I split a egghead with sausage, cheese, fried shallots and tomato with hubby. Very easy yummy, I thought the egg was a little over salted with other salty components but I loved the crunchy shallots and the slight tangy factor the tomato brought. It's a lot of food for one person. There is cutlery near the pick up area. Be aware that the yolk will run. We ordered a side of hash browns, wow that sucker is about a inch tall! At 8am it was easy to find seating
Tbh I was a little disappointed upon arriving and seeing the SUPER limited menu. I was craving their fried chicken sandwich because that's my go to order in the Bay Area locations, but this one didn't even have it :( But it's okay because I ended up getting the Chelsea which was basically a cheeseburger with fried egg and it was pretty tasty and the portion size was good! Line was decently long for a Friday lunch, so wait was pretty long.
Everyone is obsessed with EggSlut over at the Cosmo. I'm telling you, this place is a great substitute. The bacon is incredible and the cheesy hash brown is better than EggSlut's truffle hashbrowns. EggSlut is still good but it's too salty. I actually prefer Egghead
We needed a quick breakfast so we went to Egghead at the Aria. There was almost no line so we got our food quick! No problems finding seating either. The only thing was that these egg sandwiches were pretty greasy so my stomach didn't sit right for the rest of the day. Might be my bad for eating the whole thing because it did taste good in the moment! I will say the cheesy hash brown was better than what I had anticipated
they make a nice freash egg sandwich $ 13 reasonable price for this area.. plenty a place to sit. The service is fast.
Found a breakfast spot in the aria foodcourt area. Similar vibes to eggslut. Got the Chelsea sandwich which was ok, wish the egg was Sunnyside and runny or fluffy. Cheesy hashbrown was disappointing as the cheese inside wasn't super melty and it was incredibly oily. Shared table seating with the rest of food court.
Overall: 3.8/5 We grabbed two items to share before our couples massage and it was enough to hold us over for a couple of hours. Good spot overall, though I think Eggslut is slightly better. The Greenwich Village Sandwich ($13) was pretty good for an egg white only sandwich. I loved the kale with the sunflower seeds and the bun was nice and soft. The Crispy Hash Brown ($6) is a huge thick rectangle, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was a little too much potato for me and I think it would be better just a bit thinner. Still solid though.
Came in for a quick breakfast on Monday morning. This was a part of the Proper Foods food court area in the aria. This was the only restaurant in the food court that you had to order in person v one of the digital kiosks. I don't know why that is. Cashier was nice. Service was fast. I got the midtown and swapped the fried egg for scrambled. It was really good but quite heavy. Pretty greasy for an egg sandwich Ordered a crispy potato hash brown, too. Tasty, but it was too dense. They should make them half as thick so that there is more crispiness
This tasty egg spot is in the food court of the Aria hotel We got the soho which was big enough for the two of us so we split it along with a hash brown which was huge. So good that I went back a second day. The staff is very friendly I may be back again :)
My husband, a friend, and I came here for breakfast. We all really liked our sandwiches. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The side hash brown was so crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. I'd recommend sharing it because it's so big. The food came out quickly, and the people working were helpful. It's in a food hall, so there are lots of seating options.
We wanted breakfast but something relatively quickly but with some seats. A food hall at another resort was packed and someone in our party remembered this place from their last trip - and I am glad they did! You can order at the counter - or after we discovered screen kiosks you could use - not sure which one would have been faster Egg sandwiches are about $13 and worth it. I went and got us a seat while the rest of my party waited for food. Some sandwiches have scrambled eggs or you can get a fried egg one. I opted for fried because I wasn't sure I would like scrambled - which is what everyone else got My dining companions said the eggs were made to order and not just premade and being scooped out of a pan. Everyone loved the sandwiches and they were a decent size and excellent quality for the price The hash brown was good - it was a large rectangle with a crispy outside and soft inside. The crispy to soft ratio was off for my liking and I would not be compelled to get it again Bottled water and juice were 6 bucks each which is high - but it is Vegas. The food court area did have a Coke machine where I was able to refill my bottle with water which was very nice
A must stop while staying in or near the Aria Resort! Egghead is located inside the Proper Eats Food Hall on the Promenade level. It is open early but closes at 2pm. So make sure you find your way there before it closes for the day. I ordered for lunch because I can eat breakfast for every meal. I tried the SOHO and the cheesy hashbrowns. Both were so delicious! With the sandwich, it is essentially a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. But it is one of the best I've had. From the soft bun to the freshly cooked eggs, this sandwich hits the spot perfectly. The cheesy hashbrowns are hot and crispy with a layer of cheese in the middle. So good!
egghead is part of the proper eats food hall located on the 2nd floor at aria resort...line, counter order and wait...quite popular in the morning...a simple menu making selection easy...looking for a healthier option...taking the greenwich village $13...a well constructed breakfast sandwich with scrambled egg whites, kale, sunflower seeds, avocado, caramelized onions, tomato, and american cheese between a perfect looking bun...asked if wanting hashbrown...not the healthiest, but couldn't resist....added the hashbrown for $6....the greenwich village breakfast sandwich was excellent in presentation and taste....the hashbrown was literally a rectangular hashbrown block...quite thick, but still super crispy on the outside with a moist and soft center...the quality was fantastic...
My first time trying an "egg sandwich" place. Located conveniently in the Aria, we ordered different egg sandwiches and the cheese hash browns. Pretty darn good, the rolls were sweet, everything was amazing. My only suggestion is to have an item for vegetarian folks. I'm not a big meat eater at all and was able to get the egg sandwich with the bacon removed, but for the same cost which was strange. Besides that location was great and yummy food. read more
Came here a couple times as it was convenient and quick/simple take away. I tried the Chelsea one day and the Greenwich another day. It was busy both times so was a bit slow to order and slow wait for the food. The food was delish and filling and would order again. Nothing fancy as it's in a food hall but there's plenty of seating around and lively with people all the time. read more

Cute & quick place to grab breakfast. They do have a vegetarian option (Greenwich village) which was a plus for me. Also, got the Chelsea & the midtown, which overall was good but really messy to eat. The eggs were over easy in the sandwiches & one of the yolks popped before we even got our sandwich... read more

Super conveniently located from park mgm. We had the Chelsea and the Midtown sandwiches. Both were fresh and tasty with a delicious runny egg. I will say the sausage patty on the Chelsea didn't have the flavor I'm used to with pork sausage but my sister said it was perfect for her. It could just be my taste buds, but it ate bland. For the cheesy hash brown, we had the opposite experience - she thought it was just ok and I really enjoyed it. It had a tangy, sour creamy flavor to it that I enjoyed. Overall, great casual breakfast - wait time less than 15 minutes. read more

Came here for our first meal of the day in Vegas. The wait looked long and it was, but it felt like it was an ongoing. They move really fast here. Got our orders and had to look for a seat right away. At the time we came (literally rush hour), it was hard to find a seat nearby. We got super lucky to find a small spot but as people left we quickly grabbed them. 6/10 I got the midtown and it was okay. If you're into soft egg this would be it -- I thought I would but not really. My friend got hers with bacon and she enjoyed hers. Maybe add more protein to your sandwich if it's not included. It's busy all around. Since the seating is just out there, the volume can get a bit loud. read more

Super convenient breakfast spot if you're staying at Aria! As part of the food court, there were digital kiosks to order food for the various restaurants. However, when i clicked on the egghead logo, it prompted me to order directly at the cash register. I ordered the Chelsea and the cheesy hash brown. Both were satisfying but my favorite was the hash brown (though on the pricier side). Seating was surprisingly crowded on a Monday morning so we couldn't find a regular table and just sat on the countertop stools. read more

I went to Egghead inside of Aria's Proper Eats food court. Long wait and a little pricey, but I enjoyed the sandwich. It was fresh, hot, and very filling. I ordered the Soho but considered getting the Midtown. I added some jam to my sandwich and it really helped to elevate all the flavors. There's tons of seating in the food court and you get to watch as your food is prepared. They have a forward facing kitchen with shielding glass. Overall a great experience! read more
The food taste amazing and delicious. Every item on the menu will hit the spot Everytime. I love that the ordering POS system is an individual station and not bundled with other food stations. The eggs were so tasty. You will not be dis read more

Drawn to this bfast place as I love eggs and also noticed a line of others anticipating for a scrumptious meal. Very quick service! My Greenwich village sandwich was good, nice flavors as I do like the avocados & kale, just wanted more of a crunch to give it a more interesting texture. Will def come back to try the other sandwiches (Chelsea and MidTown) read more

Fresh and delicious breakfast sandwiches served quickly and with a smile. Love the freshly cooked fried eggs in both our Chelsea and Midtown. My midtown had a tangy sauce and was really yummy. We also got a hash brown that was nice and crispy. Kind of wish I had tried the one with the cheese inside - maybe next time! It's part of the Proper Eats Food Hall and I guess you are supposed to be able to order from your table, but that wasn't working today. It was ok because the line moved really quickly and we got our food in no time. read more
For a place in Vegas, this was good given that it also had a lot of options for breakfast. Good: - You can place a pickup order online and it'll be ready pretty quickly! - Loved the veggie breakfast sandwich here - it was so good and was a lot healthier than the other options - came with eggwhite - Cheesy hashbrowns were good, though a bit heavy - Good seating and nice upscale vibes even though it's just in a food hall Bad: - Still a bit greasy overall Overall I really like this place and it was a good pick me up before a long conference day. read more

Got the chelsea on a Monday morning. Service was helpful and efficient. The sandwich was super tasty, and cheesy, with just a bit of spice from the aioli, a nice filling meal to start my day. And plenty of seating in the Proper Eats Food Hall dining area to enjoy my savory snack. read more

YUM!! Great spot for quick breakfast in the Aria. Food was made to order and tasted great. We stopped here for breakfast before checkout of the hotel, and had half our sandwiches for the plane ride home. The cheesy hash brown was drool worthy! They also have drip and canned iced coffee. read more

Hello Y, thank you for your feedback. I would love to hear more about…
We ate breakfast at Egghead in the Aria for three straight days. Located in the Proper Eats Food Hall, Egghead elevates the breakfast sandwich and hash brown to a whole new level. They hail from NYC, as suggested by the names of their sammies. My favorite is probably the Chelsea and the Midtown. The difference is one comes with a sausage patty and one with bacon. Both have a fried egg with a runny yolk, shallots, tomato, cheese, and spicy aioli. Packed with protein to fuel up those 20,000 step walks in Vegas! The Greenwich Village is their vegetarian option with kale, avocado, and scrambled eggs whites. I also recommend sharing their Cheesy Hash Brown. A $7 perfectly fried hash brown the size of a playing card deck and loaded with melted cheese. Utterly decadent! Highly recommend Egghead for a quick, cheap, and nourishing breakfast. read more

We got the Chelsea, it was tasty with oozing bright orange yolk. I wonder where they get their eggs, how can I get my hand on these wonderful bright colour yolk eggs? The cheese crispy hash brown was the bomb! It was so nice and crispy and potatoes so soft on the inside. I could eat it all the time but I'm sure it's a lot of calories! Def coming back when I visit LV next time! read more

Hello Siobhain, thanks for the positive feedback! We're always happy…
This new "food hall" is great! Lots of seating including comfy booths. A good selection of food. There is a soda machine with ALL the options and water! Service was great, the lady who took our order was kind and helpful. And our food came out quick and hot! Both sandwiches were good, but I prefer the fried egg version & the hasbrowns with cheese! Don't forget to grab a strawberry jelly, so good on the sandwich! read more
I ended up here for breakfast as Eggslut next door at the Cosmo had the risk of having a long line. Eggslut is clearly the better name, right? Maybe Eggmouth would make more sense? The Midtown sandwich was legit good. The egg was cooked perfectly and orangish yolk was running all over the place. The bread was buttery and I will say, I prefer by breakfast sandwiches a bit more toasted and less on a "bun". Some kind of different bread option would have been nice. If you need breakfast and are at the Aria or Vdara, then this is a decent option. I wouldn't come here specifically to eat though. read more

If you've never been to EggHead before, I highly suggest you give it a go! A quick and delicious option if you're staying at Aria or VDara, and honestly a very affordable breakfast as well. Considering a decent breakfast on the strip now costs a bare minimum of $20+, these sandwiches run about $10+ each, plus sides. Not bad and you can eat in the comfort of your own room. The service is efficient and very well organized. Located within the Proper Eats food hall, it's a grab and go type of deal. I highly suggest the Greenwhich and The Soho. If you're a fan of the fried egg, opt for The Soho. If you're a fan of greens and a scramble then opt for the Greenwhich. Either way however, get a hash brown because I kid you not, it's enormous and utterly delicious! Cheers to delicious and affordable eats Yelpers! Xx read more

I was seriously impressed with my breakfast sandwich from Egghead and I am livid that I don't have an Egghead near my house. Egghead is located in the Proper Eats Food Hall, which can be found inside the ARIA Resort & Casino. Ordering our food at the register was quick and easy, despite having a couple of people ahead of us, and the staff were super friendly! After placing your order, you walk to the pick-up area, where you can either sit or stand and watch the staff prepare your sandwich right in front of you. I got the Chelsea, and was thoroughly impressed with how delicious it was! I'm not even a big fan of tomatoes, but the tomato worked really well with the other ingredients. The spicy aioli wasn't that spicy, but had a really great flavor to it! The sausage patty was average, but by no means bad. It was priced pretty decently for a Las Vegas breakfast sandwich too! I also got a crispy hash brown and my god was it fantastic. The epitome of what every hash brown should aspire to be. While it was greasy, it was packed full of flavor and it was huge. Forget those skinny McDonalds hash browns - Egghead's hash browns are thick as bricks and so much tastier. I really wish we had one of these where I live, but alas, we don't and probably never will. So, I'll just have to plan a trip to Vegas the next time I need my Egghead fix! read more

Tried to this spot across the street due to the long line at eggslut for F1 weekend. Well worth the walk due the similar menu with a shorter wait. It is located in the food court of Aria. I tried the Chelsea and it was great breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was freshly made with a generous amount of ingredients in between. More of a grab and go spot with limited seating. read more

Cheap foood for Vegas. Reminds me of egg slut. But all the items are under New York names except you're in cosmo. The food is made to order and we liked it. Egghead is a nice cool spot located in the Proper Eats food hall in the Aria. They have a couple really nice egg sandwiches. I got the Greenwich village sandwich and the cheesy hash browns. They were both really tasty. I only gave a 4 out of 5 because I feel that the egg could have been cooked a little longer. Even though it was good by the end the softness of the egg was getting to me. But I do recommend checking out this place for breakfast if you're in Vegas and definitely if you stay at the Aria. read more

This place is by far one of my favorite spots to get a breakfast sandwich. It's simple but big on flavor. First of all, if you're a big fan of hash browns, then this is the place for you! Any kind of crispy potato for breakfast is my all-time favorite kind of meal, and this place does not disappoint. In fact, it will exceed your expectations. There are two downsides. One, this place is slow, so if you are in a rush, it might not be for you. But honestly, it is worth the wait. Two, I wish they had different cheese options. American cheese is not my favorite, but everything else is so yummy, and the cheese is melty enough that it helps me get over the fact that I would prefer a different cheese. The food is hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Another reason this restaurant is a place after my heart is that they offer the option to add a hash brown to the sandwich. Of course, you do not have to, and you can order the hash brown patty separately. However, this is something I have done every time I get a breakfast sandwich or burrito, anytime, anyplace. To me, a breakfast meal is not complete without some crispy potatoes. The hash brown patty is rectangular in shape, extra crispy on the outside, with a very soft but fully cooked inside. It is the perfect balance. I included a few pictures in my review, including one that shows the hash brown patty from the side to highlight how thick and delicious this brick of potato goodness truly is. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and split them fifty-fifty because it's the best way to try several items on the menu without being wasteful. However, we each got our own hash brown since we did not want to share that part. We both ended up putting our hash browns on our sandwiches, agreed this is what we will do next time, and laughed when we saw the sign offering this option. As mentioned, this place is simple and only has four breakfast sandwiches on the menu. First of all, all of their sandwiches come on their deliciously soft, freshly-baked potato brioche bread. They have a few other things as well. One of our sandwich selections was the Midtown. This sandwich came with a fried egg, crispy bacon, American cheese, sliced tomato, fried shallots, and spicy aioli. I personally loved this one the most since I lean toward bacon over sausage, but both were delicious. The second sandwich we tried was the Chelsea. It came with a fried egg, sausage patty, American cheese, sliced tomato, and fried shallots, with spicy aioli spread. This was the other person's favorite because they prefer sausage over bacon. So either way, you cannot go wrong. They also have a veggie option. The Greenwich Village comes with scrambled egg whites, kale, sunflower seeds, avocado, caramelized onions, tomato, and American cheese. I haven't tried this one, but it sounds delicious. Just for those reading the review, the fourth sandwich on the menu is the Soho. It is simple and comes with scrambled eggs, American cheese, and bacon. If you don't want a sandwich, you can also order a cheesy hash brown patty by itself. They also offer a variety of beverages, including canned and drip coffee. Lastly, this restaurant is located in a food court-style area in the Aria, so there are plenty of seating options, and it is convenient for those who want to eat other foods nearby. Just be sure to check the hours for the different restaurants and cafes in the food court, as they all have varying hours of operation and might not all be open at the same time. I highly recommend breakfast here if you're a fan of hash browns or breakfast sandwiches. This place is the perfect marriage of the two. And for all my fellow die-hard potato lovers, may this provide you with the hash brown patty of your culinary dreams. I know I was delighted and loved every bite of my crispy hash brown and breakfast sandwich smashup! read more
