Always great service and one of the best brunch spots. The Short Rib Benedict is one of my favorite dishes in Las Vegas.

Wow first timer here and the food was amazing! We split the pancakes because the portion is HUGE. The server did mention that you can order them alacart, but we just decided to split the three. I also want to make a honorable mention for the chicken apple sausage, this was some of the best chicken apple sausage I've tasted, especially at a restaurant. It made me question if they made this in-house, but the waitress did mention it is not made in-house, but the pancakes are completely homemade and you can tell by every bite!! Our server was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. She did a great job with my latte that I ordered. Overall, I think this is a great place to come for breakfast, especially if you are near the Cosmopolitan Hotel. My new favorite restaurant on the strip! We ate here 4 times in 6 days! Late night delicious ice cream and great coffee. $24 for 2 cups and giant single serving of vanilla. Excellent service by Scott. A lovely dining room and cute dishware. Next, we had smoke salmon toast $24 and Super Food Salad $19. I loved that salad, it was full of all the delicious things! Salmon toast, so yum, served on an amazing bread. $6 for a side of excellent, skin-on fries. We sat at the bar and Mary took wonderful care of us. Our family went for brunch. The four of us had beignets $10, traditional eggs benedict $24, side of bacon $8, side of hash browns $5, build your own burger $24, Henry breakfast $24, fresh orange juice $7 and a coke zero $7. All of the eggs were cooked perfectly. They make amazing hash browns, like a potato cake! Thick and tasty bacon. The hollandaise was done expertly! My son said the burger was really delicious. Abdiel provided friendly and attentive service. Our final (sad face) meal was Steak and Eggs $40. Sounds expensive but it was a ribeye steak! Eggs and potatoes too! Nicely charred and well seasoned. 40 bucks for a ribeye meal! Had to try the french dip sandwich $25. I had just watched Danny the Medic on YouTube enjoy one so yeah, it's an excellent sandwich. Great a la carte brunch! Our server, Dimitar, was excellent, made us feel welcomed and made our overall experience better. Brunch options had something for everyone, including vegetarians (my wife and daughter) and for my son who's 11! I'm happy this was my last meal before heading back to LA, left a great impression! Ordered the French onion soup, the braised short rib Benedict, the French toast, and a side of grits. I have a thing for French onion soups. This one had a great flavor and just the right serving amount. However, mine just needed another minute in the oven. The short rib bene was oh so good!! Great spot for late night dining if I had the craving because they're open through the night, but they don't serve their full breakfast menu until 6am. I tried their short rib benedict, greek yogurt parfait, orange juice, and coffee. The short rib benedict was great, and it's served over hash browns, which is a plus to me. We sat at the bar for brunch and had absolutely great service. The coffee was really good. My friend had the freshly squeezed orange juice and enjoyed that. I also ordered the create your own burger. I had a nice char grill taste on it and you got to choose your toppings. My friend got the chicken sandwich and really loved it. Even at 10 AM on a Saturday, the entire casino floor was packed, and The Henry was no exception. Luckily, I had made a reservation in advance, so we were seated in under five minutes. Our server took our drink orders right away, which was a great start given how busy they were. The menu offers a fantastic variety of options, but I went with the Brioche French Toast--and they absolutely delivered. I've been coming to Vegas for years, and finding a truly great breakfast spot has been a real challenge, but this hit the mark. I'll definitely be back to try something else on the menu. I recently went here for brunch. I was a little surprised as it was pretty open to the casino area and I was expecting to have a more closed off space. However, don't let that stop you from going as the food was very good. I had the short rib benedict and would recommend it. Our server was great and made sure to stop by often. The beignets were not quite beignets but they're still deep fried airy goodness served with the lemon curd spread. A nice spot for brunch in the Cosmopolitan hotel. The smoked salmon toast was huge, it could easily feed two people! It came with a generous portion of salmon and a flavorful herb cream cheese. The toast was perfectly crunchy and had a great contrast of textures. I also got a fresh squeezed orange juice, which was refreshing and tangy. After seeing wicked spoon had a 3 hr wait. We decided to go to The Henry downstairs. The front girl said 20 min wait unless we take the bar seats. But the other woman said she has a table for us right away! Lots of gluten free options available. The serve Franklin was very helpful and informative. The Cosmo is known for great eats but this one misses the mark. The ambiance is hipster vibes with artful decor and huge oversized couches and generously sized tables. We had the whole grain "salad," cheesy grits, iced coffee, an americano and the Henry Breakfast and my favorite thing was the grits. My whole grain salad was more like ingredients on a plate with a drizzle of balsamic. The Henry Breakfast was something out of the Denny's cookbook that lacked imagination for being the namesake of the restaurant. Overall the service was really slow to start and ended well enough. The braise short rib was sitting in hash brown with 2 poached eggs sitting on top. The braised short rib was tender but I did not enjoy the flavor of the short rib sauce. It was too basic for me. My partner's biscuit was a bit flat and not flaky at all. Granted, they toasted the biscuit so that could affect the texture of the biscuit. His corned beef hash was too salty. We got breakfast at The Henry twice during our stay at the Cosmo. We really enjoyed the avocado toast which was a huge portion; you basically get 2 avocado toasts for $21. We also tried the grilled cheese and tomato soup which was good as well. I recommend calling in your order if you're not dining in.
