Half triple decker with salami and turkey. Fries
    Jen-Ann L.

A super cute restaurant with clean decor and sharp staff, but a bit expensive for the food you get. I guess there is an extra tax if you're eating on the strip. I ordered the half triple decker with fries. Even the half portion was more food than I could finish. I think this had the best value on the menu. The sandwich was fairly simple, and the coleslaw was very wet which made for quite a messy eating experiences. The fries were pretty good. I will say there are a lot of seats but this place seems very popular. And while the staff were quite professional, it seems like they were spread thin, so not as attentive as what you would expect for a higher end restaurant.

My girlfriends and I came here for Saturday brunch and had a wonderful time! Def make a reservation in advance online. The standby line looked insane. We came at our designated time and got instantly seated. We had a sweet waitress named Gail. :) The restaurant is airy and open! A great ambiance as would be expected from the bellagio! We got: The Leo: a frittata like omelette topped with smoked salmon. My friend said this was one of the best breakfasts she's ever had. Vegas omelette: cheesy goodness. So wonderful to share. Bagels and smoked salmon: came on a tower and was fun to assemble. We spent about 90 minutes here~ about 40 minutes to get our food and another 50 to eat and chat and drink coffee. A wonderful meal to relax and catch up!

Popped in here for breakfast, our server for the area didn't actually arrive for 15min into our wait and then took our order. The hashed browns were ok, but somehow that was same as a large plate of bacon which was much more worth it... the eggs benedict with salmon was pretty solid but didn't come with salad or potatoes or anything. Breakfast was pretty empty at 7a, so easy to get seats although you can also reserve online. You can also get points for MGM if you spend here. $32 for salmon benedict, $11 for bacon and $6.5 for an iced tea- so $54+ tip for breakfast. Has a view of the display hall. The pinkish hue across the restaurant gives it a more dollhouse feel. Do a reservation if it's not early morning. The line here does get long later in the morning/lunchtime/brunch.

We had such an INCREDIBLE time at Sadelle's for lunch! We were a party of 5 and our reservation was set for 2:30pm. We arrived 10 minutes early and we were seated right away. The hostess was friendly as she walked us over to our table. Our server came over right after and took all our drink and food orders. I ordered the following: 1 cosmo, 1 tomato soup, 1 salmon entree, 1 side of asparagus, 1 stack of pancakes to share with the table. Everyone at the table ordered something different and all our foods were great. Our drinks / waters were topped off and service was a 10/10. The tomato soup was served hot and the croutons on top were delicious. The asparagus were simple but had a nice crunch to them. My salmon was was well seasoned and just the right size. The pancakes were fluffy and the blueberries tasted fresh. My cousin was given a birthday treat which we thought was very nice. The restaurant is beautiful inside and the views were great. We had a pleasurable experience!

French toast with chicken sausage & bacon second plate: Steak quesadilla

Made breakfast reservation here when visited Sin city this summer. waited in line for 15 minutes then finally seated by the host with a high pitched voice. Place is beautiful with overlooking garden, perfect for hang over night. Our Server was very nice, attentive, paid attention with food allergies and refilled our coffee multiple times. Food is great with big portion and lots of options. french toast is fluffy in the inside, chicken sausage is not so good and I preferred the bacon crunchy. Overall, it was a nice experience. I love the variety of Servers; Younger and older age group. I give it a yes for recommendation.

Best Brunch Spot in Vegas? Lines out the door? You bet. Reservations not required but recommended at this classy New York City transplant brunch spot that is known for making brunch great again. Outstanding friendly service and delicious food with Jewish items combined with a super laid back but upscale vibe with its baby blue and flamingo pink decor and uniforms, and you've got a solid winner. This review combines a previous visit with our fantastic server Mike in April 2025 and our most recent one in July 2026. Here's what we got: 1. Salmon Bagel Tower. We opted for the house salmon. On retrospect, it a bit oily for my liking. Might do the smoked Scottish next time. Bagel was good, and it comes with cucumbers, tomato, dill, onions, and whipped cream cheese you can all add yourself. It's more of an IG thing, but it's not a bad dish. No comparison to a legit bagel joint like Russ & Daughters in NYC, but it does the job. I can recommend for the visuals and if you love salmon. 2. Triple Decker Sandwich. A beast! If you're hungry, order it. This thing's loaded with bacon, Cole slaw, and turkey layer upon delicious layer. The bacon is super crunchy and the slaw is spot on along with the turkey to mellow out the salt. Must recommend. 3. Salmon Benedict. Solid brunch item. Eggs poached well, and the salmon and hollandaise are tasty. Recommend. 4. Blueberry Pancakes. Not for the faint of heart. 3 thick and fluffy pancakes with plenty of blueberries. Comes with real maple syrup, powdered sugar. Recommend with side of bacon. (Sausage is decent and is a bit dry, but you can dip them in the syrup for a killer food combo.) 5. Creamy Tomato Soup. Surprisingly good. Not as creamy as I imagined but has that creaminess to it. Very tomato flavor and not sickeningly thick or sweet. Pairs nicely with fries or the melt... Recommend. 6. Tuna Melt. We ordered on white bread since we didn't think the bagel would be good for this, opting for more crunch. The white delivered. And the flavor is maxed out on this one with the cheesy tuna with just the optimum amount of salt to make this good with each crunchy bite. Definite recommend with the tomato soup. A staple brunch experience you can't go wrong with. But don't take my word for it: visit when you're next on the Strip and see for yourself.

Great spot right off the conservatory. There was no wait around 1 pm on a Tuesday. Restaurant is HUGE but some areas were closed due to coverage. We were seated by the window that overlooks the pool. Ordered tuna melt and fries. Tuna was packed onto the crispy white toast so I was only able to finish half. Toast was the perfect color and texture; tuna salad was seasoned appropriately. Looking at another tables order, I'd try the French toast next time.

Beautiful location for lunch right by the Bellagio Conservatory / flower gardens. I don't know why it took me so long to try this place, probably because it always had a long line! Though we did have to wait in line, it moved reasonably fast and we got seated within 30 minutes. The restaurant is way bigger inside than it appears outside and has plenty of seating. I really enjoyed my order, which was the Leo. It's basically smoked salmon on top of eggs and it was unique and different than your typical brunch items. The smoked salmon was so fresh and delicious. The coffee here was great too, and service was excellent. This is a great place to grab a bite while in Bellagio!

Love the restaurant, even though the name has changed a lot over the years, I know I can always get a good meal here especially when I am fortunate enough to get a booth with a view of the pool.

It's located inside the Bellagio and looks like a wonderful place to dine. I stopped by the coffee cart and ordered from the selected menu. The avocado toast had a unique flavor that made it especially delicious. It was perfectly toasted, and choosing it for breakfast was definitely worth it.

Went here for a bachelorette brunch! Delicious food, attentive service, and the most beautiful spot for a group of girls.

For my last day in Las Vegas, I wanted to have a nice breakfast. Sadelle's was the perfect choice. The place is classy with beautiful views of the property. The service is attentive and professional. I decided to try Sadelle's signature breakfast. I had to choose between the Salmon eggs Benedict and Bagel and lox platter. I also had to choose between the cheese danish and sticky bun. I chose the bagel and lox with a sesame seed bagel. A side of fruit was included. At the recommendation of the waiter, I selected the sticky bun. Everything was delicious! For $38, I thought it was a great deal for the quality and variety of food.

    Kristina P.

We stayed at the Bellagio so Sadelle's was a great choice for a breakfast spot. There was a line, but it moved quickly. The inside is so cute and the service was great, but the food was just mid for me.

The Leo, halfway through. As you can see, it's enough for two people.

Flatbread pizza - all meat pizza, and they didn't skimp on the toppings! nice crunch on the crust with a good cheese pull! Plus who doesn't love greasy pizza after a long night out in Vegas?! LOL Chicken Alfredo - perfectly cooked fettuccine and creamy Alfredo sauce (always a go to!) Shrimp rolls - came out warm and crispy - great crunch but very oily especially with the aioli too creamy for my taste felt as if there was a film of grease after.
