Haven't been here probably since they opened years ago. So glad we decided to come in here when we were downtown for a magic show haha. I definitely got hungry and wanted to grab something to eat so we made our way here. This location is on Fremont Street and right by Fremont Street Experience, and boy, what an experience it is haha. I mean that in the terms of we sat on the patio and people watched for a couple hours. Sooo wild haha. We put our name in on waitlist and they texted us when our table was ready which was really nice. I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps. They were okay but definitely not my favorite. I also got the mac and cheese balls and those were FANTASTIC. I'd go back for those alone. To eat, I also got a grilled cheese and tomato soup and that was so delicious. The tomato soup was so creamy and yummy. I ate that entire thing in seconds haha. Our server was sooo nice. His name was Draven (I believe). We thought this place was new, but they've been there for years. A remodel created an inviting atmosphere. The servers were attentive without hovering, it seemed they shared responsibilities with the goal of great customer service. We very much enjoyed the food and will be back. Came for lunch with coworkers and the server clearly understood the assignment. She quickly took our drink and food order and when I shared I needed to catch a plane she got my order out even quicker. The shrimp tacos were good, corn tortilla a bit dry. I also got the wild child and it was smooth and not too sweet. I also tried the ginger drink and I wish it had more ginger than mint. We had truffle fries with their sauce and it was heavily mayo with minimal seasoning in the sauce. I wish there was a bit more truffle on the fries themselves as well. They started playing live music shortly after we got sat and that was obnoxious, because it was loud and hard to talk to each other. It seemed odd for a weekend afternoon at a place not packed. The fish tacos had a good taste, but was so filled the taco shells just ripped apart and ended up being more of a fork meal. The burger everyone said was an average burger. I got the Philly and the bread was so tough and chewy I also ended up just eating the meat with a fork. The meat was ok, kind of dry. I ordered the pig old fashioned and it seconds in a little pig, and they pour into your glass table side. I had the Philly cheesesteak and my companions both had fish and chips. Steak was good, had a different taste than a normal cheesesteak but I really liked the twist. Fish and chips looked amazing, I immediately had FOMO and wished I had gotten it too. This spot is kinda like a hidden in plain sight gem as it's tucked away on the corner of Fremont. The place is bar/ restaurant style but has lots of seating which is always great. Atmosphere was pretty chill inside, but then again it's Fremont so it was lots going on outside. Nonetheless, I ordered the fan favorite the "Fresno Fig". As soon as I heard fig I had to try! Idk me and figs just go together. Anywho the burger is topped fig marmalade / melted goat cheese / bacon / tomato / red onion / arugula / spicy porter mustard. I can't forget the side of tater tots. Sweet + savory combo items are my fav as it showcases the art of complimentary flavors. I could've done without the spicy mustard and less cheese would've been nice. Overall, a pretty decent burger. I attempted to try one of their signature lemonades but it was too tangy so I just stuck with water. Service was pretty good as there was no long wait time but then again it wasn't too busy. I did appreciate quality service as the server was really nice and knowledgeable about the menu. This place is so fun! Just a short walk near Fremont Street. The vibe is modern and cool. The service was exceptional with a lot of variety on the menu. I had the bison burger which was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Hubby had the all American burger I think it was and it was equally delicious. The cocktails were next level too and they don't skimp on them- the maple bacon old fashioned (I think it had a clever name that I can't remember) was a very generous size and my campire/s'mores old fashioned came in a little bottle that they trapped the smoke but was easily two drink's worth. You definitely get your money's worth on the drinks AND they were delicious. The rum drink was sooooo good too. Overall, just a cool vibe, amazing service, and great food. I've been to the Eureka! Location in LA and to this Fremont location a few times. I usually like to come to Eureka! And sit at the bar for late night happy hour. Their Mac & cheese balls are my favorite thing on the menu! I also really enjoy their chicken sandwich! Their drink options are great as well! I normally get the Wild Child which is fruity and refreshing. This time, I got the espresso martini and it was pretty standard The service is great, folks are friendly and all smiles. It's been two years (2023) since I raved about Eureka! I was able to make a stop two weeks ago (July 12th) while I was in Las Vegas. A huge shout out to the general manager, John, at the downtown location for accommodating my friends & I! Last time I was in Las Vegas it was to see Usher. This time it was to watch NBA Summer League live in action. The drinks that were tried amongst us all from order of favorite to least is Spa Day Margarita (10/10), Watermelon Hibiscus Spicy Agua Fresca (for my mocktail girlies) and Pineapple Tequila Sour (tart taste preference). The shareable wings were a major hit to our taste buds in the flavors orange chile glaze and Eureka! dry rub. In addition to our waiter, Draven, being attentive to detail such as providing four individual sauce cups of ranch dressing to accommodate our party. Full disclosure the Eureka! menu list has done a revamp! To substitute the Blackened Salmon Kale Caesar that's discontinued, I ordered the Caesar Salad with an add on of Blackened Salmon. The difference in taste were the lack of roasted pine nuts and kale but satisfaction still reign supreme! In my previous review, I mentioned the Bourbon Barrel Cake was shipped from New Orleans to Las Vegas. My description from two years ago hasn't changed! Unfortunately my girls & I couldn't finish the main attraction from the dessert menu because the nightlife for us just started. We didn't want to take a chance of an upset stomach with mixtures of alcohol. Came here on a Friday when our usual restaurants in the area had a long wait. Decided to sit at the bar and order a strawberry lychee martini and the fig burger which was INCREDIBLE.
