Went here again after a year, still continuing to be one of my favorite spots to go to for breakfast. The food was so good, and I finally got to try out the seasoning; it was amazing. The service was great; they are fast due to the amount of people that walk in, and the ambiance was great. I really like the train that goes around it looks cool.

This place was an experience and not one of those experiences I want to repeat. We were in town visiting, and a friend in the group said they had really good food. We drove a good distance to make sure we tried this place. It was a busy Saturday our group was split into two tables on the patio. When they brought our food, the person told our table they messed up one of the orders at our table and after waiting for 45 minutes they said no worries I will take the wrong order and started eating it. After a couple bites they figured out the wrong meal was supposed to be for the other table. Instead of apologizing for telling the separate tables they messed up the order they blamed us for eating the wrong meal after they said it was an error in the kitchen. The person who recommended this restaurant happened to be one of the people whose order they messed up. When it came to the checks after she had to waited twice for her meal the manager offered $4 off. After some back and forth the manager ended up comping her meal. Now there are 12 customers who won't return to this place in our future Vegas trips. It makes me sad because the food really is good.

Haven't been to this place in years! Happy I found the loco moco with the white gravy, that's how I order it anywhere else! My wife had the Santa Cruz burrito! Portions are huge, definitely recommend sharing , also the banana bread muffin is a must!!!! Service was also exceptional! The train going around the room is a cute touch as well!

This place is a classic old school diner and I loved it! When I got the coffee they left the pot on the table the entire time. Service was great with amazing people and it was very fast. For me, the menu was overwhelming and it had no pictures but the waitress suggested some crowd favorites. Portions are very generous given the price. The potatoes were my favorite with a bbq seasoning. I'd highly recommend!

This was a fun surprise in Vegas. We were looking for a relaxed place to have breakfast - away from the Strip, a place where we could easily drive and park - and we found this based on reviews. It was pretty popular on a Saturday morning, and we had to wait but only about 15 minutes. It definitely has a casual "breakfast place" ambiance, but it has more personality than say a chain like Denny's or IHOP. There was a model train running around the edge of the restaurant near the ceiling, and the servers were very friendly and seemed to have a fun personality to match. The food was excellent. I got the biscuit and gravy breakfast with scrambled eggs after being assured it was homemade and I was not disappointed -- and mind you, I'm almost always disappointed with biscuits and gravy west of the Mississippi. So that's quite a feat. The biscuits were light and fluffy and clearly homemade, and the gravy was homemade too. Not a TON of sausage in the gravy but that's just a quibble. I was so thrilled to have delicious biscuits and gravy. Husband had the eggs benedict and was very pleased. Daughter got an omelette with a homemade banana muffin on the side (instead of toast) and the muffin had just come out of the oven and was delicious. Not too sweet (in a good way). She was happy with the omelette too. The coffee and decaf were brought to the table in our own carafes, which was nice, and we got a drink with POG & champagne which was really delicious. We had a really happy family time here, very relaxing, with delicious food and warm hospitality. I'd come back here any time I'm in Vegas.

Let's have some breakfast! This seems like the perfect place to dine and enjoy a nice meal! This is a great place, small and quaint for any type of family or group meeting . This visit for us was just two of us and we were sat down right by the bar . The staff is absolutely amazing here. This type of place sparks up conversation because of the ambiance . What's not to love? They even have a train that runs over head as you talk about what comes to your mind and heart. It's absolutely amazing the menu is incredible. It's a little vintage style sheet that you order from. Just love all there is about this place. And we have not even ordered yet. As you are seated and do the order dance. You question, hmmm is that good or perhaps that . It's all looks too outstanding. You know what I have not had in a while, waffles. They dress up the waffles here with whipped cream and fruit. It's just darling. The man in the picture, definitely decided on the bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich. It was all delicious and outstanding. Now after eating a meal and experiencing this establishment the employees are so positive and happy . They smile all the time too. You can tell they enjoy coming to work . Are you looking for genuine quality and lovely humans here's your chance . Now let's not let the food get cold.

Starring with service. Our servicer was Bee (Bianca). She is an above and beyond server. She answered questions about the food (which will be discussed next) She made sure all our questions were answered & that she understood what we wanted precisely. She made suggestions. The menu is extensive & every item sounds wonderful; so we had lots of questions. There is the full menu which is truly full. Then there is a value menu which includes separate senior menu. I ordered from the Fall Menu. The Drink menu offers variety. The food was as wonderful as it sounded. A unique thing they do is off half portions on some items. My husband had 1/2 an egg-taliono omelet. My opinion is it was the perfect size My husband's opinion is it tasted great. I got 1/2 order of biscuits & gravy. The thickness of gravy was perfect with wonderful flavor & just about the perfect amount of pepper. I also had the pumpkin spice pancakes with nuts & butterscotch chips. A flood of flavor & a small overload of sugar. It was delicious & my new favorite pancakes. Thank goodness. Quick word about decor & how friendly & willing to help everyone is. Our favorite part of the decor is the model train that runs around the walls of the restaurant near ceiling. It just pushes decor over the top. We (kinda model train aficionados) wondered what gauge the train is. Asked Bee who didn't know, she got her manager, who didn't know, but he got the general manager, didn't know. They were apologetic about not knowing. Kind to share that there is a train in every Egg Works restaurant. (After research we think it's a "G" gauge.) Egg Works hits every button. Suggest you give it a try.

Ordered Hawaiian island with bananas, traditional Benny, and new York steak and eggs. Great food and service. Place seems always busy but service is great and fast. Love the train in the ceiling. Place has tvs if you want to watch games or your team. They have gift cards from Costco and Groupons to save some money. They also offer free muffin for Yelp reviews.

I was in Vegas, and a friend who lives there recommended Egg Works, so I decided to stop by before my flight. When I sat down, I immediately noticed the little train moving along the ceiling, which was a fun touch. A common question I ask at restaurants is, "What is most ordered here?" so it was convenient to see the menu already had a section for their signature dishes. I ordered the Country Fried Steak breakfast, and it was delicious. The steak was tender and crispy, and the house potatoes were perfectly crunchy. They also let you choose between toast or a banana bread muffin. I highly recommend the banana bread muffin with butter it's delicious. The food was great, the atmosphere was fun, and the service was decent, not the best but definitely not bad. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Egg Works.

Got the carrot cake French toast and it was yummy and super super moist! I wish there was a crunch to it but overall the flavor was there! It was like a cake that melted in your mouth. The chipotle pork eggs Benny was yummy too! A little on the saltier side because they load it up with their chipotle sauce. I feel there should be more pork. But overall good taste. Staff were nice. Decent service.

Cornbeef hash with white rice and over easy eggs

Fast service * no wait time * waitress was very nice & helpful * food came out fresh & hot * plenty of parking * I ordered the cornbeef hash and substituted the potatoes for white rice and got it with over easy eggs. Super flavorful and a ton of food! 10/10 i recommend and close to the airport so perfect for right after the plane ride

    Cheesesteak and mash potato omelette

Amazing costumer service everyone was very friendly and welcoming the food was great I especially enjoyed the cinnamon roll served hot and fluffy not to sweet this place has a homey contry vibe 10/10

Update to my review, I reached out to Christina and she was able to have my burrito remade to perfection. I really like this burrito because it's not salty and the bell peppers really add an unexpected kick paired with salsa. I could eat this burrito at least twice a day, and Christina was fast in her responses to my email and someone threw in some banana muffins for the inconvenience. Yum. Thank you very much.

Plenty of parking in the shopping center, the signage is very prominent so there is no mistaking where you're going. Walking in the front door, you feel like you're home again. Lots of cool artwork on the walls, a very wood-based environment, has a country charm to it with a modern upscale feel. We went there for appetizers as we were on a time crunch, so we ordered the blueberry chicken sliders, the corn ribs, and the blueberry chicken wings. I had heard about these for the longest time, and everyone said they were amazing. Well I'm here to tell you that they 100% are! The corn ribs were wonderful with the cilantro dipping sauce. The only thing that would have made them better is if they would have put some Jalisco cheese on it and made it a little more like street corn. But hey who am I to complain about these corn ribs? I ate them all. The blueberry chicken sliders were absolutely off the charts! I had heard about these several times. People saying things like they are the absolute best to your taste. Buds will be stunned for days. Well, they weren't wrong, these sliders were absolutely wonderful. And we cannot forget the blueberry smoked chicken wings. These things were so well cooked and the seasoning was perfect and the blueberry softs on top took it to a whole other dimension. I would eat probably three or four more plates of these. I'm looking forward to going back there for dinner, as they had plenty of options on the menu. Such as brisket, ribs and so forth. Definitely going back for round two. Bottom line? You cannot go wrong with this place. Do yourself a favor, take some friends, and get all of the aforementioned appetizers. Your taste buds will. Thank you!

My daughter and son in law took me for Mothers Day. There was hardly anyone inside so already not a good sign. I mean, it's Mothers Day for goodness sakes. The restaurant industry's biggest day of the year. It was lunch time, pretty much straight up noon. It should have been packed. It felt like walking into a cafeteria. Decor was lacking. Looked like they were going for half Mexican half cowboy. And I get that. I also get going for minimalist style. It just didn't feel welcoming. It felt cheap and like they didn't care what it looked like. But, looks aren't my priority when I want good food. Daughter and I each ordered a cocktail. Both were very tasty but also pretty weak. Also, I don't like drinking my fruity cocktail out of a plastic cup. All tableware was plastic. Except the cutlery. If I'm paying $30 for an entree, serve it on a real plate, or even on a metal tray. Not cheap plastic that looks like stoneware. Now for the food: daughter's salad was good. Nice fresh leafy greens with a lime ranch dressing. Her tacos were itty bitty, but for $4 each, it's to be expected. The hatch green chili Mac and cheese was ok. Nothing to rave about but no complaints either. Corn bread was tasty but fell apart when cut. I liked that it was covered in honey. I had burnt ends with brisket and Brussel sprouts. Sprouts were mushy, not crispy at all. The only flavor was the heat. I liked my burnt ends, but I've had better. Brisket was overcooked and extremely dry. Little to no flavor and really small, thin slices. I've had brisket from some of the top nationally rated BBQ places and it's always been super juicy, flavorful and nice thick slices that fall apart between your fingers. I've stood in line in the heat for over two hours to have that food. So I know good BBQ My son in law had tri tip and brisket with fries. And his plate was swimming in grease. That should never happen with low and slow cooking of meats. The amount of grease on his plate, and the state of the brisket are the ultimate reason for this less than stellar review. My daughter and I both wondered if the sandos would have been better choices, but meat that's only good if made into a sando, is not saying much about the meat. Maybe I'll get one and see if it's better. But I won't be back for plates of meat. I only took a picture of my plate. I really wish I had gotten one of my son in laws plate.

But let's talk about the real reason to visit: the food. I always find myself gravitating toward a classic burger, and Eureka! does not disappoint. We're talking a proper, stack-it-high, juices-running-down-your-hands situation. Paired with a cold, well-chosen craft beer? Absolute perfection. I definitely got hungry and wanted to grab something to eat so we made our way here. This location is on Fremont Street and right by Fremont Street Experience, and boy, what an experience it is haha. I mean that in the terms of we sat on the patio and people watched for a couple hours. Sooo wild haha. We put our name in on waitlist and they texted us when our table was ready which was really nice. I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps. They were okay but definitely not my favorite. I also got the mac and cheese balls and those were FANTASTIC. I'd go back for those alone. To eat, I also got a grilled cheese and tomato soup and that was so delicious. The tomato soup was so creamy and yummy. I ate that entire thing in seconds haha. Our server was sooo nice. His name was Draven (I believe). For dessert, he brought me out a free ice cream because he said it was for the baby! So nice of him!! And I definitely did want dessert so I loved it haha. I would definitely come back here again. Forgot how delicious this spot is and now that I know the service is also incredible, we'll be back for sure!
