I can't believe I haven't written a review for this place yet! I love China Tango! I ordered from here a few weeks ago for delivery. And I love that it comes with so much food. Usually I have enough for myself for at least two meals, which is great. And the price is pretty fair for that as well! This past time, I ordered the orange peel chicken and then upgraded my rice to fried rice. The fried rice was delicious! And I love their orange peel chicken. Glazed to perfection. So tasty! And they always throw in some fortune cookies, too. I need to try some other things from here, too, I have done the chowmein before, but I just can't stray from the orange peel chicken anymore. Service was fantastic. Growing up in the northeast I always look for great Chinese take out spots and this one was pretty good. Lunch specials are $12 - you get soup of the day, entree with rice/chow mien. Everything was pretty good. Nothing special but I will be back multiple times. read more

The food here is so good!! Flavorful, fresh, excellent service, clean restaurant, and large portions! I love everything I've tried - and my favorites are salt and pepper squid (calamari), sweet and sour chicken, and seafood delight. I ordered a family meal online. The websites states it comes with soup. The meal did not. They also missed the additional items I ordered. When I called them they could only offer replacement if I drove back to pick up or a discount on a future order. The lady was not helpful on the phone and didn't seem to care about shorting my order. Living in Anthem this place is always fresh and delicious. I dine here at least 2-3 times a month and have never had a bad meal. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable in helping you with your orders. The portions are large enough for two people and the fried rice is very good. I order here a lot for their chow fun which is my favorite. It tastes really good here and for a Chinese place I would say they cost a little pricier to me. I've had their combination food as well meaning chow mein or fried rice and another dish, but I don't like the flavors even if they give a lot of food I never finish it. If you go inside to eat I would say there is room to sit down. I don't find it crowded and I ordered Togo it was no more than 10 mins. read more

No thank you. Ended up eating here for Chinese new year, and maybe it's bc I recently ate at Spring (see that review), but even without it, it just wasn't great. HK style chow mein, sliced bbq pork, and I chose wontons for the free gift I guess you'd call it. I ordered online. I don't recommend that. It told me the time my order would be ready, when I got there it wasn't. I guess those orders are faxed in. They were super busy, and she hadn't seen it yet. I got a free drink for waiting. Smallish place, kitchen staff works hard. Someone's constantly coming in or calling. I ate a couple wontons before getting home. They weren't too bad. The chow mein was the best thing. I liked the veggies. The pork had a weird taste too it and I know I'm eating out but just too red/too much dye. I ended up throwing it out the next day. It was just off. Though the chow mein wasn't bad, it was nothing I'd go back for. As fast food type places go it just wasn't it for me. The reviews had me try it tho and this time they were off. read more

China Tango - fast service, good food, well prepared, always fresh and packaged well.

We got take out for the first time here and everything was great. We felt that the prices were fair and we had enough of each dish to have leftovers for the next day. The staff were friendly and the food came out when expected. The restaurant itself is nice inside and we'll definitely be ordering take out again and likely eating inside as well. Very good food, but they charge a lot for what they give you which isn't as good as others

Use to be the best . They counted my 5 year old daughter and charged us gratuity which ended up costing them on the tip as we usually tip 20%. When I questioned the they sent lady over told me every restaurant has it own rules I said well I won't be back, she said ok. I want the old owners or old crew back. They wrrw great they knew our names and treated us very well. Sadly the food is good and we drive from green valley to eat here but this will be our last trip . After reading other reviews I see they tend to push to the negative about a year ago and have been downhill since. I mean, I read the one about the guy scratching his ass with his hands down his hands and then cooking food...... that right there was enough for me. read more

Stopped by for takeout. I was greeted as I walked in even when they are doing other tasks. Placed my 3 item order & did not wait for more then 15 mins even when they cook it as you order. Place was not so busy since it was after lunch hours. Food is great and will try other offerings next time. Place is simply decorated, they have tables & chairs & booths. The service is quick so you can be in and out if you dine in. The food is made fresh to order and it's usually ready within 15 minutes of ordering. I've seen this place in the strip mall but never popped in for a bite. I ordered the garden vegetable plate which, was filled with an array of fresh vegetables all of which were seasoned well and tasted great. The chicken chow mein although good did lack a bit of flavor and seasoning. The portion sizes was adequate and the dishes were reasonably priced. The menu has several options which, you would find at a similar type of establishment. The service was quick and efficient, which I appreciated. While we are not new to Vegas, we are new to Inspirada. So we were on the hunt for Chinese. We've ordered delivery and have been inside the restaurant a few times. Our last stop eat in, we had Kelly as our server. She did a wonderful job. She was attentive and our drinks were always full. The food is great. The sesame chicken is crunchy and the sauce is really good. I like extra sauce to put on my rice. It's super busy with takeout. We say probably 20+ people come in while we were eating to pick up their food. Highly recommend! read more

I have been coming to this restaurant regularly for about 8 years and I generally like it. Tonight we showed up at 8:40 and asked to be seated. The sign on the door says they close at 9:30, so I didn't think it was a problem. They have always been friendly and accommodating in the past but not tonight . The young woman who was in charge said very adamantly that we couldn't dine in. They were clearly cleaning up the kitchen and getting ready to go home. That would be fine if they closed at 9:00, but they were supposedly open for another 50 minutes. If they close at 9:00, they need to change the sign on the door and all of their printed advertising. read more

I have always loved getting take out from China Tango. It's been a minute since I have ordered and when I ordered tonight, I was disappointed with the lack of veggies in the chow mein but especially the war won ton soup. I used to love all the veggies in the soup and it had noodles in it which is an addition. I'm assuming to take the place of the veggies. Not a good switch in my opinion. Prices have gone up too, which I expected (along with every other business in the country right now). But I didn't expect prices to rise and quality to go down. read more

This is an awesome go-to place after a trip, just prior to getting home. You're exhausted, hungry, and want something tasty without a lot of work or a lot of wait. The ownership/staff here are very nice, and the food never disappoints. Service time is faster than any pizza or teriyaki restaurant that usually are my go-to meal places. Plus, if you're like me, before a multi-day trip, I leave the house immaculate. Upon returning, the first thing I don't want to do is mess up the kitchen looking to satisfy my hunger. And price-wise, a filling and somewhat nutritious dinner at China Tango cost a third less than at pretty much any breakfast place in Vegas. Star knock as you know, for unclaimed. Ordered from China tango this evening crab Rangoon's egg, foo, Yong chicken, fried rice, and honey walnut chicken! The food was terrible, horrible, crab raccoons were barely cooked. They were soggy, honey. Chicken was soggy, not crispy, and the egg foo yong was burnt. Looked like they had mystery chicken inside. It was stringy around pieces of chicken. I will never ever order from this place again. I am totally disgusted and spent $64 and threw the whole mail in the trash. read more

Nice little spot in the Albertsons parking lot. The food is very fresh and tasty. They do not use msg and they have fresh food always. The lunch specials are great. I ordered the Mongolian beef lunch special with fried rice. The beef was tender and flavorful. It comes with the soup of the day. I ordered egg drop. The soup was delicious, it wasn't too salty and it had lots of flavor. All that for 10.45 can't beat it! The service was nice, they were very prompt and paying attention. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and we would definitely recommend it. Everything was very fresh and hot, and we would could tell it was made to order. We did takeout, so I have no comments in regards to the Ambiance, other than, there are a few people eating in there, and everything was very clean and organized. When I walked in to pick up my order, it was ready and waiting for me, and as soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted very nicely. Very welcoming, and very nice staff. I have to say that this was our third choice, but this will be my first choice in the future. This place was amazing. The food was so good and so fresh and I've never had a bigger, egg foo young in my life. I ate the leftovers the following day. The broccoli beef was really really good and really fresh and he said it had a flavor better than any other That he has tried before. I think it was the noodles that was served with it. I tried the noodles and they were really good. I believe they deal a lot with takeout orders or pick up orders because the restaurant wasn't very busy inside but they were definitely busy with orders but our food came very quick and I can't wait for Christmas time because I will be back in this area and I will eat there again.
