Fish soup with original noodles
Sheila E.

Fish soup was bomb. Came back a second time. If you like sour soups, this is for you. I was told not to get it with the knife cut noodles as the noodles get a bit soggy on some parts. Tried it with the original noodles but would want to try it with the thick noodles next time. Bok choy with garlic is as expected. Nothing mind blowing but I always like bok choy and garlic and it goes well with the fish soup since it doesn't have much veggies. The Mongolian beef with original noodles was pretty good too. Definitely here for the fish soup though. I'll be back!

We arrived around 4pm on Valentine's Day, we didn't plan anything as we usually don't because we don't take the Hallmark holiday that seriously. We were the only ones in the small restaurant area but we were quickly greeted and sat. Waters were delivered and our order was taken. I ordered the beef brisket noodle soup with the wide hand pulled noodles.. we watched as our noodles were made before our eyes. The mesmerizing process of pulling and twisting the noodle rope. Our order came out shortly after and the broth had a great depth of flavor and the noodles were cooked just right and the beef was fall apart tender. The food was fantastic and the service was great!

I had actually been in the mood for pork or chicken ramen on a cold breezy evening since I'd been eating beef for days, but I really liked the sound of fresh hand drawn noodles, so I decided to check this place out. I arrived just in time to be told the remaining tables were reserved so I had to sit at the counter. That's the problem being a solo diner sometimes. Once a table opened up, they were quick to offer it to me, but I was already comfortable hiding off to the side, so I declined. It was nice of them to not forget me though. They didn't have any noodle soups on the menu with pork or chicken, only beef and fish. I considered the Dan Dan noodles with minced pork, but I really wanted the comfort of a noodle soup. I wasn't feeling fish & pickled veggies so I decided the universe was telling me to keep up my iron intake and I ordered the spicy brisket noodle soup with wide noodles. While I was deciding on my main dish, I had ordered the spicy wontons. The flavor of those things was phenomenal. I almost ordered another batch, they were so balanced and delectable. The umami of garlic and sodium and the pungent spices and chili oil combined together with the pork and wonton that nearly had me acting out of pocket like an episode of Food Wars (IYKYK). Then I got the soup. Hot. Spicy. Slightly sour. Full of salty, tangy, beefy flavor. Noodles and cilantro fresh. Every ingredient I ate gave a different flavor profile. The spicy factor was definitely there but nothing a seasoned Caucasian couldn't handle. When I finally spooned just broth in my mouth, I was astonished that I had yet another flavor cocktail to contemplate. And another thing... Water tastes amazing after what this soup does to your tastebuds! I also had hot green tea. Surprisingly, it was served in a regular water cup. Maybe they don't have tea cups yet? I was honestly expecting to be disappointed because the expectations I placed on myself for getting Japanese ramen and not wanting beef, however, this meal blew me away and I'm a new fan. I forgot all about all that rich, overstimulating char siu tonkotsu I usually get. Beef noodle soup is the business! I'll be back.

Love me some fresh Noods !!!!! Located off Silverado ranch & Eastern . Fast service and fresh hand pulled noodles packed with flavor . The portions were a nice size and reasonably priced . Definitely worth checking out .

This place is small but the food is top notch! We had the cucumber salad, the beef burrito (I usually see it as a beef roll), the house special chow mein with wide noodles, the shredded chicken cold noodles with the original noodles, and the stir-fried bok choy with garlic sauce. The noodle dishes were just right with the cold chicken noodles having a great flavor. The cucumber salad was amazing (my weakness).

We were wanting noodle soup and this spot hit the spot. Our first time here and will not be our last. We arrived and was seated with menu right away. We ordered a few items to enjoy and all were good. We would definitely come back for the spicy wontons. Noodles were all freshly made. Service was great. Water cup always filled. It did get a little warm in the restaurant. Not sure if the sun was just directly into the restaurant or the AC was not strong. No big deal though. We all walked out too full which is good.

Stopped in to Noodle Master tonight for the first time after seeing a plethora of Yelp reviews saying positive things. Noodle Master is located in the target shopping center over by Windy City beefs and dogs. Stopped in and had a wonderful dinner and a wonderful show watching them pull those noodles by hand. The noodle dishes were spectacular and bursting with flavors and simply a delicious meal to be enjoyed. Give this noodle place a try, you won't be disappointed in the flavors, portions or the experience.

I ordered the DanDan noodles, one because I like them, and two because that's my name. Well actually just Dan.

I know it's hard to believe but sometimes you get a little bit bored of pizza and wings. Maybe you're just looking for something different to try, so I was very intrigued when I saw Noodle Master in the same shopping center as my favorite pizza and wing joint. I phoned in an order and they said it would take 10 minutes. Lucky for me. They are literally less than 4 minutes from my house so I decided to go in and check the place out. Outside, the business is located in a very cool little shopping center in the Target plaza. Easy to read. Signage parking can be a little bit difficult, but nothing that's too far out of the way. Going into the the shop, the first thing you're agree to with is a very unique and inviting waiting space, got a warm friendly greeting when I walked through the doors, and was surprised to see a very open environment in the kitchen so you can watch all the food being prepared. I had ordered the dandan noodles, the cold noodles with chicken, and an order of tempura shrimp. Shrimp. Very healthy portions, the food was definitely fresh as they make their noodles right there in front of you, and everything was really really good. I will definitely be coming back to try the other stuff on the menu. I should have ordered the Thai iced tea, but I did not this time. Rest assured that will be one for me on the next visit. Bottom line? If you are looking for something different, and tasty that has flavors that will knock you over, noodle Master is definitely one you should check out.

TLDR: Yummy and authentic noodle spot in Vegas that serves a variety of noodles, broths, and appetizers. Service was great and prices are a good value. Noodles were flavorful and came with a large portion filled meat and veggies Food: We ordered the spicy beef noodle, lanzhou beef noodle, and xiao long bao. When selecting the noodles there are 3 different noodle types. We both chose the original knife cut noodles and even saw the staff making a batch of fresh noodles. The broths were rich and flavorful with a large portion of noodles and pieces of tender beef. The xiaolong bao were juicy and generously filled, but the skin/wrapping was on the thicker side. Price: Prices are pretty standard and bowls come with a large portion. We spent about $22 per person for noodles and splitting the XLB Service: The staff was friendly, patient, and happy to answer any questions. It was also cool seeing them hand make noodles!

I have came here few times already and food has been consistent. The past couple of times I tried the picked fish noodle soup and it was super tasty. Big portion and good to share too. They also do hand pulled and knife cut noodle. I usually do hand pulled noodle as I think the knife cut noodle in general can be little thick for me. Their soup dumplings are ok but I do like their green onion pancakes and chicken wings. Service is good. Attentive and fast. And ambiance is great. It's open kitchen and you can watch them doing hand pull noodle too. Definitely entertaining with it. Will have to try their other soup noodle next time.

Nestled in the plaza by Target and Nothing Bundt cakes, this was perfect for a rainy, stormy day. We were seated and ordered quickly, as it wasn't too busy for a weekend lunch. The food was on point. We got a wonton noodle soup with hand-shaved noodles, fried dumplings, chicken fried rice, and soup dumplings. The shaved noodles had a great chew and mouthfeel. Flavors were great all around, great broth in the soup and soup dumplings. The service was amazing. He checked up on us frequently and our drinks were refilled often. Great price for what we got. Definitely will be back!

Spicy beef brisket soup
Rin M.

Came here to try their spicy beef brisket soup because I saw a video on YouTube where someone claimed it was better than my favorite place for this same dish. Well, it wasn't. It was good but not great. The noodles had a nice chew to them and the brisket itself was the best part. The broth however did not taste close - it wasn't as rich in beefy flavor and was light and delicate. I didn't finish the broth and that should tell you enough. The service however was good and if I find myself in Henderson again craving this dish I might consider coming back.

On social media I've been seen this restaurant "China Mama" been popping up when I browse my Instagram, so today I was set on having lunch at this establishment. When I walked through doors, I was fascinated at the interior design of the place, the walls, tables and lighting because it had an atmosphere of exclusivity in a foodie type of way however at the same time the staff and service was impeccable and very welcoming to newcomers. What I noticed when I sat down is the teapot, the plates and the menu, the reason why I mentioned those things is because in a typical chinese restaurant, you see a white/red plastic plate with a chinese design on the front of the plate with teapots and teacups that have some residue on them. Along with a sticky menu book that sounds like velcro when you pull the pages apart. Rest assured because the dining set at this restaurant is nothing like that and the level of detail the manager or owner put it in must be applauded because it displays that they care for their customers and uphold the highest level of sanitation. The plates and the teapot were immaculate and also the menu was colorful and clear where I didn't know what dish I wanted to pick because I was so astonished with how vibrant the menu was designed. For new restaurants I always conduct my version of a litmus test regarding food. For chinese restaurants I order fried rice and whatever special pork dish they have on hand to gauge the type of quality I can expect. I will say this, I've had homecook fried rice, traditional fried rice and my goodness is this fried rice really spot on when it comes to flavor, seasoning and cook temperature. I order the shrimp egg fried rice and everything was delicious from the star of the dish being the shrimp to the vegetables. The blend was so harmonious that I was silently eating and lost track of time due to it being cooked to perfection. Secondly, I ordered the twice cooked pork with spicy sauce and the tenderness of the pork was so heavenly I indulge in more after more, even when I was full, my body was pushing my hand to eat more because I subconsciously didn't want the sensation of the umami to fade. I have never had a pork dish like that in a chinese restaurant. It's a far drive from where I currently reside so ontop of the lunch I had I decided to order to dish for to go so I can have the experience again for dinner. I order the pan fried pork dumplings along with signature salted egg yolk prawns. As much as I want to encourage people to try the restaurants I share on reviews, I secretly want to keep this restaurant to myself and just keep it hidden so it dosent get packed in the near future where I have to fight over reservations. That being said, whomever is looking for the best pound for pound chinese restaurant in Las Vegas? CHINA MAMA is THE best hidden secret in this city. It was a wonderful experience and it will not be the last time I visit this extraordinary establishment. Update: I took my mom, brother and sister to try this restaurant that I have been endorsing. Let me tell you how the popularity of this restaurant skyrocketed. I got there at 11:30, put my name down for a wait list not even 5 minutes has passed and 4 more people came in to put their name down. After a 20 minute wait there was an additional 12 names that were on the wait list. Service was so fast, and the pan fried pork buns was informed to us that it would take 45 min to a hour to make, of course we ordered appetizer, entrées, to be served to us when it's ready, so in the mean time we can have some food in our belly before the pork buns but that gors to show how popular that food item is and how its taken off. The waiter that waited our table was so excellent that we tipped him 30%, he was amazing. He's chinese with black frame glassess.

The dining area is long and narrow with vaulted ceilings, very high end Chinese decor mixed with a modern contemporary vibe in the lighting and the furnishings. Alex took care of us from walking in all the way to dessert He was witty, funny and took the extra time to explain the intricacies of the dishes we inquired about. The experience was phenomenal lead by him and backed up by the kitchen and the rest of the team. He talked us into the duck special which came with duck soup, salt-n-pepper duck and whole duck carved at the table by Alex. Duck Soup - Delicious and savory broth. The cuts were tender and delicious. The best I've had in a long time. Salt N Pepper Duck - A crispy duck dish I've never had before. Good times. Guo Bao Pork - Creative, delicious and I understand why this is a feature dish. Green Beans - Perfect veggie pairing for all this food. The portions were so generous and I had 3 containers of food to take home for dinner. I appreciated the birthday dessert at lunch to finish off the experience. Well, that was a fantastic first visit. It definitely won't be the last as I see a dinner visit in the near future. Cheers!

Menu offers quite a variety... reg dim sum, delicious dim sum, chef specialties, house specialties, super dim sum, vegan no-meat dim sum, congee, noodles, rice dishes, appetizers, entrees, lunch specials, and more. Prices of the dim sum vary from $5.98 and up. We chose a handful of dim sum and one Shrimp & Pork Wonton Egg Noodles. Overall, dim sum was decent. A few of them could have been better in preparation, flavor, and taste.
