Who cooks with butter in Chinese noodle dish. I order Hong Kong style noodles and got the house pasta noodles that was bland and tasted bad like it was cooked in butter. The butterfly shrimp looks like frozen shrimp you buy from Costco and overcooked. I paid $29.00 for two items and saw the menu on line and looks like I got over charged for terrible food. I felt like some Chinese food and I decided to give this place a try. I must say, the food was really good. I had the sweet and sour chicken, Kung Pao Beef and Chicken Egg Foo Young. I ordered my food for pickup and the only complaint, they didn't give enough sauce for the egg foo young. Other then that, the food actually lasted for 3 meals which was nice. Left over Chinese food is always good. There was plenty of Chicken, the kung pao had a lot of beef in it and all was tasty. The egg foo young didn't seem to have as much chicken as I've had from other places but it was good. I recommend this place and I will be back when I get a craving again. There aren't a ton of close-by options for Chinese in Inspirada, so my wife and I decided to give China Tango a shot hoping we'd find our new go-to Chinese place. We ordered the Happy Family A meal with Orange Chicken and Broccoli Beef so we'd have some leftovers for at least another meal. Part of the meal deal included Egg Flower soup and Pork Fried Rice, and we included some pot stickers to try too. Overall, I wouldn't consider it spectacular but I also wouldn't say it was the worst I've had. Most of the food seemed like pre-made food service items, the pot stickers and spring rolls especially since they were not crispy or particularly flavorful. The orange chicken and broccoli beef were decent. The pork fried rice was not great at all, the pork was dry and very flavorless, and the rice seemed a bit mushy. Price point for the special is a deal since purchasing all items separately is significantly more expensive and you can certainly feed 4 people. read more

The quality of the food, and the attentiveness of the servers has declined greatly recently. China Tango was always bustling with customer, Uber Eats, and delivery drivers. Now it's just very noisy, and business seems much slower. The experience overall is such that we won't return here anymore. It's very sad, as this used to be one of our favorites. read more

It also sounded like it was a suggestion that had become a regular. It was a friendly exchange I enjoyed hearing. I live 4 miles from the restaurant and when I got home and opened the containers, they all steamed they were so hot. It was the first time I've had a restaurant experience at home. We ordered sweet n sour chicken that was so juicy. The noodles were beautiful. The shrimp and vegetables were vibrant and tasted fresh. I regret not taking a picture. This is the place to go for chinese food when you're too lazy to drive to Chinatown lol. It's definitely good value, the portions are large and we ended up with tons of food for the two of us by ordering 3 dishes. I'm pretty sure this lasted us for at least 2 meals. Walnut shrimp - 4/5. The flavor was spot on how I like it, and the shrimp were slightly crispy which is great. The walnuts didn't seem to have been cooked with the shrimp though, it'd be even better if they were candied slightly instead of raw. Sesame beef - 5/5 for pure value. This came with a ton of beef!! Crispy Hong Kong style noodles - 4/5. I appreciated the fact that they had this on the menu. I love this style of fried noodles over the standard lo mian. It was a little on the bland side, but I still liked it and would get it again. All in all came out to about $40 read more

Thought I just provide an update and say that the Happy Family Meals A or B on the menu are pretty awesome. Lots of food for the money you pay. Lately whenever my girl and I go we always order one of these meals because we end up with alot of leftovers for lunch the next day. It can easily feed a family of four. When I say family of four I mean a standard issue family of four and not like four NFL draft players. We also recently discovered their Salt & Pepper Squid which in my opinion is pretty awesome. The breading is crispy and the squid is seasoned well and not too salty. The jalapeno and lettuce shreds sprinkled on it make it really good because the spiciness, although mild, adds another dimension to the taste. If we were talking about String Theory then I'd say that the dimension added was #7. Which astrophysicists would call the "Salt and Pepper Squid Dimension". Very tasty and authentic Chinese food here! We came here as recommended by my parents who live in Henderson when we were in town. We were not disappointed with the food! The only downside was there was a very long wait for the food to be served. I don't know if they were down a cook or something (they let us know as soon as we arrived). It made the meal feel very drawn out, but it more than made up for it when we got our food. We ordered sweet and sour chicken, chow mein noodle Hong Kong style, Kung pao chicken, chicken fried rice, and another beef dish, I think it might have been Hunan Beef (it was a little spicy and crunchy). My favorite was the Hunan Beef and Kung Pao chicken. Sooo good! I had left overs two different nights of those two dishes. I know my husband loved the sweet and sour prk and fried rice. Everything was excellent and if we lived in the area we'd probably eat there a lot! The serves were also very friendly and the parking is easy as there's a huge parking lot right outside. The restaurant itself is nothing fancy, but it is enough. I wouldn't say it's romantic or chic or anything, but good for families and big parties.
