One of the things I love about Las Vegas and is too often overlooked is the food scene off of the strip. Buldogis Eatery is perfect reason why. Being new to the area I looked on yelp for a solid breakfast spot to try and was not disappointed. While I only ordered a simple sausage, egg and tater tot sandwich, it was done with amazing care and touch. The sausage was cooked just to that perfect spot of being done without being chewy or hard, it still was juicy. The eggs were cooked to perfection. Soft scrambled, with a wonderful herbaceous flavor that elevated them to another level. And the bread...omg the bread. A split, I'm guessing brioche, seasoned lightly with garlic and herbs, that honestly I could just fill that with a little bit of butter and eat all day. This care and execution of the simple things done right already elevated this to a breakfast I will crave to come back too, but then you add the staff on top of that and it becomes a no brainer. Heather and Jay were working the counter and had no other reason to interact with me other than to take my order, but instead engaged with me during most of my meal. Not only checking on the food, but my day, my life and my future plans to move to Vegas. They were a delight to hang out with for the time I was there. This was our second time trying Buldogies. The first time was at a different location in Summerlin, and I remember it being okay--not really something memorable, but not bad either. We were in the neighborhood and decided to give it another shot since the reviews were so great. We opted for a few different things on the menu, but unfortunately, the bulgogi hot dogs were definitely a miss for us. They were extremely salty, and I wish the sauce paired better with the hot dog to make it easier to eat. The best part of the stop was definitely the fresh watermelon drinks--they were refreshing and really hit the spot! Stopped by Buldogis while I was in Vegas and tried the Meggadropp. The sandwich was good and they definitely don't skimp on the toppings. Eggs, sausage, bacon, tots... it's a whole breakfast packed into one sandwich. Service was good too. Now, I'm not the biggest breakfast person, so this isn't necessarily something I'd be running back for, but I enjoyed it for what it was. I came on a weekend for lunch and it wasn't that crowded. We ordered at the counter and was brought the food to the seating. Plenty of parking and seating. The place was nice and felt like a fast food vibes. The service was fast and very friendly! Kimchi egg cheese and sausage (added 5 extra dollars for sausage) with garlic toast 7/10: this was pretty good and flavorful. The toast was really soft and buttery. The sweet mayo they have really unique and we ordered extra on the side! However my only complaint was the price .. it's about $17 for this. Despite being small it is pretty heavy but I don't think there was any standouts to make it this pricey. Kimchi tots 6/10: we got the small size and it was indeed really small. Buldogis has been on my bookmarked food list for years and we finally we made it. I've been dying to try the egg drop sandwiches for.eve.r! There are two locations in the outskirts of Vegas. The eatery was a tiny bit closer to where we were staying on the strip. It took us about 20 minutes via Uber. Not a bad ride at all. Located in a strip mall and wasn't a huge restaurant, but there was plenty of seating. Staff were very nice and friendly. I opted for the sausage egg drop. My husband got the bfc egg drop with sausage gravy. We both got the Korean coffee. I really enjoyed my sandwich. It was huge! Full of eggs and sausage. The crispy garlic toast added so much flavor. Also loved the two sauces on it. The sandwich as a whole was like an explosion of flavor. My sandwich stayed together nicely for being as hefty as it was. Not sure how the bread holds so much, but it did. Now my husband's sandwich didn't hold up as well. He also hates when food falls apart and he gets messy, so his review wasn't as nice. He took one bite and 1/3 of the eggs fell onto the table and then the bread split. It was impossible to eat like a sandwich, which frustrated him. So he fork and knifed it. He said the eggs were delicious and so was the chicken. He didn't find all the sauces to add anything to the flavor and felt the garlic toast was overkill. He did enjoy the sausage gravy though. The coffees were okay. Nothing to write home about. I was really happy with my sandwich and so glad I got to finally see what the hype was about. Came to Buldogis after hearing a lot of social media hype, and a coworker saying we have one on our side of town. This location is situated in the back corner of the shopping plaza, adjacent to an empanada spot. There is ample parking, and inside there is plenty of seating and a large menu on the wall to help you out. Being as it was my first time, I didn't know what to order, so I asked the cashier. She was super friendly and told us about the popular menu options and the best way to order it. I went with her recommendation and I was in LOVE. I got their Egg Drop Breakfast sandwich, but with French Toast style, which I was doubtful at first but omg it hit so good. Something about the crisp on the bread from the sugars maybe? It was giving McGriddle sandwich but in the best ways! This one also had tater tots and i think bacon in it too - As you get further down the tater tots get a bit soggier, but the top half was absolute perfection. My bestie and I stopped by Buldogis for the first time during their anniversary after seeing all the viral videos of their breakfast sandwiches and hot dogs. I've wanted to try them forever, and I had no idea they were tucked away at the bottom of Eastern in Henderson. Such a great surprise! From the moment we walked in, the cashier was incredibly friendly, answered all of our questions, and made us feel welcome. We both ordered the Mega Drop. I got mine on the garlic Texas toast (I really wanted the French toast version, but I was trying to make at least one responsible decision ). Next time, I'm definitely trying it. The sandwich was absolutely loaded with two sausage patties, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, bacon, tater tots, and what tasted like a delicious maple drizzle. It was HUGE. The general manager brought our food out personally and was so welcoming. He asked how we heard about them and even brought us little trays because he knew we'd need something to catch all the bacon falling out of these monster sandwiches. He was right... and we definitely used them! This was hands down the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. No exaggeration. Every bite was incredible. Are they pricey? Yes. We got ours for $15 during the anniversary special, but normally they're around $20, with the French toast version a little more. That said, they're absolutely massive. That sandwich was literally all I ate that day, so I honestly think it's worth every penny. The general manager also told us about some of their other menu items, and everything sounded amazing. I've already recommended Buldogis to several friends, and I'll definitely be back. Probably not every week because those sandwiches might make my back fat... I had seen several food influencers post about the amazing "eggdropp" sandwiches at Buldogis and was hoping the hype was real... which it was! Waitaminute... what is an "eggdropp" you may ask? It's a toasted garlic bread, JAM PACKED with scrambled eggs, cheese, aioli, mayo, and other goodies depending on what you order. The first time in, I had to get the MEGADROPP which included a round sausage patty, crispy bacon, and tater tots. Yeah, this baby probably had the daily recommended fat and calories, but it was so worth every bite. Before I knew it, had scarfed down at least 2/3 of the thing, took the rest to go, but then ended up eating that once I got back home. It was SOOOOO GOOOOOODDDD. On my second visit, I ordered the Beef Bulgogi Eggdropp which was slightly less indulgent than the Megadropp, but also very delicious. I hate to dropp the rating, but I can't overlook so many issues. Buldogis Eatery is the second brick-and-mortar of a local modern institution that started as a food truck slinging Korean-influenced hot dogs and has since grown to include a lot more on the menu. Aside from their short-lived stint on Spring Mountain, this is the first time I've had them in a while since their flagship store is quite a bit farther from my Henderson home base. I popped in at around lunch and looked over the menu a bit, then ordered at the counter before grabbing a seat. Considering how not busy it was, the food felt like it took a while to come out. It was worth the wait though. The Pork Belly Eggdropp ($12.95) was a masterpiece. The garlicky toast, the fluffy scrambled eggs piled so high that some may or may not have spilled, and chewy pork belly - a bit overly so in one or two bites - were complemented nicely by the melty cheese and the sauces, especially the mildly sweet mayo. One of the better breakfast sandwiches around for sure. The Grilled Chicken Breast rice bowl ($13.95) was fine. The flavors and veggies reminded me of bibimbap. The chicken had grill marks, but chicken only goes so far. This wasn't my entree, however, so I can look past not loving it. The beverages were really rough though. The hot Korean Coffee ($3.95) was just really sweet. The Original Lemonade ($5.50) was also quite sweet. But what really upset me later in the day is that I felt that I wasn't getting any kind of caloric content from it. You know, like it had artificial sweetener which wasn't advertised. I was just getting more drained instead of getting a boost of energy which I was expecting from how it tasted. Service was good. The staff came by multiple times to check on us. Considering that it was under a week until Christmas, the playlist of classic carols and hits was very appropriate. I'm excited to try more of the food at Buldogis, but beverage-wise, water or prepackaged stuff are the way to go. read more

Tucked away in the back of a shopping center, the place is a little hard to find, but it is definitely worth the hunt! Plenty of parking, and great signage once you find it. Walking in, I was impressed with the clean, modern interior. Lots of great signage, plenty of places to sit, two TV screens. Acting as menus, with tons of eating options for breakfast and lunch. I went with the egg drop bacon sandwich. This Wonder of nature had eggs, bacon, Sriracha, aioli, and this amazing garlic sauce. Sauce. Pro tip, get it on the garlic toast. Now. This isn't two slices of Wonder bread with garlic powder on it. This is like full size Texas toast, grilled and seasoned with garlic. The sandwich itself is huge. And I say huge, with a capital H. Most places will just stuff the eggs in stuff, the bacon in and stuff some cheese in. Which is true in this case, but there's a surprise as you're eating the sandwich. You think you are finished with the bacon, and then you get 2/3 of the way to the bottom and there's another layer of bacon. Well done my friends well done. I ordered a mango lemonade to wash this down with, and it was perfect. Had the right level of sweetness to the tartness of the lemonade. Perfection! The bottom line? I've always wanted to try an eggdrop sandwich, and this combination with the sauces inside will have me coming back. As for the honey butter biscuit, it looked pretty daunting after being full off 1 sandwich, but it didn't feel too heavy and texture was great. The eggs crazy fluffy, soft as hell and real creamy. The bread buttery with a little sweetness and just enough toast for that light crunch. The pork belly was stupid good, especially the crispy one. Tots went crazy too, that gravy had a kick. Ain't nothing dry, ain't nothing bland. Every bite solid. I was lowkey full and still kept eating. Customer service was on point. Our food arrived quickly and was warm (not hot) the egg drop sandwich was kind of like a bread pocket buttered and grilled on the outside (could have been grilled longer, as the crispiness of the bread would have been a nice textural contrast to the soft scrambled eggs) and stuffed with eggs and bacon and topped with sauce. The girl at the front counter was super sweet and tried hard to remember my name from my last visit, that's top tier customer service in my book! (So sorry I didn't get your name! But you're awesome!) the kitchen staff is also friendly, shouting a kick and friendly good morning! As soon as you walk in (I've only gone in the morning) makes you feel very welcome.. the two times I've been here the lobby has been relatively quiet, and after getting off a graveyard shift, the quiet is nice.. like I said, I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu items and will definitely be bringing in my family next time read more
