fine. This is an unexpected review as it resulted from an undeliverable uber eats pickup. Long story short, support informed me that I couldn't be paid for the next delivery-- which I had already picked up-- due to the fact that it was accepted during an hourly rate period that was now over. So support cancelled the order, leaving me with this package: brisket, pulled chicken, cheddar link, and a baked potato. I'm going to start by telling you that the staff could not be nicer-- they respect drivers... which is lovely... even when understaffed. Let's get right to it: I was excited to try the brisket and it had good flavor but the texture suffered from the 45 minute drive to my kitchen. Maybe I'm spoiled by too much time in Texas... The house barbecue was sweet and tangy: the original Arkansauce. It did rescue the brisket. . . and left me curious about the rest of the sauce options. The potato was huge. It bulked this meal up to be an easy sharing portion for two old people. We were both underwhelmed by the cheddar sausage which would have benefited from a quick suntan. It was flaccid. The standout turned out to be the pulled chicken. Moist and flavorful with a balanced smokiness, it was absolutely delightful. Any time I end up with an undeliverable meal I try to make a value for the restaurant out of the event. I'm pretty sure we will make a point of trying this place in person-- and look forward to the chance to tip the awesome staff!' read more
Stopped in for a quick lunch and ended up ordering the trio with the spare ribs, burnt ends and hot links and side of BBQ beans. Hubby ordered the Rib Platter special with a side of slaw. We also started with the fried pickles and candied bacon. Portions were generous. We definitely could've split a meal between the two of us, but our eyes were bigger than our stomachs today. They had a bunch of different sauces that you could choose from on the side. I tried a few and they were good. I surprisingly liked the mustard one. I would've liked to have a beer with my food (which they had), but I was driving so ended up soda instead. The also had kool-aid and TANG! Who remembers tang as a kid? Staff were very nice and on top of it. I noticed as soon as someone was finished, they were cleaning. They also offer an AYCE (i think for $62?).. wouldn't have been worth it for me, but for all you BBQ lovers out there! I'll def be back to try something new. There were just too many things to choose from for the first time. read more

Quality/Quantity - Got the lunch special, and thank goodness I am a light eater. I was surprised and worried when I saw how small the sandwich was. Got the chopped brisket, slice is always better... Overall the sandwich was okay. I tried 3 of the 6 sauces, my favorite was the original house arkansauce. Mama sweet was too thin, watery for my liking. Sweet country girl was not my taste; it was not bad, just not my preference. Some burnt pieces of brisket I was not able to digest... I did not try any of the "hot" sauces. And was not interested in the Caroline Vinegar. Ambiance - Good size location. Areas can be sectioned off for private dining rooms. Indoor and outdoor seating. Picnic table style seating. Cool decor, I especially like the colorful fish tank. TVs throughout. Several bathrooms. Several self service drink stations. Small parking lot, but not an issue for today's lunch crowd. Service - Counter service. Price - $12; very reasonable for what I got. Especially so close to the strip. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 2011 and with your 4 locations. read more

Always good time here since 11 years ago. They have expanded with time with much more spacious seating area indoor and even patio seatings, but still good food and service. Neshia was great, I returned three times to order more food, and she remembered what I already got and what I didn't like, amazingly personalized customer service! Our party of 4 loves their cat fish, which is better than the ones we had in London and in Gordon Ramsay fish and chip. The burnt tips are so good, must have, too. Ribs and briskets are very flavorful and juicy as well. Gotta get a side of their fried corn pudding and highly recommend the sugar cane sweet tea. Nice staff, various of sauces (the sweet one is perfect with the briskets and ribs), great vibes for friends to hang out, and Nearby the strip!! Will definitely come back more often. read more

Disappointing Experience as Returning Local Customers We are Las Vegas locals and had visited Rollin Smoke Barbecue before. Our previous experiences were great, so when we were craving barbecue, we decided to return expecting another enjoyable meal. We ordered several combo meals to take home so we could try a variety of meats, sandwiches, and sides. One thing that caught us off guard was the $8 upcharge per sandwich to make it a combo ($16 total for the two sandwiches we ordered). We understand that upgrades cost extra, but those charges should be explained clearly when customers are ordering. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The portions seemed smaller than we remembered. The barbecue sauce was much sweeter than we expected and overpowered the flavor of the meat instead of complementing it. Some of the meats and sandwiches were also bland, lacking the rich, smoky barbecue flavor we remembered. There also wasn't much barbecue meat on the sandwiches, making them feel skimpy for the price. This isn't about being cheap--it's about value. We don't mind paying for good barbecue, but for the price we expected more. The combo didn't feel worth the extra cost. The side portions were very small. We were also concerned about the restroom. It was located near the kitchen, appeared rundown, and did not seem properly maintained or sanitized. A toilet brush was leaning against the wall, which added to the unclean appearance. Its condition made us question the restaurant's overall cleanliness and whether proper handwashing and food-handling practices were being followed. The most concerning issue happened after we ate the food at home. Both of us became very sick after eating from the same order. The photos included with this review were originally taken because we planned to share a positive post supporting a local restaurant we had enjoyed. We even noticed the sign encouraging customers to take photos, tag the restaurant, and share their experience. Unfortunately, after what happened, we decided to include the photos only to document our visit, what we ordered, and the condition of the restaurant. Between the unexpected combo upcharges, small portions, skimpy sandwiches, overly sweet barbecue sauce, bland food, cleanliness concerns, and both of us becoming sick afterward, this was a very disappointing experience. We hope management takes these concerns seriously and reviews its food preparation, storage, sanitation, restroom maintenance, and overall quality control. This restaurant is definitely over hyped. The food was ok but definitely does not deserve any rankings on best bbq. The pulled pork was extremely dry , no way to eat it alone had to cover in sauce. The ribs were good but nothing to brag about I've had much better. The sauces were the same ok but nothing special , they did have a good variety. The potato salad was pretty good but a very small portion for $7. read more

With tip, we fed our family of 4 for about $53 We ordered the combo plate and LOVED the quality!!! The candied yams with a strong cinnamon flavor was amazing but not my kiddos' jam. The loaded mashed potatoes & baked beans were on point. I was only disappointed by the rolls - would rather have had more pickles than them. Also the spicy and original BBQ sauces weren't my taste preference. I don't like the vinegar flavor of Carolina style BBQ and it was reminiscent of that. Maybe it's your liking? One of the things I love about Las Vegas is the amount of just phenomenal food. Only a few minutes from wherever you are. Like. No kidding, I have some of the best meals of my life in this city, and I'm not sure why it took me so long to discover Rollin Smoke. Our regular barbecue place was closed, so we went looking for an alternative. On social media and through recommendations from Google and Yelp, so I thought tonight's the night we're giving it a go., and settled on the five meat combo plate.. I figure that would give me a good sampling of everything that they do. Fair warning, you will get up charged $18 for the beef rib. But once you see the size of this thing, you will understand. They pulled chicken and pulled pork were off the chart... I don't know what seasoning they put on it, but it had kind of a slight Asian influence. The sliced brisket was really good with an amazing smoke ring. The rib tips were incredibly tasty and very well cooked as well. But the real star of the show was the giant beef rib. I love a good beef rib, and this one was definitely fall off the bone. Good. It was so juicy and tender, I would be hard-pressed to think of another place where I've had a rib. This good. And it's huge. Easily enough for two people to share. One way I judge a good barbecue place is by the sauces they provide and let me tell you Rollin Smoke nails it! I only tried three, but there were five to choose from. I tried the sweet, spicy, and vinegar. I wish I could say just one of those sauces stood out, but they all did. You definitely want to get several containers of that so you can try them all. Bottom line? This place is now residing in my top five barbecue places in Las Vegas of all time. You definitely need to go check it out... And don't skimp on the dino bone beef rib! read more
After being in Vegas for a week, we wanted something BBQ away from the glitter. Hubby wanted yet another burger but I was done with that! I ordered the brisket and I'm so glad I did. It was deliciously tender with great BBQ flavor. The waffle fries were strongly seasoned and I was all about it. The place is nothing fancy with BBQ tables and throw away dishes and cutlery. No waitstaff, order at the counter type of place. Nothing like the glitter and lights from the strip but honestly, I enjoyed my dinner here more than most places while in Vegas. Oh wow, why did it take me so long to try this place! I go to Vegas every year and have always heard about this spot and finally tried back in December. The must order here is the Beef ribs! The beef rib was so tender and delicious I cant stop thinking about it! So meaty, so juicy, so tasty. Yum! Other honarable mentions were the burnt ends and corn nuggets. Never had corn nuggets before and it was pretty interesting. It was also nice that they have a barbeque sauce self service bar where you can try all the different ones. read more
We stopped by Rolling Smoke BBQ for a to go order to feed what felt like a small army, and this feast absolutely understood the assignment. Got 4 lbs of brisket, 4 beef dino ribs, and some sides and dessert. The brisket was smoky, tender, and seasoned just right, while the Texas Twinkies (jalapeños stuffed with brisket and cream cheese, wrapped in bacon) disappeared faster than a magician could. The mac & cheese, loaded mashed potatoes, and garlic parmesan green beans all earned spots on the clean-plate club. Dessert sealed the deal with a delicious peach cobbler and banana pudding that practically demanded stretchy pants. My only complaint? One of my beef dino ribs was saltier than my relatives during family game night, though everyone else swore theirs was perfect and not salty at all. Bonus points for the tasty BBQ sauce, pickle-topped perfection, and packing everything accurately with plenty of utensils. This place is a hidden gem off the strip. The menu is vast and little overwhelming as the first menu didn't list prices. The server was super nice and helped decide what I ended up ordering. It's better going with friends to be able to try more things but I was solo. I ordered way more food than I needed. The beef rib was so good. It was big and juicy and not too fatty. The brisket was ok. Without the sauce it was a little dry. Their original sauce had a good flavor. It's not to thick nor sweet. The pulled pork was good. Their pickles were good too. I had high hopes for the onion straws. They were fried just right but way too salty. I had to toss them. This place is a Coke place. There are 2 big rooms for seating. Out running errands and had a taste for bbq burnt ends. I tried this spot about 10 or 11 years ago. I will NEVER go back here again! Ordered the two piece meat place with a side that didn't include a drink. It looks like a kids meal. The so called burnt ends was fatty and full of bbq sauce, no smoke flavor at all and that goes for the smoked turkey I had as well. Save your money and look for bbq elsewhere because this ain't it ! Sigh.... I wanted to love this place. It was just.....OK The brisket on my Protein brisket bowl was a bit fatty. That should have been trimmed away and not served. This made it hard to enjoy this dish. We ordered shrimp and hush puppies to only be told after receiving the food that the shrimp plate that was rung in doesn't come with hush puppies. The BBQ sauce wall was cute... not functional, but cute aesthetics. I just wasn't impressed. The food was ok, the service was ok, the aesthetics just ok.. I would probably not come back. I really don't know where to start! As I walked in, I saw the lovely grill like vibe and immediately saw the signature sauces you can choose from. I personally love the mama's sweet sauce, it tasted so good! It paired super well with my pulled pork burger! The coleslaw was amazing too! I loved all of the foods so there is nothing bad I can say about this lovely restaurant. The drink selection was nice, I liked that they had Kool-Aids but they were a bit sweet for my taste and were kinda warm. The staff was really nice and helpful. Great wood smoked BBQ. The service is quick and very friendly. Inside and out you have picnic tables for seating and in the back room plenty of tv's to catch a game. Soft drinks, tea, and beer available, no bar. I had the beef rib, sliced brisket, and spare ribs. Beef rib was melt in your mouth smoky goodness. Spare ribs were also delicious smoked perfection. My only complaint was the brisket, it was dry and bland. Maybe I should have had the chopped brisket. All in all a wonderful Barbecue spot! read more
Ordered delivery through Grubhub, my girlfriend was craving bbq. The service was amazing from the restaurant and delivery driver. Everything was well packed and food was delicious! We had the two meat choice with a side, fried okra, and house salad with ranch dressing. The pickles and sauce paired well with everything. We chose two servings of chopped brisket and the sauce was delicious, it had a small kick to it but was great. We definitely will be going there to eat in person to experience the ambience. They have a new area to the left of the main entrance outside and it's air conditioned and very nice. It could definitely hold 30 or more. I wouldn't call it a bar but it looks like it could be used for a private party.
