5/5 Stars If you've ever been to The Cosmopolitan, you already know the vibe--the crowd, the energy, and the status that comes with walking in and out of that place. Even at 10 AM on a Saturday, the entire casino floor was packed, and The Henry was no exception. Luckily, I had made a reservation in advance, so we were seated in under five minutes. Our server took our drink orders right away, which was a great start given how busy they were. The menu offers a fantastic variety of options, but I went with the Brioche French Toast--and they absolutely delivered. I've been coming to Vegas for years, and finding a truly great breakfast spot has been a real challenge, but this hit the mark. I'll definitely be back to try something else on the menu. My family and I visited this restaurant hoping to have brunch, so we asked the host if we could make a reservation. The hostess told us there would be a 30-minute wait, which was completely fine. We expected a wait at any restaurant and were happy to wait. What made the interaction uncomfortable was the way it was communicated. She lowered her voice and asked if we really wanted to wait that long, which made us feel unwelcome. At the time, we noticed several empty tables throughout the restaurant (two four-top tables on the left side, three four-top tables on the right side, and two two-top tables on the right side). Since we were told there was a wait, we went upstairs to look at Amaya and were considering eating there instead because of the awkward interaction. Just three minutes later, however, we received a text saying, "Table almost ready, send confirm," followed by another message telling us to "See your host." When we returned, the first hostess (approximately 5'8", with long brown hair parted down the middle, fair skin, and working around the 11 a.m.-2 p.m. shift) was whispering to another hostess with curly dark hair before walking away. The second hostess told us there had been a last-minute cancellation, which seemed difficult to reconcile given how quickly our table became available. Once seated, the food was absolutely outstanding, and the meal itself was excellent. Throughout our visit, every one of the empty tables we had noticed when we arrived remained unoccupied. While we truly enjoyed the food, the initial interaction with the first hostess left us feeling unwelcome and overshadowed what otherwise would have been a great dining experience. I hope management addresses this, because the kitchen and service after we were seated were wonderful. We were extremely disappointed that this was the kind of first impression and guest interaction we experienced at The Henry. We would not be back again based off that experience alone. read more

Went here for breakfast. Service was good. We were sat within a few minutes of our reservation. 5 star for service and hostess. Food 2 star Had the short rib Benedict. This is not served on biscuits as it is normally served. It is over hashbrowns. The juice of the meat and eggs made the hashbrowns a soggy mess. Flavor of the hollandaise and short rib was excellent. Breakfast burrito. All you taste is chorizo. That flavor overpowers every other aspect of this dish. It also is very greasy. The burrito is served in 2 pieces, one laid flat and the other stood up. The flat piece of burrito was so greasy the tortilla was falling apart by the time I got to the 2nd half. Would not recommend this dish. read more

I recently went here for brunch. I was a little surprised as it was pretty open to the casino area and I was expecting to have a more closed off space. However, don't let that stop you from going as the food was very good. I had the short rib benedict and would recommend it. Our server was great and made sure to stop by often. Let me start with I was so excited to try this hot spot. The Henry is Located in the lovely cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. My friends had been raving about this place, and I have to believe it was because of the decor and the actual setting. when we arrived at the hotel and I walked through the doors I felt like I was dropped on a sex in the City set. I was waiting to see Cari and Miranda. Back to Henry's or the Henry -The hostess was friendly and accommodating as we arrived without a reservation. We were a group of four, two of us ordered the steak and eggs plate and both steaks were not as requested, they were actually just warm not h. Our other friend had the California omelette which actually looked pretty good and he ate all of it so I'm sure he enjoyed it. I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup. The tomato soup was yummy, but there was no cheese in my grilled cheese. It looked more like a dollop of butter. To say the least I wasn't impressed. After landing on a late night flight we decided to come try this restaurant as it was open late. I opted for steak and my sister ordered the grilled cheese and French dip. Steak was cooked perfectly and the hash browns were super tasty. Sharing the tomato soup and grilled cheese was super filling as well. A nice spot for brunch in the Cosmopolitan hotel. The smoked salmon toast was huge, it could easily feed two people! It came with a generous portion of salmon and a flavorful herb cream cheese. The toast was perfectly crunchy and had a great contrast of textures. I also got a fresh squeezed orange juice, which was refreshing and tangy. It gets quite busy in the mornings so the food took a little longer, but it was understandable. Prices are pretty comparable to other brunch spots on the strip. read more

After seeing wicked spoon had a 3 hr wait. We decided to go to The Henry downstairs. The front girl said 20 min wait unless we take the bar seats. But the other woman said she has a table for us right away! Lots of gluten free options available. The serve Franklin was very helpful and informative. We checked out this place for breakfast. It was meh. I got braised short rib Benedict, and my partner got a biscuit with corned beef hash. The braise short rib was sitting in hash brown with 2 poached eggs sitting on top. The braised short rib was tender but I did not enjoy the flavor of the short rib sauce. It was too basic for me. My partner's biscuit was a bit flat and not flaky at all. Granted, they toasted the biscuit so that could affect the texture of the biscuit. His corned beef hash was too salty. At The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, with a great Brunch menu, and as I always recommend, making a reservation is always helpful, especially here in Vegas. My friend ordered the Beignets, but to me were more like friend round donuts, let's say you can skip them. I got the Salmon Toast, with a delicate spread, capers, red onions on a toast, it comes with 4 slices, this is a shareable breakfast item. Yummy! The fried chicken with gravy and biscuits was so tasty, I liked it but my friend said it was ok, I truly think it was delicious, I would say it's rich. The Cosmo is known for great eats but this one misses the mark. The ambiance is hipster vibes with artful decor and huge oversized couches and generously sized tables. We had the whole grain "salad," cheesy grits, iced coffee, an americano and the Henry Breakfast and my favorite thing was the grits. My whole grain salad was more like ingredients on a plate with a drizzle of balsamic. The Henry Breakfast was something out of the Denny's cookbook that lacked imagination for being the namesake of the restaurant. Overall the service was really slow to start and ended well enough. We spent Easter Weekend in Las Vegas at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. We had Brunch at The Henry on two of the days, and each experience was excellent from start to finish. When we arrived, some groups were waiting up to 2 hours to get seated. We somehow were able to be squeezed in and didn't have a wait but our party was very small. When seated, our server was attentive. I ordered an omlette and my partner ordered the short rib eggs Benedict. The service was fast and everything came out freshly made. So today I was disappointed in the Henry for the first time. It was a pleasant surprise that the family had booked breakfast for Mother's Day. We are early risers. So an early reservation is always the best. I always get a breakfast dish, and order the tater tot nachos (from the brunch menu) on the side. Today is the first time I was told no. We've been told multiple times before that this brunch dish is available at breakfast due to all of the components being used in other dishes. My husband politely tried to inform the waiter... he said he would ask... No. He recommended the brisket Benedict as a replacement. It is not! I was very disappointed in the meal and service. We made a last-minute reservation here on a Monday morning, and it was a good thing that we did, because they were actually pretty busy. It's a chill restaurant with some cool artwork.
