We visited Eggslut while staying in Vegas. We got there around 9am on a Thursday and the line was long. We waited about 15-20 minutes to get through the line and then another 5-10 to get our food, so be prepared to wait. We ordered the Fairfax with bacon, the gaucho, the slut, and the truffle tots. The seating was very crowded so we walked around the corner heading towards the back of the cosmo, where there was more seating (by the photobooth). The Fairfax was REALLY good. The scrambled eggs are buttery and fluffy. The sauce they use is the perfect addition. The Gaucho was just ok. The meat was kind of chewy. The Slut was different - think yolky egg and mashed potatoes. The truffle tots were crispy and flavorful. Definitely going to try more from this menu the next time we visit!

Pretty good food! Long line, but we got through to order in about 15 minutes. I also waited a lot longer than other people before me to get my food, but they said it was because I got the Slut. We got the French toast sticks and the Bacon egg and cheese sandwich which was my favorite. The French toast stick sauce was cold, which felt a little weird with the hot French toast. The space was really busy and has a community table that was pretty crowded. Staff was friendly, food was good overall!

If you want to eat here, be prepared to wait in a line. Let me tell you though, the wait is worth it!!! The line took about 20 mins from the very back. The food came out incredibly quick, the servers were very sweet and helpful. This is hands down the best breakfast sammich place let alone the best breakfast Sammy I've ever had! The brioche bun is so soft, the eggs are delectable, the sauces are to die for. Definitely try this place if you're at the Cosmopolitan!

We spent the weekend at cosmo for a staycation and decided to stop by to pick up breakfast back to the room. Line was long so be ready to wait for a while. They also offered plenty of open seating so dining in is also a good option. The whole place was open concept with very modern decor. We went with the classic bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and added the French toast sticks and duck fat tots for sides. They also offered coffee so we ordered that as well. We waited about 5-10 minutes before everything came out and it was still great by the time we got back to the room. They were made fresh and flavorful. Service was limited as it was mostly grab and go, but the cashier was very friendly and helpful and we'd definitely stop by again if we're in the area for breakfast.

After coming by on Saturday at prime time and seeing a very long line, we passed, knowing it might take an hour to get our food. However, we decided to go by early on Wednesday morning with the hope that people in Vegas don't get up that early to eat breakfast at a Vegas strip hotel and our instincts were right...7:30am and only about 5 people in line!! Not knowing what to order, we went with two of their most popular items the Fairfax and Gaucho and an order of truffle hash browns (which were more like flat tater tots). We also got their coffee which was just meh. The sandwiches were definitely tasty and worth trying, though, especially if the wait isn't bad.

This place did not disappoint! We had eaten recently and came upon this place with no line so we decided to share something just to try it. Oh my goodness, I'm so glad we did. The nice girl at the register advised us to try the Gaucho and a slut. We added the hasbrowns because truffle and duck fat! Everything was amazing. We did learn that you need to get to the bottom of the slut or the top is super salty. Other than that it was perfectuon.

3.7.26 - I love egg sandwiches for breakfast/brunch and was craving this since last year when I was in the area. I was on a mission to get it this time. The last time I had this was back in 2018. Super long time ago. The line was looong. Ended all the way in the hallway. We arrived around 1:30pm I think. The place is supposed to close at 2pm but there was still a bit of a line even after that. You can see the staff working hard to get things out as quickly as possible. We ordered the Fairfax ($11) and Gaucho Sandwiches ($16.50). My friend didn't want to order anything so it was just the two. We received our order by 2:15pm. Our sandwiches were delicious! Craving was satisfied. Some greens in the Fairfax would've been a nice addition but it was still good. By 2:30pm, the line was almost gone. If you plan to try this place, arrive early or just dont have anything planned for the next hour or so cuz there will be a bit of a wait for this.

Simple, quick and delicious. When you're not in the mood to have a long brunch or indulge in the vast number of choices at the buffet, then Eggslut is an optimal choice for breakfast in Vegas. The line moved quickly as the cooks handed out breakfast sandwich after breakfast sandwich. I watched with anticipation for my name to be called because I was starving after my morning activities. It's not my first time at Eggslut so I had a reference point for this sandwich and it was almost if not exactly the same as the one I had at the Grand Central food hall. A soft brioche bun with an apricot-colored yolk and savory sausage make this a great pit stop before continuing on with the rest of the day's activities.

Decent spot to get some breakfast. The menu options are interesting. You wait in line, often a long line, and then order at the counter. Once ordered, food is ready pretty quickly. I did have a disaster on this day. Got my order and they had it stuffed in a bag. Coffee in a carrier. Took about 5 steps and the bag rips. In a quick moment, a staff member came over to help clean up and to get more order redone. Kudos to them on the customer service. In a few minutes, my second attempt was ready. Again, packed in one bag. This time they advised to carry from the bottom. I did take order up to the room. Unfortunately, when they remade the order, they didn't follow my specific order. I ordered without the ketchup, but both sandwiches had it. There is limited counter seating at Eggslut. But there is more seating in the area.

My son raved about this place so I had to try it now that I'm here. I got the guacho sandwich but with a salad instead of bun. This particular location was located inside the hotel so seating for their place was limited to some stools but there is public seating nearby. The line was long but I was told that sometimes it wraps around the corner. It does go fast as they seem to be efficient in getting people through the line. From wait to getting my order was 20 minutes. The salad of arugula had a light vinaigrette dressing. I was surprised by the copious amount of steak. Unfortunately, they were not very warm. The egg was cooked perfectly with a slight runny center. The sauce was just there and didnt add much in my opinion. I'm glad I tried it.

Fairfax Sandwich, the truffle hash browns and the Slut

Located in the Cosmo casino next to the Chandelier on the upper floor. Line looks long and intimidating but it moves quick. It's order and pick up service. There's additional seating on the same floor even if the restaurant itself is packed. Cashier was fine. No chit chat. They're busy and trying to get things done. Initially gave me the wrong total but quickly corrected. I tried the Fairfax which is a good enough egg sandwich. Nothing that wowed me but it was tasty. Egg was tasty although a bit bland. The truffles hashbrowns were lack luster. Didn't taste the truffle umami flavor. Also had to order "The Slut" and it was inedible. Too much potato with a less-than-creamy egg. Tasted like baby food. You could chip a tooth on the baguettes. Overly toasted or stale? I couldn't tell and didn't finish it. My fresh OJ was tasty enough. Everything came out to be about $44. For Vegas, this is standard pricing. May come back to try out the other sandwiches if in the area. However wouldn't make it a huge point to go. It's just ok.

The Gaucho sandwich was memorable. I asked for my beef well done and they got my order correct. The truffle tots were amazing as well. You don't really taste the truffle oil but they nailed the right level of crunchiness. I also tried a bite of the Fairfax with an additional chicken sausage patty added. The egg was so fluffy and yummy. Don't forget to order your coffee there if you need one. Will come back again on my next trip to Vegas.

There was about a 10 minute wait to order, which we didn't mind given how crowded it was. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill when it was our turn. The staff member taking our order said, "do you know what you want?" in an unwelcoming tone. Even though, his tone turned me off, we still placed an order (...probably shouldn't have). We ordered the Freckled Redhead burger ($16) and the Chicken with Mac Waffle ($17). After ordering, we were given a number and waited outside. The food came out after about 20 minutes and we took it home to eat. A different staff member served our to-go order and she seemed nice. As much as we wanted to enjoy it, the food was just OK. The chicken was seasoned well but it seemed over fried, which made it dry. The waffle itself was decent but only had a small amount of mac and cheese inside. I had seen previous photos where mac and cheese was also served on the side, so that was disappointing. My boyfriend had the burger and said it was just OK as well...nothing special and not really worth the price. Overall, the staff member taking orders didn't seem very friendly or welcoming, and should probably take a break or work in the back. The food wasn't exciting like we hoped. We give it 2 stars. Even though we live nearby, we probably wouldn't return for the food. Maybe the coffee and drinks are better, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. We prefer our grilled oysters to be very charred and more of a buttery flavor. These are prepared in an Asian style and and more of a soft grill than a char. Our server very graciously had a second plate served up with more of a grill to the oyster which we appreciated. The rest of the dishes were delicious. I sometimes mosey into the 'D' Casino for some gambling and nitrates because the thought of…read moreblackjack and bacon makes me grunt so happily. Bacon Nation slaps slices on just about everything but French toast, and even that can be topped with bacon butter and bacon-infused syrup. The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it. It's a massive meal and I feel like the waitress could have positioned me on all fours in front of a feeding trough in order to graze on it. Bacon Nation is located on the D's second floor inside a very clean and bright dining room with lots of booths, a counter, and an ultra-pleasant hostess named Angel. In summary, a well-earned 5 oink review is deserving because their food is that darn good. "Everywhere there's lots of piggies, living piggy lives. You can see them out for dinner with their piggy wives, Clutching forks and knives...to...eat...their...bacon." Beatles, 1968

Bacon Nation was a must-stop on our Vegas trip--everything was absolutely delicious. The portions…read morewere huge, so big that half our group couldn't even finish their meals. It was super filling and exactly what we needed to recharge. Service was a bit slow, and our bride-to-be didn't receive her food until several minutes after everyone else. We also waited quite a while for the check and were met with a little sass, which felt off. Overall, the food was great, but the service could definitely use some improvement.

Enjoying…read morenew places and discovering amazing vibes and delicious food is why I enjoy going to concerts out of town. My cousin found out about Therapy from TikTok and so I made reservations for today at 2:30pm in advance. We made sure to be on time matter of fact we arrived 30 mins in advance since we had to catch a cab and traffic seemed heavier today. Once we entered we were greeted immediately however we were taken upstairs 20 mins later from arrival (no big deal still before our reservations) but there were no available tables. I spied a table getting ready to leave on the first floor and asked if we could wait for it and the hostess happily agreed (thank you)!! Unlimited mimosa 10/10, music 10/10, our personal service 10/10 (she tried and I don't even think she was a server but was very friendly and accommodating) however customer service/wait times/morale 2/10 because I'm typing this right now and it's 3:39pm 11/16/24 and I just got my wings still waiting on my fries. Reservation made for 2:30pm made it at 2:00pm just now have wings no fries and my cousin still doesn't have her food at 3:40....and to Christopher I've read your replies and you're disgusting!!! So let me help you with your response...I'm NOT broke, I DON'T need anyone to sponsor or fund my activities when I'm on vacation...DO BETTER!!! However the lemon pepper wings and fries (second request first were cold) tasted delicious. Therapy has potential if the customer service from Chris was better and food arrived in a timely manner. Also witnessed multiple tables abandon their orders due to excessive wait time however ALL the staff is amazing!! Update: actually met Chris after our food came and he is a complete jerk in person too. Drugs are bad people! Save your money and eat elsewhere I will never support this establishment again.
