The dynamite rolls were not dynamite. Dry and disappointing. The chicken strips were good but had a weird texture that was a little off putting. The strip steak was perfectly cooked and delicious. It was served with a chili oil sauce that I didn't care for. Every Sunday all the steaks are half price when ordered ala carte. A great place in an unusual spot. I have lived in the area for over 25 years, so I have seen a lot of businesses come and go in this shopping center, but this place will be here for quite a while. Awesome to, that it is so close. I met a girlfriend over here for Happy Hour. I enjoyed their house red wine and we ordered 3 apps on the HH and one regular priced app. We had the Philly Fries - yum, but there were no onions and mushrooms as listed, just meat and cheese, the Dynamite Rolls - a nice think eggroll that's tasty, The house made spinach artichoke dip which was blah.. kind of watery with what appeared to be melted cheese slices, and we also ordered the Tuna Chips - excellent! Overall the food was good, the atmosphere is nice and the customer service was excellent. We were trying to watch the NBA draft and our usual spot only has Directv which apparently doesn't have ESPN. Quickly called around to other sports bars and they all had Directv. Finally found Rustic House, didn't really read the reviews or look at pics since we were in a rush. I just saw one comment that said "such a fun place to watch games" so we headed over. Service was very laid back and friendly. There was ample comfortable seating and TV screens and they were happy to accommodate. Happy hour was 4-6pm so we got lucky being around 5:20pm. We tried two different local beers and were each pleased with our picks. Then based on our servers recommendation we ordered the Philly cheesesteak fries. I really wasn't that hungry and didn't expect much, but man were they good! Great flavor, balanced proportions, house made cheese sauce. Unctuous. The chicken strips were pristine in look and crunch. The batter was a bit under seasoned personally, but still enjoyable and a variety of sauces were available. They have a steak and lobster special on Wednesday's for $25 which our server said was really good. And they let you get any steak on the menu if you want, for like $20 more or something, so it ends up being the lobster for a few dollars. Will definitely be back for that! Stop by this place on an early Friday night. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and open it felt. The service was very good and the bar area had plenty of video poker machines open. The food was surprising good and were generously portioned. They have a players card and seem to have pretty good odds. The best part is that it's smoke free so you're not having to sit next to a smoker if you don't smoke. This was a quick stop and dinner and didn't have time to take pics. prices were reasonable and it's located near the Krispy Kreme so that's a win too! I stopped into Rustic House on a Tuesday evening with my friend. We were seated at a table and Regan greeted us right away. She asked if we've been in before and since it was our first time she gave us a rundown of the menu and signed us up for their loyalty program. Cocktails we tried that evening were the Grapefruit Moscow Mule, the Huckleberry Lemon Drop, the Chunky Monkey, and the Espresso martini. All of the cocktails were really good and were crafted fresh by the bartenders. For food we went with the shrimp appetizer and the Cajun pasta with chicken. The shrimp were large and had a really good flavor. The Cajun pasta was a massive portion and was served with the most addicting garlic toast. We were full off of sharing these two items and had zero room for dessert. They played music videos on the TVs which was different and brought me back to my childhood MTV watching days. It's also not smokey in here at all even tho it used to be a "tavern" and still kind of has that feel to it. I love all the big screens they have on the walls and love that they play music videos, too. So fun. We didn't have to wait to be seated. We arrived about 45 minutes before happy hour ended. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! Returned with friends for casual dinner. Tuesday night - so no food specials to try. Shelby, our server, was at our table right after we sat down and explained the loyalty program to our friends (it really is a great deal. But on nights when the VGK are playing, you have to ask about the program - the cards are not on the tables). Service was excellent throughout the meal. My wife went with the 10 oz. Burger with a side of fries ($17 + $2 for avocado). The 10 oz burger is HUGE and delish - she said one of the best burgers she has had in Vegas. I went with the spicy Cajon chicken penne ($28). This is the newest of all of the rustic houses . We decided to try this place . They kind of all have the same look and feel so I figured we wouldn't be disappointed. There was not a lot of people there so we sat immediately. Alexa was our waitress. She was friendly and energetic, though she was changing shifts so a little negligent I would say. She said the bartender would take care of us, but he never actually did. What we ordered : Vodka soda Rustic hard lemonade Old-fashioned Whiskey sour $25 steak and lobster X 3 (upgrade to ribeye, medium rare) 2 x loaded tater tots Salmon Sandwich wrap Side of sautéed mushrooms The drinks took quite a while to arrive . I don't recommend coming in at a shift change. There were not a lot of people in rustic house, there were two people at the bar and we were the only table. It somehow took about 15 minutes for the drinks. Once we got our order in, the food didn't take very long and it is delicious ... but they made a change since the last time we were here in all of our previous visits. The lobster tail was about half the size that it used to be. You can see the pictures compared to my previous post. Though, as I said, it still had good flavor. This was the first time we visited this rustic house, maybe the smaller lobster is only here? First off, the place is very clean, and when we walked in, we were greeted by Liza. As we were the only ones there, we had our choice of where to sit, so we opted for a nice comfy booth. After getting coffees (it was real good), my wife got a mimosa, which she loved. For our breakfast entrees, we went with the RH Breakfast, which came with 3 eggs, 3 pieces of bacon, home fries, and toast. We also went with the Crispy French Toast, which is crusted with cereal flakes, and also comes with 3 pieces of bacon and home fries. The eggs were cooked perfectly (over medium), the bacon was crisp and delicious, and the home fries were excellent, and a very large portion. However, the star for me was the Crispy French Toast. Four (4) very thick slices with one of the best flavors I have tasted. And you know what else? The crispiness from the cereal flakes was amazing. Liza also served us, and she was great, always refilling my coffee, and just checking up on us. By this time, several more parties had come in, so she was getting busier, doing the jobs of hostess, server, and bartender. Plus, my wife signed up for their rewards program, and we received $40 in rewards just for signing up! But we were there for the Sunday $30 steak and king crab, which is definitely a good bargain but not actually delicious. The king crabs and steak are both on the dry side. And the upgrade for ribeye is only available on Wednesdays for lobster and steak. Chicken wings and pastas are good but nothing special for you to come back for. The service is friendly But unfortunately, one of our friends never got his order as our lady server never remembered or returned with his order. We got seated at a high top table, which was perfect to watch any of the multiple big screen TVs located around the place. I ordered a Jack and Coke, and it was one of the best I've had in the city. Most places will skimp on the alcohol, but this tasted almost like a 50/50 pour! And for seven bucks you cannot beat that price. Our server was Mari, and she was absolutely delightful! Great suggestions, and was attentive without being overbearing. I will definitely ask for her again, as she was a spectacular server! The steak and lobster is definitely a winner here, and for 25 bucks that is a pure deal! I ordered my steak rare, and it was absolutely on point. We've driven past the Summerlin location and always wanted to try this place and then we saw they opened up one in Silverado Ranch. We went on Saturday since they have an all day 8 oz sirloin steak and 6 oz lobster tail for $25. We also went at 4pm for their happy hour 50% off starters. The place was very clean and cozy for a bar setting. They have plenty of big screen TVs throughout the restaurant. We started with half off spinach artichoke dip. It was creamy and rich served with slices of toasted garlic bread. We also ordered the shrimp cocktail (not half off) which was 6 HUGE black tiger shrimps with tangy cocktail sauce. Both were delicious. For some drinks we both ordered the huckleberry lemon drop martinis that sipped perfectly. For our entrees we both got the steak and lobster special and I added on a side of 9 oz of Alaskan king crab legs for $22 and a Caesar salad to share, along with skillet Mac n cheese. The salad was basic, nothing to brag about. The Mac n cheese was served sizzling in a hot skillet. The elbow macaroni was. Oiled nicely with the right amount of gooey white cheddar cheese and bread crumbs baked on top. The steaks were nicely seasoned and cooked perfectly. The lobster tails were small but cooked nicely and served with butter. Both the steaks n lobster come with a chili oil that they can put on the side if requested. I suggest that as it is pretty spicy. The Alaskan king crab was the perfect amount. They're the smaller Alaskan legs but were nice and sweet and split in half so you don't get poked by all the spikes on the legs. Our server Alexa was very attentive and gave us great service. She had us sign up for their rewards program right at the table which got us immediately $40 off our bill! We were seated at our table and although they were busy it was 15-20 before anyone even came over to say hello or if we wanted anything to drink. When the food came out, the filet was kinda difficult to cut through. It had a very rubbery consistency and overall was just as difficult to eat. Came here to a night out with my friend. We were very impressed with the decor and the smoke free venue. The space is clean and comfortable. The food is great! But the Mac and cheese is definitely a favorite. We also enjoyed the wings and the nachos. They were both very good and the wings were crispy and meaty. I went there today for my friend's 82nd birthday, and the inside was quiet with a really chill vibe. The staff was so friendly; we had Megan, who was training someone whose name I forgot. Anyway, they were really nice and gave us plenty of time to decide because my friend can never make up her mind ‍.
