So make sure you find your way there before it closes for the day. I ordered for lunch because I can eat breakfast for every meal. I tried the SOHO and the cheesy hashbrowns. Both were so delicious! With the sandwich, it is essentially a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. But it is one of the best I've had. From the soft bun to the freshly cooked eggs, this sandwich hits the spot perfectly. A food hall at another resort was packed and someone in our party remembered this place from their last trip - and I am glad they did! The egg whites were so fluffy and it was a generous portion! The only thing I didn't like was the American cheese...I wish they'd allow you to sub for a different cheese. The hash browns were the best hash browns that I've ever had! Another item that I usually don't like, but these were soooo perfectly crispy. Didn't need to add any salt/pepper or ketchup. Could definitely have this as an off hour snack since they are open until 2p. The Soho sandwich was enjoyable as well! The eggs tasted great, the bun was soft, the cheese melty. My only issue was the "3 pieces" of bacon on the sandwich (see pic). It's really 1 full piece and a half of a full piece broken up.. then to add insult, it wasn't fully cooked, so had to pull it off. I'm an early bird, so I was up early while everyone else was still knocked out from a night of drinking, so I headed down to the food court and got in line for Egghead. Of course, there was a long line, but I totally get it-- not much breakfast spots in Aria, but it was worth the wait! I needed breakfast asap. So inside of the Aria hotel and casino, they have a food court. It has this spot that starts very early for breakfast. I do love a good breakfast sandwich. You'll order on the machine and it'll pop your order right to the restaurant you want. Now. I went there a couple of times and a time that I did go and ordered breakfast. The machine wasn't up so you have to go to the register in order. It's plenty of room in a food court to sit and eat no matter where you decide to get your food from. After you order from egghead, most likely you'll have to wait. I went about 7:30 in the morning, and there were about eight people ahead of me. But again it's so early that everything else in the food court is probably not open. The Chelsea - I tried to Chelsea, and this joint was a banger. Now let me tell you that it is a messy breakfast sandwich. But I don't care LOL! It was damn good! They are very nice sized so it's not like a tiny breakfast sandwich at all. If you've been to White Castle think of a larger White Castle slider. Closer to a regular size but similar in shape. They come with sausage but you can add bacon on them as well, for an upcharge obviously, and they come with a fried over easy egg. That's what makes it messy, because the egg yolk will probably run if they don't cook it long enough. But me personally, I don't care about all that, it was damn good! Crispy hash brown - these hash browns are a problem! They are deep fried to perfection. Crispy and savory and filled on the inside. I could have eaten several of these. I tried him a little bit of jelly, it was a hit! Honestly, I would go back to this spot even if I wasn't staying in the Aria LOL. This was a great breakfast sandwich. It rivals, egg slut, and egg slut is also amazing. I'll let you be the the judge of which one you want to go for though. We walked to the Aria from Cosmos since eggslut was PACKED. Mind you, we came on a Saturday morning for breakfast and we ordered the Chelsea and the soho. Line was long from a glance but due to their limited menu, the line moved quickly. They had a separate line for people to pick up their orders and since every egg-which was made to order it did take longer than most places. Similar to egg slut but slightly different, I'd still prefer eggslut. For some reason, their chelsea was a bit on the salty side and rather messy to eat as the melted cheese and runny egg kept slipping and sliding everywhere (make sure to get extra napkins!) Soho was good, also on the saltier side but everything else about it was filling and satisfied my craving for an OG egg sandwich.
