For a place in Vegas, this was good given that it also had a lot of options for breakfast. Located in the Proper Food Hall in the Aria hotel. Most of the food hall uses a QR ordering system, but you'll have to stand in line to order at Egghead. Line moved quickly, food didn't take too long. Egg sandwiches were good, the cheesy hashbrown was the star though. Is it a hashbrown? A mozzarella stick with potatoes? I can't say for sure, but I can say I'd order it again for sure. Seating in the food hall was plentiful and comfortable. read more

We ate breakfast at Egghead in the Aria for three straight days. Located in the Proper Eats Food Hall, Egghead elevates the breakfast sandwich and hash brown to a whole new level. They hail from NYC, as suggested by the names of their sammies. My favorite is probably the Chelsea and the Midtown. The difference is one comes with a sausage patty and one with bacon. Both have a fried egg with a runny yolk, shallots, tomato, cheese, and spicy aioli. Packed with protein to fuel up those 20,000 step walks in Vegas! The Greenwich Village is their vegetarian option with kale, avocado, and scrambled eggs whites. I also recommend sharing their Cheesy Hash Brown. A $7 perfectly fried hash brown the size of a playing card deck and loaded with melted cheese. Utterly decadent! Highly recommend Egghead for a quick, cheap, and nourishing breakfast. read more

Egghead is a nice cool spot located in the Proper Eats food hall in the Aria. They have a couple really nice egg sandwiches. I got the Greenwich village sandwich and the cheesy hash browns. They were both really tasty. I only gave a 4 out of 5 because I feel that the egg could have been cooked a little longer. Even though it was good by the end the softness of the egg was getting to me. But I do recommend checking out this place for breakfast if you're in Vegas and definitely if you stay at the Aria. read more

This place is by far one of my favorite spots to get a breakfast sandwich. It's simple but big on flavor. First of all, if you're a big fan of hash browns, then this is the place for you! Any kind of crispy potato for breakfast is my all-time favorite kind of meal, and this place does not disappoint. In fact, it will exceed your expectations. There are two downsides. One, this place is slow, so if you are in a rush, it might not be for you. But honestly, it is worth the wait. Two, I wish they had different cheese options. American cheese is not my favorite, but everything else is so yummy, and the cheese is melty enough that it helps me get over the fact that I would prefer a different cheese. The food is hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Another reason this restaurant is a place after my heart is that they offer the option to add a hash brown to the sandwich. Of course, you do not have to, and you can order the hash brown patty separately. However, this is something I have done every time I get a breakfast sandwich or burrito, anytime, anyplace. To me, a breakfast meal is not complete without some crispy potatoes. The hash brown patty is rectangular in shape, extra crispy on the outside, with a very soft but fully cooked inside. It is the perfect balance. I included a few pictures in my review, including one that shows the hash brown patty from the side to highlight how thick and delicious this brick of potato goodness truly is. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and split them fifty-fifty because it's the best way to try several items on the menu without being wasteful. However, we each got our own hash brown since we did not want to share that part. We both ended up putting our hash browns on our sandwiches, agreed this is what we will do next time, and laughed when we saw the sign offering this option. As mentioned, this place is simple and only has four breakfast sandwiches on the menu. First of all, all of their sandwiches come on their deliciously soft, freshly-baked potato brioche bread. They have a few other things as well. One of our sandwich selections was the Midtown. This sandwich came with a fried egg, crispy bacon, American cheese, sliced tomato, fried shallots, and spicy aioli. I personally loved this one the most since I lean toward bacon over sausage, but both were delicious. The second sandwich we tried was the Chelsea. It came with a fried egg, sausage patty, American cheese, sliced tomato, and fried shallots, with spicy aioli spread. This was the other person's favorite because they prefer sausage over bacon. So either way, you cannot go wrong. They also have a veggie option. The Greenwich Village comes with scrambled egg whites, kale, sunflower seeds, avocado, caramelized onions, tomato, and American cheese. I haven't tried this one, but it sounds delicious. Just for those reading the review, the fourth sandwich on the menu is the Soho. It is simple and comes with scrambled eggs, American cheese, and bacon. If you don't want a sandwich, you can also order a cheesy hash brown patty by itself. They also offer a variety of beverages, including canned and drip coffee. Lastly, this restaurant is located in a food court-style area in the Aria, so there are plenty of seating options, and it is convenient for those who want to eat other foods nearby. Just be sure to check the hours for the different restaurants and cafes in the food court, as they all have varying hours of operation and might not all be open at the same time. I highly recommend breakfast here if you're a fan of hash browns or breakfast sandwiches. This place is the perfect marriage of the two. And for all my fellow die-hard potato lovers, may this provide you with the hash brown patty of your culinary dreams. My husband and I were tired of eating sit down meals and spending $70-100 just to eat. This place hits the spot and cost us under $40 for two sandwiches and a cheesy hash brown. Service is friendly and fast, plus there was plenty of seating during the morning. We didn't stay at the Aria, but we loved our sandwiches so much that we came the second day for breakfast. We didn't bother with Eggslut, which is at the Cosmopolitan (our hotel) and has way too long of a line. Definitely recommend it here! read more

We got the Chelsea, it was tasty with oozing bright orange yolk. I wonder where they get their eggs, how can I get my hand on these wonderful bright colour yolk eggs? The cheese crispy hash brown was the bomb! It was so nice and crispy and potatoes so soft on the inside. I could eat it all the time but I'm sure it's a lot of calories! Stayed at the Park MGM and liked the convenience of how close the walk was to the Aria for this grab & go spot. The food court was cute & a good use of space. Seemed like they really maximized the use of the area with several restaurants staggered around. However, there was a lack of seating due to how busy it was. We took the items to go and went back to our room. The food was overall pretty good. We were surprised by how big the hash browns were. I just thought the $7 for the hash brown was a Vegas price; but I truly think they could cut them in half and charge $4 instead. The outside was crispy but due to the thickness, the inside was a bit soggy. We paid $67 for 3 egg sandwiches & 3 hash browns. Not too bad considering it's on the strip. Also tried Buldogi's while on this trip & this is a good second best without the long travel should you be in the mood for a soft scrambled egg sandwich! read more

This new "food hall" is great! Lots of seating including comfy booths. A good selection of food. There is a soda machine with ALL the options and water! Service was great, the lady who took our order was kind and helpful. And our food came out quick and hot! Both sandwiches were good, but I prefer the fried egg version & the hasbrowns with cheese! I ended up here for breakfast as Eggslut next door at the Cosmo had the risk of having a long line. Eggslut is clearly the better name, right? Maybe Eggmouth would make more sense? The Midtown sandwich was legit good. The egg was cooked perfectly and orangish yolk was running all over the place. The bread was buttery and I will say, I prefer by breakfast sandwiches a bit more toasted and less on a "bun". Some kind of different bread option would have been nice. If you need breakfast and are at the Aria or Vdara, then this is a decent option. I wouldn't come here specifically to eat though. read more

We came in on Sunday morning and the whole food hall was not busy. It was fairly quiet here. You can order at the counter or at a kiosk. I had the midtown and hubby had the Chelsea. If you asked me to choose between Egghead and Eggslut, I'd say skip the lines and come here instead. I got the midtown with fried egg, bacon, cheese, fried shallots and dijonnaise. The fried shallots really made a difference in giving the sandwich a smoky flavor along with the bacon. The egg was well fried and not over or undercooked. The tomato in between cut through a lot of the fat to give the sandwich some moisture. Overall a decent but heafty sandwich. The cheesy hash brown is a must try but also try to share it with someone as it's super dense! read more

If you've never been to EggHead before, I highly suggest you give it a go! A quick and delicious option if you're staying at Aria or VDara, and honestly a very affordable breakfast as well. Considering a decent breakfast on the strip now costs a bare minimum of $20+, these sandwiches run about $10+ each, plus sides. Not bad and you can eat in the comfort of your own room. The service is efficient and very well organized. Located within the Proper Eats food hall, it's a grab and go type of deal. I highly suggest the Greenwhich and The Soho. If you're a fan of the fried egg, opt for The Soho. If you're a fan of greens and a scramble then opt for the Greenwhich. Enjoyed a recent breakfast here. Upon walking up, I was hit with sticker shock looking at the prices as they have increased since I've seen menus online, I had the Greenwich Village sandwich. My guest had the SoHo and substituted sausage for the bacon. Both sandwiches were tasty and hot, but didn't justify the price for a fast food type of breakfast ($12 each). The star of the show in terms of taste was the cheesy hash brown, which we shared. Would I return? Unlikely. I've found other reasonable priced tasty breakfasts in Vegas. read more

I usually stay at The Cosmpolitan and order from Eggslut, but this time around I stayed at Aria. I wanted to to try Eggheqd since I've heard good things about it. The food court is lovely, and everything was clean. I was greeted and ordered a regular breakfast sandwich with a truffle hash brown. Both were delicious! I loved that the hash brown was nice and crispy, not too oily. The egg sandwich was good too. No complaints! The line wasn't too long either nor the wait time (maybe due to a week day), but I'll go there since it's a lovely substitute than going to Eggslut and waiting 2hrs+. read more

The staff at at egghead are so nice. Beatriz is so patient and kind at the register. You might get a long line but it goes by fast. I'm pretty sure it's a hype but very well worth it. They do not accept cash. It is located on the second floor of the Aria inside the Proper Eats Food Hall. 5 stars for their absolute deliciousness in every bite!!! Came by the Aria in the morning to wander around. Noticed the old buffet is gone and now there's a huge food hall! Went inside proper eats food hall and saw that they also had an egg sandwich place (similar to cosmo's eggslut) Gotta say, i'm impressed, the sandwiches tasted better than eggslut. Was not disappointed. Got the Soho and the chelsea Both sandwiches were really good! Eggs cooked just as described. I'm usually not a fan of bacon but the bacon was a good addition onto the sandwich for the soho. Good amount of saltiness to the sandwich. The chelsea was really good, their sausage patty tasted better than the one served at eggslut. Meatier, didn't taste as peppery but the cheese had a nice smoked pepper taste to it. Egghead is located in the Proper Eats food hall area of the Aria so you have plenty of seating areas and some TV's to watch. The crew was friendly and the menu options were not overwhelming. Everything is made to order so you just wait for your name or number to be called. I went with a Chelsea breakfast sandwich. It had a nice flavor from the sausage patty, was a tad little sloppy from the fried runny egg (but the egg was delicious), American cheese, sliced tomato, fried shallots and spicy aioli. I added some hot sauce and it was spot on. $12 for the sandwich. Overall the food prep areas were clean, the staff was well dressed and nice and the food was fresh. I'd repeat. In the food court of the Aria hotel, you'll find this gem. The line moved quick and the wait wasn't long (you have the option of leaving your phone number and they'll let you know when your food is ready). Sandwiches are named after NYC neighborhoods which was cool. Midtown was delicious. Very fresh and a nice portion size. I also got a canned mocha latte which was so nice and creamy. I really wish there was one of these in NYC. read more

Wasn't even hungover, but if I was, this would've made the perfect morning after breakfast sandwich. Huge, juicy, so so good! The brioche bun was very soft and the egg was cooked to be just right with a little bit of gooey runny bits! The bacon was crisp and there was a tasty sauce lathered on it that made it perfect. I also ordered the crispy hashbrown that was more like a potato brick! It was cooked perfectly. Super crisp on the outside, but soft on the inside. I was impressed that the food wasn't overly greasy so you weren't left feeling gross after. Highly recommend coming here for breakfast! read more

This location is conveniently located in the aria preper eats food hall. This do counter service only and it was a great spot to have a quick early breakfast. I had their breakfast sandwich which was good but felt like it was expensive without sides or drinks $15. Overall if you want something quick for breakfast without leaving the hotel this was a good option but know it won't be the cheapest. read more

This is a nice quick walk up breakfast spot where you can order and get your food in a short time. There's some seating but not a lot. The staff are there for business and will move you along to keep their flow which honestly I respect. The sandwich I got was the Midtown without bacon. The size is good, the price was $13 which in vegas isn't too bad. It tasted good but fell apart and isn't really good to eat on the go, definitely sit down with some napkins and maybe a fork to eat this sandwich. For our second brunch of the day (yes, the same day), we decided to check out the Aria (Proper) food court! Egghead was my boyfriend's choice. He reported back that the lady working there was really nice, as was everyone at the food hall. We received many "thanks for comings" and "have a great days" from the workers walking around there. Someone also immediately cleared our plates after eating. The food. He ordered the Greenwich Village, which has kale and egg whites. I also noticed sunflower seeds. From my bf "there was some good stuff in there". The brioche bun itself was so tasty and buttery. The hashbrown on the side was really crispy and salty. It didn't even need ketchup (even though our photo shows something like 6 packets LOL). The outer coating was perfectly crispy with a soft inside. The hashbrown was also softer on the inside than most and less potato-ey (not separate little strings/pieces of potato). Plenty of comfy seating there, too, with booths and round table cushions. You could easily stay for a while. The pricing at Egghead is very well priced for what you get in Vegas. An economical and tasty Vegas strip choice with great seating! read more

Excellent breakfast sandwich! Was a wait to place the order, but the line moved fairly quickly. The ordering system was good as well, and our food was made quickly. The only thing I'd note is that the hot sauce they have out doesn't work well with the sandwiches. Overall definitely recommended! read more

Hot breakfast in the food court upstairs in the Aria. Not your typical food court since the sandwich, potatoes ,and oj was $30. Fast and efficient, the checkout woman was singing in the morning obviously in a good mood. Very tasty, I would recommend you check it out if you're in the area. read more

The chicken was seasoned well but it seemed over fried, which made it dry. The waffle itself was decent but only had a small amount of mac and cheese inside. I had seen previous photos where mac and cheese was also served on the side, so that was disappointing. My boyfriend had the burger and said it was just OK as well...nothing special and not really worth the price. Overall, the staff member taking orders didn't seem very friendly or welcoming, and should probably take a break or work in the back. The food wasn't exciting like we hoped. We give it 2 stars. Even though we live nearby, we probably wouldn't return for the food. Maybe the coffee and drinks are better, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

Reservation made for 2:30pm made it at 2:00pm just now have wings no fries and my cousin still doesn't have her food at 3:40....and to Christopher I've read your replies and you're disgusting!!! So let me help you with your response...I'm NOT broke, I DON'T need anyone to sponsor or fund my activities when I'm on vacation...DO BETTER!!! So my better half and I stroll into Egghead, right next door to the Wexler's crime scene. If you gotta choose between the two, Egghead's the clear winner, no contest!
