So inside of the Aria hotel and casino, they have a food court. It has this spot that starts very early for breakfast. I do love a good breakfast sandwich. You'll order on the machine and it'll pop your order right to the restaurant you want. Now. I went there a couple of times and a time that I did go and ordered breakfast. The machine wasn't up so you have to go to the register in order. It's plenty of room in a food court to sit and eat no matter where you decide to get your food from. After you order from egghead, most likely you'll have to wait. I went about 7:30 in the morning, and there were about eight people ahead of me. But again it's so early that everything else in the food court is probably not open. The Chelsea - I tried to Chelsea, and this joint was a banger. Now let me tell you that it is a messy breakfast sandwich. But I don't care LOL! It was damn good! They are very nice sized so it's not like a tiny breakfast sandwich at all. If you've been to White Castle think of a larger White Castle slider. Closer to a regular size but similar in shape. They come with sausage but you can add bacon on them as well, for an upcharge obviously, and they come with a fried over easy egg. That's what makes it messy, because the egg yolk will probably run if they don't cook it long enough. But me personally, I don't care about all that, it was damn good! Crispy hash brown - these hash browns are a problem! They are deep fried to perfection. Crispy and savory and filled on the inside. I could have eaten several of these. I tried him a little bit of jelly, it was a hit! Honestly, I would go back to this spot even if I wasn't staying in the Aria LOL. This was a great breakfast sandwich. It rivals, egg slut, and egg slut is also amazing. I'll let you be the the judge of which one you want to go for though. But this is a really good situation if you're left with this as an option! read more

10/10 recommend checking out Egghead in the Aria! We went around 7:30 on a Sunday morning so the line wasn't bad, hardly any wait time, and plenty of seating. I imagine if you go later in the morning it would be a different story. I thought the pricing was reasonable for being on the strip and the food was totally worth it. We got The Midtown, The Chelsea, and split a crispy cheesy hashbrown. Ugh, I will be thinking of that hashbrown for a loooong time read more

Located at the Proper Eats (Food Hall) in the Aria Hotel called Prospect Eat. Stood in line to order at the counter. I was greeted with a smile. I ordered the Bacon Breakfast Sandwich was yummy but the star of the show was the cheesy hasbrown. It was very cheesy. Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. I was expecting a cheese pull which was not there but the flavors were there. Overall, I'd come back again. read more

OMG!!! Was looking for quick wasn't so much worried about good. And stumble on great. I had the Chelsea and it was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had in a while. I did mine without the sausage. She had the SOHO and thought it was really good. Said if you like cheese it's the perfect breakfast sandwich for you. Having a craving for breakfast sandwiches and not looking to wait an hour plus in line so this was the choice. Had a small line for ordering then a little longer wait for food to come out. Overall staff taking order was friendly enough. Located in a food hall area so great if you have a group with a variety of cravings. I went with their Chelsea (basically their sausage, egg & cheese) and my wife got their Greenwich Village (the more healthy breakfast sandwich). Both were alright but nothing remarkable/memorable. We also each got a cheesy hash brown as it seemed to be a must here. It was tasty but could have split one. Also was quite greasy and not sure it was something I would need again. If you are craving a breakfast sandwich on the strip and not willing to wait in an extremely long line at a nearby establishment this may be your spot! Who knows maybe you will even like it more than I did! read more

Egghead - CHELSEA Fried egg, sausage patty, american cheese, sliced tomato, fried shallots, spicy aioli - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

We walked to the Aria from Cosmos since eggslut was PACKED. Mind you, we came on a Saturday morning for breakfast and we ordered the Chelsea and the soho. Line was long from a glance but due to their limited menu, the line moved quickly. They had a separate line for people to pick up their orders and since every egg-which was made to order it did take longer than most places. Similar to egg slut but slightly different, I'd still prefer eggslut. For some reason, their chelsea was a bit on the salty side and rather messy to eat as the melted cheese and runny egg kept slipping and sliding everywhere (make sure to get extra napkins!) Soho was good, also on the saltier side but everything else about it was filling and satisfied my craving for an OG egg sandwich. Everyone ordered their hash browns but having just these 2 sandwiches was quite filling. Guess we'll have to come back to try that, hopefully it wont be as salty! read more

Came here for breakfast and it was such a delight! Both egg breakfast sandwiches were fantastic but the star of the show is their cheesy hash brown. I could eat ten of those. All in all a tasty and really great breakfast if you're both in a rush or even if you're just sitting down and taking your time. There was a small line but it went quickly. Plenty of seating nearby. As a side note this may be controversial but I liked this far more than eggslut in the cosmo that had a ridiculously long line. read more

Fast line but it moves quick. Once you order it's about a 15-18 minute wait for your food. Worth the wait. Everything was hot and fresh. I ordered the Greenwich Village which consisted of egg whites, kale, American cheese, tomato, avocado, and I believe some kind of aïoli. I enjoyed it on the signature toasted buttered bun with a crispy hash brown on the side. The hash brown look like a brick, toasty golden and thick! I loved it. As far as the ambiance, it's a nice food court! read more

I loved the cheesy hash. I was thinking tater tots, but they gave me a block of crispy potatoes and it tasted good with the cheese inside. Liked how you don't have to order through the kiosk and the sandwich i got was okay. Wish the egg wasn't as runny. Service was quick and efficient as the server takes the order from the front. The food court overall doesn't have enough ordering kiosks but this location I loved. read more

Tried Egghead inside Proper Eats and overall it was a good experience. Food was good fresh, flavorful, and came out pretty quick. Definitely a good spot if you're looking for something simple, quick and done right. Only issue was the ordering process. They have kiosk in the dining area but you can't order from the kiosk, which was confusing at first and but did slow things down once you were in line to order bit. Once you order , everything else was smooth. Overall, good food and a cool spot. I'd come back for sure. read more

Egghead is inside the Aria food hall. There's plenty of seating and service was quick--even on a Friday morning the line wasn't bad. My husband got the Chelsea, and my mom and I ordered the Soho. All the sandwiches were pretty good, and we shared a cheesy hash brown that was also really good. It's definitely pricey for breakfast sandwiches, but for Vegas, it's actually not terrible. Pretty tasty breakfast sandwich to start the day. Service was quick. Plenty of places to sit and eat in the area. I would come back.

This place is located in a food court area on the 2nd floor in the Aria. You order your food at the counter and they will call your name to pick up and there is a dinning area shared with other fast food type places. I ordered the Chelsea which is egg, sausage, cheese (lots of cheese ) and tomato. The sandwich was big and so was the cheese hash brown I ordered. However, I thought the taste was just ok on both. A thick bun for the sandwich. The sausage patty was more hard than juicy. The hash browns were thick. It was like the thickness of 2 or 3 regular hash browns put together. It's not too bad but IMO it's just ok read more

The service here is so good. The cashier was super friendly, and even the person who gives you the order when it is ready. I loved the hashbrowns. We tried one of each. I forgot which sandwiches we got, but I enjoyed them all. The only thing I would change is they should have more meat options other than pork. Overall, very solid breakfast and service. Plenty of places to sit but we took it to go since it was connected to our hotel. read more

Gonna keep this short and sweet as this is in comparison to Egg Slut Quality of Food Egg Head IS BETTER than Egg Slut (bread is better. Bacon was a little overcooked. They have self service drinks so that means free refills!) Wait Time Egg Head IS BETTER than Egg Slut (Egg Slut has a wait over 30 minutes on Fri-Sun. Don't bother!) Seating Egg Head IS BETTER than Egg Slut (more tables and seating at Egg Head) Customer Service Egg Head IS THE SAME as Egg Slut (both were just OK) Location Egg Head IS THE SAME as Egg Slut (in separate hotels adjacent to each other so not really a factor) Other Options Around Egg Head IS WORSE than Egg Slut (both have coffee options next to them. Stopped in at 9 AM on a Friday to pick up some brekkie. There were a few people waiting but overall, everything moves relatively quickly. They have someone just making a bunch of eggs and hash browns, which makes sense since there are only so many items on the menu. I ordered the Midtown (fried egg, crispy bason, American cheese, sliced tomato, fried shallots, spicy aioli) and the cheesy hash brown. It was heavy, but expectedly so. It was a lot for one person but I also feel like sharing it with someone might not be enough. Overall, it was a solid sandwich. The menu mentioned that the hash brown is meant to be "cheese pulled" so I was disappointed when I pulled it apart and it kind of just flopped. It could have been crispier but maybe it's because I didn't eat it right away. Maybe the crispy hash brown would have been better. I also wish they had more coffee options - they only had drip coffee and canned coffee. Overall, it was a good breakfast to fuel us up for a full day of walking on the stip. read more

We loved egg head so much that in our 3 days at the Aria we went there twice! Sandwiches are large and delicious. I amazing big fan or breakfast sandwhich and this paced took me by surprise. We ordered the Soho and cheesy hash browns. Wow the sandwhich was great but to be honest I would have preferred Sliced bread toasted but it was good for what it was. The scrambled eggs with cheese was so good and not salty which was shocking. We also got extra bacon because my boys always fight over it even when they have their own sandwiches. My mom and I enjoyed the cheesy hash brown and the cheese inside was creamy and gave you that fun stretch when you pull it apart. Service was slow but maybe it was because the Kiosk order was not working at the time. read more

Our first breakfast in Vegas for this vacation! We decided to try egghead since we're big on eggslut. Difference here from what eggslut does is that they do a sunny side up fried egg instead of a creamy whipped scrambled egg that eggslut does. The names of the sandwiches are also placed in New York! We ordered the midtown, Chelsea, and the cheesy hash brown. The midtown comes with a spicy aioli sauce, tomatoes, cheese and a fried sunny side up egg. The Chelsea comes with a sausage patty with cheese and egg. And the cheesy hash brown is 2 hash brown pieces that have mozzarella cheese in between. Overall, our sandwiches were delicious and the hash brown was super good as well! Really good alternative to eggslut in Cosmopolitan if you were close to aria and the line was longer at eggslut too. read more

We ate here twice on our recent Vegas trip. If you are staying in the Aria, this is a great option for a quick, hearty and delicious breakfast. The portions are really generous! The sandwiches are thick and made fresh and the hashbrowns are giant. There was a line both times we went, but we waited less than 15mins for our food once our order was placed. I was staying at Aria and went downstairs to get a coffee at breakfast, then the Starbucks had a huge line so I started walking down the hall to see what else was there. I smelled the deliciousness of egg sandwiches and had to stop and grab one. The sandwiches are about $13 and it's really filling. I got the one that had a sausage patty but they had a big selection including a vegetarian one, one with bacon, and a spicier one. They also had a gigantic side of hashbrowns as an option though I was fine with a sandwich and coffee. They served everything fresh and fast. I had wondered what happened to the Aria buffet and was pleased to see it's this new food court. Egghead - The Chelsea - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Honestly, when I saw that Egg Slut had a competitor, I wanted to see if it was similar or comparable. Egg Slut always has the longest line, which is understood because of the taste and quality, but I wanted to give this place a shot. To be fair, I would give this place a 3.5 - a 3 does seem pretty harsh, but it wasn't my favorite spot for breakfast. This is located inside the Proper Eats Food Court in the Aria. It's easy to spot since it's on the far right corner and it's not hard to miss. The menu itself has less than 10 options from what I remember, which includes a variety of sandwiches, hashbrowns, and drinks. There was no line when we went and it was around 11-12pmish. You can't order through the mobile kiosk at all - you have to go to the register and order. My husband and I got the following: -The Chelsea - this comes with a fried egg, sausage patty, American cheese, sliced tomato, fried shallots, and spicy aioli $13 -The Midtown - same thing as the Chelsea, but this comes with bacon instead of sausage $13 -1 crispy hashbrown $6 Total came out to be around $35-40ish with tax and tip. REVIEW OF EACH ITEM I TRIED: -The Chelsea - honestly this is not a bad breakfast sandwich, but this was not my favorite. The sausage itself was cooked ok with some pink spots in certain areas in the middle. The American cheese really overpowered the sandwich, so you couldn't really find the fried shallots unless you felt them. The tomato was slightly weird, but it helps to cut the salt and fat. The spicy aioli was fine, but not as prominent. I do wished we asked if we could sub the fried egg for scrambled eggs, so it would mimic the Fairfax at egg slut, but unsure if you can do that. -The Midtown - this was pretty much the same thing as the Chelsea, but with bacon. The cheese was just too much and we didn't get to taste anything else in the sandwich. I will give credit where credit is due where these breakfast sandwiches are pretty hearty and filling. If you love globs of American cheese in your sandwiches, and something filling to keep you full while you're gambling, this might be for you. -Crispy hashbrown: I didn't realize that this would be a fried block of potato and I really liked it! The flavor was food, but I will say that it wasn't as crispy as I would like it. It seemed like it was sitting out for a bit, so the corners were slightly crispy but still soft all around. Overall, I will say that this place is decent for breakfast sandwiches, but I'm not rushing back to try anything else out. If I'm in the Aria and I'm craving a breakfast sandwich, I'll swing by. Otherwise, it's not on my list for next time. read more
