    Rollin Smoke Barbeque

I visited Rollin Smoke Barbeque located close to industrial area of Las Vegas for my birthday on last Thursday. Overall it was just an okay experience. Upon entering, I right away noticed just how roomy this restaurant is. It has two large dining areas with lots of seating available. Never did the restaurant seem crowded or too full for the number of people there. The decorations at Rollin Smoke Barbeque had a very relaxed, casual atmosphere. Very much what you would want in a barbeque location in Las Vegas! The décor included many elements of rustic and modern design that added an inviting element! One thing I noticed immediately was how quickly the food came out to us. As soon as we placed an order, we were basically in a matter of seconds waiting on our food at most five minutes. The speed of getting this amount of food in such a short period of time is just incredible, especially since they get so many people coming through all day. This really made the whole experience of eating here smooth and simple! Unfortunately, while the atmosphere was great, the food was not good. I ordered a two meat plate with mac & cheese. however, both meats were not very enjoyable. The pork was extremely cold. In addition to the pork, I received an end cut of the baby back ribs as part of my meat portion. The end cut of the baby back ribs was almost inedible due to how tough they were. Even though there is a big problem with the food, I can still say that we really enjoyed the ambiance and service. This is one of those places where I would definitely give them another chance to see if they have improved on their food in the future. However, given this was for my birthday, I felt disappointed because our main course did not live up to the rest of what we experienced.

This is an unexpected review as it resulted from an undeliverable uber eats pickup. Long story short, support informed me that I couldn't be paid for the next delivery-- which I had already picked up-- due to the fact that it was accepted during an hourly rate period that was now over. So support cancelled the order, leaving me with this package: brisket, pulled chicken, cheddar link, and a baked potato. I'm going to start by telling you that the staff could not be nicer-- they respect drivers... which is lovely... even when understaffed. Let's get right to it: I was excited to try the brisket and it had good flavor but the texture suffered from the 45 minute drive to my kitchen. Maybe I'm spoiled by too much time in Texas... The house barbecue was sweet and tangy: the original Arkansauce. It did rescue the brisket. . . and left me curious about the rest of the sauce options. The potato was huge. It bulked this meal up to be an easy sharing portion for two old people. We were both underwhelmed by the cheddar sausage which would have benefited from a quick suntan. It was flaccid. The standout turned out to be the pulled chicken. Moist and flavorful with a balanced smokiness, it was absolutely delightful. Any time I end up with an undeliverable meal I try to make a value for the restaurant out of the event. I'm pretty sure we will make a point of trying this place in person-- and look forward to the chance to tip the awesome staff!'

Always good time here since 11 years ago. They have expanded with time with much more spacious seating area indoor and even patio seatings, but still good food and service. Neshia was great, I returned three times to order more food, and she remembered what I already got and what I didn't like, amazingly personalized customer service! Our party of 4 loves their cat fish, which is better than the ones we had in London and in Gordon Ramsay fish and chip. The burnt tips are so good, must have, too. Ribs and briskets are very flavorful and juicy as well. Gotta get a side of their fried corn pudding and highly recommend the sugar cane sweet tea. Nice staff, various of sauces (the sweet one is perfect with the briskets and ribs), great vibes for friends to hang out, and Nearby the strip!! Will definitely come back more often.

Duo Choice of 2 Meats - Chopped Brisket, 2 servings

Ordered delivery through Grubhub, my girlfriend was craving bbq. The service was amazing from the restaurant and delivery driver. Everything was well packed and food was delicious! We had the two meat choice with a side, fried okra, and house salad with ranch dressing. The pickles and sauce paired well with everything. We chose two servings of chopped brisket and the sauce was delicious, it had a small kick to it but was great. We definitely will be going there to eat in person to experience the ambience. Thank you for a tasty dinner!

1/8/26 FYI. Lunch sandwich special $12; brisket, chips & a soda.

Quality/Quantity - Got the lunch special, and thank goodness I am a light eater. I was surprised and worried when I saw how small the sandwich was. Got the chopped brisket, slice is always better... Overall the sandwich was okay. I tried 3 of the 6 sauces, my favorite was the original house arkansauce. Mama sweet was too thin, watery for my liking. Sweet country girl was not my taste; it was not bad, just not my preference. Some burnt pieces of brisket I was not able to digest... I did not try any of the "hot" sauces. And was not interested in the Caroline Vinegar. Ambiance - Good size location. Areas can be sectioned off for private dining rooms. Indoor and outdoor seating. Picnic table style seating. Cool decor, I especially like the colorful fish tank. TVs throughout. Several bathrooms. Several self service drink stations. Small parking lot, but not an issue for today's lunch crowd. Service - Counter service. Price - $12; very reasonable for what I got. Especially so close to the strip. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 2011 and with your 4 locations.

    Combo plate

With tip, we fed our family of 4 for about $53 We ordered the combo plate and LOVED the quality!!! The candied yams with a strong cinnamon flavor was amazing but not my kiddos' jam. The loaded mashed potatoes & baked beans were on point. I was only disappointed by the rolls - would rather have had more pickles than them. Also the spicy and original BBQ sauces weren't my taste preference. I don't like the vinegar flavor of Carolina style BBQ and it was reminiscent of that. Maybe it's your liking? Regardless, I'd recommend this gem in the seemingly middle of nowhere

And you certainly can't miss the pig on the door!

One of the things I love about Las Vegas is the amount of just phenomenal food. Only a few minutes from wherever you are. Like. No kidding, I have some of the best meals of my life in this city, and I'm not sure why it took me so long to discover Rollin Smoke. Our regular barbecue place was closed, so we went looking for an alternative. On social media and through recommendations from Google and Yelp, so I thought tonight's the night we're giving it a go., and settled on the five meat combo plate.. I figure that would give me a good sampling of everything that they do. Fair warning, you will get up charged $18 for the beef rib. But once you see the size of this thing, you will understand. They pulled chicken and pulled pork were off the chart... I don't know what seasoning they put on it, but it had kind of a slight Asian influence. The sliced brisket was really good with an amazing smoke ring. The rib tips were incredibly tasty and very well cooked as well. But the real star of the show was the giant beef rib. I love a good beef rib, and this one was definitely fall off the bone. Good. It was so juicy and tender, I would be hard-pressed to think of another place where I've had a rib. This good. And it's huge. Easily enough for two people to share. One way I judge a good barbecue place is by the sauces they provide and let me tell you Rollin Smoke nails it! I only tried three, but there were five to choose from. I tried the sweet, spicy, and vinegar. I wish I could say just one of those sauces stood out, but they all did. You definitely want to get several containers of that so you can try them all. Bottom line? This place is now residing in my top five barbecue places in Las Vegas of all time. You definitely need to go check it out... And don't skimp on the dino bone beef rib!

After being in Vegas for a week, we wanted something BBQ away from the glitter. Hubby wanted yet another burger but I was done with that! I ordered the brisket and I'm so glad I did. It was deliciously tender with great BBQ flavor. The waffle fries were strongly seasoned and I was all about it. The place is nothing fancy with BBQ tables and throw away dishes and cutlery. No waitstaff, order at the counter type of place. Nothing like the glitter and lights from the strip but honestly, I enjoyed my dinner here more than most places while in Vegas. Lots of yummy meat to choose from and they're so helpful at the register explaining all their offerings. If I ever come back to Vegas, I'd come back.

    Shan L.

Pretty decent barbeque. The ribs were very good and tender. The brisket was not as tender as I would like it but it was not that big of an issue. I got a combo plate which was just the right amount of food for me at the time. The restaurant had tons of shared community bench table seating. Service was fast and friendly. I would come back to try more of their bbq. Plenty of parking in their lot!

    Crystal M.

I love bbq and when in Vegas why not! The ribs tender and seasoning was just right the brisket was yummy and you get so many choices of sauces! The Bloody Mary too sweet for my liking. It is a small location with shared seating typical for bbq spots. The service could use some improvement. But they do serve good portions and bring it out to you.

Oh wow, why did it take me so long to try this place! I go to Vegas every year and have always heard about this spot and finally tried back in December. The must order here is the Beef ribs! The beef rib was so tender and delicious I cant stop thinking about it! So meaty, so juicy, so tasty. Yum! Other honarable mentions were the burnt ends and corn nuggets. Never had corn nuggets before and it was pretty interesting. It was also nice that they have a barbeque sauce self service bar where you can try all the different ones.

This restaurant has fast counter service. Even when it's busy, we were able to find a table. Seems like you might need to come early as they do run out of things. I love that. They have blue Kool-Aid and tang on tap. Great for families.

Ask the Community - Rollin Smoke Barbeque

Are kids still eat for free on Sundays?

Hi Is this the location with the AYCE BBQ that includes drinks in the price? How much per adult? Do they offer the popular Beef dinosaur ribs w/ the AYCE or separately?

AFAIK, the AYCE cost is ~$60 or more person. Not sure if you get more than one drink per person. https://www.rollinsmokebarbeque.com/highland-drive-menu/

What is the weight of the brisket of the 3-way order?

Each Brisket selection provides a quarter pound of meat, totaling just under one pound of meat collectively and weighing in at approximately 0.75 pounds when plated

Do they charge kids 3 and under for ayce?

    They don't have ayce.

    Can the shrimp be steamed?

    No. No steaming

Is there an all you can eat option?

Yes, $50 for all you can eat including drink, anything on the menu, but no sharing. The only restriction listed is you only get to have 2 beef ribs.

Is this restaurant pet friendly? We are passing through Vegas and would like to try the BBQ. Thank you.?

They have a patio area in front with benches and I saw own one with a pet and some others with bikes.

Is this a reservation spot or walk in okay?

    Walk in

Do we need reservations for 4 people?

    No reservations required.

How many ribs in a full rack beef ribs? Just ordered. Actually 4 ribs for full order. 2 for 1/2…

Yes, 4 for a full rack 2 for a half rack. How in the world does one become elite by giving people bad answers? SMH, I'm glad you checked too!

What's the difference between rollin smoke and ricks rollin smoke. Same family to competitor?

Same place. The original is on Highland Ave.

Is the outside seating dog friendly?

I didn't see any sign about pets in the outdoors eating area. I think if your dog is on a leash and well behaved, the management would allow it.

Does anyone know if they use peanut oil? Have a peanut allergy and was wondering if this could be a safe place to go?

Not sure. Good question though. We have a peanut allergy in the family. They are heavy supporters of AZ Razorbacks and children's charities.

    Do they serve beer?

As of right now the answer is No. I heard they are trying to get something in the beer realm soon . We just have to wait an see. They have sodas , water , ice tea now. I'm from Orange County California and I visit this establishment when in Las… Read more

Are they open on 4th of July and until what time?

    Call restaurant for holiday hours.

    Is it byob?

    Yes it is

Is the $34.99 option truly all you can eat?

    Yes it is.

For catering, do you have a bbq bar and/or taco bar for 30 people?

They have a new area to the left of the main entrance outside and it's air conditioned and very nice. It could definitely hold 30 or more. I wouldn't call it a bar but it looks like it could be used for a private party.

L'INFERNO: $17 Porchetta, Nduja, Spicy Eggplant, Spicy Zucchini, Arugula This sandwich is packed with bold flavor and the perfect amount of heat. The porchetta has a rich, savory pork flavor, while the nduja, a spicy chili pepper pork spread, adds a deep smoky spice that really makes the sandwich stand out. The spicy eggplant and zucchini bring another layer of flavor and a softer texture that balances the richness of the porchetta. The arugula adds a fresh, crisp bite that brightens everything up and keeps the sandwich from feeling too heavy. The textures in the L'Inferno are honestly perfect. Between the porchetta, creamy nduja, eggplants, and fresh arugula, every bite is flavorful and well balanced. If you like sandwiches with a little spice and a lot of flavor, this one is a great choice! LA PARADISO: $18 Mortadella, Stracciatella, Pistachio Cream, Pistachios This was easily my favorite sandwich here. The mortadella is sliced super thin and has such a smooth, silky texture with a really nice pork flavor. The stracciatella is incredibly creamy, rich, and fresh. If you love burrata like I do, you will definitely love this. The pistachio cream is what really makes this sandwich special. It adds just a hint of sweetness that brings everything together and makes the flavors stand out even more. When it mixes with the creamy stracciatella it creates such a good combination. The crushed pistachios also add a really nice crunch that balances the whole sandwich out. Of course the star of the show is the Tuscan schiacciata bread. It is perfectly baked with a chewy texture that holds everything together so well. I still love how simple but high quality their ingredients are. It really shows how amazing a sandwich can be when everything is fresh and authentic. This place STILL deserves all the hype!

We came across All'Antico Vinaio online and thought it would be the perfect choice - great reviews and a super convenient location in the Venetian, right next to the Sphere. Like many things in Vegas, it did feel a bit pricey, but that's to be expected. I ordered La Paradiso since I'm a sucker for mortadella and pistachio. I don't remember exactly which sandwiches everyone else ordered, but I do remember that all of ours were served toasted (they asked if that's how we wanted them prepared), and we all enjoyed them. I'd definitely like to make a point of stopping by here again the next time I'm in the area.

The bread is nice and soft and the meat is flavorful. It also comes with a layer of (garlic?) french fries over the roast beef. I've also had the Italian Hoagie and the Prime Beef & Cheddar and both are just as yummy. One of the things that we really appreciate is the dill pickle spear that we get with each of our sandwich orders. Having that pickle on the side really makes the order feel complete. It's like having a burger and fries or chips and a sandwich. At the deli, you expect the pickle with your sandwich. This was not the case the last time that we ordered food from here. We stopped in on Mother's Day. We ordered our sandwiches. Everything seemed fine. Our sandwich containers got pushed along the line and when they were ready, they called our name. Simple right? No. Not exactly. The cashiers were quick to take our money and we were just as quick to bring our sandwich back, upset and disgruntled. We felt gypped. None of us got pickles. We didn't know why. The hubby was upset! He went to the cashier to complain. He told them that he would like to be refunded his tip, simply for the fact that they never mentioned the fact that there were no pickles available today. He was not asking for a refund on his sandwich. He just thought that they could've pasted a bit better discretion and making sure that all of the customers there knew that there were no available for Sandwiches today. I can't even tell you how upset he was. Like I said, I know it seems like a silly thing, but it's like missing the fries to your burger or the chips to your sandwich. The whole entire sandwich felt incomplete!!! So like I said, a refund for the tip was requested. Instead, the cashier ended up refunding the entire cost of one of the sandwiches. We tried to compromise with the deli, asking that maybe we buy a side of potato salad, but instead because of the problem with the pickle being unavailable, maybe they only charge half of the regular price of that sign. We're trying to upsell ourselves. Not Conley. The cashier didn't say anything. She just had a crunching. She didn't make eye contact. She never said sorry. She just went ahead to refund the cost of no one and that wasn't. Now, granted that was still a good amount, but the whole ordeal really so simple to dissolve. We were really disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm in the cashier trust us. We were also even more upset with the fact that the deli wouldn't let people know ahead of their ordering that there were no pickles. The hubby suggested that maybe they put out a sign saying that there were no pickles available today. One of the employees said, "oh no, we can't do that!!" I have a feeling they were worrying about the pickle situation and announcing it because then people would turn away from the restaurant. But, I understand that. For some people, a pickle is serious business. I know it seems crazy but at the same time. I get it. There's plenty of ample seating in and outside of the deli. It's always fun to sit there with people watch. Sometimes the line at the deli is exceedingly long, but don't be discouraged. Unless of course they're out of pickles, the line moves pretty quickly. Hopefully the next time that we pay this deli a visit, the pickle situation will have been resolved.
