    Sourdough bread

A gorgeous brunch spot located right beside the Bellagio conservatory. There was a line up on a Monday morning at 8:30am but we were seated in 10 minutes. Our server was very friendly and gave us time to decide on our items. We had our coffee ordered by another server right when we were seated which was delivered very promptly. It's a nice touch as we all need the morning caffeine. We ordered the breakfast sandwich, the Leo with sour dough toast and the avocado toast. All the brunch items were delicious and hashbrown was crispy and done right with ketchup in a cup on the plate. I would skip the sourdough bread next time as it was thinly sliced and didn't seem all that fresh. All in all, a great experience for brunch to start the day right.

Beautiful setting, disappointing food. Came here for brunch mainly because of the location right next to the Bellagio Conservatory--honestly, the ambiance is stunning and probably the best part of the whole experience. But everything went downhill once the food arrived. I ordered the signature egg Benedict with the sticky bun. The sticky bun was "sticky" in the worst way--more like it just clung to your teeth instead of being soft, gooey, or enjoyable. The rest of the meal felt like basic diner food, nothing memorable, nothing elevated... definitely not what you expect at this price point. What really shocked me: * Almost $200 for what tasted like average diner-level dishes * A wait even at 7:30am on a Sunday (and not worth it) * Presentation of the restaurant looked nice, but flavor just didn't deliver Honestly, I'd rather have had fast food for a fraction of the price--and I don't even eat fast food more than once a year. Such a shame because the setting is gorgeous, but the food just doesn't measure up at all.

Aside from the very good seating in front of Bellagio flower area, I felt the food wasn't really anything special. I came with a party of 8 and had made an advanced reservation. We were able to get seated right away. The food options seemed like your typical brunch menu and felt like everything was way overpriced. But then again, you are in Vegas. Personally, I ordered the steak and eggs. I asked for medium rare and my steak came out well done. I don't usually complain unless it was a big mess up and this definitely warranted a complaint. They were understanding and came back with a new plate. With that said, service was great and I was happy they fixed my meal. All in all, I'm not sure I would come back just for brunch as the food was just mediocre.

Located inside the Bellagio hotel -- cute restaurant for breakfast/brunch, but it was Saturday and the line was out the door. Ended up getting coffee and a bagel at the to-go cart. The staff were super friendly and did not feel rushed. Ordered the latte with almond milk and a splash of caramel flavor -- it was perfect and hot. Such a fun spot -- opens at 6am weekdays and 7 on weekends. A bit early for me, but will definitely try next trip!

Sadelle's was our most disappointing meal of our visit to Vegas. While walking through the magic of the conservatory creates excitement, the restaurant and food experience didn't match. Reservations are recommended; however, walk ins are taken. The menu offers brunch selections. I opted for an egg sandwich with bacon and has browns. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich and fries. The egg sandwich was so ... basic. The presentation was pitiful, similar to when I'm making myself breakfast at home. Definitely overpriced. The chicken sandwich was topped with slaw and pickles. We were surprised because the menu didn't mention this - and I felt bad for a nearby table that ordered the same item. The lady was scraping it off the chicken but there wouldn't be a way to remove the flavor. The bun was close to stale then fresh and the fries were overcooked. Service was basically there to fill up our waters, but not to engage. After meeting so many friendly servers in Vegas, the lack of energy and attention really stood out to us. The space is cute. Has a bit of a Disney vibe in its light blue interior. Our seat faced a window looking over the pool area. The images of this space sucked me in! Overall disappointing and won't be recommending it.

Sadelle's is such a vibe! The restaurant located inside the Bellagio is actually pretty spacious and the furniture and interior reminds me of an elegant indoor tea party. Definitely make a reservation ahead of time! They have a variety of brunch options, and they have an updated menu online. The items are familiar brunch items like eggs benedict, huevos rancheros, or an omelette, but they also have more unique items like a grapefruit brulee or their own signature breakfast. It's definitely pricey, but for good food quality, wonderful service, and a good time, it's worth it to go at least once! Classic egg sandwich: such a simple, yet filling item! I would order again and again. Grapefruit brulee: if you like grapefruit in the morning and maybe with a small fancy twist, get it. If you don't care for grapefruit, skip. $16 for half a peeled grapefruit with sugar and other (amazing) things sprinkled on top, torched slightly isn't worth the price. After the first layer of fancy grapefruit slices, it was pretty much just a plain grapefruit (very sweet though!). Virgin bloody mary: perfect! I got mine spicy, and it definitely had a kick.

Came here for a weekday brunch & there was a long line! Thankfully we had reservations & were able to get seated early. I do recommend making reservations. Our server was very nice & took our order right away. Everything was very good! The omlet was massive. Next time I would share the meal with someone! Cute place to visit!

We wrapped up our Las Vegas weekend with brunch at Sadelle's at the Bellagio, and it was the perfect ending. We arrived a bit before our reservation, and they were incredibly gracious in accommodating us right away. Service started strong and stayed that way throughout. Our waitress, Susan, was fantastic. She took all of our orders without writing anything down, which always impresses me, and everything came out exactly right. We were also able to converse for a bit, which was pleasant. We ordered a mix of cocktails and entrees: * My husband had the Michelada, which he said was good, though it had a bit too much tomato flavor for his taste. * I had a cucumber cocktail that was light, refreshing, and really enjoyable. For food: * My husband ordered the burger, and he said it was flavorful and delicious. The waffle fries were crispy and a great side. * I had the tuna melt, which was very flavorful, along with onion rings that were fresh, crispy, and perfectly done. * My mother-in-law tried the roasted salmon, but it was not her favorite. She mentioned it tasted a bit too fishy. * My aunt had the roasted chicken and loved it. She said the skin was flavorful and crispy, almost like fried chicken, and she especially enjoyed the mashed potatoes. The ambiance is absolutely stunning, very pretty and feminine with a classic, vintage feel that still feels modern. The colors are light, refreshing, and subtly colorful. The view of the garden and pool is exquisite and really elevates the whole dining experience. Overall, it was such a lovely brunch spot with great service, delicious food, and a beautiful setting. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Eating at Torrisi Italian Specialties in the early 2010s it would have seemed improbable that Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick would someday own nearly fifty restaurants across the globe, but under the Major Food Group label guests can now get Carbone from coast-to-coast and Sadelle's from Las Vegas to Seoul. Named after Zalaznick's great-grandmother, the New York original giving rise to Bellagio's Conservatory-facing Cafe in 2018, guests at Sadelle's can expect many of the trappings of a traditional LES deli to more indulgent dishes served without pretense from early morning until 3pm daily. A sprawling space still prone to long waits, the ability to make reservations a big bonus added recently, Sunday around 1:30pm found nearly all seats filled with a wide range of diners while service was thoroughly friendly and efficient from the podium to tableside. Built for mass appeal, the Strip-typical pricing matched by mostly-shareable plates, fans of Pastry may notice a small take-away cart near the front offering Cookies, Danishes and Bagels, and those dining in would be smart to order at least one of the faultless Cinnamon Rolls and a slice of Babka either to start or as Dessert topped with Ice Cream. Clearly fond of frying, the Veal Parm bone at Carbone just one clue, Sadelle's Fried Chicken arrives as three pieces with loosely adherent breading and minimal greasiness, while Fries, Onion Rings and the famous French Toast also all succeed thanks to similar technique. Smart to serve bottomless carafes of Coffee, servers thus able to focus on more pressing topics while cups never go empty, Dessert can go any number of ways from an overpriced Black & White Cookie to the aforementioned options, but no matter what the Strawberry Tall Cake should not be missed.

After a relaxing spa day at the Bellagio, we decided to stop by Sadelle's and overall, it was a nice way to continue the day. First, I have to highlight the service when it came to seating. They were very accommodating and honored my reservation request for observatory seating, which gave us a beautiful view and really elevated the experience. As for the service at the table, it was good but not amazing. Our server was very kind, but she didn't seem fully engaged or enthusiastic, which made the experience feel a bit flat at times. The food was good. Nothing that completely wowed me, but the sticky bun? Absolutely amazing. Definitely the standout item and worth coming back for alone. The drinks were also well-made and enjoyable. Overall, I'd come back, but I'd probably try dinner or explore more of the menu next time to see if it changes my experience.

Lovely place inside the Bellagio with a view of the conservatory gardens. The service was friendly and efficient. We went for brunch, had a couple drinks-wife love the French toast martini, my bloody Mary was well made. My wife ordered the Belgian waffle that came with warm syrup and melty butter. I had the smoked salmon bagel tower which I really liked, even though they were out of whitefish I want disappointed in the least with the salmon. We told them it was our anniversary and they brought out a little cake with strawberries and coulis. Definitely glad we came. Delicious!

Sadelle's was next on my Vegas must-eat list. And we made the rookie mistake of not making a reservation. We walked up ready to put our name in... only to see the line stretching halfway through the Bellagio Conservatory. Lesson learned. But instead of bailing, we committed to the wait -- and one of my girlfriends (the friend who always finds a way) worked her magic and snagged us two bar seats. Honestly? Best outcome. I love sitting at the bar. The bartenders were kind, attentive, and made a damn good carajillo. We shared the blueberry pancake for the table and I immediately regretted not ordering my own. Crispy edges, perfectly fluffy center, bursting blueberries -- I'm thinking about it right now and my mouth is watering. My friend and I also split the smoked salmon tower with everything and sesame bagels. A classic, no-notes breakfast situation. Exactly what I wanted. To drink, I had an Aperol spritz -- which, after a night in Vegas, is basically medicinal. The restaurant itself is stunning -- bright, colorful, buzzy in the best way. I'd absolutely come back... but next time, with a reservation
