I split a egghead with sausage, cheese, fried shallots and tomato with hubby. Very easy yummy, I thought the egg was a little over salted with other salty components but I loved the crunchy shallots and the slight tangy factor the tomato brought. It's a lot of food for one person. There is cutlery near the pick up area. Be aware that the yolk will run. We ordered a side of hash browns, wow that sucker is about a inch tall! At 8am it was easy to find seating
Tbh I was a little disappointed upon arriving and seeing the SUPER limited menu. I was craving their fried chicken sandwich because that's my go to order in the Bay Area locations, but this one didn't even have it :( But it's okay because I ended up getting the Chelsea which was basically a cheeseburger with fried egg and it was pretty tasty and the portion size was good! Line was decently long for a Friday lunch, so wait was pretty long.
Everyone is obsessed with EggSlut over at the Cosmo. I'm telling you, this place is a great substitute. The bacon is incredible and the cheesy hash brown is better than EggSlut's truffle hashbrowns. EggSlut is still good but it's too salty. I actually prefer Egghead
We needed a quick breakfast so we went to Egghead at the Aria. There was almost no line so we got our food quick! No problems finding seating either. The only thing was that these egg sandwiches were pretty greasy so my stomach didn't sit right for the rest of the day. Might be my bad for eating the whole thing because it did taste good in the moment! I will say the cheesy hash brown was better than what I had anticipated
they make a nice freash egg sandwich $ 13 reasonable price for this area.. plenty a place to sit. The service is fast.

Overall: 3.8/5 We grabbed two items to share before our couples massage and it was enough to hold us over for a couple of hours. Good spot overall, though I think Eggslut is slightly better. The Greenwich Village Sandwich ($13) was pretty good for an egg white only sandwich. I loved the kale with the sunflower seeds and the bun was nice and soft. The Crispy Hash Brown ($6) is a huge thick rectangle, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was a little too much potato for me and I think it would be better just a bit thinner. Still solid though.

This was the only restaurant in the food court that you had to order in person v one of the digital kiosks. I don't know why that is. Cashier was nice. Service was fast. I got the midtown and swapped the fried egg for scrambled. It was really good but quite heavy. Pretty greasy for an egg sandwich Ordered a crispy potato hash brown, too. Tasty, but it was too dense. They should make them half as thick so that there is more crispiness

My husband, a friend, and I came here for breakfast. We all really liked our sandwiches. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The side hash brown was so crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Everyone loved the sandwiches and they were a decent size and excellent quality for the price The hash brown was good - it was a large rectangle with a crispy outside and soft inside. The crispy to soft ratio was off for my liking and I would not be compelled to get it again Bottled water and juice were 6 bucks each which is high - but it is Vegas. The food court area did have a Coke machine where I was able to refill my bottle with water which was very nice

Looking for an affordable, tasty, but simple breakfast on the strip? This is your place. I hadn't heard about Egghead before, but as someone who wanted to check out Eggslut while in Vegas, I settled for this while walking through the Aria Hotel and found the coolest little food court. The service was good. Simple counter service. Food came out quickly even though they were busy. It's cool that you can see into the kitchen and watch them make everything fresh. The menu is simple. Just a few egg sandwich choices. But the simplicity makes it easy to choose something great. My brother and I tried the SoHo and the Midtown. The NYC naming conventions were fun. Both sandwiches were great. Fresh, tasty, and savory. Exactly what you want to fuel you up for a Vegas day. There is plenty of seating since this is a food court environment. Overall, worth checking out for a cheap breakfast! read more

My friend and I were ready for a hearty breakfast before our conference. So, we found exactly that at Egghead, located inside the Proper Eats Food Hall at the Aria Hotel. Their signature Chelsea sandwich was the perfect combination of comfort food and quality ingredients. The sandwich had fried egg, sausage patty, American cheese, sliced tomato, fried shallots, and spicy aioli served on a fresh bun. This was not your typical breakfast sandwich as it was slightly smaller than a hamburger. From the first bite, I fell in love with this sandwich. The sausage patty was flavorful and savory, while the fried egg and melted American cheese (yes melted...doesn't happen very often in Texas) were the perfect combination. The sliced tomato added freshness, the fried shallots provided a nice crunch, and the spicy aioli seamlessly blended the ingredients together. The egg was not over easy (strongly dislike for runny eggs or anything slimy) but not completely fried either...it was gel-like. Surprisingly, I ate this egg and loved it. The balance of textures and flavors were superb. No single ingredient overwhelmed the others, and the sandwich felt thoughtfully constructed. Our cashier rang the order quickly and our food was ready in less than 10 minutes. As it was early in the morning, it was a casual environment. read more

So the hot and trendy breakfast spot these days consists of the word Egg next to any other word for quick breakfast treats. Whether its Egg Head, Egg Slut, Egg Face, Egg Yolk, Egg Cracked, The Fried Egg, Eggs Out Buns Out! Or any other combination of the word Egg and some other word these are like the undercover breakfast fast food joints! This past Vegas trip we chose Egg Head because of the Gluten Free bun option they had. Day 1 ordered the Chelsea. See below pic. Day 2 ordered the Soho. See below pic. Both were very tasty sandwiches. Chelsea had a fried egg and the Soho has amazing scrambled eggs. All these egg joints are very fresh and tasty. Egghead is a counter service restaurant located in the food court at the Aria. There are only a few things on the menu, including 4 breakfast sandwiches. (See picture below.) There is a separate coffee place for you to order coffees/smoothies in the food court as well. Sandwiches were tasty and just the right size. A great option if you just want a quick bite and don't want to spend a lot of money. read more

I usually dont like breakfast sandwiches but this is the best breakfast sandwich that I've ever had! I got the Greenwich village bc I needed some veggies and it was so flavorful. The egg whites were so fluffy and it was a generous portion! The only thing I didn't like was the American cheese...I wish they'd allow you to sub for a different cheese. The hash browns were the best hash browns that I've ever had! Another item that I usually don't like, but these were soooo perfectly crispy. My only regret is not ordering the cheesy hash browns bc I love pecorino cheese so probs would have enjoyed it! 100% recommend if you're in Vegas, it's the perfect way to start your day. read more

This is an alternate option to eggslut on the strip if you don't feel like standing in line for a good 20+ minutes. The menu is limited, all the egg sandwiches cost the same, so really all you have to do is pick which one you'd like to try. I ordered the Chelsea and a cheesy hash brown. The sandwich itself was ok, a little messy, but not the best breakfast sandwich I've had (I personally prefer eggslut - their eggs are so fluffy and the brioche bun is so good). The cheesy hash brown though was delicious and crispy! If in the food court area again, I wouldn't mind getting another hash brown but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again. read more

I had made reservations for the Café next-door, (Salt and ivy) but how they handled their reservations is a nightmare. I didn't wanna wait another hour so I just decided to grab something at the food court, (egghead) and it was delicious!! I got 2 sandwiches. One with bacon, one with sausage and the cheesy hash brown. Everything was so good!! I definitely recommend coming here for a quick bite. read more

Egghead is in the Aria Proper Eats food hall so service and ambiance aren't really applicable. I ordered the Soho, but they served me the Chelsea. When I took it back, they were friendly and quickly replaced it with the Soho. The Brioche bun was nicely toasted, and the scrambled eggs were tender and delicious. The bacon was overcooked and too crunchy for my taste, but overall it was a good, not great, breakfast sandwich. read more

We were staying at aria and egghead had good reviews so we decided to try this place for breakfast. The line was kind of long but it actually went by pretty quickly. We got their soho, Greenwich, and the two different types of hashbrowns. I wish the food tasted as good as it looked. The bread to filling ratio was not the greatest. The buns were kind of thick and not enough egg. For some reason the soho sandwich was very rich. Too much cheese? The hashbrowns were really greasy and tasted like they used a lot of starch? 4.5 we got 2 coffees( they are like the size of a medium drink) there is only 1 size. We got The Chelsea and another one that I forget the name. We also got 1 hash brown. The sandwiches were hefty. If you're not super hungry, you can split it and split a hash brown. The hash brown is thiccckkk and cheesey. I do wish it had a little salt. The sandwiches were really good and filling. The coffee is mid and very strong. I think everything we got was like $34. read more

By comparison to Eggslut in Cosmopolitan, this is much better! Luved the Hashbrown! It's a thick rectangular block of compressed Hashbrowns deep fried to crispy on outside and fluffy inside. Didn't need to add any salt/pepper or ketchup. Could definitely have this as an off hour snack since they are open until 2p. The Soho sandwich was enjoyable as well! The eggs tasted great, the bun was soft, the cheese melty. My only issue was the "3 pieces" of bacon on the sandwich (see pic). It's really 1 full piece and a half of a full piece broken up.. then to add insult, it wasn't fully cooked, so had to pull it off. Luckily the egg and cheese is enough to carry the sandwich and I still felt satisfied at the end. $25 price tag for sandwich, hashbrown and a small Fiji. Welcome to Vegas Strip! read more

I'm an early bird, so I was up early while everyone else was still knocked out from a night of drinking, so I headed down to the food court and got in line for Egghead. Of course, there was a long line, but I totally get it-- not much breakfast spots in Aria, but it was worth the wait! I needed breakfast asap. The staff was really nice, especially considering how busy they were. It's always nice to see someone smiling even when they're slammed. I got the Chelsea and The Midtown, essentially the bacon and sausage egg and cheese sammiches. Both were delicious! Their hashbrowns are thick, crispy bricks that are fluffy on the inside. And the egg sandwiches? Yum! I feel like everything was super soft and fluffy especially the bread and eggs. Heads up -- the line can feel extra rough if you're hungover, so be prepared. read more

Egghead is a good choice if like breakfast sandwiches, but is not as good as the other more well known egg sandwich place at the cosmo (IYKYK). Here, the wait is minimal, there's ample seating nearby, and service is quick and friendly. I had "The SoHo" which consisted of scrambled egg, american cheese , sriracha mayo, chives; and the crispy hash brown. I recommend the sandwich, but would skip out on the hash brown next time. read more

I got the soho. Delicious gluten free bun, soft and didn't fall apart. I don't know how they make their scrambled eggs but YUM. The only reason not 5 stars is because the cheese was plopped on and not melted which I wish it was like the cheesy hashbrowns, also recommended! so it's a 4.5 star visit though and I'll hopefully come back tomorrow before we leave town. read more
