I've been here one other time before but decided to stop in here with my husband after our maternity shoot to grab some breakfast. Even though it was a Saturday, we were seated pretty quickly. It did get busy after we left, but still not too bad. Our server was great and did a great job taking care of us. I ordered the watermelon drink they have (which you can also order spiked if you want, but of course I can't right now haha) and then also the chocolate chip pancake and a side of sausage links. The sausage links were delicious and so was the pancake. We also got the special bacon and biscuits, too. Both were delicious! Love the inside here too and there's plenty of seating. FIRST TIME HERE. My choice. Brother came with me, he has the car and I don't so I usually call him. He ordered a waffle w/apple sausage and eggs over easy and an English Muffin. He says the eggs were really runny, like not over easy... I ordered eggs benedict which was OK. I ordered a bloody mary but it came with bacon which I did tell the server, I don't eat meat so please no bacon but bacon was there, ok so I removed it... the drink was good. We have thought about going here many times and today we finally caved in because of the "free delivery" I received a few days ago. Aesthetic is farmhouse, vibe is busy diner. Service is efficient. The menu has traditional breakfast fare (egg dishes, french toast, etc) as well as sandwiches and salads. They offer a few "morning" cocktails, with mimosas at only $9.99! (I did not see a bottomless option). I had the BLT Eggs Benedict which was very good, with a thick home style type of bacon and a delicious English muffin, but the side was arugula, which I didn't notice when ordering (that's on me)! So my cousin that lives in Vegas recommended we visit this place while we were in town.. We met him here for breakfast.. This place was off the chart.. Perfect brunch place with good prices. Everything is a reasonable price and the portions are great. We joined the waitlist online and when we got there we only had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Service was very friendly and I loved how she gave her opinion on dishes we thought about getting. I got half sandwich and salad combo for $12. It was really tasty and filling too. Salad was a big size. I got the roast beef sandwich. The bread was Parmesan crusted and had a good amount of meat. We have been wanting to try this new breakfast spot since they opened, but every time we drove by, the wait looked too long. We recently discovered their "wait in line" feature on the app, and it made the experience so easy! The app estimated a 10-20 minute wait, and by the time we arrived about 15 minutes later, we were taken straight to our table. From the hostess to the wait staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. We ordered the Traditional Breakfast and the Tri-Fecta Breakfast, and we were shocked by the size of the pancake -- huge! Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. One of the little touches we really appreciated was having a carafe of coffee and water right on the table so we could refill as needed without constantly needing to flag down staff. The server was nice but did not take our order for at least 20 min and then after our food came we never saw her again until needing the check. It seemed pretty busy so definitely not her fault but probably sat her too many tables. The inside is very cute and the have a pretty big patio area which i enjoyed. The food was average. I got the pick 2, half salad and half sandwhich is was good but like i said just average. The menu says it is sourdough toast which it definitely does not look like to me, just regular white bread. I have now been here three times because my daughter really likes it. I think the place is just OK and HOME fries are decent. I think the prices are a little bit high. They also put these two coffee mugs on the table and they don't tell you that you get charged for it until you get your bill which is not a big deal but they should tell you beforehand so you think they're just on there and that you can have a cup of coffee, but that's not the case. I do think Service has improved since the first time I was there the first time I was there. The workers were very rushed and kind of snippy but the last time that I went, they were actually kind of nice. We came in around 8:25-8:30 this morning. This was our first time visiting this location, as we usually go to the Stephanie location. My wife and I were seated and waited for about 12 minutes without any service. During that time, at least three servers walked past our table multiple times. There was no greeting, no offer to get our drink order, and not even a quick acknowledgment like, "I'll be with you shortly." What was most disappointing was that the servers clearly saw us but made no attempt to make contact. And no, they were not busy. The Stephanie location is usually much busier, yet we have never experienced anything like this there. At around 8:45 am we decided to leave. Before leaving, I spoke with the host and asked for a manager. The manager did apologize and asked us to stay so they could take care of us, but by that point we had already made up our minds to leave and go somewhere else. They also offered a gift card, which we also declined. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I don't think we'll be returning to this location. I was excited to break into a runny yolk, but instead the yolks were completely dried out. When we mentioned it to our server, the response was simply, "Overcooked -- do you want another egg?" There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the issue, and no attempt to make things right. The granola bowl was okay, but nothing memorable. The almond toast was also disappointing, with large chunks of sea salt that made it overwhelmingly salty. Overall, First Watch felt overpriced for the quality we received. We had high expectations given its reputation, but the food and service both fell short. If you're looking for a truly enjoyable breakfast experience in Las Vegas, I'd recommend trying Cafe Duval, Broken Yolk Cafe, Truffles N Bacon Cafe, or CraftKitchen instead. They do a good job keeping you updated with text messages on your wait status. There are about 10 bar seats available, which is a nice option if you want to avoid a long wait. We stumbled upon a very unique restaurant front that resembled the same characteristics as our favorite ocean area food spots in California. Being locals we are always in that area and it encompasses one of the busiest streets in the southeast side of the vegas valley. It being open for less than two weeks we understood the chaotic atmosphere like every restaurant at its beginning stages We ordered the infamous bacon as a starter and boy it was met with a great mixture of sweetness and peppery goodness to start our morning breakfast. The chickinchimaga had a great buttery toasted crust with a good amount of stripped dark meat chicken along with their specific hollindaise sauce that completed the tangy, cheesy, yet very savory experience. The upgraded million dollar potatoes of a mix of cheesy bacon good ness was the perfect match. My only gripe was there was just too much onions for my taste on the burrito. The chillaquilles was perfect with the toasty tortilla chips and barbacoa. Meat was full of flavor and had enough protein to complete the meal. I had the traditional breakfast, which was scrambled eggs, potatoes, couple pieces of bacon, and toast. Toast. Make sure you upgrade to the million dollar bacon, which gives you two extra pieces of this perfectly seasoned and drizzled with maple syrup delight! Delight! The other hot tip is upgrade your potatoes to the million dollar potatoes which includes chopped up pieces of the million dollar bacon, and this amazing parmesan sauce that is just astounding. Of course I had to do my ultimate test, which is the glass of milk with breakfast. I got to tell you first watch nailed it with flying colors.
