Yummy food. Great friendly service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Small place with a modern Thai vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Near Southpoint Casino. Definitely worth the effort to go here to eat and get out of the casinos! Plenty of free parking in front and quick tasty authentic delicious Thai food.

Stumbled on this Thai place from another food reviewer's rec. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a cute little spot, not much else around in this strip mall, but obviously lots of parking.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The place was nice and empty when we got there, so the service was very attentive and fast! We really enjoyed our two dishes - eggplant stir fry with chicken and a pad thai with fried pork. [[HIGHLIGHT]]You could smell the wok in the kitchen from the dining area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server was very friendly and helpful! They had a few take out orders while we were eating there, so maybe that's the bulk of their customer base. I'd go back if we needed a Thai fix in the SE area.

If you have just got off your plane in Las Vegas head south before you go to the strip and get yourself some great Thai food. Had the Green curry with shrimp and every flavorful. If you are staying at the Hilton Vacation club Cancun then just walk down the street for a to go order.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Stopped by here for a quick dinner. It'd a nice quaint spot located on Las Vegas Blvd in a strip mall. Easy parking.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had the pad see eww with tofu. I loved the smokey taste and the tofu was cooked perfectly. I also had a glass of red wine. Service was good and the worker was very nice. Great spot and I'll return when I'm in the area.

I really enjoy eating here! Quick ticket time + great service what more can you ask for?! The spice level today was very mild for a 5 out of 10 but I'm sure my body thanks me for unintentionally going light on the spice.

Better than average thai food! Everything was a hit and definitely affordable. I would definitely make this a regular spot. Was able to feed a group of three for under $30 per person! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The spot and tables are very small, I would not recommend for larger groups.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] 3/5 Egg Rolls - These were just standard vegetable egg rolls. Would try a different app instead. 5/5 Crying Tiger Steak - Great flavorful sauce and steak was cooked perfectly. 5/5 Shrimp Pad See Ew - Delicious with smoky wok flavor. Shrimp was excellent. Wish the portion was bigger. 3/5 Chicken Yellow Curry - Decent, but nothing to write home about. Small portion. 5/5 Mango Smoothie - Yummy and refreshing!

This restaurant is quite small and had about maybe 6 to 8 tables. You could tell a lot of people were ordering takeout. Service was fast. We ordered black pepper beef. My husband enjoyed it. I ordered pork basil stirfry. It was flavorful, but did not have that much basil in it. They use sliced pork instead of the ground pork that I'm used to, but it was good. We also ordered chicken pad Thai ,this was our first time coming here. I would come back to try other dishes or order for takeout

Tried out their second location on the edge of the strip. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The food and ambiance were no different than the other location, Great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service is always top notch and the food was so so good. I love a restaurant that no matter which location you visit they keep doing everything right. The first location we tried was in the Art District down Las Vegas and this location was just as good. This is one of our favorite restaurants to visit every time to come into Vegas. If you love Great Thai food and the experience of the flavors I highly recommend D E Thai Kitchen!! Sorry did not take pictures on this visit, we were so excited that we ate the food before we realized it. This location is on the way into Las Vegas.

Khao Soi w/ Beef spicy level 4 and side of thinly slice onions, pickled veggies and lime wedges.

Mom & Pop shop Bringing in that BIG RESTAURANT ENERGY!! This place was delicious. A hidden gem spot that we stumbled upon while visiting Vegas. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance and deco/ theme were beautiful for a small place, it would probably fit around ~24 ppl comfortably, mixed chairs and cushioned benches for sitting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was amazing, I came there for the khao Soi because I had it once at a different restaurant and now I'm on this journey to try khao soi at every Thai restaurant that serves it. Food ordered: Khao soi beef- spicy lvl 4 Crab fried rice- spicy lvl 0 Pad see ew chicken- spicy lvl 4 Spicy basil chicken -spicy lvl 2 Thai fried rice chicken- spicy lvl 0 Spicy lvl differ because some in our party did not do spicy food as well as the kids. But even without the spicy essence the food still tasted delicious. And of course we were still able to add spice from the side condiments. With the spicy level we had on some of our dishes we could have gone 5 or 6 based off our spicy tolerance level. I do like spicy food but have cut back off because prefer to taste the food on how it is without having the spicy level being over powering. Back to the khao soi- it was delicious as mentioned with all the other dishes. I wanted to lick the bowl dry. Now my experience of this dish is very minimal but I do plan to expand that but overall I give it 2 chefs kiss. Service was exceptional , our party of 5 and another party of 2 were the only patrons in the restaurant. So service was attentive. I would definitely give this place try if you're in the area. It is a little way south of the strip. But definitely worth a try.

This place is a gem. I'm really glad I found this place while searching for a Thai place. Not many Thai restaurants serve Thai boat noodle because it's really hard to make. But this place makes their Boat noodle broth from scratch with authentic ingredients. The fried cat fish is a must to try as well. It goes really well with the fried basil they added as garnish. The koh mooh yang goes really well with sticky rice and you can't have sticky rice without the Larb. The thai tea lemonade was sweet and sour, and refreshing. The service was impeccable. We were greeted right away with a friendly smile. Which made me feel really welcomed. The restaurant itself was very cute and nicely decorated. The atmosphere was relaxing and a great environment to just unwind and enjoy your food. This place will be one of my go to's for a great Thai food.

Food: Pad Thai: 9/10 Deliciously sour and sweet (I chose no spice) with thinner noodles than expected. The beef tasted weird at first but letting it settle into the flavors of the Pad Thai sauce made it better with each bite! Pad Mao: 10/10 Highly recommended, I'm going to order this one next time. It has great texture and flavor, plus veggies for health lol I just wish the portions was a bit larger, but still very worth it! Service: 10/10 Very kind waitress, she showed us plenty of attention and care! The food was also made with love Ambiance: 10/10 We loved the little Thailand aesthetic in here! It's small, but I'd def gives of mc vibes :) Thank you!!

Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. We ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle, Spicy Dan Dan Noodles, a side of dumplings, and the pork belly and every single dish was outstanding. The spicy beef noodle soup had a rich, flavorful broth with tender beef and perfectly chewy handmade noodles. The Dan Dan noodles were packed with bold, savory flavor and just the right amount of spice. The dumplings were juicy and delicious, and the pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender with the fresh pulled noodles. The portions are HUGE, so come hungry or plan on taking leftovers home. You definitely get your money's worth. What really sets this place apart is the fresh handmade noodles. You can taste the difference in every bite. Everything was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and arrived quickly. If you're in Las Vegas and love noodles, Shang Artisan Noodle is an absolute must-visit. Amazing food, generous portions, outstanding service I can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our…read morevisit to the W Flamingo location last year; this one on Maryland was closer to our hotel for the night. We dropped in for a late dinner at 8PM, driving there directly from Zion National Park after hiking Angel's Landing. It was still surprisingly busy inside and we even had to wait a bit for a table! The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. (5/5) Dan Dan Noodle, Hand Pulled Noodle ($13.97) - The topping is a cold meat and preserved veggie mixture, minced finely until very tender and soft. It's combined with plenty of sesame paste and peanuts, giving an overwhelming nuttiness. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle. (5/5) The portions Shang Artisan Noodle serves are huge. We hiked Angels Landing before eating dinner here and we were only able to finish about half our meal. Shang Artisan Noodle serves some really great noodle dishes. There's a reason we keep coming back for more! Bathrooms - Two individual rooms, one for women, one for men

It is located in a strip mall with an abundance of convenient parking. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! If you are in search for Taiwanese food, give them a shot. Good quality, fresh food that is nicely flavored!
